目前,在超市、商场等传统购物场所的商品售卖方式是通过人工将仓库中的商品排放在货架上供顾客选择,在货架需要进行补货上架时,根据前台销售情况对需要补货的货架由人工计算补货量,通过人工将补货商品运到货架,对需要补货的货架进行人工补货。
发明内容
本公开的发明人发现上述相关技术中的对于感知选购的商品并将商品与用户进行绑定的技术方案存在缺陷:无法动态计算货架摆放商品的缺货量并无法动态调整货架的摆放货品。
本公开的一个或多个实施例提供一种商品售卖方法,包括:根据商品历史销售信息确定上架商品的出库信息以及所述上架商品之间的关联关系;基于所述上架商品的商品属性、出库信息、关联关系以及货架信息确定所述上架商品在货架上的摆放信息;根据所述摆放信息控制货架管理系统调整货架的布局并控制商品输送系统将所述上架商品摆放至与摆放信息对应的货架位置;根据所述上架商品的当前剩余商品数量确定此上架商品的补货数量以及补货位置;控制所述商品输送系统将与所述补货数量相对应的补货商品摆放至所述补货位置。

相关技术的技术方案存在缺陷:在货架需要进行补货上架时,由人工计算补货量并进行人工补货,需要的人力成本较高,人力因素影响上货效率,无法根据货架的大小动态计算货架摆放商品的缺货量,并无法动态调整货架的摆放货品。

根据预估出库量以及商品库存信息确定出库信息,出库信息可以包括商品批次号、商品出库量等。例如,如果库存的一个批次的上架商品的数量大于预估出库量,则上架商品从此批次中进行选取,如果库存的一个批次的上架商品的数量小于预估出库量,上架商品从多个批次中进行选取。
根据商品历史账单统计多种商品出现在同一账单中的出现频率。例如,计算账单集 合中同时包括商品A和商品B的账单数与账单集合中账单总数的比值,为商品A和商品B在同一账单中的出现频率,用于表现商品A和商品B的关联度。
基于出现频率获得与上架商品相对应的关联上架商品,上架商品与关联上架商品共同出现在同一账单中的出现频率大于预设的频率阈值。例如,获得商品A和商品B在同一账单中的出现频率为0.05,预设的频率阈值为0.03,则商品A和商品B互为关联上架商品。
在一些实施例中,可以在商品系统中存储商品属性,商品属性包括:商品种类、商品批次号、商品规格(长、宽、高、重量等属性)、商品销售价格、编码等。按照预设的关联摆放规则、商品种类确定上架商品和关联上架商品摆放位置的临近关系,关联摆放规则可以包括按照出现频率由高到低的顺序等。
例如,确定上架商品D的关联上架商品为E、F、G,由于上架商品D与关联上架商品G的商品种类分别为水产品和衣物,则上架商品D与关联上架商品G不能临近摆放。上架商品D与关联上架商品为E、F的出现频率分别为0.05和0.03,则放置关联上架商品E的货架位置比放置关联上架商品F的货架位置更临近上架商品D。
根据商品规格确定摆放上架商品的货架类型,货架类型包括:多层货架、容器类货架等。例如对于具有固定外形包装的上架商品的货架类型为多层货架。基于商品出库量和商品规格为上架商品分配货架库位。分配的方式可以有多种方式。可以根据上架商品的长度、高度、宽度信息以及商品出库量确定与此上架商品相对应的货架层数和规格以及货架库位号。
例如,对于具有固定包装形状的上架商品,根据上架商品的长度、高度、宽度信息以及商品出库量动态计算货架的层高,货架的每层的栏位(货架库位)大小等。根据选择的货架位置,获取货架的长L、宽W、高H。获取商品出库量(N)、上架商品的长(S_L_i)、宽(S_W_i)、高(S_H_i),S表示商品,i表示某个商品。根据商品的宽度计算每个货架库位能摆放的商品数量,货架的宽度W/商品的宽度S_W_i=货架库位能摆放的商品数量。根据货架库位能摆放的商品数量以及商品出货数量统计出商品排列的长度(SUM_L),SUM_L/L(货架长度)向下取整获取货架的分层K,每层货架的高度需要满足上架商品的最大高度MAX。根据确定的货架布局向货架调整装置发送调整指令,以使货架调整装置调整货架。
可以根据上架商品的单位体积以及商品出库量确定需要的货架容器体积,基于货架容器体积为上架商品分配货架容器并确定货架库位号。例如,针对称重的货架(例如超市中装米的容器),根据上架商品的单位体积乘以商品出库的体积数确定需要的货架容器体 积,将需要的货架容器体积除以货架容器的单位体积获得需要的货架容器的数量并确定货架容器的货架库位号。也可以根据需要的货架容器体积向货架调整装置发送调整指令,以使货架调整装置调整货架容器中的隔板,使货架容器的体积满足需要的货架容器体积。
设置货架库位号与上架商品的对应关系,基于对应关系在显示装置中显示与货架库位相对应的上架商品的商品属性信息。例如,根据货架上的每个货架库位的上货商品,在电子标签显示屏显示上货商品的名称、价格等相关标签。
在一些实施例中,如果确定上架商品的当前剩余商品数量与此上架商品的商品出库量的比值小于或等于预设的剩余商品比例阈值,则确定上架商品的补货数量进行补货处理。
