Description

单层塑料复合板 技术领域
本发明涉及用于制作家具类日常用品的塑料板,特别是涉及单层塑料复合板。
背景技术
板材是建筑业和家具制造业常用的材料,例如可以用来制作桌子和茶几的面板、椅子的座板和靠背、书架和橱柜的面板和横竖隔板、抽屉板等。先前所使用的板材大多是基于木料的诸如实木板、纤维板和刨花板等木质板材,这些木质板材消耗了大量的木料。如今,随着森林资源的减少以及人们对于环境保护的越发重视,更多地使用塑料板来代替木板。塑料板具有易清洗、造价低且美观等特点。
现有的塑料板主要有两种。一种是单层塑料板,这种塑料板为了保持强度通常厚度较厚、质量较重。另一种是多层结构的复合塑料板,其通过在塑料面板和塑料底板之间埋入加强件来提高强度,这种复合塑料板的加工工艺相对复杂,生产成本也相对较高。
发明内容
本发明针对以上现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种单层塑料复合板。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,单层塑料复合板使包括单层塑料板和加强件的两件式单层塑料复合板,其中,单层塑料板具有平面形状的主体部和位于主体部四周的周边部,主体部具有正面和与正面相对的背面,周边部沿与主体部垂直的方向向主体部的背面弯折形成弯折部;加强件接合弯折部的至少一部分并与之固定。并且,加强件是通过挤出成型的截面为闭合形状的管状件,当从截面上观 察时,加强件包括与主体部平行的第一区段和与第一区段垂直的第二区段,第二区段在其远离第一区段的末端上形成有沿垂直于第二区段的方向向加强件的外侧延伸的凸缘,第二区段与弯折部贴合,并使得凸缘与弯折部的末端接合。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,第一区段和第二区段彼此邻接。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,加强件还包括第三区段,第三区段位于第一区段和第二区段之间并向加强件的内部凹陷,使得第一区段、第二区段和第三区段共同形成阶梯形状。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,单层塑料板的弯折部呈阶梯状,其形状与加强件的第二区段和第三区段组成的形状相匹配。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,加强件的第一区段与单层塑料板的主体部贴合。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,加强件是塑料加强件或金属加强件。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,加强件为适应单层塑料板周边形状的整体框架结构或者为可拼接成适应单层塑料板周边形状的多个条形结构。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,加强件和单层塑料板之间通过胶水等粘结剂固定或者通过超声焊接固定。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,单层塑料复合板是包括单层塑料板和金属加强件的两件式单层塑料复合板,其中,单层塑料板具有平面形状的主体部和位于主体部四周的周边部,主体部具有正面和与正面相对的背面,周边部沿与主体部垂直的方向向主体部的背面弯折形成弯折部;金属加强件容纳弯折部的至少一部分并与之固定。并且,金属加强件是由薄片状金属板通过弯折轧制而成,当从截面上观察时,所述金属加强件包括互相垂直的第一区段和第二区段,其中第一区段为双层结构,而且第一区段的外层的长度大于第一区段的内层的长度,第一区段的外层的末端弯折成与第二区段平行并沿着第二区段的外侧延伸第二区段的长度的一部分,由此在第一区 段的外层的末端与第二区段之间形成间隙,所述间隙与弯折部的厚度大致匹配,适于紧密地容纳弯折部的至少一部分。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,金属加强件还包括第三区段,第三区段自第二区段的末端沿着与第二区段垂直的方向朝第二区段的内侧延伸,并与所述单层塑料板的主体部贴合。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,金属加强件为适应单层塑料板周边形状的整体框结构或者为可拼接成适应单层塑料板周边形状的多个条形结构。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,金属加强件和单层塑料板之间通过胶水等粘结剂固定。

