- 一种单层塑料复合板(10),包括:单层塑料板(11),其具有平面形状的主体部(111)和位于所述主体部四周的周边部,所述主体部具有正面和与所述正面相对的背面,所述周边部沿与所述主体部垂直的方向向所述主体部的背面弯折形成弯折部(112);金属加强件(12),其容纳所述弯折部的至少一部分并与之固定;其中,所述金属加强件由薄片状金属板通过弯折轧制而成,当从截面上观察时,所述金属加强件包括互相垂直的第一区段(121)和第二区段(122),所述第一区段为双层结构,而且所述第一区段的外层的长度大于所述第一区段的内层的长度,所述第一区段的外层的末端弯折成与所述第二区段平行并沿着所述第二区段的外侧延伸所述第二区段的长度的一部分,由此在其与所述第二区段之间形成间隙(1221),所述间隙适于紧密地容纳所述弯折部的至少一部分。
- 根据权利要求9所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述金属加强件还包括第三区段(123),所述第三区段自所述第二区段的末端沿着与所述第二区段垂直的方向朝所述第二区段的内侧延伸,并与所述主体部贴合。
- 根据权利要求9所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述金属加强件为适应单层塑料板周边形状的整体框架结构或者为可拼接成适 应单层塑料板周边形状的多个条形结构。
- 根据权利要求9所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述金属加强件和所述单层塑料板之间通过胶水等粘结剂固定。
- 根据权利要求1或9所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述单层塑料板(11;21)的主体部(111;211)的正面具有通过印刷制成的图案。
- 根据权利要求1或9所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述单层塑料板(11;21)的主体部(111;211)形成凹凸造型。
- 根据权利要求14所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述凹凸造型为能够增加单层塑料板强度的网格状凹凸造型(113)。
- 根据权利要求1或9所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述单层塑料板(11;21)上形成有符合人体工程学的扣手结构(114)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的单层塑料复合板,其中,所述加强件的凸缘(2221;3221;2322)的下侧设置有自其向下延伸的翼部(2222;3222;2321)。
- 一种箱子,包括由前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板和底板构成的箱体,其中,所述各侧板中的至少一者由根据权利要求1至17中任一权利要求所述的单层塑料复合板形成。
- 根据权利要求18所述的箱子,其中,所述箱子包括:支撑台(331),其由前侧板、后侧板、左侧板和右侧板的底部加强件形成;定位边(321),其由底板的周边部分水平向外延伸而形成并且分别搭靠在相应侧板的支撑台上;底板固定构件(340),其能够穿过定位边上的固定孔和支撑台上相应的安装孔而将所述定位边固定在所述支撑台上。
- 根据权利要求19所述的箱子,其中,相邻的侧板上分别设置有限位柱(350)和限位孔(360),所述限位柱能够卡合在所述限位孔中,使得相邻的侧板能够可拆卸地连接在一起。
- 根据权利要求20所述的箱子,其中,左侧板和右侧板位于前 侧板和后侧板之间,左侧板和右侧板的侧面设置有限位柱,前侧板和后侧板的内侧的对应位置处设置有限位孔,所述限位孔上窄下宽。
- 根据权利要求19所述的箱子,其中,所述底板的中间部分相对于定位边向下凹陷。
- 根据权利要求22所述的箱子,其中,所述底板的中间部分形成有规则排列的多个凹部。
- 根据权利要求19所述的箱子,其中,所述底板固定构件由塑料制成。
- 根据权利要求18所述的箱子,还包括能够从箱体顶部打开的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖的后部与箱体的后侧板可枢转地连接。
- 根据权利要求25所述的箱子,其中,所述箱盖通过可拆卸的铰链组件与后侧板可枢转地连接,所述铰链组件包括:第一铰链构件(411),其固定至箱盖的后部加强件的底部;第二铰链构件(421),其固定至箱体的后侧板的顶部加强件的后侧的凹部(426)中;以及枢轴构件(430),其可枢转地连接第一铰链构件和第二铰链构件。
- 根据权利要求26所述的箱子,其中,所述第一铰链构件和第二铰链构件的形状相同,均具有固定部(413;423)和从固定部相对于其垂直延伸一个或多个枢转部(412;422),固定部用于与箱盖或箱体接合并固定,枢转部中设置有平行于固定部延伸的用于可枢转地接收枢轴的通孔(414;424)。
- 根据权利要求27所述的箱子,其中,当枢转部为多个时,枢转部沿着固定部间隔地分布,间距设置成能够容纳枢转部,各个枢转部中的通孔彼此同轴。
