Abstract

a presente revelação se refere a cepas de gênero thraustochytrium que incluem um alto teor de ácidos graxos poli-insaturados e um método de produção de uma biomassa com uso do mesmo. de acordo com as microalgas cjm01 inovadoras de gênero thraustochytrium da presente revelação, o teor de lipídios na biomassa e o teor de ácido graxo insaturado como ácido docosa-hexaenoico na biomassa são altos, para que as próprias microalgas, uma biomassa produzida pelo cultivo e fermentação de microalgas, um condensado da biomassa e um produto seco da biomassa sejam muito úteis como composição alimentar.
