図1に示すように、テーブル型調理装置100は、筐体1と、筐体1の上面に配置された天板2と、筐体1を床面上に支持する脚部3とを備えている。天板2は、全体が耐熱強化ガラス又は結晶化ガラス等の材料で構成されている。天板2は、筐体1の上面開口外周との間にゴム製パッキン又はシール材を介して水密状態に固定される。天板2の上面には、鍋又はフライパン等の被加熱物200(図2参照)が載置される。また、天板2の上面には、テーブル型調理装置100から電力が伝送される受電装置300(図2参照)が載置される。
図2に示すように、テーブル型調理装置100の筐体1の内部には、加熱コイル11、送電コイル12、制御装置20、駆動回路21、送電回路22及び操作表示部23が配置されている。
受電コイル31は、絶縁皮膜された金属からなる導電線を巻き付けることにより構成される。なお、導電線の材質は、例えば銅又はアルミニウムなど任意の金属からなる。なお、受電コイル31は、銅箔による印刷パターンでも良い。例えば、受電コイル31は、平面視において、テーブル型調理装置100の送電コイル12と略同様の形状を有している。受電コイル31は、受電装置300が天板2の上に載置された際に、電磁誘導又は磁界共鳴によって、送電コイル12から電力を受電する。
図3に示すように、加熱コイル11a~11cは、平面視において、天板2の第1の辺2aと第2の辺2bの間に、第1の辺2a及び第2の辺2bに沿って配置されている。送電コイル12a~12dは、平面視において、天板2の第1の辺2aと加熱コイル11a~11cの間に、第1の辺2aに沿って配置されている。
天板2は、下方に加熱コイル11が配置された領域である加熱エリア40と、下方に送電コイル12が配置された領域である送電エリア50と、下方に加熱コイル11及び送電コイル12の何れも配置されていない領域である作業エリア60とに区分される。
次に、本実施の形態1におけるテーブル型調理装置100の動作について説明する。
図4に示すように、テーブル型調理装置100は、天板2の第1の辺2a側及び第2の辺2b側の床面に、使用者が着席する椅子Cが配置される。テーブル型調理装置100は、テーブルとして使用される。使用者は、天板2の加熱エリア40に、フライパンなどの被加熱物200を載置する。また、使用者は、天板2の送電エリア50に、受電装置300の一例であるミキサーM及びリモートコントローラーRCを載置する。また、使用者は、天板2上の作業エリア60に、金属物の一例である金属製のフォーク及びナイフ、並びに食器Dなどを載置する。
このため、加熱エリア40における誘導加熱調理と、送電エリア50における受電装置300への送電と、作業エリア60における調理作業等を、天板2の上面において同時に行うことができ、調理の利便性を向上することができる。
このため、使用者は、天板2の第1の辺2a側及び第2の辺2b側の2方向から、天板2の加熱エリア40上に載置された被加熱物200へアクセスすることが可能となる。また、使用者は、天板2の第1の辺2a側から、天板2の送電エリア50へのアクセスが容易となり、天板2の第2の辺2b側から、天板2の作業エリア60へのアクセスが容易となる。
制御装置20は、送電回路22の動作と停止とを切り替えることで、送電コイル12の上方の領域を、送電エリア50と作業エリア60とに切り替えても良い。すなわち、送電回路22の動作を停止させた状態においては、送電コイル12の上方は、天板2上に載置された金属物の表面電位が一定となる領域となり、作業エリア60が形成される。つまり、制御装置20は、送電回路22の動作を停止させ、電力の供給を停止させた送電コイル12の上方に作業エリア60を形成する。また、制御装置20は、送電回路22を動作させ、電力を供給させた送電コイル12の上方に送電エリア50を形成する。
これにより、送電コイル12の上方の領域を、送電エリア50と作業エリア60とに切り替えることができ、調理の利便性を向上することができる。
これにより、使用者の誤操作によって送電開始の操作がされた場合であっても、送電回路22が動作せず、送電コイル12の上方の領域が作業エリア60として維持される。
以下、実施の形態2におけるテーブル型調理装置100の構成について、上記実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明する。なお、上記実施の形態1と同じ構成には同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るテーブル型調理装置を示す平面図である。
図5に示すように、テーブル型調理装置100は、天板2における加熱エリア40を識別表示する表示手段13と、天板2における送電エリア50を識別表示する表示手段14と、天板2における作業エリア60を識別表示する表示手段15とを備える。
次に、本実施の形態2におけるテーブル型調理装置100の動作について説明する。

図8及び図9に示すように、テーブル型調理装置100の筐体1の内部には、送電コイル12e、送電コイル12f、送電コイル12g及び送電コイル12hが収納されている。送電コイル12e~12hは、平面視において、天板2の第2の辺2bと加熱コイル11a~11cの間に、第2の辺2bに沿って配置されている。

図15に示すように、天板2は、平面視において矩形状に形成されている。加熱コイル11は、天板2の中央に1つ配置されている。複数の送電コイル12は、加熱コイル11の周囲に、天板2の各辺に沿って配置されている。このような構成により、天板2の中央に加熱エリア40が形成され、加熱エリア40の周囲に送電エリア50が形成され、送電エリア50と天板2の各辺との間に作業エリア60が形成される。