- 根据权利要求27所述的箱子,其中,所述枢轴的近端设置有凸缘(432),凸缘的尺寸大于枢转部的通孔,所述枢轴的远端具有从远侧向近侧延伸的一个或多个切口(438),使得枢轴的远端形成从近侧向远侧延伸的能够径向向内弯曲的多个弹性臂(434),每 个弹性臂的径向外侧表面上设置有凸起部(436),当所述弹性臂处于弯曲状态时,所述凸起部能够穿过枢转部的通孔,当所述弹性臂处于伸直状态时,所述凸起部不能穿过枢转部的通孔。
- 根据权利要求29所述的箱子,其中,每个切口从枢轴的远侧向近侧渐缩并最终形成圆滑过渡。
- 根据权利要求29所述的箱子,其中,所述凸起部具有远侧引导斜面(4362)和近侧引导斜面(4364)。
- 根据权利要求26所述的箱子,其中,所述铰链组件由塑料制成。
- 根据权利要求25所述的箱子,其中,所述箱盖和所述箱体设置有卡锁组件,所述卡锁组件包括:第一卡锁构件(530),其固定至箱盖的前部;第二卡锁构件(550),其固定至箱体的前侧板;以及第三卡锁构件(540),其能够可枢转地安装至第一卡锁构件。
- 根据权利要求33所述的箱子,其中,所述第一卡锁构件通过其顶部的卡扣装置(531)插接在箱盖的前部加强件的底部中从而整体形成倒U形,当箱盖闭合时,箱体的前侧板的顶部加强件能够被至少部分接收在所述倒U形的凹部中。
- 根据权利要求34所述的箱子,其中,所述第一卡锁构件的前部设置有水平的连接杆(532),第三卡锁构件的顶部设置有钩状部(541),所述钩状部能够钩在所述水平的连接杆上并围绕其在一定范围转动。
- 根据权利要求35所述的箱子,其中,所述第二卡锁构件通过其后侧的卡扣装置(551)插接在箱体的前侧板的顶部加强件的前侧中,第二卡锁构件的顶部向后弯曲形成水平的弯折部(552),所述水平的弯折部位于箱体的前侧板的顶部上的台阶部(5127)上,当所述箱盖闭合时,第二卡锁构件和第三卡锁构件能够被闩锁或锁定在一起。
- 根据权利要求33所述的箱子,其中,所述卡锁组件由塑料 制成。
- 根据权利要求25所述的箱子,其中,所述箱子设置有用于限制箱盖相对于箱体的打开角度的折叠限位构件(640),并且其中,所述折叠限位构件为细长的杆状构件,其具有第一端部(643)、相对的第二端部(643)和在第一端部与第二端部之间延伸的可弯折的弹性本体部(642),所述第一端部可枢转地固定到箱盖的侧部加强件的内侧上距箱盖相对于箱体的枢转部一定距离的位置处,所述第二端部可枢转地固定到箱体的相应侧板的顶部加强件的内侧上距箱盖相对于箱体的枢转部一定距离的位置处。
- 根据权利要求38所述的箱子,其中,所述折叠限位构件的长度设置成使得所述箱盖相对于所述箱体的最大打开角度大于90°并且小于180°。
- 根据权利要求39所述的箱子,其中,所述本体部的形状为适于弯折的扁平的带状,所述第一端部和第二端部是垂直于本体部的扁平端部。
- 根据权利要求40所述的箱子,其中,所述第一端部和所述第二端部分别具有侧向突起部(641),所述箱盖和所述箱体的左侧板和/或右侧板的加强件上的对应位置处分别设置有用于接收突起部的接收孔(6122;6222)。
- 根据权利要求38所述的箱子,其中,所述折叠限位构件是一体成型的塑料构件。
- 根据权利要求25所述的箱子,其中,所述箱子设置有能够任意固定箱盖相对于箱体的打开角度的自定位组件,所述自定位组件包括:固定座(720),其固定在箱体的左侧板和/或右侧板的顶部加强件上,固定座中设置有沿竖直方向延伸并贯穿固定座的顶表面和底表面的滑槽(721)和沿横向延伸的与所述滑槽连通并穿过固定座的面向箱体内侧的侧表面的保持孔(722);支撑杆(710),其第一端与箱盖的相应的侧部加强件铰接,第 二端穿过滑槽延伸,所述支撑杆能够在滑槽中滑动和摆动;紧固组件,其设置在保持孔中用于向支撑杆施加压力,所述压力的大小能够由所述紧固组件调节。
- 根据权利要求43所述的箱子,其中,所述保持孔的内表面设置有内螺纹,所述紧固组件包括:压紧块(730),其设置在保持孔中并且能够沿保持孔移动;螺栓(770),其外螺纹能够与保持孔的内螺纹螺纹配合;弹性件(760),其设置在保持孔中位于压紧块与螺栓之间用于向压紧块施加弹力。
- 根据权利要求44所述的箱子,其中,所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,所述压紧块上设置有凸台,压缩弹簧的一端套设在凸台上并且另一端抵接螺栓的端部。
- 根据权利要求45所述的箱子,其中,支撑杆的所述第二端设置有用于防止支撑杆脱离滑槽的止动部(711)。
- 根据权利要求46所述的箱子,其中,所述自定位组件还包括铰接座(780),铰接座连接在箱盖的所述侧部加强件上,支撑杆的第一端与铰接座铰接。
- 根据权利要求47所述的箱子,其中,所述铰接座设置有定位销(781),箱盖的所述侧部加强件上设置有沿其纵向分布的用于接收定位销的多个定位孔(7521)。
- 根据权利要求48所述的箱子,其中,箱体的左侧板和/或右侧板的顶部加强件上设置有卡槽,固定座能够安装在所述卡槽中。
- 根据权利要求49所述的箱子,其中,当箱盖闭合时,所述自定位组件位于箱体和箱盖形成的收纳空间内。
- 根据权利要求43所述的箱子,其中,所述支撑杆、固定座、铰接座由塑料制成。
