[0032] 如图 1-图 4所示, 本发明电子烟雾化器, 包括上端封口下端开口的壳体 1和套接 于壳体上部外表面并在顶端设有吸孔 20的吸嘴 2, 壳体 1上端横壁中心位于吸孔 2 0下方设有出烟孔 10, 横壁沿出烟孔 10向下延伸设有出烟管 11, 壳体 1与吸嘴 2之 间的空隙构成出烟腔 E, 壳体下端内壁套接有雾化台 3和底座 8 , 雾化台 3底部与 底座 8连接, 底座 8扣接并封住壳体 1下端, 雾化台 3上部中间凸起设有上凸台 31 , 上凸台 31中间向下贯穿设有进气道 310, 上凸台 31的上端设有横向凹槽 311, 上凸台位于横向凹槽两端的两侧壁部设有竖向凹槽 312, 横向凹槽上放置有 n字 形的导液条 5 , 导液条 5的两端向下设于竖向凹槽 312内, 上凸台 31的外壁套接有 雾化管 4, 雾化管 4大于出烟管 11, 雾化管 4的上端与出烟管 11的下端之间套接有 密封连接件 6 , 雾化管内空余的空间构成雾化腔 A, 壳体 1的内壁与出烟管 11、 雾 化管 4及雾化台 3之间形成的空间构成储液腔 B用于储存烟液, 雾化管 4的侧面底 部设有导液口 41, 烟液通过导液口 41传导至导液条 5 , 导液条 5的中段缠绕设有 发热丝 51, 雾化台 3的底部与底座 8之间还设有底座密封圈 9用以增强密封防漏气 、 防漏液的效果。
[0033] 本实施例设有上凸台 31与雾化管 4, 包括导液条 5和发热丝 51在内的雾化单元架 设于雾化台 3上, 雾化台 3内不需要掏空作为雾化腔的空间, 雾化台 3的壁部比较 厚, 这样由软性耐高温的硅胶制成的雾化台 3 , 在高温工作时, 就不会变得更软 而容易塌陷变形, 避免了发热单元的高温烧蚀故障, 以及避免了密封不良而导 致的烟液自储液腔 B通过变形的雾化台 3发生泄露。
[0034] 本实施例设有上凸台 31与雾化管 4紧密配套, 且上凸台 31上设有横向凹槽 311、 竖向凹槽 312, 烟液仅可自导液条 5传导, 导液条 5设计为 n字形, 即吸烟时导液 条 5自下而上传导烟液, 停止吸烟时则相反, 储液腔 B内的负压及导液条上过多 烟液的重力叠加, 使过多烟液回吸而返回储液腔, 故烟液不容易自导液条 5的中 段因过多溢出而导致泄露, 具有防漏液的效果。
[0035] 如图 1-4所示, 上凸台 31为方形凸台, 雾化管 4为方形雾化管。 本实施例的电子 烟雾化器, 雾化管 4设为方形雾化管, 在相同大小的壳体 1内、 相同大小的雾化 台 3上, 相比圆形雾化管来讲, 具有更大的横截面积, 加上导液条 5离出烟管 11 可以有较长距离, 使得雾化腔 A内的空间更大, 一次可以容纳更多的烟雾, 故本 发明的雾化器在避免烟液泄露的同时也可以产生大烟雾量, 使得用户吸食电子 烟时避免吸出液滴, 同时又容易吸出大量烟雾, 因此具有更好的电子烟吸烟体 验。
[0036] 如图 5所示, 雾化台的中部设有中部平台, 中部平台上表面围绕上凸台设有凹 环槽 32, 凹环槽外周壁部设有缺口 34, 凹环槽内还向下设有注液通孔 33。
[0037] 如图 6 -图 11所示, 雾化台 3的凹环槽 32上还盖设有压盖 7 , 压盖 7的中心设有盖 孔 71, 盖孔 71的孔壁与雾化管 4的外壁紧贴以便压紧雾化台 3 , 压盖 7的底部边缘 还设有向下凸起的凸牙 72, 凸牙 72恰好与缺口 34互补啮合, 压盖 7与凹环槽 32之 间的空隙构成导液腔 C, 导液口 41将导液条 5与导液腔 C连通, 压盖 7的盖孔 71旁 边还设有连通储液腔 B与导液腔 C的通液孔 73。 导液腔 C与储液腔 B由压盖 7隔离 成两个腔, 使导液条 5不直接从储液腔 B吸收烟液, 减缓了烟液的快速传导, 具 有防止烟液泄露的作用。