根据本发明的一个实施方式,箱子包括:
支撑台,其由前侧板、后侧板、左侧板和右侧板的底部加强件形成;
定位边,其由底板的周边部分水平向外延伸而形成并且分别搭靠在相应侧板的支撑台上;
底板固定构件,其能够穿过定位边上的固定孔和支撑台上相应 的安装孔而将所述定位边固定在所述支撑台上。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,相邻的侧板上分别设置有限位柱和限位孔,所述限位柱能够卡合在所述限位孔中,使得相邻的侧板能够可拆卸地连接在一起。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,左侧板和右侧板位于前侧板和后侧板之间,左侧板和右侧板的侧面设置有限位柱,前侧板和后侧板的内侧的对应位置处设置有限位孔,所述限位孔上窄下宽。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,底板的中间部分相对于定位边向下凹陷。

根据本发明的一个实施方式,当枢转部为多个时,枢转部沿着固定部间隔地分布,间距设置成能够容纳枢转部,各个枢转部中的通孔彼此同轴。

根据本发明的一个实施方式,自定位组件还包括铰接座,铰接座连接在箱盖的所述侧部加强件上,支撑杆的第一端与铰接座铰接。

具体实施方式
接下来将参照附图详细描述本发明的单层塑料复合板。这里所描述的仅仅是根据本发明的优选实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在所述优选实施方式的基础上想到能够实现本发明的其他方式,所述其他方式同样落入本发明的范围。
图1是根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的单层塑料板的示例性截面视图。如图1所示,单层塑料板11具有主体部111和位于主体部111四周的周边部,主体部111为大体平面形状并且具有正面和与正面相对的背面,周边部沿与主体部111垂直的方向向主体部的背面弯折形成弯折部112。主体部111上可具有起美观作用的通过印刷制成的图案。并且,主体部111还可以通过直接挤出成型或挤出后吸塑成型形成凹凸造型,这样除了美观作用外,还可以起到增加单层塑料板强度的作用。具体参见图2,图2为图1中单层塑料板的正面视图,其中,单层塑料板11的主体部111上具有凹凸造型113,该凹凸造型113进一步成型为网格状,从而可以进一步增加单层塑料板11的强度。另外,所述图案或凹凸造型根据应用场合和美观的需要可以具有某些天然材料的形状,例如图2中示例性示出的编织藤条形状。并且,如图2所示,凹凸造型113还进一步形成了符合人体工程学的便于手扶的扣手状结构114。
图3为根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的金属加强件12的截面视图。金属加强件12为单层金属板通过弯折轧制而成的条状部件或框状部件。图3具体示出了示例性金属加强件12的截面形状,如图所示,当从截面上观察时,金属加强件12包括互相垂直的第一区段121和第二区段122,第一区段121为双层结构,而且第一区段121的外层的长度大于第一区段121的内层的长度,第一区段121的外 层的末端弯折成与第二区段122平行并沿着第二区段122的外侧延伸第二区段122的长度的一部分,由此在第一区段121的外层的末端与第二区段之间形成间隙1221。并且部分重叠的两层金属板之间不贴合,而是留有间隙1221。间隙1221的形状及尺寸与图1所示单层塑料板11的弯折部112的形状及厚度大致匹配,当金属加强件12套在单层塑料板11的弯折部112上时,间隙1221能够将弯折部112的至少一部分紧密容纳在其中。