例如,可以对于摆放上架商品A的每个货架库位设置重量传感器或测距传感器等检测装置,通过将每个重量传感器测量的重量相加,获得当前剩余商品的总重量。如果每个上架商品A的重量一致,则将当前剩余商品的总重量除以每个上架商品A的重量获取当前剩余商品数量。如果上架商品A为称重货物,则将当前剩余商品的总重量视为当前剩余商品数量。剩余商品比例阈值可以设置为0.5,当前的上架商品的当前剩余商品数量与此上架商品的商品出库量的比值小于0.5时,则确定上架商品的补货数量进行补货处理。
确定上架商品的补货数量的方法可以有多种。例如,基于上架商品的商品出库量和当前剩余商品数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的补货预计数量,通过在商品出货与第一次补货期间或两次连续补货期间的上架商品的账单信息确定与此上架商品相对应的商品销售数量。基于补货预计数量与商品销售数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的取货但未购买的商品数量,基于商品销售数量和取货但未购买的商品数量确定补货数量。
基于商品销售数量和取货但未购买的商品数量确定补货数量可以有多种。例如,确定补货数量C=A*商品销售数量+B*取货但未购买数量,其中,C小于或等于补货预计数量。A和B为加权系数,加权系数与商品类别对应设置,例如,当商品类别为食品时,则A为1,B为0.9,当商品类别为衣物时,则A为0.9,B为0.4。
在一些实施例中,确定此上架商品的补货位置可以有多种方式。例如,获取与货架库位对应设置的检测装置采集的检测信号等,使用的检测装置包括重量传感器、测距传感器等,检测信号包括重量信号、位于货架库位中的上架商品与此货架库位边缘的距离等。基于检测信号确定与货架库位对应的补货商品可容纳数量。
例如,如果每个上架商品A的重量一致,获取对于摆放上架商品A的货架库位设置的重量传感器测量的重量,将此重量除以每个上架商品A的重量,得到剩余的上架商品A的 数量,将此货架库位所能容量的上架商品A的数量减去剩余的上架商品A的数量,获得此货架库位对应的补货商品可容纳数量。
或者,如果每个上架商品A的厚度一致,获取对于摆放上架商品A的一个货架库位设置的测距传感器所测量的位于此货架库位中的上架商品A与此货架库位边缘的距离,将此距离除以每个上架商品A的厚度,获得此货架库位对应的补货商品可容纳数量。
根据预设的补货布置规则以及补货商品可容纳数量确定与货架库位对应的补货商品数量。补货布置规则可以有多种,包括按照补货商品可容纳数量的比例关系分配补货商品等。例如,货架库位A对应的补货商品数量为4,货架库位B对应的补货商品数量为6,货架库位A对应的补货商品数量与货架库位B对应的补货商品数量的比例为2:3。如果有5个补货商品,则将2个补货商品分配给货架库位A,将3个补货商品分配给货架库位B。
在一些实施例中,根据库存和当前销售情况进行下发补货数量指令,如果是空货架或重置自动商品排布,可以重新计算获得出库信息和摆放信息。如果是自动补货指令,则根据商品的库存、销售情况等计算货架需要自动完成的商品或商品批次的补货。
可以将补货指令下发给商品输送系统,在库房中定位商品或批次商品后,将需要补货的商品或批次商品通过机械臂上传至传送带,每种商品可以放入传送带上的一个补货单元格,通过传送带将商品传送到指定的货架单元格(例如M层N格),即货架库位;同时通过推送把手或机械手等将商品直接推送到单元格(货架库位)中摆放。如果将商品回库指令下发给商品输送系统,则商品输送系统将整个货架单元格通过传送带推送回库房,并通过机械臂放回库房原商品库位位置。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种商品售卖装置20,包括:上架商品确定模块21、货架摆放分配模块22、货架调度模块23、商品传输模块24和补货商品确定模块25。上架商品确定模块21根据商品历史销售信息确定上架商品的出库信息以及上架商品之间的关联关系。货架摆放分配模块22基于上架商品的商品属性、出库信息、关联关系以及货架信息确定上架商品在货架上的摆放信息。
货架调度模块23根据摆放信息控制货架管理系统调整货架的布局。商品传输模块24控制商品输送系统将上架商品摆放至与摆放信息对应的货架位置。补货商品确定模块25根据上架商品的当前剩余商品数量确定此上架商品的补货数量以及补货位置。商品传输模块24控制商品输送系统将与补货数量相对应的补货商品摆放至补货位置。
在一些实施例中,上架商品确定模块21根据商品历史账单统计上架商品的历史销售量,基于历史销售量确定上架商品的预估出库量,上架商品确定模块21根据预估出库量 以及商品库存信息确定出库信息,出库信息包括商品批次号、商品出库量等。上架商品确定模块21根据商品历史账单统计多种商品出现在同一账单中的出现频率,上架商品确定模块21基于出现频率获得与上架商品相对应的关联上架商品,其中,上架商品与关联上架商品共同出现在同一账单中的出现频率大于预设的频率阈值。
商品属性包括商品种类、商品规格、商品销售价格等。摆放信息包括货架类型、货架层数和规格、货架库位号等。货架摆放分配模块22按照预设的关联摆放规则、商品种类确定上架商品和关联上架商品摆放位置的临近关系,关联摆放规则包括按照出现频率由高到低的顺序等。货架摆放分配模块22根据商品规格确定摆放上架商品的货架类型,货架类型包括多层货架、容器类货架等。货架摆放分配模块22基于商品出库量和商品规格为上架商品分配货架库位。
