본 출원은 곡물가루, 알룰로스 및 베이킹파우더를 포함하는 조리냉동식품 배터믹스 제조용 조성물; 상기 조성물을 포함하는 배터믹스 및 조리냉동식품; 곡물가루, 알룰로스 및 베이킹파우더를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 조리냉동식품 배터믹스의 제조방법; 상기 배터를 이용한 조리냉동식품의 제조방법; 및 상기 배터를 이용한 조리냉동식품의 식감을 개선하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 출원의 조리냉동식품 배터믹스 제조용 조성물은 알룰로스를 사용하여 설탕을 전량 또는 일부 대체함으로써, 조리냉동식품의 식감 및 색상을 개선하여 관능적으로 개선된 조리냉동식품을 제공할 수 있다.
