本发明实施例属于注塑模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种镶件结构及采用该镶件结构的塑胶模具。
背景技术
在注塑领域,有些多型腔螺纹出模类塑胶模具中会设置一些镶件,比如螺纹转芯,镶件一方面是便于拆装更换,另一方面对于结构较为复杂的注塑产品,或者不易出模的注塑产品(比如需要加工内螺纹孔的注塑产品),设置镶件可以方便出模,降低加工难度。
发明人在实现本发明实施例的过程中发现,现有技术至少存在下述问题:在设置螺纹转芯这类型的镶件的塑胶模具中,需要使螺纹转芯与定模板或动模板或其他镶件紧密配合,如果配合不好,注塑产品容易形成飞边,导致产品良率降低;如果镶件装配至模具后注塑产品出现跑飞边的情况,现有的做法是需要把模具拆开重新调整镶件的位置,这样将导致生产效率低,且每次调整的结果会不一致,导致不同批次的注塑产品的一致性较差。
发明内容
基于上述背景,本发明实施例提供一种镶件结构,以解决现有塑胶模具中采用一些镶件时注塑产品容易出现飞边的问题,以及解决在产品出现飞边问题时需要拆开模具重新调整镶件位置导致生产效率低、产品一致性较差的问题。此外,本发明实施例还提供采用该镶件结构的塑胶模具。

作为本发明的可选方案,所述卡位件包括互相接触的弹性部和卡位部,所述第一轴向孔的内壁设置有径向沉孔,所述弹性部位于所述径向沉孔内,所述卡位部部分地位于所述径向沉孔内。
作为本发明的可选方案,所述镶件结构还包括限位件,所述限位件配合所述传动部限定所述镶件与所述固定件的旋接距离。
作为本发明的可选方案,所述固定部远离所述镶件的一端设置外螺纹部,所述调整件和所述锁定件为依次旋入所述外螺纹部的两个旋钮。

根据本发明实施例提供的镶件结构和采用该镶件结构的注塑模具,通 过设置与镶件配合的固定件和调整件,可以通过调整件调整镶件和固定件的旋接距离来调整镶件在模具中与其他部件的配合紧密度,从而在不拆除模具的情况下完成镶件在模具中位置的矫正,防止飞边的情况产生,能有效提高生产效率,且可保证每次的调整量能维持相同的水平,从而保证注塑产品的一致性。

本发明实施例提供一种镶件结构,其包括:
镶件,所述镶件上设置有与外部部件配合的传动部;
与所述镶件旋接且共轴的固定件,所述固定件外周设置有与外部部件配合的轴向限位部;
带动所述固定件转动,以调整所述镶件和固定件旋接距离的调整件;
以及锁定所述调整件的锁定件。
基于所述的镶件结构,本发明实施例还提供一种塑胶模具,所述塑胶模具包括定模组件、动模组件,以及位于由所述定模组件和动模组件配合形成的型腔内的脱模组件和上述的镶件结构,其中,所述脱模组件包括传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮与所述镶件结构中的镶件上的传动部配合。
根据本发明实施例提供的镶件结构和采用该镶件结构的注塑模具,通过设置与镶件配合的固定件和调整件,可以通过调整件调整镶件和固定件的旋接距离来调整镶件在模具中与其他部件的配合紧密度,从而在不拆除模具的情况下完成镶件在模具中位置的矫正,防止飞边的情况产生,能有效提高生产效率,且可保证每次的调整量能维持相同的水平,从而保证注塑产品的一致性。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明实施例方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参阅图1,图示为本发明实施例提供的镶件结构的整体结构图,所述镶件结构可应用于塑胶模具,尤其是多型腔螺纹出模类塑胶模具,具体地,所述镶件结构包括镶件10、固定件20、调整件30和锁定件40;所述固定件20与所述镶件10旋接且共轴,所述调整件30带动所述固定件20转动,以调整所述镶件10和所述固定件20的旋接距离;所述锁定件40用于在所述调整件30调整完所述镶件10和所述固定件20的旋接距离后锁定所述调整件30。
进一步地,结合图2,所述镶件10上设置有与外部部件配合的传动部101,在本实施例中,该外部部件可以是塑胶模具中脱模组件中的传动齿轮,所述传动部101相对应的为齿轮部。
所述固定件20外周设置有与外部部件配合的轴向限位部201,在本实施例中,该外部部件可以是塑胶模具中的定模板,该定模板配合所述轴向限位部201限制所述固定件20的轴向运动,所述固定件20在所述调整件30的带动下仅可做周向旋转运动,而不能做轴向运动,从而当所述调整件30旋转时,与所述调整件30旋接的镶件10即可沿所述调整件30的轴线 做直线运动,从而调整所述镶件10的在塑胶模具中的位置,实现所述镶件10与塑胶模具中其他部件配合的紧密度的调整,避免塑胶产品出现飞边的情况;由于所述固定件20的旋转角度是可控的,因此可以最大限度保证一致的调整量,从而保证塑胶产品的一致性。
