Abstract

本实用新型公开的是一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，包括底板、面板和蜂窝纸板。蜂窝纸板设置在面板与底板之间，三者固定贴覆构成一张完整的复合板，而蜂窝纸板是由底纸、面纸和蜂窝纸组成，底纸、面纸分别与蜂窝纸的上下面黏结，作用于面板及底板的力是通过面纸与底纸传递给蜂窝纸的，增加了本实用新型的使用强度及牢固性，并且蜂窝纸板还具有质量轻的特点；如果在面板与底板之间再嵌入加强件，不但可加强复合板的强度，同时增加了桌腿等连接机构与复合板的连接强度；封条边的设置，既加强连接，又可根据面板的款式及色泽，采用不同的结构及质地的封条边装饰、点缀。所以本实用新型具有重量轻、强度高、易于清洗、有利于环保等特点，适用性广。

技术领域
本实用新型属于家具类，涉及到一种板材结构，尤其是涉及到一种复合板的结构。
背景技术
木板桌面传统古老，符合习惯、高档，随着我国森林资源的减少，对林材砍伐的限限制，及保护大自然、热爱森林加强环保意识的今天，更不提倡采用木质材料而浪费资源。因此现有用于会议桌、餐桌、休闲桌、电脑桌、椅子的座靠背板、书架、衣柜等多种户内户外产品，大多采用纤维板或刨花板，而纤维板或刨花板不是因为密度大，以使所制成的产品不易搬动，或是因为其密度稀疏，造成所制成的产品强度差，使用过程易于损坏，并且采用这两种结构制作的产品造价高。
于是便于清洗、重量较轻的吹塑面板便运用而生，该吹塑面板的内部是中空的，所以只有在底面制造出许多起加强作用的凹台来支撑面板，这就导致如下缺点：桌面凹凸不平，桌面软硬不均、强度差；为了使桌面具有足够的使用强度，材料厚度不可太薄，导致生产成本高，产品笨重；而且由于材料偏厚，生产周期长，生产效率低、成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种重量轻、强度高、易于清洗、有利于环保、适用性广的带有蜂窝纸板的复合板。
本实用新型带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，包括底板、面板和蜂窝纸板，面板和底板分别固定贴覆在蜂窝纸板的上下面。
所述的蜂窝纸板是由底纸、面纸和蜂窝纸组成，底纸、面纸分别与蜂窝纸的上下面黏结。
所述的蜂窝纸板为单层蜂窝纸。
所述的面板或底板为胶合板或木皮，其厚度在0.5mm-5mm之间。
所述的面板或底板为三聚氰氨板或防火板。
所述的面板或底板是采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而成的塑料片材，厚度均在0.3mm-4mm之间。
所述的面板或底板是采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而成的塑料片材，再通过吸塑成型或热压成型加工而成，其厚度均在0.3mm-4mm之间。
所述的面板或底板的形状为正方形、矩形、圆形或其他规则或不规则的形状，二者的形状与尺寸相适配。
所述的面板和底板之间设有加强件。
所述的面板、蜂窝纸板及底板固定，三者形成的周边端面被封边条完全或不完全包覆连接。
采用了上述结构后，本实用新型蜂窝纸板设置在面板与底板之间，三者固定贴覆构成一张完整的复合板，而蜂窝纸板是由底纸、面纸和蜂窝纸组成，底纸、面纸分别与蜂窝纸的上下面黏结，因蜂窝纸板的上下面平整，易与面板及底板贴覆粘接，作用于面板及底板的力是通过面纸与底纸传递给蜂窝纸的，这样蜂窝纸不会因局部受力而易损坏，并且具有较强的力度支撑面板及底板，增加了本实用新型的使用强度及牢固性，并且蜂窝纸板还具有质量轻的特点；如果在面板与底板之间再嵌入加强件，不但可加强复合板的强度，同时增加了桌腿等连接机构与复合板的连接强度；而封条边的设置，即起加强连接作用，又可根据木质面板的款式及色泽，采用不同的结构及质地的封条边，以起装饰、点缀的作用。
本实用新型不但可以根据客户的需要及喜爱，制成圆形、方形、矩形等规则或不规则的形状，而且还适用于会议桌、餐桌、休闲桌、电脑桌、椅子的座靠背板、书架、衣柜等多种户内户外产品；所以本实用新型具有重量轻、强度高、易于清洗、有利于环保等特点，适用性广。

