Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lifting drive for a rail-guided climbing system, which can be used in particular as climbing formwork, climbing scaffold, climbing protection wall and / or climbing work platform, with climbing shoes that can be arranged in a fixed position on a building, and at least one climbing rail guided by the climbing shoes, which in a scaffolding unit can be integrated or attached to the scaffold unit.
  • the invention further relates to a rail-guided climbing system with this lifting drive and a method for climbing a rail-guided climbing system, which can be used in particular as climbing formwork, climbing scaffold, climbing protection wall and / or climbing work platform with this lifting drive.
  • Such lifting drives with hydraulic cylinders are described in the German patent application DE 10 2016 205 956 A1 and in the international patent application WO 2009/117986 A1 as the prior art for a climbing system.

Then a climbing rail that can be moved upwards, i.e.

  • sick climbing systems are known that work without hydraulic cylinders.
  • a disadvantage of the known lifting drives for climbing systems is that the hydraulic cylinder for the next climbing section or concreting section has to be carried to the next higher floor each time.
  • a leading rail may also be necessary, which must be attached to the structure manually, whereby the climbing direction on the climbing system must be manually switched when climbing in order to tighten the rail. The manual effort is therefore high after each lifting process, and continuous climbing is not possible.
  • existing lifting drives for rail-guided climbing systems can be designed to be so large that when using the climbing system, the length of the climbing rails means that a height of the building must first be sufficient so that the lower free ends of the climbing rails do not touch the floor on which the first concreting section is built or a floor slab that can be erected below the first concreting section, collide.
  • Climbing systems driven by geared motors are expensive and prone to repairs, so that drives with gears cannot provide an adequate alternative to the much simpler lifting drives.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a simply constructed lifting drive which enables continuous climbing.

  • the length of the stroke of the lifting device is sufficient when the climbing lifting rail is suspended in order to hang the climbing rail offset by a hanging distance of the climbing rail.
  • a climbing lifting rail is provided as a unit guided by the climbing rail and displaceable relative to the climbing rail, which is connected to the climbing rail via the lifting device.

  • the length of the lifting device stroke is selected such that it is sufficient to hang the climbing rail offset by a hanging distance of the climbing rail.
  • Climbing rail for hanging in the climbing rails must therefore be covered at least one distance from the lifting device when the climbing lifting rail is hooked in.

Since the climbing rail and the climbing lifting rail can each be hung in at least one of the climbing shoes in one direction and can be removed in the opposite direction to this direction and can be displaced with respect to the at least one of the climbing shoes, there is no manual effort involved in extending and retracting the lifting device. For the next climbing section or concreting section, the lifting device no longer has to be carried dismantled to the next higher floor.
  • the climbing lifting rail is guided by the climbing rail when the climbing lifting rail is displaced relative to the climbing rail, so that it is ensured that the respective dimensions of the climbing rail and the climbing lifting rail do not add up in the longitudinal direction even when the lifting device is fully extended, which results in a compact construction of the lifting drive leads. Since the lifting device can remain fixed at one end to the climbing rail and at the other end to the climbing lifting rail both when retracting and extending, and apart from the guidance of the climbing rail, the climbing lifting rail is only connected to the climbing rail via the lifting device, the lifting drive is extremely simple and, accordingly, inexpensive feasible, low-loss operation and not prone to repairs. Abstract
