Abstract
Description
本発明は、2018年3月7日に、日本に出願された特願2018-041190号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
(1)本発明の態様に係る鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造は、鞍乗型車両(1)に搭載される制御ユニット(30)と、前記制御ユニット(30)に接続される複数のコネクタ(40)と、を備え、前記制御ユニット(30)は、電気信号を伝える複数の接合部(34)を備え、前記複数の接合部(34)は、前記複数のコネクタ(40)にそれぞれ接続され、前記接合部(34)と前記コネクタ(40)との接続方向(Vc)から見て、前記制御ユニット(30)の外周は、前記コネクタ(40)の外周よりも内側に配置され、前記複数のコネクタ(40)を支持する単一の支持部材(50)を備える。
図1は、鞍乗型車両の一例としての自動二輪車1を示す。図1を参照し、自動二輪車1は、ハンドル2によって操向される前輪3と、動力源を含むパワーユニット5によって駆動される後輪4と、を備える。以下、自動二輪車を単に「車両」ということがある。
図2に示すように、車両上部には、制御ユニットであるエンジンコントロールユニット30(以下「ECU30」ともいう。)を備える制御ユニット配置構造29が設けられている。制御ユニット配置構造29は、ECU30と、ECU30に接続される複数(例えば実施形態では二つ)のコネクタ40と、二つのコネクタ40を支持する支持部材50と、エンジンの上方に配置されたエアクリーナ60と、を備える。
ECU30は、各種センサからの信号に基づいて、エンジン10(図1参照)の点火時期、燃料噴射タイミング、アイドル回転数、排ガス還元量などを制御する。図4に示すように、ECU30は、電子回路部品を搭載した回路基板31が、外部機器との間で着脱可能な電気的接続を行うためのカードエッジ端子34を備えた構造を有する。
コネクタ40は、カードエッジ端子34に接続されることにより、ECU30と外部機器とを電気的に接続する。図7に示すように、コネクタ40は、カードエッジ端子34に接続可能な接続端子41と、接続端子41を保持する胴体部42と、胴体部42から延出しECU30の外周部(封止部材32の外周部)が嵌め込まれる外周枠部43と、を備える。
支持部材50は、二つのコネクタ40を支持する単一の部材で形成されている。例えば、支持部材50は、金属材料で形成されている。例えば、支持部材50は、金属板を曲げ加工することにより形成されている。
後連結板54には、支持部材50を固定するための後凸部56が設けられている。後凸部56には、ボルト69の軸部を挿通可能に開口する挿通孔57が設けられている。
図2に示すように、エアクリーナ60は、熱源であるエンジン10(図1参照)を上方から覆うように配置されている。エアクリーナ60の上部は、左右メインフレーム22よりも上方に膨出している。エアクリーナ60の上部後部には、ECU30および二つのコネクタ40を収容可能に窪む凹部61が設けられている。凹部61には、ECU30、二つのコネクタ40および単一の支持部材50が載置される載置領域62が設けられている。図3の上面視で、載置領域62は、車幅方向に長手を有する矩形状をなしている。
この構成によれば、二つのコネクタ40を支持する単一の支持部材50を備えることで、二つのコネクタ40のそれぞれの振動位相が互いに同じ位相になるため、それぞれのコネクタ40の共振が抑えられる。これにより、ECU30は、それぞれのコネクタ40に対して動きが抑制される。したがって、ECU30の耐振性能を向上することができる。
そして、上記実施形態における構成は本発明の一例であり、実施形態の構成要素を周知の構成要素に置き換える等、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

- 鞍乗型車両(1)に搭載される制御ユニット(30)と、前記制御ユニット(30)に接続される複数のコネクタ(40)と、を備え、
前記制御ユニット(30)は、電気信号を伝える複数の接合部(34)を備え、
前記複数の接合部(34)は、前記複数のコネクタ(40)にそれぞれ接続され、
前記接合部(34)と前記コネクタ(40)との接続方向(Vc)から見て、前記制御ユニット(30)の外周は、前記コネクタ(40)の外周よりも内側に配置され、
前記複数のコネクタ(40)を支持する単一の支持部材(50)を備えることを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。 - 前記接続方向(Vc)から見て、前記制御ユニット(30)および前記コネクタ(40)は、長辺(Ls)および短辺(Ss)をそれぞれ有し、
前記接続方向(Vc)から見て、前記支持部材(50)は、前記コネクタ(40)の長辺(Ls)に重なり合うように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。 - 前記接続方向(Vc)から見て、前記支持部材(50)は、前記コネクタ(40)の長辺(Ls)および短辺(Ss)のそれぞれに重なり合うように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。
- 前記制御ユニット(30)は、上面視で矩形形状を有し、
前記複数の接合部(34)は、前記制御ユニット(30)の対辺にそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。 - 前記制御ユニット(30)は、上面視で車両中心位置(CL)に配置され、
前記複数のコネクタ(40)は、前記制御ユニット(30)を挟んで左右にそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。 - 熱源(10)の上方に配置されたエアクリーナ(60)を更に備え、
前記制御ユニット(30)は、前記エアクリーナ(60)の上部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。 - 前記エアクリーナ(60)の上部には、前記制御ユニット(30)および前記複数のコネクタ(40)を収容可能に窪む凹部(61)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。
- 前記支持部材(50)には、前記支持部材(50)を位置決めするための凸部(55)が設けられ、
前記エアクリーナ(60)の上部には、前記凸部(55)を収容可能に窪む第二凹部(63)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の鞍乗型車両の制御ユニット配置構造。