[0038] 如图 6所示, 雾化台 3的中部平台 30下面设有内缩及向下凸起的具有两级台阶的 下凸台 36, 下凸台 36下级台阶 361可嵌入底座 8内, 下凸台 36上设有电极孔 363用 以容纳底座 8上设置的电极 81, 下凸台 36的中轴部位还设有竖直的开口槽 364, 开口槽 364与进气道 310连通, 下凸台 36上级台阶 362与壳体 1的内壁之间的空隙 构成进气腔 D, 所述开口槽 364与所述进气腔 D连通。
[0039] 本实施例设有进气腔 D, 可以缓冲进气流量, 可以避免直接由较小的进气口流 入空气导致的进气量不足的问题, 用户大力吸烟时, 进气腔 D具有足量的存储空 气可以提供到雾化腔 A内, 可以满足雾化器产生大烟雾量的要求。

[0044] 如图 12 -图 14所示, 壳体 1的内部一侧还设有辅助气道 17, 辅助气道 17上部连通 出烟腔 E, 辅助气道 17的下端与底座 7的底部气口 84连通, 底部气口 84与电池杆 内设有的气压传感器连通, 当用户吸烟时, 用户吸烟产生的负压通过出烟腔 E、 辅助气道 17、 底部气口 84传递到气压传感器, 气压传感器可以感应出用户吸烟 时的吸力大小。

[0046] 如图 2、 图 3、 图 12、 图 13所示, 壳体 1的外壁设有一圈密封凹槽 14, 密封凹槽 1 4用以放置 O型密封圈 18密封壳体 1与吸嘴 2之间的缝隙, 避免吸烟时外界气体漏 进吸烟腔 E, 导致吸不出电子烟烟雾。 壳体 1的中部位于储液腔 B的壁部还设有透 明观察窗 13以便观察储液腔 B的烟液储量, 同时吸嘴 1上开设有供透明观察窗 13 露出的观察口 21。
[0047] 如图 3、 图 14所示, 底座 8上设有电极 81, 还设有注液管 82, 注液管 82穿入雾化 台 3的注液通孔 33与导液腔 C连通, 当储液腔 B内的烟液用完时, 用户可自行通过 注液管 82将烟液注入导液腔 C及储液腔 B, 电子烟使用时注液管 82的底部设有胶 塞 (图中未示) 圭寸堵。
[0048] 本发明实施例的工作原理: 如图 3中连续箭头所示方向, 本发明的雾化器在连 接电池杆成为一支电子烟工作时, 用户自吸嘴 2吸烟, 出烟腔 E及雾化腔 A内即产 生负压, 外界空气经进气口 121进入, 经进气腔 D、 雾化台的进气道 310进入到雾 化腔 A, 此时导液条 5上的发热丝 51通电发热工作, 储液腔 B的烟液经导液腔 C、 导液条 5传递给发热丝 51, 发热丝 51将烟液进行加热雾化, 雾化腔 A内即产生烟 雾, 在用户的吸力作用下, 雾化腔 A中产生的烟雾被进一步吸入到出烟管 11、 出 烟腔 E, 然后经吸孔 20排出到用户口中。 吸烟腔 E中产生负压时, 辅助气道 17也 产生负压或吸力, 并通过底部气口 84将其传递给电池杆中设有的气压传感器, 该气压传感器感应用户的吸力并对电子烟的发热丝进行功率调节从而调节其雾 化量或其它工作状态。

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 包括上端封口下端开口的壳体和套 接于壳体上部外表面并设有吸孔的吸嘴, 所述壳体上端横壁中心位于 所述吸孔下方设有出烟孔, 横壁沿出烟孔向下延伸设有出烟管, 所述 壳体下端内壁套接有雾化台和底座, 所述雾化台底部与所述底座连接 , 所述底座扣接并封住壳体下端, 所述雾化台上部中间凸起设有上凸 台, 所述上凸台中间向下贯穿设有进气道, 所述上凸台的上端设有横 向凹槽, 所述上凸台位于横向凹槽两端的两侧壁部设有竖向凹槽, 所 述横向凹槽上放置有 n字形的导液条, 所述导液条的两端向下设于所 述竖向凹槽内, 所述上凸台的外壁套接有雾化管, 所述雾化管大于所 述出烟管, 所述雾化管的上端与所述出烟管的下端之间套接有密封连 接件, 所述雾化管内空余的空间构成雾化腔, 所述壳体的内壁与所述 出烟管、 雾化管及雾化台之间形成的空间构成储液腔用于储存烟液, 所述雾化管的侧面底部设有导液口, 烟液通过所述导液口传导至导液 条。