图4为根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的单层塑料复合板10的局部截面视图。如图所示,单层塑料复合板10是包括图1所示的单层塑料板11和图3所示的金属加强件12的两件式单层塑料复合板,其中,单层塑料板11的弯折部112的一部分紧密适配在金属加强件12的第二区段122的间隙1221中。单层塑料板11与金属加强件12之间可以通过胶水等粘结剂固定,也可以通过借助摩擦力等其他方式固定。
在本发明的另一个优选实施方式中,金属加强件12还可以具有第三区段123。第三区段123与第二区段122邻接,其自第二区段的末端沿着与所述第二区段垂直的方向朝第二区段的内侧延伸。当金属加强件12套在单层塑料板11的弯折部112上时,第三区段123与单层塑料板11的主体部111贴合,这种构造可以进一步扩大单层塑料板11与金属加强件12的粘结面积,以使它们之间的固定更加牢靠,并且通过第三区段123对单层塑料板11的主体部111的边缘的支撑作用,还能够进一步增加单层塑料复合板的边缘的强度。
需要说明的是,金属加强件12可以是适应单层塑料板11的周边形状的整体框架结构,也可以是可拼接成适应单层塑料板11的周边形状的多个条形结构。另外,第三区段123不是必需的,即,金属加强件12可以仅由第一区段121和第二区段122构成。
本发明的单层塑料复合板中的加强件可以是其他形式的,例如可以是通过挤出成型的截面为闭合形状的金属管状件或塑料管状件,这种加强件的优点是容易制造、生产成本低,并且由于其截面 形状是闭合的,所以强度更高,能够更好地支撑单层塑料板以为其提供额外的强度,使得单层塑料板可以采用较小的厚度并由此进一步减少用料,降低成本。图5示例性地示出了根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的加强件22的截面视图,其中加强件22的截面形状为闭合的方管状。从图中可见,加强件22具有第一区段221和与其邻接且垂直的第二区段222,第二区段222在其远离第一区段221的末端上形成有沿垂直于第二区段222的方向向加强件22的外侧延伸的凸缘2221。
图6是根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的单层塑料复合板20的局部截面视图,其中图5所示的加强件22与单层塑料板11接合并固定。如图所示,第一区段221与单层塑料板11的主体部111贴合,第二区段222与单层塑料板11的弯折部112贴合,并且,第二区段222上的凸缘2221的宽度与单层塑料板11的厚度相当,凸缘2221与弯折部112的边缘接合,以进一步支撑固定单层塑料板11。
图7示例性地示出了根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的加强件32的截面视图,其中加强件32为截面形状闭合的内凹的管状件,示例性地,所述内凹形状可以是阶梯形状。如图所示,加强件32具有第一区段321和沿与其垂直方向延伸的第二区段322,同样地,第二区段322在其远离第一区段321的末端上形成有沿垂直于第二区段322的方向向加强件32的外侧延伸的凸缘3221。与加强件22不同的是,加强件32还具有第三区段323,第三区段323位于第一区段321与第二区段322之间,向管内凹陷并与第一区段321和第二区段322共同构成阶梯形状。
图8是根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的单层塑料复合板30的局部截面视图,其中图7所示的加强件32与单层塑料板11接合并固定。如图所示,第一区段321与单层塑料板11的主体部111贴合,第二区段322与单层塑料板11的弯折部112贴合,并且,第二区段322上的凸缘3221的宽度与弯折部112的厚度相当,凸缘3221与弯折部112的边缘接合以进一步支撑固定单层塑料板11,由于第三区 段是内凹的,所以第三区段323与单层塑料板11之间形成空腔。
