技术领域
本实用新型属于家具类日常生活用品,特别是涉及一种以蜂窝纸为内芯的封边倒吸塑桌面板。
背景技术
桌子是家庭居室及办公场地不可缺少的家具用品之一,桌子的种类繁多,有用于工作、学习的办公桌,有用于召开大小会议的各种会议桌,有用于家庭用餐的小餐桌及宾馆、酒店用餐的大餐桌,有用于休闲、娱乐的休闲桌,还有用于摆放电脑的电脑桌等等,其用途之广难计其数。桌子一般是由桌面板和桌腿组成,桌腿起支撑作用,桌面板是桌子的重要组成部分,人们写字、办公、用餐、放置物品均依赖于桌面,现有用于办公桌、会议桌、餐桌、休闲桌、电脑桌等多种户内户外产品的桌面板大多还是使用木板、纤维板或刨花板,也有部分使用吹塑的塑料板。前述的这些桌面板大都是以木质为原料,随着我国森林资源的减少,对木材砍伐的限制,以木质为原料的桌面板将会受到限制,而另一方面以木质为原料制作的桌面板,如中密度纤维板之类其沉重的质量将使所制成的桌子难以搬动,如刨花板之类其强度较弱将易于损坏,而且以木质为原料制作的桌面板因其防潮性较差使其不易清洗,同时木质材料制作的桌面板因木材价格较高而使其产品造价也较高;而以吹塑的整块塑料板来制作的桌面板,因其质量较为沉重,搬动十分不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种重量轻、强度高、易于清洗,造价低且美观的环保型蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,它包括面板、底板、蜂窝纸内芯、边连接件,面板、底板由吸塑或直接成型加工而成,蜂窝纸内芯填充于面板与底板之间,并与面板、底板用胶水黏结在一起;边连接件完全包覆或部分包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边,并与蜂窝纸内芯固定相联接;面板边缘向下弯折包覆于边连接件的侧边或边连接件的侧边及底板边缘,面板边在边连接件的底边处与底板相固定。
所述的底板边缘向上弯折并部分包覆于边连接件,面板边缘向下弯折包覆于边连接件的侧边及底板边缘,面板边在边连接件的底边处与底板相固定。
所述的底板边缘贴靠于边连接件的底边,底板边缘与边连接件的底边中部相固定,面板边缘呈向下弯折包覆于边连接件的侧边,面板边在边连接件的底边处与底板边相固定。
所述的蜂窝纸内芯由单层蜂窝纸芯构成。
所述的蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸板构成,蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
所述的蜂窝纸内芯为双层或双层以上的蜂窝纸板构成,各层蜂窝纸板之间黏结相固定,其各层蜂窝纸板的形状和尺寸可以各不相同;蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
所述的面板、底板的形状为正方形或长方形或圆形或椭圆形或三角形或多边形或异形。
所述的底板还可一体设有若干加强筋,用来加强桌板的强度。
所述的边连接件为管件或挤出铝型材或其它挤出型材,它加强桌腿机构与桌面板的联接强度。
所述的边连接件为管件或挤出型材和注塑件或五金件所构成的复合件,它加强桌腿机构与桌面板的联接强度。
在制作过程中,面板、底板可以采用单层塑料板或多层塑料板,并按桌面板所需的形状、尺寸直接加工成形,其形状可以为正方形或长方形,也可为圆形或椭圆形,也可为三角形或多边形或异形,当采用单层塑料板时,其板厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,使用的材料可以为ABS、PP、PS、PE等;当采用多层塑料板时,其塑料板的厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,例如塑料板可以是由0.1毫米至0.3毫米的ASA与0.3毫米至3.5毫米的ABS相复合所形成的复合片材。蜂窝纸内芯可以采用单层蜂窝纸芯,也可采用单层蜂窝纸板或双层蜂窝纸板,或双层以上的蜂窝纸板,当采用双层或双层以上的蜂窝纸板时,其各层的蜂窝纸板形状和大小尺寸可以相同,也可以不相同。将蜂窝纸内芯填充于塑料面板与塑料底板之间,并与塑料面板、塑料底板分别用胶水黏结相固定;在蜂窝纸内芯的周边完全包覆或部分包覆有边连接件,边连接件可以采用管件或挤出型材,如挤出铝型材,也可以采用管件或挤出型材和注塑件或五金件所构成的复合件,边连接件是桌面板的加强框架,它加强桌腿机构与桌面板的联接强度,边连接件与蜂窝纸内芯之间采用胶水黏结相固定,面板边与底板边或底板的相接处采用胶水粘接相固定,底板边与边连件的相联接处采用胶水粘接相固定,为此,构成一完整的桌面板,该桌面板的边由面板弯折构成。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于采用吸塑或直接成型加工而成的单层塑料板或多层塑料复合板作为面板和底板,使桌面板可以根据实际使用要求设计出变化灵活的各种形状,而无须另外加工,且易于清洗,抗潮性强;由于以质轻的蜂窝纸内芯作为面板与底板之间的填充体,即作为桌面板的内芯,使制作好后的桌面板重量较轻;由于在蜂窝纸内芯的周边完全包覆或部分包覆有以管件或挤出型材,或管件或挤出型材和注塑件或五金件所构成的复合件为边连接件,它可作为桌面板的加强框架,使桌面板的强度大大增强,同时还可增强桌面板与桌腿机构的连接强度;由于桌面板的边由面板弯折构成,使桌面板的边十分平整,没有粘接的缝隙,使整张桌面板更加平滑、美观。本实用新型是一种重量轻、强度高、易于清洗,造价低且美观的环保型蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板。

