Definitions
- the present invention relates to a female underwear having a cup portion such as a brassiere or a camisole.
- women's underwear having a cup portion represented by a brassiere there are two types of women's underwear having a cup portion represented by a brassiere, one using an arc-shaped wire on the lower side of the cup portion and one not using a wire.
- Women's underwear having a cup portion that does not use a wire is called wireless women's underwear (or wireless bra).
- Wireless women's underwear (wireless bra) is, for example, left and right cup parts to cover the bust, a base part that is sewn as needed to support the lower side of the cup part, and a back part that extends from the base part to the back side And a strap provided from the cup part to the back part.
- an arc-shaped wire is inserted in the lower side of the cup portion. The wire serves to keep the shape of the cup in the shape of the wire.
- Women's underwear wearers include those with rich bust and those who are not, those with thick and thin chests, people with wide and narrow shoulders, people with shoulders and those with shoulders, etc. There are various body shapes.
- One of the main functions required for the cup part of such women's underwear is to improve the formability of the bust, which forms a beautiful decollet on the chest by raising the bust.
- the cup is fitted tightly without gaps and the bust is firmly held, and comfort when worn (for example, the body is left and right)
- the bra cup does not float from the chest when twisted, the bust does not protrude from the side of the bra cup even if both arms are shaken, the bra does not slip up even if both hands are raised, the strap can be turned even if both shoulders are turned It is also important to improve the comfort of wearing such as not falling off the shoulders, bust does not shake greatly even when jumping, and the back belt of the brassiere does not rise even if bent forward.
- Patent Document 1 is an invention for improving the formability of a bust of women's underwear, and this invention uses a lift-up cloth to make the bust rich.
- the lift-up cloth has its upper end sewn to the chest end of the strap together with the outer corner of the upper end of the brassiere cup, and the lower side of the brassiere cup is sewn to the base of the base cloth. It is bridged diagonally between the chest end of the strap and the base of the base cloth.
- the covered area of the lift-up cloth with respect to the brassiere cup covers the entire area of the outer surface of the brassiere cup from the lower part to the outer side part. With this, when worn, the lower part of the bust housed in the brassiere cup can be lifted upward by moving the inside of the bust housed in the brassiere cup to the inside by the lift-up cloth. It is said that it has the effect of bringing a bust to the side and forming a beautiful decollete on the chest.
- Patent Document 2 is an invention that focuses on improving the comfort of women's underwear, such as fit to the bust and comfort during wearing.
- the present invention includes left and right brassiere cups and a front cloth covering the brass cups from above.
- the lower side of the brassiere cup is sewn together with the front side cloth on the cup side of the base part, and only the upper end of the front side cloth is sewn to the chest side end of the strap.
- the upper side of the brassiere cup is not sewn to the front fabric. That is, other than the lower side of the brassiere cup is free with respect to the front cloth.
- Such a bra is called a free cup bra.
- the upper end of the lift-up cloth is sewn to the chest side end of the strap together with the upper end of the brassiere cup.
- the position of the brassiere cup is determined by the strap, and the applicability to the wearer's body shape is poor. For example, when a person with a large shoulder width wears a brassiere cup that fits a person with a normal shoulder width, the distance between the left and right straps is increased according to the shoulder width, and the brassiere cup sewn on the strap is pulled outward. become. If it does so, a brassiere cup will shift outside from the position of a bust, and it will not fit well, but fit nature will worsen.
- the brassiere cup and lift-up cloth will move as the strap moves. Also, when the strap was pulled up by bending the chest or raising the arm, the strap was pulled and the brassiere cup was lifted more than necessary, and the lower side could come off the bust barges line.
- the free cup brassiere disclosed in the cited document 2 is free with the upper side of the brassiere cup not sewn to the front cloth as described above. It is said that the bust can be covered independently without being restricted by the movement of the worn front cloth.
- the front side cloth holds the brassiere cup from the top, but only the lower side is sewn.
- the upper side is supported and is unstable. If the body is twisted or bent sideways, the brassiere cup may be deformed during operation and the bust may spill from the upper side. This tendency was particularly prominent when the bust was rich.
- the body shape and bust size of women's underwear wearers are various as described above, and S, M, L, LL, and even 3L sizes according to the customer's body shape.
- Cup sizes A to I are determined according to the size of the bust.
- the shape of the lower side of the brassiere cup is held in the shape of the wire by the shape retaining force of the wire.
- there are various sizes of the bust and if the wire does not fit the bust, the wearer is painful, or a gap is generated between the brassiere cup and the bust, resulting in poor fit.
- brassiere cups using wires need to be finely divided according to the size of the bust, and the number of varieties increases on the manufacturer side. This leads to an increase in cost.

Are integrally sewn together to form a W-shaped thin linear cup support portion 14.
- the wire is not used for this portion (cup support portion 14). Accordingly, the shape of the cup support portion 14 that is the lower side of the cup portion is not uniquely determined as in the case of using the wire, and the shape is more flexible than when the wire is used. However, although the cup support part 14 is thick and bends flexibly, it is not stretchable in the longitudinal direction. At the time of wearing, it comes into soft contact with the bust line V of the bust B. The tension of the lift-up cloth 40 in the cup support portion 14 is generated in the sewing portions 42b and 42c of the lift-up cloth 40 as described above.
- the base cloth 10 and the side belts 11 and 12 are made of cloth or lace.
- a locking member 11a on the male side is provided at the end of one side belt 11, and a locked member 12a on the female side is provided at the end of the other side belt 12.