图9是根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的单层塑料复合板40的局部截面视图,其中图7所示的加强件32单层塑料板21接合并固定。与单层塑料板11不同的是,单层塑料板21的弯折部212成阶梯形状,与加强件32的第二区段322和第三区段323组成的形状相匹配。具体地,第一区段321与单层塑料板21的主体部211的边缘贴合,第二区段322和第三区段323与单层塑料板21的弯折部212贴合。类似地,第二区段322上的凸缘3221的宽度与单层塑料板21的厚度相当,凸缘3221与弯折部212的边缘接合以进一步支撑固定单层塑料板21。
图10A和10B示意性地示出了据本发明的优选实施方式的单层塑料复合板的加强件的截面视图,其中加强件的凸缘2221、3221的下侧还可设置有自其向下延伸的翼部2222、3222。
需要说明的是,以上所述各种实施方式中的第一区段可以不像图中所示的那样与单层塑料板的主体部贴合,在本发明的其他优选实施方式中,第一区段与主体部的边缘之间也可以具有一定的间隙。除此之外,以上所述各种实施方式的加强件可以是适应单层塑料板的周边形状的整体框结构,也可以是可拼接成适应单层塑料板的周边形状的多个条形结构。以上所述各种实施方式的加强件与单层塑料板之间可以通过胶水等粘结剂粘结固定,并且当加强件的材料为塑料时,还可以通过超声焊接进行连接固定。
本发明的单层塑料复合板由于具有重量轻、强度高、成本低、易加工、组装方便等特点,其用途非常广泛,例如,可以用于组装柜子、箱子、桌椅等家具。本发明的图11示例性地示出了由本发明的单层塑料复合板组装而成的箱子100,其中塑料板上具有仿编织藤条的形状结构,既能起到美观的作用,还能增加塑料板的强度,同时,为了便于搬运,单层塑料复合板上的纹路或图形还形成了扣手结构。
图12-15示例性地示出了由本发明的单层塑料复合板组装而成 的箱子200,其包括箱盖210、底板220以及多块侧板230,这些侧板230首尾依次拼装连接,相邻的两个侧板230之间形成拼接缝240。所述侧板230包括连接在一起的面板231及加强件232,所述加强件232沿着所述面板231四周的边缘设置,首尾相邻的两个侧板230当中,一侧板230的加强件232向外延伸出翼部2321,翼部2321是竖向设置的长条结构,所述翼部2321从外部遮住二侧板230之间的拼接缝240。

连接组件
图16-20示例性地示出了由本发明的单层塑料复合板组装而成的箱子300,其呈矩形的六面体结构,包括箱盖(未示出)、底板320以及前侧板、后侧板、左侧板和右侧板四块侧板330,所述侧板由根据本发明的单层塑料复合板形成。相邻的两块侧板330之间可拆卸地卡接在一起。侧板330的底部均设有支撑台331,底板320的周边部分水平向外延伸形成定位边321,定位边321分别搭靠在前侧板、后侧板、左侧板和右侧板的支撑台331上。所述箱子还包括 多个底板固定柱340,所述底板固定柱340与侧板330扣接在一起从而将所述定位边321压紧在所述支撑台331上。侧板与侧板之间可以拆装,卸下底板固定柱340之后也可以移除底板320,因此,组装和拆卸都非常方便。
优选地,所述箱子的箱盖、底板320以及侧板330都是塑料板,底板固定柱340也是塑料件。底板320的四周的定位边321上设有固定孔,侧板330的支撑台331上设有与所述固定孔对应的安装孔,所述底板固定柱穿过固定孔与安装孔与侧板卡接在一起从而将底板的定位边压紧在侧板的支撑台上。
优选地,相邻的两块侧板330之间通过限位柱350和限位孔360卡接在一起,限位柱350和限位孔360分别设置在相邻的两块侧板330上。限位柱350设置在一侧板上并且自由端具有较粗的头部352。限位孔360设置在于所述侧板邻接的另一侧板上,所述限位孔360从其一端到另一端逐渐变宽。限位柱350的头部352从所述限位孔360较宽的一端插入并与较窄的一端卡接。
优选地,左右两侧板330夹持在前后两侧板330之间,左右侧板的侧面上均设有所述限位柱350,前后侧板的内侧边沿位置均设有限位孔360,所述限位孔360上窄下宽。安装时,使左右侧板的限位柱350从前后侧板330的限位孔360的较宽的一端插入,前后侧板330可依靠自身重力下沉使得限位柱350的头部352卡接在限位孔360的较窄一端,从而将左右侧板与前后侧板安装在一起。
