机柜300内可以设置有层板3,货道装置2可以设置于层板3上。对接件21可以包括设置于层板3上的对接齿轮,传动组件23可以包括枢接于层板3上的主动轮231和从动轮232、套设于主动轮231和从动轮232外周的传动带233、与从动轮232同轴并固接的第一锥齿轮234以及与第一锥齿轮234啮合的第二锥齿轮235,主动轮231与对接齿轮同轴并固接,第二锥齿轮235枢接于对应的层板3上,第二锥齿轮235设置为带动出货组件24将货品输出。
对接齿轮与传动组件23传动连接,即对接齿轮与传动组件23连接,并能够向传动组件23传递动力,带动传动组件23运转。
第二锥齿轮235设置为带动出货组件24将货品输出,可以是出货弹簧241与第二锥齿轮235同轴固接,第二锥齿轮235带动出货弹簧241转动,使出货弹簧241输出货品。
在一实施例中,如图6和图7所示,层板3可以包括设置为支撑货道装置2的第一部和设置于货道装置2两侧的第二部,对接件21、主动轮231和从动轮232均可以设置于第二部上,第二锥齿轮235和出货组件24可以设置于第一部上。
如图2-图5所示,本实施例中,递送装置1可以包括基架11、设置于基架11上的电机12以及与电机12传动连接的传动机构14,基架11与驱动装置4连接,传动机构14被配置为在电机12的驱动下运动,与对接件21传动连接或 分离。
本实施例中,传动机构14可以设置为在电机12的输出轴沿第一预设方向转动时,从第一位置移动至第二位置,并与对接件21传动连接。传动机构14还设置为在电机12的输出轴沿第二预设方向转动时,由第二位置移动至第一位置,并与对接件21分离。第一预设方向和第二预设方向相反。
在一实施例中,对接件21可以包括齿条,传动机构14设置为可与齿条啮合或分离。
在一实施例中,对接件21可以包括对接齿轮,传动机构14可以包括摆臂144以及依次啮合连接的第一齿轮141、第二齿轮142、第三齿轮143,电机12设置为驱动第一齿轮141转动。基架11上枢接有转轴,摆臂144通过单向轴承与转轴连接,第二齿轮142固设于转轴上,第三齿轮143枢接于摆臂144上。第三齿轮143设置为与对接齿轮啮合或分离。摆臂144处于第一位置时在自身重力的作用下具有下落的趋势,电机12的输出轴沿第一预设方向转动时,单向轴承处于解锁状态,即单向轴承的内圈和外圈可相对转动,摆臂144能够下落至第二位置,使第三齿轮143与对接齿轮啮合。电机12的输出轴沿第二预设方向转动时,单向轴承处于锁止状态,即单向轴承的内圈和外圈无相对运动,,摆臂144能够在第二齿轮142的带动下回转至第一位置,使第三齿轮143与对接齿轮分离。递送装置1在机柜300内运动的过程中,摆臂144能够在电机12以及单向轴承的共同作用下保持在上扬状态(即第一位置)。
传动机构14包括第一齿轮141、第二齿轮142、第三齿轮143以及摆臂144,递送装置1在驱动装置4的驱动下运动时,摆臂144在电机12的自锁力以及单向轴承的锁止作用下保持在第一位置,递送装置1到达与待出货的货道装置2对应的位置后,当电机12的输出轴沿第一预设方向转动,由于单向轴承处于解锁状态,摆臂144在自重的作用下下落,摆臂144下落到第二位置后,第三齿轮143与对接齿轮啮合,电机12转动,则通过传动机构14能够驱动对接齿轮转动,从而使对接齿轮能够带动推货机构将货品推出。货品被推出后,电机12的输出轴沿第二预设方向转动,此时,单向轴承处于锁止状态,摆臂144会随第二齿轮142一起转动克服摆臂144的自重回转至第一位置。
本实施例通过上述结构巧妙地实现了递送装置1与待出货的货道装置2的传动连接,不但通过一个递送装置1实现了多个货道装置2的出货,而且由于 只通过几个零件就实现了上述功能,使自动售货机的组装和维护也更加简便。
在一实施例中,基架11上枢接有转轴,可以是基架11上固设有轴承,转轴插接在轴承的内圈中;对接件21与推货机构传动连接即对接件21与推货机构连接且能够向推货机构传递动力。本实施例中还可以包括与电机12匹配的减速器,第一齿轮141可以与减速器的输出轴固接。
本实施例中,递送装置1还可以包括弹性件13,弹性件13连接在传动机构14和基架11之间,设置为使传动机构14始终具有向第二位置运动的趋势。
在一实施例中,弹性件13的第一端与摆臂144连接,弹性件13的第二端与基架11连接,摆臂144处于第一位置时,电机12的输出轴沿第一预设方向转动,摆臂144能够在弹性件13的作用下稳定地下落至第二位置,使第三齿轮143与对接齿轮啮合。
递送装置1包括弹性件13,弹性件13的拉力作用使摆臂144下落至第二位置的过程更加顺畅。
当电机12的输出轴沿第二预设方向转动时,摆臂144在第二齿轮142的带动下克服弹性件13的拉力作用回转至第一位置。
在一实施例中,本实施例中弹性件13可以为拉簧。拉簧的第一端与摆臂144连接,拉簧的第二端与基架11连接,弹性件13与基架11连接的第二端可以是连接于转轴附近,如图2和图5所示。
本实施例中,基架11上可以设置有限位件111,限位件111能够在摆臂144回转的过程中将摆臂144限制在第一位置。
在基架11上设置限位件111,限位件111设置为限制摆臂144回转的极限位置,可以防止在摆臂144回转到位后,摆臂144仍继续回转的情况发生。
在一实施例中,限位件111可以为限位凸台或者限位螺钉等,当摆臂144回转到设置的位置后,摆臂144被限位凸台或者限位螺钉阻挡,不能再继续回转。
本实施例中,基架11上可以设置有微动开关112,摆臂144回转至第一位置时压紧微动开关112;微动开关112被压紧后向机柜300中的控制机构发送信号,控制机构控制电机12停止转动并保持在当前状态。
在基架11上设置微动开关112,摆臂144回转至第一位置时压紧微动开关112,通过微动开关112向控制机构发送的信号,使控制机构控制电机12停止 转动并保持在当前状态,有利于防止在摆臂144回转到位后,仍继续回转的情况发生。