货架摆放分配模块22根据上架商品的长度、高度、宽度信息以及商品出库量确定与此上架商品相对应的货架层数和规格以及货架库位号;或者,货架摆放分配模块22根据上架商品的单位体积以及商品出库量确定需要的货架容器体积,基于货架容器体积为上架商品分配货架容器并确定货架库位号。货架调度模块23根据设置货架库位号与上架商品的对应关系。货架调度模块23基于对应关系在显示装置中显示与货架库位相对应的上架商品的商品属性信息。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,补货商品确定模块25包括:补货数量确定单元251和补货位置确定单元252。如果补货数量确定单元251确定上架商品的当前剩余商品数量与此上架商品的商品出库量的比值小于或等于预设的剩余商品比例阈值,则确定上架商品的补货数量进行补货处理。
补货数量确定单元251基于上架商品的商品出库量和当前剩余商品数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的补货预计数量。补货数量确定单元251通过在商品出货与第一次补货期间或两次连续补货期间的上架商品的账单信息确定与此上架商品相对应的商品销售数量。补货数量确定单元251基于补货预计数量与商品销售数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的取货但未购买的商品数量。补货数量确定单元251基于商品销售数量和取货但未购买的商品数量确定补货数量。
补货数量确定单元252确定补货数量C=A*商品销售数量+B*取货但未购买数量;其中,A和B为加权系数,加权系数与商品类别对应设置,C小于或等于补货预计数量。
补货位置确定单元252获取与货架库位对应设置的检测装置采集的检测信号。补货位置确定单元252基于检测信号确定与货架库位对应的补货商品可容纳数量,根据预设的补 货布置规则以及补货商品可容纳数量确定与货架库位对应的补货商品数量,其中,补货布置规则包括:按照补货商品可容纳数量的比例关系分配补货商品等。检测装置包括:重量传感器、测距传感器等;检测信号包括:重量信号、位于货架库位中的上架商品与此货架库位边缘的距离。
图4为根据本公开的商品售卖装置的另一个实施例的模块示意图。如图4所示,该装置可包括存储器41、处理器42、通信接口43以及总线44。存储器41用于存储指令,处理器42耦合到存储器41,处理器42被配置为基于存储器41存储的指令执行实现上述的商品售卖方法。
存储器41可以为高速RAM存储器、非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory)等,存储器41也可以是存储器阵列。存储器41还可能被分块,并且块可按一定的规则组合成虚拟卷。处理器42可以为中央处理器CPU,或专用集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本公开的商品售卖方法的一个或多个集成电路。
在一些实施例中,本公开还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其中计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,指令被处理器执行时实现如上任一实施例涉及的商品售卖方法。本领域内的技术人员应明白,本公开的实施例可提供为方法、装置、或计算机程序产品。因此,本公开可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本公开可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用非瞬时性存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

上述实施例中的商品售卖方法以及装置,可以实现货架商品全流程自动操作,能够进行货物上下架、自动确定商品摆放位置、全自动货品补货等操作,提高了上货、补货效率,可以减少购物场所的工作人员,降低了超市运营成本,不仅增加了客户体验,而且也 能提高超市的销售量。
可能以许多方式来实现本公开的方法和系统。例如,可通过软件、硬件、固件或者软件、硬件、固件的任何组合来实现本公开的方法和系统。用于方法的步骤的上述顺序仅是为了进行说明,本公开的方法的步骤不限于以上具体描述的顺序,除非以其它方式特别说明。此外,在一些实施例中,还可将本公开实施为记录在记录介质中的程序,这些程序包括用于实现根据本公开的方法的机器可读指令。因而,本公开还覆盖存储用于执行根据本公开的方法的程序的记录介质。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种商品售卖方法,包括:
    根据商品历史销售信息确定上架商品的出库信息以及所述上架商品之间的关联关系;
    基于所述上架商品的商品属性、出库信息、关联关系以及货架信息确定所述上架商品在货架上的摆放信息;