优选地,所述侧板330包括框架332和面板333,框架332竖直立起,面板333的四周包住所述框架332。所述框架332底边的上表面形成所述侧板的支撑台331。优选地,所述面板为吸塑板,通过设置框架32,可以在保证所述侧板强度的同时使得所述面板的厚度变小,不仅使得材料更加节省,而且使得箱体的重量更加轻便。通过将所述底板320直接与所述框架底部的上表面扣接,结构简单牢固。所述限位柱和限位孔均成型在框架332上。
优选地,左右侧板330的面板333上对称设有朝内的凹槽3332, 便于箱子的搬运。
优选地,所述底板320是吸塑板。所述底板320的四个边均向上翻折形成挡边322,所述挡边322的上边沿水平向外延伸形成所述定位边321。优选地,所述底板320的中间部分形成有规则排列的多个凹部,通过设置凹部,使得所述底板的支撑力更强,结构更加稳固。
铰链组件
图21-25示例性地示出了由本发明的单层塑料复合板组装而成的箱子400,特别是将箱盖410与箱体420可枢转地连接在一起的铰链组件,优选地,该铰链组件为塑料材质,包括第一铰链构件411、第二铰链构件421和枢轴构件430。所述第一铰链构件411和第二铰链构件421的形状相同,分别具有固定部413、423和从固定部413、423相对于其垂直延伸一个或多个枢转部412、422,固定部用于与箱盖或箱体接合并固定,枢转部中设置有平行于固定部延伸的用于可枢转地接收枢轴构件430的通孔414、424。当枢转部412、422分别为多个时,枢转部412、422分别沿着固定部413、423间隔地分布,间距设置成能够容纳枢转部,并且各个枢转部中的通孔彼此同轴,以使第一铰链构件411和第二铰链构件421能够彼此配合接收枢轴构件430。优选地,第一铰链构件411安装固定在箱盖410的后部加强件的底部上,第二铰链构件421安装固定在箱体420的后侧板的顶部加强件的后侧的凹部中,第一铰链构件411与第二铰链构件421的位置相互匹配,使得通孔414与通孔424对齐,以接收枢轴构件430。枢轴构件430的近端设有凸缘432,远端设有从远侧向近侧延伸的一个或多个V形切口438,使得枢轴构件430的远端形成从近侧向远侧延伸的能够径向向内弯曲的多个弹性臂434,这样,枢轴构件430整体为一体结构,使得在安装和拆卸枢轴构件430时更耐挤压,不易断裂。每个弹性臂434的径向外侧表面上设置有凸起部436,当弹性臂434径向向内弯曲时,凸起部436能够穿过枢 转部的通孔414、424,当弹性臂434处于自然伸直状态时,凸起部436不能穿过枢转部的通孔414、424。安装时,凸缘432和凸起部436配合固定住位于箱盖的第一铰链构件411和位于箱体的第二铰链构件421。这样,第一铰链构件411和第二铰链构件421就可以围绕枢轴构件430进行自由枢转。
优选地,V形切口438的数量为一个,弹性臂434的数量为两个。
优选地,弹性臂434的交汇部为圆滑过渡。
优选地,枢轴构件430为一体成型的塑料件,并且凸起部436具有远侧引导斜面4362和近侧引导斜面4364,以使枢轴构件430易于安装和拆卸。
优选地,固定部413、423分别与箱盖和箱体扣接在一起。当需要将箱体和盖体拆装时,更加便捷。
优选地,箱盖410上的固定部413位于箱盖410的底面的后侧的边沿位置。箱体420上的固定部423位于箱体的后侧板的顶部。优选地,后侧板顶面的外边沿设有凹部426,固定部423设置在该凹部426中。通过设置凹部426,能够使得箱体420与箱盖410之间在闭合的状态下,箱盖410的底面与箱体420的顶面贴合。
可以理解,箱体与箱盖的转动连接结构不仅限于塑料材质,也不仅限于针对塑料箱子。
卡锁组件
图26-30示例性地示出了由本发明的单层塑料复合板组装而成的箱子500,箱子500包括箱体510和用于盖住箱体的开口的箱盖520,箱体510是矩形结构,由底板以及前后左右四个侧板组装而成,该箱盖520的后部与箱体510的后侧板511的上边沿铰接。所述箱子500还包括能够加强箱体510的前侧板512的抗弯强度的卡锁组件,所述卡锁组件包括:第一卡锁构件530,其固定至箱盖的前部;第二卡锁构件550,其固定至箱体的前侧板;以及第三卡锁构件540,其能够可枢转地安装至第一卡锁构件530。