- the 46w width of the insertion part 46 of the lift-up cloth 40 is formed to be the same as or smaller than the slit opening width 6w of the slit-like hole 6 as described above.
- the contact resistance is smaller than when the slit width 6w is equal to the width 46w of the insertion portion 46, the movement of the insertion portion 46 with respect to the slit-like hole 6 in the longitudinal direction becomes easier. Furthermore, since the slit opening width 6w is larger than the 46w width of the insertion portion 46, even if the movable range of the insertion portion 46 increases in the slit direction and the position of the strap 30 shifts according to the wearer's body shape (for example, When the shoulder width is wide, the interval between the left and right straps 30 is widened, and conversely, the gap is narrowed. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the upper side 43 of the lift-up cloth 40 passes through a portion that coincides with the top position K of the brassiere cup 1 or a portion in the vicinity of the top and bottom thereof.
- the base cloth 10 is stretched by the side belts 11 and 12 connected by the locking member 11a and the locked member 12a, and the waistline of the wearer is lightly tightened.
- the lift-up cloth 40 is lifted in the shoulder direction as indicated by an arrow (see FIG. 1).
- the cup support portions 14 enter the burge lines V of both busts B, and support the bust B from below. Since no wire is contained in the cup support portion 14, the cup support portion 14 is flexibly deformed and softly hits the barges line V according to the size of the bust B or the shape of the barges line V although it does not stretch.
- the entire lower side 2 of the brassiere cup 1 and the lower edge 22 of the cup covering fabric 20 are sewn as described above, but the lower side 42 of the lift-up fabric 40 has its lowest point Q (the highest point of the brassiere cup 1). Since the portion including the lower point P) is a non-sewn portion 42a and both sides thereof are sewn portions 42b and 42c, the brassiere cup 1 is lifted by the sewn portions 42b and 42c, The corresponding portion (lower center portion) of the bust B slightly enters the portion of the cup support portion 14 that coincides with the non-sewn portion 42a.
- the insertion part 46 of the lift-up cloth 40 is inserted from the front side to the back side through the slit-like hole 6 provided in the corner part 9 of the brassiere cup 1.
- the insertion portion 46 can easily move the slit-like hole 6 in the longitudinal direction within a certain range.
- the insertion portion 46 has a portion that passes through the slit-like hole 6 thinner than the slit-like hole 6, but as can be seen from FIG. 1, a portion slightly below the slit-like hole 6 (for example, a slit The width of the slit-like hole 6 is lowered to the lower side 42 side) by about 10 mm, and exceeds the slit width 6 w of the slit-like hole 6.
- the slit-shaped hole 6 has a hole edge. Since the insertion portion 46 is hooked, the brass cup 1 also moves together by the amount of movement after engagement. In other words, the upper side 3 and the side side 4 of the brassiere cup 1 are restrained with a margin of a certain range in the horizontal direction by the insertion of the insertion portion 46. That is, the upper side 3 and the side side 4 of the brassiere cup 1 are not completely free, and are restrained by the lift-up cloth 40 with a certain margin, so that the instability is eliminated.
- the brassiere cup 1 rises around the lower side 2 by the tension of the cup covering cloth 20 that covers the brassiere cup 1 from above. At this time, the slit-like hole 6 of the brassiere cup 1 smoothly moves upward through the insertion portion 46 of the lift-up cloth 40 and wraps the bust B.
- the raising and lowering of the brassiere cup 1 is performed by a cup covering cloth 20 that is connected to the strap 30 and wraps the entire brassiere cup 1 from its surface side.
- the lower half 1d of the brassiere cup 1 is made thick as shown in FIG. 10 (or if it is made thick by inserting a pad), the bust-up effect can be enhanced.
- the brassiere cup 1 can cope with the size of the bust B with a certain degree of tolerance by the above-mentioned ups and downs, and since the wireless does not insert the wire into the cup support portion 14,
- the size can cover the front and rear cup sizes, and therefore the cup size can be reduced compared to the conventional example using wires.
- the sub lift-up cloth 60 is provided as necessary, as indicated by a virtual line (two-dot chain line) in FIG.
- the sub lift-up cloth 60 is a half-moon shaped part as viewed from the front, and is used in a double use made of the same material as the lift-up cloth 40 and folded at the upper side 63 thereof.
- the lower side 62 of the sub lift-up cloth 60 is sewn together with the lower side 2 of the brassiere cup 1 and becomes a part of the cup support portion 14.
- the side lifting side 64 of the sub-liftup cloth 60 is sewn to the side 4 of the brassiere cup 1 and the upper side 63 is free.
- the sub lift-up cloth 60 is provided so as to be sandwiched between the cup-coated cloth 20 and the lift-up cloth 40 or between the lift-up cloth 40 and the brassiere cup 1, as can be seen from the circular cross section shown in FIG. It has been.
- the sub lift-up cloth 60 is provided separately from the cup-coated cloth 20 and the lift-up cloth 40 or the lift-up cloth 40 and the brassiere cup 1.
- the chest side end portion 62P2 of the sub-liftup cloth 60 is coincident with the chest side end portion of the non-sewn portion 42a of the liftup fabric 40 (FIG. 6).
- the sub lift-up cloth 60 covers the side sewn part 42b having a narrow width from the non-sewn part 42a of the lift-up cloth 40, and the side having a narrow width from the non-sewn part 42a of the lift-up cloth 40.
- the side sewing portion 42b is reinforced.

Abstract
Description
図7の場合は、点Qから脇側端部Q1(ブラジャーカップ1の脇側端部P1にほぼ一致して設けられている。)