具体实施方式
实施例一,参见图1至图4所示,本实用新型的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,包括塑料面板11、塑料底板12、蜂窝纸内芯13、边连接件14,塑料面板11、塑料底板12为正方形,则由此制成的桌面板亦为正方形,塑料面板11及塑料底板12为吸塑或直接成型加工而成,塑料面板11、塑料底板12的厚度为0.3毫米至4毫米之间,将塑料面板11及塑料底板12加工成所需大小尺寸的正方形后,在成型好的塑料面板11与塑料底板12之间填入蜂窝纸内芯13,蜂窝纸内芯13由蜂窝纸芯133、面纸131、底纸132构成,蜂窝纸芯133夹于面纸131与底纸132之间,并与面纸131、底纸132相粘合;蜂窝纸内芯13填充于塑料面板11与塑料底板12之间并采用胶水与塑料面板11、塑料底板12黏结相固定;边连接件14完全包覆于蜂窝纸内芯13的周边,边连接件14与蜂窝纸内芯13采用胶水黏结相固定;塑料底板12的边缘呈向上弯折包覆于边连接件14的底边及部分侧边,塑料面板11的边缘呈向下弯折包覆于边连接件14的上边、侧边及塑料底板12的边缘,塑料面板11的边在边连接件14的底边处15与塑料底板12采用胶水粘接相固定;边连接件14是桌面板的加强框架,使桌面板的强度大大增强,同时还可增强桌面板与桌腿机构的连接强度,桌面板的边由面板弯折构成,使桌面板的边十分平滑、美观,没有粘接的缝隙;为此构成一块正方形桌面板。
在制作过程中,面板11、底板12可以采用单层塑料板,也可采用多层塑料板,并按桌面板所需的形状、尺寸直接加工成形,其形状为正方形,当采用单层塑料板时,其板厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,使用的材料可以为ABS、PP、PS、PE等;当采用多层塑料板时,其塑料板的厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,例如塑料板可以是由0.1毫米至0.3毫米的ASA与0.3毫米至3.5毫米的ABS相复合所形成的复合片材。蜂窝纸内芯13为单层蜂窝纸板,蜂窝纸板13由蜂窝纸芯133、面纸131、底纸132组成,蜂窝纸芯133夹于面纸131与底纸132之间,并与面纸131、底纸132黏结相固定;将蜂窝纸内芯13填充于塑料面板11与塑料底板12之间,并与塑料面板11、塑料底板12分别用胶水黏结相固定;在蜂窝纸内芯13的周边完全包覆有边连接件14,边连接件14是桌面板的加强框架,它加强桌腿机构与桌面板的联接强度,边连接件14与蜂窝纸内芯13之间采用胶水黏结相固定,塑料面板11的边与塑料底板12采用胶水粘合相固定。
实施例二,参见图5、图6所示,本实用新型的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它所采用的蜂窝纸内芯23由蜂窝纸芯构成。
实施例三,参见图7至图8所示,本实用新型的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它所采用的蜂窝纸内芯33由由二层蜂窝纸板构成,上层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯333、面纸331、底纸332组成,蜂窝纸芯333夹于面纸331与底纸332之间,并与面纸331、底纸332黏结相固定;下层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯335、面纸334、底纸336组成,蜂窝纸芯335夹于面纸334与底纸336之间,并与面纸334、底纸336黏结相固定;上、下层蜂窝纸板之间采用黏结相固定。
实施例四,参见图9所示,本实用新型的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,塑料面板41、塑料底板的形状为长方形,则制作出来的桌面板亦为长方形。
实施例五,参见图10所示,本实用新型的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,塑料面板51、塑料底板的形状为圆形,则制作出来的桌面板亦为圆形。
实施例六,参见图11所示,本实用新型的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,包括塑料面板61、塑料底板62、蜂窝纸内芯63、边连接件64,与实施例一的不同之处在于,边连接件64在其下部设有一台阶,塑料底板62的边缘贴靠于边连接件的底边,塑料底板62的边缘在边连接件64的底边中间处65与边连接件64的底边采用胶水粘接相固定,塑料面板61边缘呈向下弯折包覆于边连接件64的侧边,塑料面板61的边在边连接件64的底边处66与塑料底板62的边采用胶水粘接相固定。为此构成一块正方形桌面板,其中,边连接件64是桌面板的加强框架,使桌面板的强度大大增强,同时还可增强桌面板与桌腿机构的连接强度,桌面板的边由塑料面板61弯折构成,使桌面板的边十分平滑、美观。

Claims (10)

1.一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:它包括面板、底板、蜂窝纸内芯、边连接件,面板、底板由吸塑或直接成型加工而成,蜂窝纸内芯填充于面板与底板之间,并与面板、底板用胶水黏结在一起;边连接件完全包覆或部分包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边,并与蜂窝纸内芯固定相联接;面板边缘向下弯折包覆于边连接件的侧边或边连接件的侧边及底板边缘,面板边在边连接件的底边处与底板相固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的底板边缘向上弯折并部分包覆于边连接件,面板边缘向下弯折包覆于边连接件的侧边及底板边缘,面板边在边连接件的底边处与底板相固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的底板边缘贴靠于边连接件的底边,底板边缘与边连接件的底边中部相固定,面板边缘呈向下弯折包覆于边连接件的侧边,面板边在边连接件的底边处与底板边相固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝纸内芯由单层蜂窝纸芯构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸板构成,蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝纸内芯为双层或双层以上的蜂窝纸板构成,各层蜂窝纸板之间黏结相固定,其各层蜂窝纸板的形状和尺寸可以各不相同;蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的面板、底板的形状为正方形或长方形或圆形或椭圆形或三角形或多边形或异形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的底板还可一体设有若干加强筋。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的边连接件为管件或挤出铝型材或其它挤出型材。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯封边倒吸塑桌面板,其特征在于:所述的边连接件为管件或挤出型材和注塑件或五金件所构成的复合件。
