Abstract

一种环保型水转印工艺,其包括:施加水性底漆于受镀物的表面;使用包括改性水墨多色印刷图案的水转印膜,使得水转印膜中的水解膜吸水溶解而使改性水墨膨润,受镀物表面的水性底漆与改性水墨结合,使得受镀物的表面附着有图案。采用该环保型水转印工艺及相应的构件表面结构,在转印过程中,水转印膜采用改性水墨多色印刷图案,在水解膜吸水的同时,改性水墨膨润到可转印的状态,且可以与受镀物表面的底漆相结合,使附着更牢固,该过程中不使用任何活化剂混合溶剂,因此无VOC排放。

Description

环保型水转印工艺及相应的构件表面结构 技术领域
本发明涉及水转印领域,具体是指一种环保型水转印工艺及相应的构件表面结构。
背景技术
为增加物件的美观或其他实际需要,需要对物件表面进行装饰。目前,对于复杂多变的立体结构的物体和曲面物体通常使用水转印技术对物件表面进行装饰。在水转印过程中,由于需要使用活化剂会产生大量VOC,污染环境,且不符合相关环保规定。因此,有必要提供一种工艺简单、有效的水转印工艺,以解决现有技术水转印工艺排放大量VOC、不环保的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服了上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种简单有效、无VOC排放的环保型水转印工艺及相应的构件表面结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的环保型水转印工艺具有如下构成:
所述的工艺包括:
施加水性底漆于受镀物的表面;
使用包括改性水墨多色印刷图案的水转印膜,使得所述的水转印膜中的水解膜吸水溶解而使改性水墨膨润,所述的受镀物表面的水性底漆与改性水墨结合,使得受镀物的表面附着有图案。
较佳地,所述的改性水墨为包括羟基、磺酸盐基、异氰酸酯基的改性聚氨酯,所述的水性底漆为包括羟基、异氰酸酯基的改性聚氨酯。
本发明还提供了一种环保型水转印工艺,所述的工艺包括:
于受镀物的表面施加水性底漆;
将多色水墨印刷图案的水转印膜置于水面上,使得所述的水转印膜中的水解膜吸水溶解而使改性水墨膨润;
将所述的受镀物进行水转印,所述的受镀物表面的水性底漆与改性水墨多色印刷图案的水转印膜结合,使得受镀物的表面附着有图案。
较佳地,所述的改性水墨为包括羟基、磺酸盐基、异氰酸酯基的改性聚氨酯,所述的水

Claims (1)

  1. 性底漆为包括羟基、异氰酸酯基的改性聚氨酯。
    较佳地,所述的多色水墨印刷图案的水转印膜包括:
    水解膜;
    形成于所述的水解膜上的多色水墨印刷图案;以及
    形成于所述的多色水墨印刷图案上的金属纳米颗粒层。
    较佳地,所述的工艺还包括清洗附着有图案的受镀物表面,然后吹净受镀物表面,烘烤。
    较佳地,所述的工艺还包括烘烤后在受镀物表面喷涂保护漆和/或面漆。
    本发明提供了一种环保型水转印工艺,所述的工艺包括:
    步骤(1):受镀物表面预处理;
    步骤(2):于受镀物表面施加水性底漆;
    步骤(3):将具有改性水墨多色印刷图案的水转印膜置于水面上,将所述的受镀物进行水转印,得到附着有图案的受镀物表面。
    较佳地,所述的步骤(3)中水转印时的水温为25℃~30℃。
    较佳地,所述的工艺还包括:
    步骤(4):热水浸泡附着有图案的受镀物表面5分钟,其中水温介于45℃~50℃;
    步骤(5):清水加压清洗,并吹净表面水渍;
    步骤(6):50℃以上烘干受镀物,至水蒸气完全蒸发;
    步骤(7):喷涂保护漆和/或面漆。
    本发明提供了一种构件表面结构,所述的结构包括依次设置于构件表面的底漆层、多色水墨印刷图案层、金属纳米颗粒层。
    较佳地,所述的结构还包括保护漆层,所述的保护漆层设置于所述的金属纳米颗粒层的外表面。
    较佳地,所述的底漆层为水性底漆层。
    较佳地,所述的构件表面具有规则几何形状的轮廓或为不规则立体曲面。
    本发明还提供了一种构件表面结构,构件表面经过所述的环保型水转印工艺处理而形成所述的构件表面结构,且所述的构件表面结构附着有图案。
    采用了本发明的环保型水转印工艺及相应的构件表面结构,在转印过程中,水转印膜采用改性水墨,在水解膜吸水的同时,改性水墨膨润到可转印的状态,且可以与受镀物表面的底漆相结合,使附着更牢固,该过程中不使用任何活化剂,活化剂即是多种溶剂的混合溶剂、或多种混合溶剂,因此无VOC排放。