    根据所述摆放信息控制货架管理系统调整货架的布局并控制商品输送系统将所述上架商品摆放至与摆放信息对应的货架位置;
    根据所述上架商品的当前剩余商品数量确定此上架商品的补货数量以及补货位置;
    控制所述商品输送系统将与所述补货数量相对应的补货商品摆放至所述补货位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述根据商品历史销售信息确定上架商品的出库信息以及所述上架商品之间的关联关系包括:
    根据商品历史账单统计所述上架商品的历史销售量;
    基于历史销售量确定所述上架商品的预估出库量,根据所述预估出库量以及商品库存信息确定所述出库信息;
    其中,所述出库信息包括:商品批次号、商品出库量。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,所述确定所述上架商品之间的关联关系包括:
    根据商品历史账单统计多种商品出现在同一账单中的出现频率;
    基于所述出现频率获得与所述上架商品相对应的关联上架商品;
    其中,所述上架商品与所述关联上架商品共同出现在同一账单中的出现频率大于预设的频率阈值。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,所述商品属性包括:商品种类、商品规格、商品销售价格;所述摆放信息包括:货架类型、货架层数和规格、货架库位号;所述确定所述上架商品在货架上的摆放信息包括:
    按照预设的关联摆放规则、所述商品种类确定所述上架商品和所述关联上架商品摆放位置的临近关系;其中,所述关联摆放规则包括:按照所述出现频率由高到低的顺序;
    根据所述商品规格确定摆放所述上架商品的货架类型;其中,所述货架类型包括:多层货架、容器类货架;
    基于所述商品出库量和所述商品规格为所述上架商品分配货架库位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,所述基于所述商品出库量和所述商品规格为所述上架商品分配货架库位包括:
    根据所述上架商品的长度、高度、宽度信息以及所述商品出库量确定与此上架商品相对应的货架层数和规格以及货架库位号;
    或者,根据所述上架商品的单位体积以及所述商品出库量确定需要的货架容器体积,基于所述货架容器体积为所述上架商品分配货架容器并确定货架库位号。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,还包括:
    设置所述货架库位号与所述上架商品的对应关系;
    基于所述对应关系在显示装置中显示与货架库位相对应的所述上架商品的商品属性信息。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的方法,所述根据所述上架商品的当前剩余商品数量确定此上架商品的补货数量以及补货位置包括:
    如果确定所述上架商品的当前剩余商品数量与此上架商品的商品出库量的比值小于或等于预设的剩余商品比例阈值,则确定所述上架商品的补货数量进行补货处理。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述确定所述上架商品的补货数量包括:
    基于所述上架商品的商品出库量和当前剩余商品数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的补货预计数量;
    通过在商品出货与第一次补货期间或两次连续补货期间的所述上架商品的账单信息确定与此上架商品相对应的商品销售数量;
    基于所述补货预计数量与所述商品销售数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的取货但未购买的商品数量;
    基于所述商品销售数量和所述取货但未购买的商品数量确定所述补货数量。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述基于所述商品销售数量和所述取货但未购买的商品数量确定所述补货数量包括:
    确定所述补货数量C=A*所述商品销售数量+B*所述取货但未购买数量;
    其中,A和B为加权系数,所述加权系数与所述商品类别对应设置,所述C小于或等于所述补货预计数量。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的方法,所述确定此上架商品的补货位置包括:
    获取与所述货架库位对应设置的检测装置采集的检测信号;
    基于所述检测信号确定与所述货架库位对应的补货商品可容纳数量;
    根据预设的补货布置规则以及所述补货商品可容纳数量确定与所述货架库位对应的补货商品数量;其中,所述补货布置规则包括:按照补货商品可容纳数量的比例关系分配补货商品。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,
    所述检测装置包括:重量传感器、测距传感器;