优选地,第一卡锁构件530通过其顶部的卡扣装置531插接在箱盖520的前部加强件522的底部中从而整体形成倒U形,当箱盖闭合时,箱体的前侧板512的顶部加强件5123能够被至少部分接收在所述倒U形的凹部中,从而提高箱体前侧板512的抗弯强度。
优选地,第一卡锁构件530的前部设置有水平的连接杆532,第三卡锁构件540的顶部设置有钩状部541,所述钩状部541能够钩在所述水平的连接杆532上并围绕其在一定范围转动。

折叠限位构件
图31-34示例性地示出了由本发明的单层塑料复合板组装而成的箱子600,箱子的箱盖610和箱子的箱体转动铰接在一起,所述箱体由四块侧板620和一块底板630组装而成。箱子600还包括用于限制箱盖610相对于箱体的打开角度的折叠限位构件640,所述折叠限位构件640为可弯折的细长杆状构件,其两各端部处分别设有侧向突起部641。在所述箱盖610的侧部加强件612上距箱盖610相对于箱体的枢转部650一定距离处设有第一接收孔6122,在所述箱体的与所述第一接收孔6122同一侧的侧板620的顶部加强件622上距箱盖610相对于箱体的枢转部650一定距离处设有第二接收孔6222。 折叠限位构件640的两个端部的侧向突起部641分别可枢转地插入到第一接收孔6122和第二接收孔6222中。打开箱盖610之后,折叠限位构件640被拉直,第一接收孔6122、所述第二接收孔6222、所述枢转部650三者在平面上投影形成的三点的连线构成一个钝角三角形。也就是说,折叠限位构件640的长度使得箱盖610可以相对于箱体翻转90度以上,但是不超过180度,这样,打开箱盖610之后,箱盖610依靠自身的重力和折叠限位构件640的拉力,可以稳定地保持在打开位置。
优选地,所述折叠限位构件640是三段式结构,包括中部的弹性本体部642及两端的连接端部643,所述弹性本体部642的形状为适于弯折的扁平的带状,连接端部643为扁平的端部,弹性本体部642和连接端部643相互垂直,两个侧向突起部641分别设置在两个连接端部643上,所述侧向突起部641和弹性本体部642位于所述连接端部643的两侧,即,折叠限位构件640整体形状为弓形。
优选地,折叠限位构件640由PE或HDPE或PP一体成型。
优选地,所述折叠限位构件640位于箱子的内侧。使得在箱盖610合上的时候,该折叠限位构件640位于箱体内部。这样,箱子的外观更加整洁,并且避免搬运箱子的时候折叠限位构件640勾拌住其他物品。
自定位组件
图35-39示例性地示出了由本发明的单层塑料复合板组装而成的箱子700,箱子的箱盖750和箱子的箱体可枢转地铰接在一起,所述箱体由侧板740和底板组装而成。箱子700包括用于使箱盖750在打开时相对于箱体在一定角度范围内任意定位的自定位组件,其包括:
固定座720,其固定在箱体的左侧板740和/或右侧板740的顶部加强件742上,固定座中设置有沿竖直方向延伸并贯穿固定座的顶表面和底表面的滑槽721和沿横向延伸的与所述滑槽连通并穿过 固定座的面向箱体内侧的侧表面的保持孔722;
支撑杆710,其一端与箱盖750的相应的侧部加强件752铰接,另一端穿过滑槽721延伸,滑槽721的宽度大于支撑杆710的宽度,使得支撑杆710能够在滑槽721中竖向滑动和前后摆动;
紧固组件,其设置在保持孔722中用于向支撑杆710施加压力,该压力造成的对支撑杆710的摩擦力能够克服箱盖750的重力而使箱盖750保持在打开位置,当克服所述摩擦力时,支撑杆710可以在滑槽721中竖向滑动和前后摆动。所述压力的大小能够由所述紧固组件调节。
优选地,所述保持孔722的内表面设置有内螺纹,所述紧固组件包括:
压紧块730,其设置在保持孔722中并且能够沿保持孔移动;
螺栓770,其外螺纹能够与保持孔722的内螺纹螺纹配合;
弹性件760,其设置在保持孔722中位于压紧块730与螺栓770之间用于向压紧块730施加弹力。通过旋转螺栓770可以调节弹性件770对压紧块730所施加的压力并从而调节压紧块730与支撑杆710之间的摩擦力。
优选地,弹性件760为压缩弹簧,压紧块730上设置有凸台,压缩弹簧的一端套设在凸台上并且另一端抵接螺栓的端部。