このため、使用者は、天板2の4つの辺のそれぞれから、天板2の加熱エリア40、送電エリア50及び作業エリア60の各エリアへのアクセスが容易となる。よって、天板2の周囲に複数の使用者が着席した状態において、複数の使用者が各エリアを使用するにあたってのアクセスの公平性を得ることができる。また、複数の使用者が各エリアを同時に使用することが可能であり、利便性を向上することができる。
図16は、本発明の実施の形態5に係るテーブル型調理装置の変形例1を示す平面図である。
図16に示すように、天板2は、平面視において正方形状に形成されている。加熱コイル11は、天板2の中央に1つ配置されている。複数の送電コイル12は、加熱コイル11の周囲に、天板2の各辺に沿って配置されている。
図17は、本発明の実施の形態5に係るテーブル型調理装置の変形例2を示す平面図である。
図17に示すように、天板2は、平面視において正方形状に形成されている。加熱コイル11は、天板2の中央に1つ配置されている。複数の送電コイル12は、加熱コイル11を中心とする同心円に沿って配置されている。
図18は、本発明の実施の形態5に係るテーブル型調理装置の変形例3を示す斜視図である。
図18に示すように、天板2の1つの辺がシンク400に隣接するように、テーブル型調理装置100を設置しても良い。なお、テーブル型調理装置100の構成は、上記実施の形態1~5の何れかと同様である。
Claims (14)
- 被加熱物を誘導加熱する加熱コイルと、
受電装置へ電力を送電する送電コイルと、
前記加熱コイル及び前記送電コイルが収納された筐体と、
前記筐体の上面に配置された天板と、
前記筐体を床面上に支持する脚部と、
を備え、
前記天板は、
前記被加熱物が前記加熱コイルによって誘導加熱される領域である加熱エリアと、
前記受電装置へ前記送電コイルから電力が送電される領域である送電エリアと、
前記加熱コイル及び前記送電コイルの少なくとも一方が通電状態において、金属物の表面電位が一定となる領域を少なくとも含む作業エリアと、を有する
テーブル型調理装置。 - 前記送電コイルに電力を供給する送電回路と、
前記送電回路を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記送電回路の動作を停止させ、電力の供給を停止させた前記送電コイルの上方に前記作業エリアを形成する
請求項1に記載のテーブル型調理装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記送電回路を動作させ、電力を供給させた前記送電コイルの上方に前記送電エリアを形成する
請求項2に記載のテーブル型調理装置。 - 前記天板における前記加熱エリア、前記送電エリア、及び前記作業エリアをそれぞれ識別表示する表示手段を備えた
請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のテーブル型調理装置。 - 複数の前記送電コイルと、
複数の前記送電コイルにそれぞれ電力を供給する複数の送電回路と、
複数の前記送電回路を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、複数の前記送電回路のうち、動作させる前記送電回路と停止させる前記送電回路とを切り替え、
電力の供給が停止した前記送電コイルの上方に前記作業エリアを形成し、
電力を供給する前記送電コイルの上方に前記送電エリアを形成する
請求項1に記載のテーブル型調理装置。 - 使用者からの操作を入力する操作部を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記操作部からの入力に応じて、複数の前記送電回路のうち、動作させる前記送電回路と停止させる前記送電回路とを切り替える
請求項5に記載のテーブル型調理装置。 - 前記天板における前記加熱エリア、前記送電エリア、及び前記作業エリアをそれぞれ識別表示する表示手段を備え、
前記表示手段は、
複数の前記送電コイルのうち、電力の供給が停止した前記送電コイルの上方の領域に前記作業エリアを示す識別表示を行い、
電力が供給された前記送電コイルの上方の領域に前記送電エリアを示す識別表示を行う
請求項5又は6に記載のテーブル型調理装置。 - 前記天板は、平面視において矩形状に形成され、互いに対向する第1の辺と第2の辺とを有し、
前記加熱コイルは、前記第1の辺と前記第2の辺の間に配置され、
前記送電コイルは、前記第1の辺と前記加熱コイルとの間に配置され、
前記天板の前記作業エリアは、前記第2の辺と前記加熱コイルとの間に形成された
請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のテーブル型調理装置。 - 前記天板は、平面視において矩形状に形成され、互いに対向する第1の辺と第2の辺とを有し、
前記加熱コイルは、前記第1の辺と前記第2の辺の間に、前記第1の辺及び前記第2の辺に沿って複数配置され、
前記送電コイルは、複数の前記加熱コイルのうちの一部と前記第1の辺との間に配置された第1送電コイルと、複数の前記加熱コイルのうちの他の一部と前記第2の辺との間に配置された第2送電コイルとを有し、
前記天板の前記作業エリアは、
複数の前記加熱コイルのうちの前記他の一部と前記第1の辺との間に形成された第1作業エリアと、
複数の前記加熱コイルのうちの前記一部と前記第2の辺との間に形成された第2作業エリアとを有する