    所述检测信号包括:重量信号、位于货架库位中的上架商品与此货架库位边缘的距离。
  12. 一种商品售卖装置,包括:
    上架商品确定模块,用于根据商品历史销售信息确定上架商品的出库信息以及所述上架商品之间的关联关系;
    货架摆放分配模块,用于基于所述上架商品的商品属性、出库信息、关联关系以及货架信息确定所述上架商品在货架上的摆放信息;
    货架调度模块,根据所述摆放信息控制货架管理系统调整货架的布局,
    商品传输模块,用于控制商品输送系统将所述上架商品摆放至与摆放信息对应的货架位置;
    补货商品确定模块,用于根据所述上架商品的当前剩余商品数量确定此上架商品的补货数量以及补货位置;
    所述商品传输模块,还用于控制所述商品输送系统将与所述补货数量相对应的补货商品摆放至所述补货位置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其中,
    所述上架商品确定模块,用于根据商品历史账单统计所述上架商品的历史销售量,基于历史销售量确定所述上架商品的预估出库量,根据所述预估出库量以及商品库存信息确定所述出库信息;其中,所述出库信息包括:商品批次号、商品出库量。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其中,
    所述上架商品确定模块,用于根据商品历史账单统计多种商品出现在同一账单中的出现频率;基于所述出现频率获得与所述上架商品相对应的关联上架商品;其中,所述上架商品与所述关联上架商品共同出现在同一账单中的出现频率大于预设的频率阈值。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的装置,所述商品属性包括:商品种类、商品规格、商品销售价格;所述摆放信息包括:货架类型、货架层数和规格、货架库位号;
    所述货架摆放分配模块,用于按照预设的关联摆放规则、所述商品种类确定所述上 架商品和所述关联上架商品摆放位置的临近关系;其中,所述关联摆放规则包括:按照所述出现频率由高到低的顺序;根据所述商品规格确定摆放所述上架商品的货架类型;其中,所述货架类型包括:多层货架、容器类货架;基于所述商品出库量和所述商品规格为所述上架商品分配货架库位。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的装置,其中,
    所述货架摆放分配模块,用于根据所述上架商品的长度、高度、宽度信息以及所述商品出库量确定与此上架商品相对应的货架层数和规格以及货架库位号;或者,根据所述上架商品的单位体积以及所述商品出库量确定需要的货架容器体积,基于所述货架容器体积为所述上架商品分配货架容器并确定货架库位号。

    所述货架调度模块,根据设置所述货架库位号与所述上架商品的对应关系;基于所述对应关系在显示装置中显示与货架库位相对应的所述上架商品的商品属性信息。

    所述补货商品确定模块,包括:
    补货数量确定单元,用于如果确定所述上架商品的当前剩余商品数量与此上架商品的商品出库量的比值小于或等于预设的剩余商品比例阈值,则确定所述上架商品的补货数量进行补货处理。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其中,
    所述补货数量确定单元,用于基于所述上架商品的商品出库量和当前剩余商品数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的补货预计数量;通过在商品出货与第一次补货期间或两次连续补货期间的所述上架商品的账单信息确定与此上架商品相对应的商品销售数量;基于所述补货预计数量与所述商品销售数量的差值获得与此上架商品相对应的取货但未购买的商品数量;基于所述商品销售数量和所述取货但未购买的商品数量确定所述补货数量。

    补货位置确定单元,用于获取与所述货架库位对应设置的检测装置采集的检测信号; 基于所述检测信号确定与所述货架库位对应的补货商品可容纳数量;根据预设的补货布置规则以及所述补货商品可容纳数量确定与所述货架库位对应的补货商品数量;其中,所述补货布置规则包括:按照补货商品可容纳数量的比例关系分配补货商品。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其中,
    所述检测装置包括:重量传感器、测距传感器;
    所述检测信号包括:重量信号、位于货架库位中的上架商品与此货架库位边缘的距离。
  23. 一种商品售卖装置,包括:
    存储器;以及耦接至所述存储器的处理器,所述处理器被配置为基于存储在所述存储器中的指令,执行如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
  24. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,所述指令被处理器执行如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
