注塑模具中的塑料件在注塑成型后,通常要由顶针板带动顶针将塑料件顶出脱模。顶针板分为上顶针板和下顶针板,直顶杆一头安装在上、下顶针板之间,已有直顶杆上下高度无法调节,在直顶杆损耗需要更换时,若更换后的直顶杆在高度上存在偏差,则需要再加工直顶杆,加工麻烦,并且因加工误差而导致直顶杆与型芯存在不同心问题时,直顶杆左右位置无法调节,直顶杆因不同心而容易磨损严重,顶出不顺畅,甚至产生变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种直顶杆上下高度和左右同心度调节方便,保证直顶杆顶出顺畅的注塑模具直顶杆调节机构。
本实用新型注塑模具直顶杆调节机构的技术方案是:包括上复板和下复板,在上复板下设置型腔,下复板上设置模脚,模脚之间设置上顶针板和下顶针板,上、下顶针板之间安装直顶杆,在模脚上设置型芯,型芯中开导向孔,型芯与型腔之间有注塑成型的塑料件,直顶杆一头穿过型芯的导向孔经螺钉与型芯镶块相固定,型芯镶块与塑料件相接触,其特征在于:所述上顶针板中开有顶针孔和安装槽,安装槽直径大于顶针孔,在顶针孔中设置直顶杆,直顶杆与顶针孔之间的间隙H为0.5—1mm,安装槽中设置调整垫片,调整垫片经螺柱与直顶杆相固定。

本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具直顶杆调节机构,如图1—图2所示,包括上复板1和下复板2,在上复板下设置型腔3,下复板上设置模脚4,模脚之间设置上顶针板5和下顶针板6,上、下顶针板之间安装直顶杆7,在模脚上设置型芯8,型芯中开导向孔19,型芯与型腔之间有注塑成型的塑料件9,直顶杆一头穿过型芯的导向孔经螺钉10与型芯镶块11相固定,型芯镶块与塑料件相接触,其特征在于:所述上顶针板5中开有顶针孔12和安装槽13,安装槽直径大于顶针孔,在顶针孔12中设置直顶杆7,直顶杆与顶针孔之间的间隙H为0.5—1mm,安装槽13中设置调整垫片14,调整垫片经螺柱15与直顶杆相固定。通过在上顶针板5中开有顶针孔12和安装槽13,安装槽直径大于顶针孔,顶针孔中设置直顶杆7,安装槽中设置调整垫片14,由螺柱15穿过调整垫片与直顶杆相固定,当更换后的直顶杆7较长或较短的时候,可直接通过更换不同厚度的调整垫片14来调整直顶杆的上下高度,调节方便,无需重新加工直顶杆,提高了工作效率,而在直顶杆7与顶针孔12之间留有0.5—1mm的间隙,可以调整因加工误差引起的直顶杆与型芯8中的导向孔19不同心所导致的问题,保证直顶杆顶出顺畅。所述下顶针板6和下复板2与直顶杆7相对应位置开有上通孔16和下通孔17。螺丝刀可穿过上、下通孔16、17拧紧或拆下螺柱15,操作方便。所述螺柱15与调整垫片14之间设置弹簧垫片18。弹簧垫片18对螺柱15与调整垫片14之间张紧,使螺柱拧紧可靠。

1.注塑模具直顶杆调节机构,包括上复板(1)和下复板(2),在上复板下设置型腔(3),下复板上设置模脚(4),模脚之间设置上顶针板(5)和下顶针板(6),上、下顶针板之间安装直顶杆(7),在模脚上设置型芯(8),型芯中开导向孔(19),型芯与型腔之间有注塑成型的塑料件(9),直顶杆一头穿过型芯的导向孔经螺钉(10)与型芯镶块(11)相固定,型芯镶块与塑料件相接触,其特征在于:所述上顶针板(5)中开有顶针孔(12)和安装槽(13),安装槽直径大于顶针孔,在顶针孔(12)中设置直顶杆(7),直顶杆与顶针孔之间的间隙H为0.5—1mm,安装槽(13)中设置调整垫片(14),调整垫片经螺柱(15)与直顶杆相固定。
