水性汽车OEM漆
技术领域 本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种用于运输车、工程车卡车等各种车辆的外皮剐蹭进行修补的OEM的涂料,该产品是一种无毒环保产品,对于剐蹭的部位,打磨后可直接喷涂,快速干燥,漆膜的硬度及时提高,保证漆膜的优异性。
背景技术 随着环保意识的增强,世界各国都相继制订了挥发性有机物(VOC)排放的限量标准和法规。水性涂料具有绿色、节能、安全、作用方便的特点,在世界各国得到了迅速发展。水性漆作为加清水稀释的纯环保产品,比起传统的溶剂型涂料具有无甲醛、甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂等特点,是属于新一代的环保产品。因其节能、环保,不会对人体及环境造成伤害和污染,因而深受用户欢迎,是未来涂装行业发展的方向,也是油性漆的替代产品。2015年2月1日国家出台了限制VOC排放的政策(480克/升涂料的规定),并征收VOC排放税,限制了溶剂型液态高分子涂料的应用,水性产品替代主流溶剂型涂料成为市场发展的必然。
发明内容 本发明的目的是一种自干型丙烯酸自干高光树脂,添加部分防锈颜料增加了漆膜的防腐蚀性能,耐盐雾性,耐油污、耐溶剂耐碱性能在严重腐蚀大气环境下的各种汽车油箱的保护装修,该产品具有极好的光泽漆膜丰满、硬度高、优异的耐盐雾性能,及良好的耐水、耐碱、耐油污等性能,并且在通过各种性能测试后漆膜性能无明显变化,该产品无毒环保,所挥发出来的大多数时对环境友好的水。
本发明的水性汽车OEM漆的具体组分和重量比例是:
丙烯酸自干高光树脂35%,各种颜填料35%,去离子水28.0%,分散剂0.5%,润湿剂0.1%,附着力促进剂0.3%,防闪锈剂0.2,防腐剂0.1%,高硬度附着剂0.3%,快干剂0.5%。
本树脂所采用的为丙烯酸自干高光树脂,能够在常温下发生自身交联反应,使其形成一层致密的涂层,使漆膜具有良好的极好的耐候性,漆膜丰满、硬度高、优异的耐磨性,优异的耐酸碱、耐汽油、耐溶剂和耐湿性能,很高的耐盐雾性能并且无毒环保,对环境无害。因为丙烯酸树脂本身具有很好的耐候性能,所以有优异的耐候性。
本发明使用的无毒环保的水性颜料,其特点是具有良好的着色力高、遮盖力强,同时具有较高的化学稳定性和较好的耐候性能,无毒无味,对人体无刺激。
本发明使用了快干剂,因为本产品是水性产品,相对于溶剂型产品,挥发速度相对较慢,我们添加了快干剂,提高了溶剂的挥发速度,加快漆膜快干速度,防止漆膜生锈。
本发明所使用的硬度附着剂,能够使漆膜具有很高的硬度,能够很好的防止漆膜被划伤。保证漆膜的优异性。
本发明的目的是为了采用水溶性的树脂代替以往的溶剂型树脂,产品使用过程中采用干净的自来水进行稀释,挥发出来的物质为水,对大气及环境是友好的,本树脂在常温下可自行形成一层致密的涂层,具有优异的耐候性能,抗冲击性能,高附着,耐水、耐碱、耐盐雾性能优异。
一般来说,水性汽车OEM漆由于他的优异性能能都对汽车的剐蹭部位进行直接施工,并且快速干燥,在低温烘烤下,效果更佳,并且取得了良好的效果。
具体实施方式 下面是本发明的一个实例。本发明的水性汽车OEM漆的组成(重量百分比)及生产工艺为:
低速以每分钟200~400转依次加入35%的树脂、并且加入28%去离子水,加入适量的,将PH调至8.5-9上,使树脂完全搅拌均匀,然后加入各种助剂在低速300r-500下进行搅拌10分钟搅拌均匀后,再依次加入10%的颜料及25%的其他颜填料,具体颜色根据客户的要求进行更换,然后进行进行高速每分钟2000转运转30分钟,然后进行研磨30min,使细度≤20um,最后经过检验、过滤、称重包装。
依据本发明制作的水性汽车OEM漆,由于其优异的环保性,漆膜丰满、硬度高、优异的耐磨性,遮盖力强,化学稳定性好,不水解;在弱酸弱碱下稳定,耐候性好,可应用于各种汽车的修补和保护。客户反应效果良好。

1.本发明的水性汽车OEM漆的具体组分和重量比例是:
丙烯酸自干高光树脂35%,各种颜填料35%,去离子水28.0%,分散剂0.5%,润湿剂0.1%,附着力促进剂0.3%,防闪锈剂0.2,防腐剂0.1%,高硬度附着剂0.3%,快干剂0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性汽车OEM漆,其特征是本发明使用了丙烯酸自干高光树脂,能够在常温下发生自身交联反应,使其形成一层致密的涂层,使漆膜具有良好的极好的耐候性,漆膜丰满、硬度高、优异的耐磨性,优异的耐酸碱、耐汽油、耐溶剂和耐湿性能,很高的耐盐雾性能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性汽车OEM漆,其特征是本发明使用了高硬度附着剂,能够很好的提高漆膜的硬度,提高漆膜的耐划伤性能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性汽车OEM漆,其特征是本发明使用了水性颜料,其特点是具有良好的着色力高、遮盖力强,同时具有较高的化学稳定性和较好的耐候性能,无毒无味,对人体无刺激。
