Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to a wiring board.
- MIMIM (Metal-Insulator-Metal) capacitors may be formed on a substrate with wiring.
- This capacitor has a structure in which an insulating layer is sandwiched between conductive layers.
- the conductive layer and the insulating layer have different coefficients of thermal expansion. Therefore, stress is generated by expansion and contraction according to the heat history due to the manufacturing process and the like. This phenomenon becomes more remarkable when the wiring is made thicker to reduce the transmission resistance.
- the insulating layer is separated from the conductive layer or cracks are generated in the insulating layer in order to reduce the stress. As described above, the generation of a large stress causes a reduction in the reliability of the capacitor.

On the other hand, the upper surface 12-2u of the second portion 12-2 is separated from the first insulating layer 13. The surface roughness of the upper surface 12-2u is equal to or larger than the surface roughness of the upper surface 12-1u.
- the surface roughness of the upper surface 12-1u is 200 nm or less, and the surface roughness of the upper surface 12-2u is 80 nm or more and 300 nm or less. Abstract
Description
配線付の基板上にMIM(Metal-Insulator-Metal)キャパシタが形成される場合がある。

第3導電層20aは、インダクタ27とキャパシタ100L(第1導電層12L、第1絶縁層13Lおよび第2導電層14L)との間の貫通孔15-1に形成されている。
<変形例>