优选地,支撑杆710的穿过滑槽721的一端设置有用于防止支撑杆710脱离滑槽721的止动部711,该止动部711被设计成无法穿过滑槽721。
优选地,所述止动部711为钩状部。
优选地,自定位组件还包括铰接座780,其连接在箱盖750的侧部加强件752上,支撑杆710的一端与铰接座780可枢转地铰接。
优选地,铰接座780设置有定位销781,箱盖750的侧部加强件752上设置有沿其纵向分布的用于接收定位销781的多个定位孔7521。定位销781与其中一个定位孔7521插接。由于设置有多个定位孔7521,因此可以通过将定位销781插入到选定的定位孔7521 中来预先设定箱盖750开启的最大角度。
优选地,箱体的左侧板740和/或右侧板740的顶部加强件742上设置有卡槽,固定座720能够安装在所述卡槽中。
优选地,当箱盖750闭合时,自定位组件位于箱体和箱盖形成的收纳空间内,使得箱体的外观更加整洁,避免支撑杆710勾拌住周围的其他物品。
优选地,支撑杆710、固定座720、铰接座780由塑料制成。

  1. 一种单层塑料复合板(20;30;40),包括:
    单层塑料板(11;21),其具有平面形状的主体部(111;211)和位于所述主体部四周的周边部,所述主体部具有正面和与所述正面相对的背面,所述周边部沿与所述主体部垂直的方向向所述主体部的背面弯折形成弯折部(112;212);
    加强件(22;32),其接合所述弯折部的至少一部分并与之固定;
    其中,所述加强件是通过挤出成型的截面为闭合形状的管状件,当从截面上观察时,所述加强件包括与所述主体部平行的第一区段(221;321)和与所述第一区段垂直的第二区段(222;322),所述第二区段在其远离所述第一区段的末端上形成有沿垂直于所述第二区段的方向向所述加强件的外侧延伸的凸缘(2221;3221),所述第二区段与所述弯折部贴合,并使得所述凸缘与所述弯折部的末端接合。

    其中,所述金属加强件由薄片状金属板通过弯折轧制而成,当从截面上观察时,所述金属加强件包括互相垂直的第一区段(121)和第二区段(122),所述第一区段为双层结构,而且所述第一区段的外层的长度大于所述第一区段的内层的长度,所述第一区段的外层的末端弯折成与所述第二区段平行并沿着所述第二区段的外侧延伸所述第二区段的长度的一部分,由此在其与所述第二区段之间形成间隙(1221),所述间隙适于紧密地容纳所述弯折部的至少一部分。

    螺栓(770),其外螺纹能够与保持孔的内螺纹螺纹配合;
    弹性件(760),其设置在保持孔中位于压紧块与螺栓之间用于向压紧块施加弹力。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的箱子,其中,所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,所述压紧块上设置有凸台,压缩弹簧的一端套设在凸台上并且另一端抵接螺栓的端部。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的箱子,其中,支撑杆的所述第二端设置有用于防止支撑杆脱离滑槽的止动部(711)。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的箱子,其中,所述自定位组件还包括铰接座(780),铰接座连接在箱盖的所述侧部加强件上,支撑杆的第一端与铰接座铰接。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的箱子,其中,所述铰接座设置有定位销(781),箱盖的所述侧部加强件上设置有沿其纵向分布的用于接收定位销的多个定位孔(7521)。
  49. 根据权利要求48所述的箱子,其中,箱体的左侧板和/或右侧板的顶部加强件上设置有卡槽,固定座能够安装在所述卡槽中。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的箱子,其中,当箱盖闭合时,所述自定位组件位于箱体和箱盖形成的收纳空间内。
  51. 根据权利要求43所述的箱子,其中,所述支撑杆、固定座、铰接座由塑料制成。
