Abstract

本发明公开了一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,包括面板、底板、蜂窝纸内芯、内衬件、封边条,蜂窝纸内芯填充于面板与底板之间;内衬件设于面板与底板之间,并完全包覆或部分包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边;封边条环接于面板边缘与底板边缘之间,并与内衬件或内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯相联接。由于采用直接成型的板件作为复合板的面板和底板,以质轻的蜂窝纸内芯作为复合板的内芯,以管件或挤出型材等内衬件作为复合板的加强框架,以封边条或内衬件作为复合板的边缘,使复合板既可以设计出变化灵活的各种形状,而无须另外加工,并易于清洗,抗潮性强,又具有较高的强度和较好的美观度。本发明是一种重量轻、强度高、易于清洗,造价低且美观的环保型蜂窝纸内芯复合板。

一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板
技术领域
本发明属于家具类日常生活用品,特别是涉及一种以蜂窝纸为内芯的复合板。
背景技术
板材是用于制作桌子面板,椅子座板或靠板,书架隔板以及其它所需面板的重要板料,现有用于会议桌、餐桌、休闲桌、电脑桌、椅子座板和靠背、书架等多种户内户外产品的板材大多还是使用木板、纤维板或刨花板,也有部分使用吹塑的塑料板。前述的这些板材大都是以木质为原料,随着我国森林资源的减少,对木材砍伐的限制,以木质为原料的板材将会受到限制,而另一方面以木质为原料的板材的质量重,如近期较常使用的中密度纤维板,其沉重的质量使所制成的桌、椅等户内户外产品难以搬动,而以刨花板为原料所制成的桌、椅等户内户外产品会因其强度弱而易于损坏,而木质板材的防潮性较差使其所形成的产品不易清洗;同时采用木质材料会因木材价格较高而使其产品造价也较高;而以吹塑的塑料板材制作的桌、椅等户内户外产品会因其质量较为沉重,搬动十分不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种重量轻、强度高、易于清洗,造价低且美观的环保型蜂窝纸内芯复合板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,包括面板、底板、蜂窝纸内芯、内衬件,内衬件是复合板的加强框架,蜂窝纸内芯填充于面板与底板之间;内衬件设于面板与底板之间,并完全包覆或部分包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边。
一种如前所述的蜂窝纸内芯复合板还包括封边条,封边条环接于面板边缘与底板边缘之间,并与内衬件、或内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯固定相联接,封边条在复合板的周边起修饰美观的作用。
所述的封边条设为一条或分设为若干条,其若干条的截面形状可以相同,或也可以不相同。
所述的蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸芯构成。
所述的蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸板构成,蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
所述的蜂窝纸内芯为双层或双层以上的蜂窝纸板构成,各层蜂窝纸板之间黏结相固定,蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
所述的面板、底板为单层塑料板,其厚度为0.3毫米至4毫米之间。
所述的面板、底板为多层塑料复合板,其厚度为0.3毫米至4毫米之间。
所述的面板、底板为三聚氰氨板或防火板。
所述的面板、底板的形状为正方形或长方形或圆形或椭圆形或三角形或多边形或异形。
所述的底板还可一体设有若干加强筋。
所述的封边条与面板边缘、底板边缘及内衬件或与面板边缘、底板边缘、内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯的相联接为胶水固定相联接或卡扣固定相联接。
所述的内衬件为管件或挤出型材或注塑件或五金件。
所述的内衬件与面板、底板或面板或底板之间的相接处为胶水粘接相固定或焊接相固定。
在制作过程中,面板、底板可以采用单层塑料板或多层塑料复合板,也可采用三聚氰氨板或防火板,并按复合所需的形状、尺寸直接加工成形,其形状可以为正方形或长方形,也可为圆形或椭圆形,也可为三角形或多边形或异形,当采用单层塑料板时,其板厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,使用的材料可以为ABS、PP、PS、PE等;当采用多层塑料复合板时,其复合板的厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,而复合板是由0.1毫米至0.3毫米的ASA与0.3毫米至3.5毫米的ABS相复合所形成的复合片材。蜂窝纸内芯可以采用单层蜂窝纸芯,也可采用单层蜂窝纸板或双层蜂窝纸板,或双层以上的蜂窝纸板,当采用双层或双层以上的蜂窝纸板时,其各层的蜂窝纸板形状和大小尺寸可以相同,也可以不相同,在形状和大小尺寸相同的情况下,则内衬件是完全包覆住各层蜂窝纸板的周边,或包覆住各层蜂窝纸板的一部分周边;在形状和大小尺寸不相同情况下,则内衬件是呈台阶状来包覆住各层蜂窝纸板的周边的,以适应其形状和大小尺寸的不同。内衬件可以采用管件或挤出型材,也可以采用注塑件或五金件,当蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸芯或单层蜂窝纸板,以及虽为一层以上的蜂窝纸板,但各蜂窝纸板的形状和大小尺寸相同时,包覆于蜂窝纸内芯周边的内衬件其上下分别整体与面板、底板相联接,其相接处可以采用胶水粘接相固定,也可以采用焊接相固定;当蜂窝纸内芯为一层以上的蜂窝纸板,且各蜂窝纸板的形状和大小尺寸不相同时,包覆于蜂窝纸内芯周边的内衬件其上下分别整体或部分与面板、底板相联接,如采用两层蜂窝纸板,而下层的蜂窝纸板其形状和尺寸都比上层大时,则内衬件与面板的联接面积比其与底板的联接面积要大,而其相接处同样可以采用胶水粘接相固定,也可以采用焊接相固定。在复合板的边缘,既可以采用封边条进行封边,也可以直接采用完全包覆于蜂窝纸内芯周边的内衬件来实现封边。
本发明的有益效果是,由于采用直接成型的三聚氰氨板或防火板或塑料板作为面板和底板,使复合板可以根据实际使用要求设计出变化灵活的各种形状,而无须另外加工,且易于清洗,抗潮性强;由于以质轻的蜂窝纸内芯作为面板与底板之间的填充体,即作为复合板的内芯,使制作好后的复合板重量较轻;由于在蜂窝纸内芯的周边完全包覆或部分包覆有以管件或挤出型材或注塑件或五金件为内衬件,可作为复合板的加强框架,使复合板的强度大大增强,同时还可增强复合板与其它部件的连接强度;由于在复合板的边缘,既可以采用封边条进行封边,也可以直接采用完全包覆于蜂窝纸内芯周边的内衬件来实现,使复合板的美观度和实用性大大得到增加;而由于封边条既可用胶水固定相联接也可用卡扣固定相联接,增加了装接的灵活性。本发明是一种重量轻、强度高、易于清洗,造价低且美观的环保型蜂窝纸内芯复合板。