本实施例中,货道装置2与递送装置1传动连接的一端可以设置有感应件22,递送装置1上设置有用于检测感应件22的传感器15。当传感器15发出的信号被感应件22阻挡时,机柜300的控制机构控制递送装置1与待出货的货道装置2传动连接。
在货道装置2与递送装置1传动连接的一端设置感应件22,在递送装置1上设置用于检测感应件22的传感器15,通过传感器15输出的信号,控制机构控制递送装置1与待出货的货道装置2传动连接,使递送装置1与待出货的货道装置2传动连接时的准确度更高。
在一实施例中,传感器15可以为光电传感器15,当光电传感器15发出的光信号被感应件22阻挡时,光电传感器15输出检测到感应件22的信号,机柜300的控制机构控制递送装置1与待出货的货道装置2传动连接。
本实施例中,如图1-图3所示,递送装置1还可以包括货斗16,货斗16与基架11连接,设置为在货道装置2与机柜300的取货口之间递送货品。
在一实施例中,电机12和传动机构14可以均设置于货斗16的侧壁上,递送装置1与待出货的货道装置2传动连接后,货斗16正对待出货的货道装置2。
递送装置1包括设置为承接待出货的货道装置2中的货品的货斗16,货斗16的侧壁上设置电机12和传动机构14,使递送装置1既能够驱动货道装置2出货,又能够承接货道装置2输出的货品。
在一实施例中,货斗16承接货品后,可以在驱动装置4的带动下将货品运输至机柜300的取货口。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种自动售货机,包括机柜(300)、设置于所述机柜(300)内的递送装置(1)、驱动装置(4)以及多个货道装置(2);所述递送装置(1)与所述驱动装置(4)连接,所述递送装置(1)设置为在所述驱动装置(4)的驱动下,运动至与待出货的货道装置(2)对应的位置,并与所述待出货的货道装置(2)传动连接,为所述待出货的货道装置(2)提供输出货品的动力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中,所述货道装置(2)包括对接件(21)以及与所述对接件(21)传动连接的推货机构,所述对接件(21)设置为与所述递送装置(1)传动连接;所述对接件(21)与所述递送装置(1)传动连接后还设置为驱动所述推货机构输出货品。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动售货机,其中,所述推货机构包括出货弹簧(241),所述出货弹簧(241)沿货物输出方向延伸,所述出货弹簧(241)包括沿货物输出方向依次设置的第一端和第二端,且所述第一端与所述对接件(21)传动连接,所述第二端邻近所述货道装置(2)的出货端设置,所述出货弹簧(241)的簧丝间设置为夹持货品。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的自动售货机,其中,所述对接件(21)设置于所述货道装置(2)的出货端,所述递送装置(1)设置于所述货道装置(2)与所述机柜(300)的取货口之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的自动售货机,其中,所述推货机构包括与所述对接件(21)传动连接的传动组件(23)和在所述传动组件(23)的驱动下推出货品的出货组件(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动售货机,其中,所述出货组件(24)包括用于夹持货品的出货弹簧(241)和用于支撑货品的货品放置台(242),所述出货弹簧(241)与所述传动组件(23)传动连接;所述货品放置台(242)贯穿于所述出货弹簧(241)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的自动售货机,其中,所述机柜(300)内设置有层板(3),所述货道装置(2)设置于所述层板(3)上;所述对接件(21)包括设置于所述层板(3)上的对接齿轮,所述传动组件(23)包括枢接于所述层板(3)上的主动轮(231)和从动轮(232)、套设于所述主动轮(231)和所述从动轮(232)外周的传动带(233)、与所述从动轮(232)同轴并固接的第一锥齿轮(234)以及与所述第一锥齿轮(234)啮合的第二锥齿轮(235),所述 主动轮(231)与所述对接齿轮同轴并固接,所述第二锥齿轮(235)枢接于对应的所述层板(3)上,所述第二锥齿轮(235)设置为带动所述出货组件(24)将货品输出。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的自动售货机,其中,所述递送装置(1)包括基架(11)、设置于所述基架(11)上的电机(12)以及与所述电机(12)传动连接的传动机构(14),所述传动机构(14)设置为在所述电机(12)的驱动下运动,与所述对接件(21)传动连接或分离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动售货机,其中,所述传动机构(14)设置为在所述电机(12)的输出轴沿第一预设方向转动时,从第一位置移动至第二位置,并与所述对接件(21)传动连接;所述传动机构(14)还设置为在所述电机(12)的输出轴沿第二预设方向转动时,由所述第二位置移动至所述第一位置,并与所述对接件(21)分离;所述第一预设方向和所述第二预设方向相反。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自动售货机,所述递送装置(1)还包括弹性件(13),所述弹性件(13)连接在所述传动机构(14)和所述基架(11)之间,设置为使所述传动机构(14)始终具有向所述第二位置运动的趋势。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,所述递送装置(1)还包括货斗(16),所述货斗(16)设置为在所述货道装置(2)与所述机柜(300)的取货口之间递送货品。
