Claims (9)
- 야생형에 비하여 도코사헥사엔산(DHA) 생산량이 증가되고, 아미노산 생산량이 감소된 트라우즈토카이트리움 속(Thraustochytrium genus) CJM01 미세조류(기탁번호: KCTC 13538BP).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트라우즈토카이트리움 속 CJM01 미세조류는, 지방산 총 중량을 기준으로 40 내지 60 중량%의 도코사헥사엔산을 포함하는, 미세조류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트라우즈토카이트리움 속 CJM01 미세조류는 도코사헥사엔산 생산성이 0.5 내지 0.7 (g/l/h) 인, 미세조류.
- 제1항의 트라우즈토카이트리움 속 CJM01 미세조류를 배양하는 단계; 및 상기 미세조류, 이의 배양물, 이의 건조물, 또는 이의 파쇄물로부터 도코사헥사엔산 함유 바이오매스를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 바이오매스 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배양은, 종속영양 조건하에서 수행되는 것인, 바이오매스 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배양은 탄소원 및 질소원을 포함하는 배지를 사용하여 수행하는 것인, 바이오매스 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄소원은 글루코오스, 프럭토오스, 말토오스, 갈락토오스, 만노오스, 수크로오스, 아라비노오스, 자일로오스 및 글리세롤로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것인, 바이오매스 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 질소원은 i) 효모 추출물, 우육 추출물(beef extract), 펩톤(peptone) 및 트립톤(tryptone)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 유기질소원 또는 ii) 암모늄 아세테이트, 암모늄 나이트레이트, 암모늄 클로라이드, 암모늄 설페이트, 소듐 나이트레이트, 우레아 및 MSG(Monosodium glutamate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 무기질소원인 것인, 바이오매스 제조방법.
- 제1항의 트라우즈토카이트리움 속 CJM01 미세조류를 배양하는 단계; 및 상기 미세조류, 이의 배양물, 이의 건조물, 또는 이의 파쇄물로부터 도코사헥사엔산 함유 지질을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 바이오오일 제조방법.