实施例一,参见图1至图7所示,本实用新型的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,包括塑料面板11、塑料底板12、蜂窝纸内芯13、封边条14、内衬件,塑料面板11、塑料底板12为长方形,则由此制成的复合板亦为长方形,塑料面板11及塑料底板12为采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而成的片材,面板11、底板12也可采用三聚氰氨板或防火板,其厚度为0.3毫米至4毫米之间,将塑料面板11及塑料底板12加工成复合所需大小尺寸的长方形,也可加工成正方形或圆形或椭圆形或或三角形或多边形或其它规则或不规则的形状;在成型好的塑料面板11与塑料底板12之间填入蜂窝纸内芯13,蜂窝纸内芯13由蜂窝纸芯133、面纸131、底纸132构成,蜂窝纸芯133夹于面纸131与底纸132之间,并与面纸131、底纸132相粘合;在塑料面板11与塑料底板12之间夹入内衬件,内衬件分为三种,一是处于四角的内衬件二153,即框架型内衬件;二是处于两相对侧边用于加强的内衬件一152,亦为框架型内衬件;三是处于四个边的内衬件管体151,也可为木质支撑条;将蜂窝纸内芯13制成如图3所示形状,在蜂窝纸内芯13的周边完全包覆上内衬件二153、内衬件一152和内衬件管体151,使蜂窝纸内芯13、内衬件二153、内衬件一152、内衬件管体151固定于塑料面板11与塑料底板12之间,将封边条14环接于面板11边缘与底板12边缘之间,其固定方式是将封边条14的卡扣141卡入内衬件二153、内衬件一152、内衬件管体151的卡槽中,封边条14在复合板的周边起修饰美观的作用,为此构成一张完整的复合板。
在制作过程中,面板11、底板12可以采用单层塑料板或多层塑料复合板,也可采用三聚氰氨板或防火板,并按复合所需的形状、尺寸直接加工成形,其形状可以为长方形,也可为正方形或圆形或椭圆形,也可为三角形或多边形或异形,当采用单层塑料板时,其板厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,使用的材料可以为ABS、PP、PS、PE等;当采用多层塑料复合板时,其复合板的厚度可在0.3毫米至4毫米之间,而复合板是由0.1毫米至0.3毫米的ASA与0.3毫米至3.5毫米的ABS相复合所形成的复合片材;蜂窝纸内芯13采用单层蜂窝纸板,蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯133、面纸131、底纸132构成,蜂窝纸芯133夹于面纸131与底纸132之间,并与面纸131、底纸132相粘合;内衬件其上下分别整体与塑料面板11、塑料底板12相联接,其相接处可以采用胶水粘接相固定,也可以采用焊接相固定。
实施例二,参见图8、图9所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它所采用的蜂窝纸内芯23由蜂窝纸芯构成。
实施例三,参见图10所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它由塑料面板31、塑料底板32、蜂窝纸内芯33、内衬件35组成,在蜂窝纸内芯33的周边完全包覆上内衬件35,且内衬件35即作为复合板的边缘。
实施例四,参见图11所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它由塑料面板41、塑料底板42、蜂窝纸内芯43、内衬件45、封边条44组成,封边条44环接于面板41边缘与底板42边缘之间,其固定方式是将封边条44的上下形成弯折,其弯折处分别贴靠在面板41边缘、底板42边缘上,并用胶水粘在面板41边缘、底板42边缘和内衬件45上。
实施例五,参见图12所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它由塑料面板51、塑料底板52、蜂窝纸内芯53、内衬件55、封边条54组成,封边条54环接于面板51边缘与底板52边缘之间,其固定方式是将封边条54用胶水直接粘在面板51边缘、底板52边缘和内衬件55上。
实施例六,参见图13至图16所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,它由塑料面板61、塑料底板62、蜂窝纸内芯63、内衬件65、封边条64组成,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它的蜂窝纸内芯63由二层蜂窝纸板构成,上层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯633、面纸631、底纸632组成,蜂窝纸芯633夹于面纸631与底纸632之间,并与面纸631、底纸632黏结相固定;下层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯635、面纸634、底纸636组成,蜂窝纸芯635夹于面纸634与底纸636之间,并与面纸634、底纸636黏结相固定;上、下层蜂窝纸板之间采用黏结相固定。
实施例七,参见图17、图18所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,它由塑料面板71、塑料底板72、蜂窝纸内芯73、内衬件75、组成,与实施例六的不同之处在于,它没有采用封边条,而是由内衬件75直接作为边缘。
实施例八,参见图19至图21所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,它包括塑料面板81、塑料底板82、蜂窝纸内芯83、内衬件852、内衬件851,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它的封边条由二条相对的封边条841和二条相对的封边条842拼接而成,封边条841和封边条842的截面形状相同。
实施例九,参见图22至图24所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,它包括塑料面板91、塑料底板92、蜂窝纸内芯93、内衬件952、内衬件951,与实施例一的不同之处在于,它的封边条由二条相对的封边条941和二条相对的封边条942拼接而成,封边条941和封边条942的截面形状不相同,且封边条941为胶水粘接相固定,封边条942为卡扣相固定。