具体实施方式
实施例一，请参阅图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，包括底板1、面板2和蜂窝纸板3，面板2和底板1分别固定贴覆在蜂窝纸板3的上下面；蜂窝纸板3是由底纸31、面纸32和单层蜂窝纸33组成，底纸31、面纸32分别与蜂窝纸33的上下面黏结；面板2和底板1为胶合板制成，其厚度在0.5mm-5mm之间，二者的形状与尺寸相适配。
采用了上述结构后，本实用新型蜂窝纸板3设置在面板2与底板1之间，三者固定贴覆构成一张完整的复合板，而蜂窝纸板3是由底纸31、面纸32和蜂窝纸33组成，底纸31、面纸32分别与蜂窝纸33的上下面黏结，因此蜂窝纸板3的上下面平整，易与面板2及底板1贴覆粘接，并且作用于面板2及底板1的力是通过面纸32与底纸31传递给蜂窝纸的，这样蜂窝纸33不会因局部受力而易损坏，具有较强的力度支撑面板2及底板1，增加了本实用新型的使用强度及牢固性，并且蜂窝纸板3还具有质量轻的特点；所以在不增加复合板重量的情况下，本实用新型的强度大大提高，而且面板和底板均采用易于清洗和环保的材料制作，因此本实用新型用途广泛，便于推广应用。
实施例二，如图4所示，与实施例一不同之处在于：面板2和底板1为木皮制成，面板2与底板1的周边相互扣合封闭。
实施例三，如图5所示，与实施例一不同之外在于：面板2为三聚氰氨板制成，底板1采用防火板、面板2和蜂窝纸板3相互连接所构成的周边的端面固定设有封边条4。
封条边4的设置，即起加强连接作用，又可根据复合板的款式及色泽，采用不同的结构及质地的封条边4，以起装饰、点缀的作用。
实施例四，如图6所示，与实施例一不同之外在于：面板2和底板1均是采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而成的塑料片材，厚度为1.5mm，而蜂窝纸板3内埋有加强件5，这样不但可加强复合板的强度，同时增加了桌腿等连接机构与复合板的连接强度。
实施例五，如图7所示，与实施例一不同之外在于：面板2和底板1均是采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而成的塑料片材，再通过吸塑成型或热压成型加工而成，厚度均为2mm，而在蜂窝纸板3的下端面与底板1之间另设有加强件5，以增加复合板的强度，及桌腿等连接机构与复合板的连接强度，这样的复合板不同于传统的木板和纤维板刨花板，也不同于吹塑的塑料桌面板，它重量轻、强度高、易于清洗及环保，用途广泛。

1.一种带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，其特征在于：包括底板、面板和蜂窝纸板，面板和底板分别固定贴覆在蜂窝纸板的上下面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，其特征在于：所述的蜂窝纸板是由底纸、面纸和蜂窝纸组成，底纸、面纸分别与蜂窝纸的上下面黏结。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，其特征在于：所述的蜂窝纸为单层蜂窝纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，其特征在于：所述的面板或底板为胶合板或木皮，其厚度在0.5mm-5mm之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，其特征在于：所述的面板或底板为三聚氰氨板或防火板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，其特征在于：所述的面板或底板是采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而成的塑料片材，厚度均在0.3mm-4mm之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带有蜂窝纸板的复合板，其特征在于：所述的面板或底板是采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而成的塑料片材，再通过吸塑成型或热压成型加工而成，其厚度均在0.3mm-4mm之间。