作为本发明可实施的方案,所述固定件20与所述镶件10的旋接可通过所述固定件20套设在所述镶件10的外部实现,下面对此进行实例说明,重新参阅图2,可在所述固定件20的一端设置第一轴向孔202,所述镶件10部分地位于所述第一轴向孔202内,所述镶件10在所述调整件30带动所述固定件20旋转时可在所述第一轴向孔202内旋进或旋出。在一种可选的实施例中,所述第一轴向孔202为盲孔或者通孔,所述第一轴向孔202的侧壁设置有内螺纹,所述镶件10位于所述第一轴向孔202内的一端设置有外螺纹,所述镶件10通过所述外螺纹和所述内螺纹与所述固定件20啮合,当调整件30带动所述固定件20旋转时,所述调整件30和所述镶件10的旋接距离将发生变化,即所述镶件10在所述第一轴向孔202内旋进或旋出;在另一种可选的实施例中,如图3所示,所述第一轴向孔202为盲孔,所述第一轴向孔202的底部设置有轴向的螺纹柱203,所述螺纹柱203与所述第一轴向孔202共轴,所述镶件10位于所述第一轴向孔202内的一端设置有带内螺纹的第二轴向孔102,所述镶件10通过所述第二轴向孔102中的内螺纹与所述螺纹柱203啮合,当调整件30带动所述固定件20旋转时,所述调整件30和所述镶件10的旋接距离将发生变化,所述螺纹柱203在所述第二轴向孔102内旋进或旋出,所述镶件10相应地在所述第一轴向孔202内旋进或旋出,在本实施例中,所述螺纹柱203可以与所述固定件20为一体结构,也可以是穿过所述固定件20端部的螺钉。
当然,在另外一些实施例中,所述固定件20与所述镶件10的旋接也可以是通过所述镶件10套设在所述固定件20外部实现,其实现的方式与上述固定件20套设在镶件10外部的方式类似,在此不再展开说明。
作为本发明可实施的方案,所述第一轴向孔202的内壁还设置有卡位件204,所述镶件10位于所述第一轴向孔202的部分对应设置有卡槽103,所述卡位件204和卡槽103的配合可在用户调整所述固定件20和所述镶件10的旋接距离时产生到位感,即所述镶件10从所述第一轴向孔202中 旋进或旋出一定距离时,所述卡位件204滑入所述卡槽103从而产生到位感,所述卡位件204在所述第一轴向孔202内的位置可根据所述镶件10与塑胶模具中的部件紧密配合时所述镶件10与所述固定件20的旋接距离来设置,使所述卡位件204滑入所述卡槽103产生到位感时,所述镶件10与塑胶模具中的部件正好紧密配合,从而抑制塑胶产品上飞边的产生。
在一些实施例中,可在所述镶件10的外壁上设置两个沿轴向分布的卡槽103,其中一个卡槽103与所述卡位件204配合产生的到位感对应所述镶件10与塑胶模具中的部件的紧密配合的状态,另一个卡槽103与所述卡位件204配合产生的到位感对应所述镶件10与塑胶产品已完成脱模的状态;当然,也可在所述第一轴向孔202的内壁上设置两个沿轴向分布的卡位件204,其中一个卡位件204与所述卡槽103配合产生的到位感对应所述镶件10与塑胶模具中的部件的紧密配合的状态,另一个卡位件204与所述卡槽103配合产生的到位感对应所述镶件10与塑胶产品已完成脱模的状态。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图4所示,所述卡位件204可包括互相接触或互相连接的弹性部2041和卡位部2042,所述第一轴向孔202的内壁设置有径向沉孔205,所述弹性部2041位于所述径向沉孔205内,所述卡位部2042部分地位于所述径向沉孔205内,在本实施例中,所述卡位部2042与所述卡槽103配合的一侧被设置成曲面结构,更进一步地,所述卡槽103也可对应设置曲面结构,从而可保证所述卡位件204能够在所述卡槽103内平滑地滑进或滑出。
当然,在另一些实施例中,所述产生到位感的卡位件204和卡槽103也可通过弹片加凸台的方式或者其他可实现到位感的方式替代,在此不再展开说明。在另一些实施例中,所述卡位件204也可设置在所述镶件10外壁上,所述卡槽103相应的设置在所述第一轴向孔202的内壁,具体的设置形式可参考上述实施例中相关说明,在此不再展开说明。
作为本发明可实施的方案,所述镶件结构还包括限位件50,所述限位件50套设在所述镶件10上,所述限位件50配合所述传动部101限定所述镶件10的运动范围,即限定所述镶件10与所述固定件20的旋接距离或旋接距离的变化范围,具体的,所述限位件50被固定在塑胶模具的定 模板中,使得所述镶件10从所述固定件20中旋出一定距离时,所述传动部101正好抵顶在所述限位件50上,实现对所述镶件10的限位功能,防止所述镶件10与塑胶模具中其他部件的过盈配合,从而减少模具受损的几率,提高所述镶件10和塑胶模具的使用寿命。