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化台的中 部设有中部平台, 所述中部平台上表面围绕所述上凸台设有凹环槽, 所述凹环槽外周壁部设有缺口, 所述凹环槽内还向下设有注液通孔。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化台的凹 环槽上还盖设有压盖, 所述压盖的中心设有盖孔, 所述盖孔的孔壁与 所述雾化管的外壁紧贴以便压紧所述雾化台, 所述压盖的底部边缘还 设有向下凸起的凸牙, 所述凸牙恰好与所述缺口互补啮合, 所述压盖 与所述凹环槽之间的空隙构成导液腔, 所述导液口将所述导液条与所 述导液腔连通, 压盖的盖孔旁边还设有连通储液腔与导液腔的通液孔
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化台的中 部平台下面设有内缩及向下凸起的具有两级台阶的下凸台, 所述下凸 台下级台阶可嵌入所述底座内, 所述下凸台上设有电极孔用以容纳底 座上设置的电极, 所述下凸台的中轴部位还设有竖直的开口槽, 所述 开口槽与所述进气道连通, 所述下凸台上级台阶与所述壳体的内壁之 间的空隙构成进气腔, 所述开口槽与所述进气腔连通, 所述壳体的下 部侧面设有进气口, 所述进气口与所述进气腔连通。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述上凸台为方 形凸台, 所述雾化管为方形雾化管。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述壳体位于储 液腔位置的内壁设有凸筋以加强壳体壁部强度, 所述凸筋的下部设有 凸起端用以抵住所述压盖避免其松脱。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述壳体的内部 一侧还设有辅助气道, 所述辅助气道上部连通所述出烟腔, 所述辅助 气道的下端与所述底座的底部气口连通, 所述底部气口与电池杆内设 有的气压传感器连通, 所述气压传感器用以感应用户吸烟时的吸力大 小。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述壳体的下部 设有插接段, 所述插接段可与电池杆的插接口相互连接而构成一支完 整的电子烟, 所述插接段上设有凸扣和卡口, 所述凸扣与电池杆的卡 口形成卡扣连接, 所述卡口与所述底座设有的凸扣形成卡扣连接。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述壳体的上部 外壁上设有竖向与横向交叉的储垢凹槽, 所述储垢凹槽与所述出烟腔 连通, 所述储垢凹槽用以吸纳储存烟雾中含有的未被雾化的小液滴, 避免小液滴直接被吸到用户口中。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述底座上设有 电极、 注液管, 所述注液管穿入所述雾化台的注液通孔与所述导液腔 连通, 当储液腔内的烟液用完时, 用户可自行通过注液管将烟液注入 导液腔及储液腔, 电子烟使用时注液管的底部设有胶塞封堵。