Claims (13)

1.一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:它包括面板、底板、蜂窝纸内芯、内衬件,蜂窝纸内芯填充于面板与底板之间;内衬件设于面板与底板之间,并完全包覆或部分包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:它还包括封边条,封边条环接于面板边缘与底板边缘之间,并与内衬件、或内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯固定相联接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的封边条设为一条或分设为若干条,其若干条的截面形状可以相同或也可以不相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸芯构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸板构成,蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝纸内芯为双层或双层以上的蜂窝纸板构成,各层蜂窝纸板之间黏结相固定,蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、面纸、底纸组成,蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间,并与面纸、底纸黏结相固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的面板、底板为单层塑料板或多层塑料复合板,其厚度为0.3毫米至4毫米之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的面板、底板为三聚氰氨板或防火板。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的面板、底板的形状为正方形或长方形或圆形或椭圆形或三角形或多边形或异形。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的底板还可一体设有若干加强筋。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的封边条与面板边缘、底板边缘及内衬件或与面板边缘、底板边缘、内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯的相联接为胶水固定相联接或卡扣固定相联接。
12.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的内衬件为管件或挤出型材或注塑件或五金件。
13.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于:所述的内衬件与面板、底板或面板或底板之间的相接处为胶水粘接相固定或焊接相固定。