作为本发明可实施的方案,所述固定部远离所述镶件10的一端设置外螺纹部,所述调整件30和所述锁定件40为旋钮,所述调整和所述锁定件40依次旋入所述外螺纹部,在本实施例中,所述旋钮可以塑料制成,也可是金属制成。
在本发明实施例上述方案中,所述镶件10具体可为螺纹型芯,该螺纹型芯可在塑胶产品上形成内螺纹孔。
本发明实施例提供的镶件结构与现有技术相比至少存在如下优点:
通过设置与镶件10配合的固定件20和调整件30,该镶件结构装配到模具后,可以通过调整件30调整镶件10和固定件20的旋接距离来调整镶件10在模具中与其他部件的配合紧密度,从而在不拆除模具的情况下完成镶件10在模具中位置的矫正,防止飞边的情况产生,能有效提高生产效率;可保证每次的调整量能维持相同的水平,从而保证注塑产品的一致性。
本发明实施例还提供一种塑胶模具,参阅图5至图7,其中图5为所述塑胶模具的俯视图,图6和图7为对所述塑胶模具在不同位置的剖视图,具体地,所述塑胶模具包括定模组件1、动模组件2,以及位于由所述定模组件1和动模组件2配合形成的型腔(图中未标识)内的脱模组件32和镶件结构4,其中,所述镶件结构4可参考上述实施例中所提供的镶件结构,在此不再赘述;所述脱模组件32连接所述型腔外部的驱动机构31,其包括传动齿轮32a,所述传动齿轮32a与所述镶件结构4中的镶件10上的传动部101配合。
参阅图8和图9,并结合图1至图4对所述镶件结构4在所述塑胶模具中的工作过程进行说明。
假如初始状态所述镶件结构4中的镶件10与所述塑胶模具中的镶孔11处于分离状态,即镶件10所述塑胶模具中的模仁(图中未标识)配合处于不紧密状态,若按照这种状态进行塑胶产品的生产,必然产生飞边。
首先,可通过扳手等工具操作所述调整件30,使所述调整件30带动所述固定件20朝特定的方向转动,进一步带动所述镶件10从所述固定部中旋出并朝所述镶孔11运动,当旋转一定角度后,若继续通过所述调整件30带动所述固定件20旋转时产生吃力感,或者所述镶件10上的卡槽103与所述固定件20上的卡位件204产生紧密配合时的到位感,则说明所述镶件10与所述塑胶模具中的模仁的配合已经相对紧密,此时停止旋转所述固定件20;
然后,进一步通过扳手等工具操作锁定件40,使所述锁定件40旋转到抵紧所述调整件30的位置,使得所述调整件30和所述锁定件40产生自锁力,实现对所述固定件20的固定,可保证所述镶件10在生产过程中不会产生移位,由此完成对所述镶件10的调整。
进一步说明所述镶件10在完成注塑后的出模过程,如图8所示,具体的,在驱动机构31的传动齿条(图中未标识)和传动轴(图中未标识)的带动下,使得所述传动齿轮32a转动,所述传动齿轮32a带动所述镶件10旋转,所述镶件10旋转时将往下运动而旋入所述同定件20的第一轴向孔202内,同时由于所述镶件10位于所述塑胶产品中的螺牙在所述塑胶产品中相应的内螺牙,所述镶件10旋转时将沿着该内螺牙从所述塑胶产品中旋出,当所述镶件10完全从所述塑胶产品中旋出时,则实现所述镶件10与塑胶产品的分离,完成脱模。此后,若反向旋转所述传动齿轮32a,可使所述镶件10反向运动至与所述塑胶模具中的模仁紧密配合,若所述传动齿轮32a带动所述镶件10回转后与所述模仁配合不紧密,则可重复上述调整镶件10的过程来调整所述镶件10和所述模仁的紧密度。
本发明实施例提供的塑胶模具采用上述实施例所述的镶件结构4,与现有技术相比至少存在如下优点:
通过设置与镶件10配合的固定件20和调整件30,可以通过调整件30调整镶件10和固定件20的旋接距离来调整镶件10在模具中与其他部件的配合紧密度,从而在不拆除模具的情况下完成镶件10在模具中位置的矫正,防止飞边的情况产生,能有效提高生产效率;同时操作简单,方便塑胶模具的日常维护;此外,可保证每次的调整量能维持相同的水平,从而保证注塑产品的一致性。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种镶件结构,其特征在于,包括:
    镶件,所述镶件上设置有与外部部件配合的传动部;
    与所述镶件旋接且共轴的固定件,所述固定件外周设置有与外部部件配合的轴向限位部;
    带动所述固定件转动,以调整所述镶件和所述固定件的旋接距离的调整件;
