Abstract

一种轻量化的板材，包含有板面、补强结构体和盖板，板面的底部具有凹槽；补强结构体是置于板面的凹槽内；盖板是覆盖已置入补强结构体的凹槽，通过前述补强结构体，使板面更坚固，有效地降低板面的重量，并减少运输的费用，及降低于组装或搬运时可能对人体造成的伤害。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种轻量化的板材，特指一种内部置有补强结构体的板材，可达成轻量化，且结构坚固，有效降低运输成本的板材。
背景技术
在盛行自己动手做(Do It Yourself；DIY)的欧美国家，人们乐于自行组合家用书柜、厨柜及家具等等。而一般的电视柜、办公桌或餐桌等的台面或底座结构均为厚实的板材，其重量相对的较重，若采购自行组合的家具时，因家具的楼面或底座均为此种厚实的板材所制成，其为重量较重的家具，需请运输公司帮忙运送，但一般运费皆以重量的多少来计算运费，因此又需额外支出一笔运费，所以若能减少板材的重量，可减少不必要的运费；且重量的减低可制作厚度很厚的板体，增加其美观和价值性的同时，又不会因为过重而造成搬运困难，而对人体造成伤害。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种轻量化的板材，通过开发结构坚固，且重量轻的板材，达到有效降低家具的运费，及减少搬运的力气的目的。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种轻量化的板材，它至少包含有板面、补强结构体及盖板，其特征是：该板面的底部至少具有一凹槽；该补强结构体是置于该底部的凹槽内；该盖板是覆盖置于该凹槽内的补强结构体上，通过前述补强结构体，以补强板面的结构，使板面更具坚固性，且有效地降低板面的重量，并减少运输的费用。
它还包含至少一肋条横置于该底部的凹槽中。该补强结构体为蜂巢结构或筒状结构或方形结构或任何几何图形结构。
下面结合较佳实施例和附图详细说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参阅图1-图2所示，本实用新型的轻量化的板材100，主要包含：板面10，具有一顶部11与底部12，且底部12具有凹槽13；补强结构体20，例如为蜂巢结构的纸板，是以例如粘着方式固定于前述板面10的凹槽13内；盖板30是覆盖前述已置有补强结构体20的凹槽13，用以将凹槽13封闭。
本实用新型的轻量化的板材100由底部所视的立体分解结构图，其中补强结构体20是置于前述底部12的凹槽13内，此时补强结构体20的顶端与前述底部12的边框14的顶端形成一盖板厚度的距离，再将盖板30沿着前述边框14的内侧覆盖置于前述凹槽13内的补强结构体20上，且利用枪钉固定于前述底部12的四周，即完成本实用新型的轻量化的板材100。
参阅图3-图4所示，为本实用新型的轻量化的板材100尚未覆盖盖板30的由底部所视的平面示意图，其中补强结构体20与盖板30的外型结构配合前述板面底部12的凹槽13的形状作调整，使补强结构体20布满整个底部的凹槽13，达到补强的效果，使板面10的结构更具坚固性，再利用盖板30沿着前述边框14的内侧覆盖置于前述凹槽13内的蜂巢结构的纸板20上，即完成如图4所示的轻量化的板材100。
前述板面10的顶部11为一平面，是供作业、置放物品或作为底座或作为垂直竖立的侧板之用，通过前述补强结构体20内置于板材100之中，可达到补强的功效，并可使板面10减少约二分之一的重量，同时减少运费的支出。
实施例2
参阅图5所示，显示本实用新型的轻量化的板材100的补强结构体的另一种变更实施例2，主要显示出补强结构40为多数个分别独立的筒状体所组成，其仍具有如实施例1的蜂巢式结构的补强结构体20的功能。
实施例3
参阅图6所示，显示本实用新型的轻量化的板材100的补强结构体的再一种变更实施例3，主要显示出补强结构50为多数个分别独立的方型体所组成，其仍具有如实施例1的蜂巢式结构的补强结构体20的功能。
实施例4
参阅图7所示，显示本实用新型另一实拖例4的轻量化的板材100，主要包含：板面10、助条15、多数个补强结构体20及盖板30，其中前述板面10具有一顶部11与底部12，且该顶部11为一平面，是可供作业、置放物品或可作为底座，而前述底部12具有一凹槽13，且前述肋条15横置于前述底部凹槽13的两端，是作为与支撑柱(图未示)锁接之用，而通过前述肋条15横置于前述凹槽13的两端，使前述凹槽13分隔成多数个区域，且将依所分隔区域不同形状的前述多数个补强结构体20，对应置于前述凹槽13分隔的区域内，且再将盖板30覆盖于前述凹槽13内的补强结构体20上，即完成轻量化的板材100。进一步本实施例4配合实施例2的图5或实施例3的图6作变更，其仍具有与本实施例4相同的功能。
参阅图8所示，显示本实用新型的轻量化的板材100应用于电视柜的立体示意图，电视柜包含一可旋转的基板60、上侧基板61、多数层隔板及下侧基板62，其中可旋转的基板60、上侧基板61及下侧基板62均可由本实用新型的轻量化的板材100所构成，而上侧基板61、下侧基板62与中央多数层隔板的连接，亦于相对的位置设置肋条，以使电视柜连结更具坚固性，且重量减轻。
本实用新型的主要功效是：本实用新型的轻量化的板材，通过一补强结构体置于板面底部的凹槽内，以补强板面的结构，使板面更具坚固性，且有效地降低板面的重量，并减少运输的费用。
在详细说明本实用新型的较佳实施例之后，熟悉该项技术人士，可清楚的了解，在不脱离本实用新型的精神下所进行各种变化与改变，例如：助条的配置以支撑点位置的不同而可作调整，此为熟悉该项技术者可轻易完成，应该属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1、一种轻量化的板材，它至少包含有板面、补强结构体及盖板，其特征是：该板面的底部至少具有一凹槽；该补强结构体是置于该底部的凹槽内；该盖板是覆盖置于该凹槽内的补强结构体上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轻量化的板材，其特征是：它还包含至少一肋条横置于该底部的凹槽中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的轻量化的板材，其特征是：该补强结构体选自蜂巢结构、或筒状结构、或方形结构、或任何几何图形结构。