    以及锁定所述调整件的锁定件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,所述固定件设置有第一轴向孔,所述镶件在所述调整件带动所述固定件旋转时可在所述第一轴向孔内旋进或旋出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,所述第一轴向孔为盲孔或者通孔,所述第一轴向孔的侧壁设置有内螺纹,所述镶件位于所述第一轴向孔内的一端设置外螺纹,所述镶件通过所述外螺纹和所述内螺纹与所述固定件啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,所述第一轴向孔为盲孔,所述第一轴向孔的底部设置有轴向的螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱与所述第一轴向孔共轴,所述镶件位于所述第一轴向孔内的一端设置有带内螺纹的第二轴向孔,所述镶件通过所述内螺纹与所述螺纹柱啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,所述第一轴向孔的内壁设置有卡位件,所述镶件位于所述第一轴向孔的部分对应设置有卡槽,所述镶件从所述第一轴向孔中旋出或旋出一定距离时,所述卡位件和所述卡槽配合产生到位感。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,所述卡位件包括互相接触的弹性部和卡位部,所述第一轴向孔的内壁设置有径向沉孔,所述弹性部位于所述径向沉孔内,所述卡位部部分地位于所述径向沉孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,还包括限位件, 所述限位件配合所述传动部限定所述镶件与所述固定件的旋接距离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,所述固定部远离所述镶件的一端设置外螺纹部,所述调整件和所述锁定件为依次旋入所述外螺纹部的两个旋钮。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的镶件结构,其特征在于,所述镶件为螺纹型芯。
  10. 一种塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述塑胶模具包括定模组件、动模组件,以及位于由所述定模组件和动模组件配合形成的型腔内的脱模组件和镶件结构,其中,所述脱模组件包括传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮与所述镶件结构中的镶件上的传动部配合;
    所述镶件结构包括:
    镶件,所述镶件上设置有与外部部件配合的传动部;
    与所述镶件旋接且共轴的固定件,所述固定件外周设置有与外部部件配合的轴向限位部;
    带动所述固定件转动,以调整所述镶件和所述固定件的旋接距离的调整件;
    以及锁定所述调整件的锁定件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述固定件设置有第一轴向孔,所述镶件在所述调整件带动所述固定件旋转时可在所述第一轴向孔内旋进或旋出。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述第一轴向孔为盲孔或者通孔,所述第一轴向孔的侧壁设置有内螺纹,所述镶件位于所述第一轴向孔内的一端设置外螺纹,所述镶件通过所述外螺纹和所述内螺纹与所述固定件啮合。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述第一轴向孔为盲孔,所述第一轴向孔的底部设置有轴向的螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱与所述第一轴向孔共轴,所述镶件位于所述第一轴向孔内的一端设置有带内螺纹的第二轴向孔,所述镶件通过所述内螺纹与所述螺纹柱啮合。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述第一轴向孔的内壁设置有卡位件,所述镶件位于所述第一轴向孔的部分对应设置有卡槽,所述镶件从所述第一轴向孔中旋出或旋出一定距离时,所述卡位件和所述卡槽配合产生到位感。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述卡位件包括互相接触的弹性部和卡位部,所述第一轴向孔的内壁设置有径向沉孔,所述弹性部位于所述径向沉孔内,所述卡位部部分地位于所述径向沉孔内。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,还包括限位件,所述限位件配合所述传动部限定所述镶件与所述固定件的旋接距离。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述固定部远离所述镶件的一端设置外螺纹部,所述调整件和所述锁定件为依次旋入所述外螺纹部的两个旋钮。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的塑胶模具,其特征在于,所述镶件为螺纹型芯。
