一种综合性能优良的环保淋涂面漆,由清漆和稀释剂组成,所述清漆由如下质量百分比的组分组成:羟基醇酸树脂10~20%、醛酮树脂20~25%,氨基树脂3-5%,1/4秒硝化棉20~35%、助剂5.5%~15%,溶剂20~35%,色浆5~10%。通过筛选合适的树脂体系和溶剂体系,所制备的淋涂面漆具有优异的干性、光泽度、丰满度、附着力。

一种环保淋涂面漆及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料。
背景技术
目前市场上的淋涂面漆普遍存在施工时损耗大,漆膜易咬底,易发白等缺点,
发明内容
基于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种综合性能良好的环保淋涂面漆,还提供其制备方法。
一种综合性能优良的环保淋涂面漆,由清漆和稀释剂组成,所述清漆由如下质量百分比的组分组成:羟基醇酸树脂10~20%、醛酮树脂20~25%,氨基树脂3-5%,1/4秒硝化棉20~35%、助剂5.5%~15%,溶剂20~35%,色浆5~10%。该配方中的树脂对漆膜的干性、光泽、丰满度、固体份含量有明显提高,对产品对底材的附着力也有明显改善,也可提高漆膜硬度。
进一步的,所述溶剂按质量百分比100%计,由乙二醇丁醚2-10%,丙酮5-10%,甲基戊酮醇10-20%,异丙醇20-30%,异丁醇25-35%,乙酸乙酯15-30%组成。上述溶剂配方是专门为该淋涂面漆研发的不同于传统喷涂工艺的溶剂体系,解决了传统喷涂面漆因溶剂的问题所导致的漆膜易发白、咬底、流平不佳的问题,亦解决了因淋涂施工所导致的易流坠,漆膜厚度不好控制的问题。
更进一步的,所述溶剂按质量百分比100%计,由乙二醇甲醚5%,丙酮5%,甲基戊酮醇10%,异丙醇30%,异丁醇35%,乙酸乙酯15%组成。
进一步的,所述助剂为增塑剂2~5%,流平剂0.5~1.5%,附着力促进剂3-5%。
进一步的,所述稀释剂按体积百分比100%计,由乙酸乙酯20-30%,甲基异丁基酮5-10%,甲基戊酮醇10-20%,异丙醇20-30%,异丁醇20-30%组成。
上述的环保涂料的制备方法为:先将溶剂混匀,用分散机边搅拌边慢慢加入1/4秒硝化棉,待1/4秒硝化棉溶解完全后边搅拌边边加入羟基醇酸树脂和醛酮树脂,待羟基醇酸树脂和醛酮树脂溶解好以后,边搅拌边依次加入助剂,搅拌均匀。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过筛选合适的树脂体系和溶剂体系,所制备的淋涂面漆具有优异的干性、光泽 度、丰满度、附着力。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。

上述溶剂的配方如下:

以上实施例采用如下制备工艺:先将溶剂混匀,用分散机边搅拌边慢慢加入1/4秒硝化棉,待1/4秒硝化棉溶解完全后边搅拌边边加入羟基醇酸树脂和醛酮树脂,待羟基醇酸树脂和醛酮树脂溶解好以后,边搅拌边依次加入助剂,搅拌均匀。
将上述三个实施例制备的清漆,与稀释剂以1:3的体积比混合,得到直接用于施工的成品面漆。稀释剂的配方,按体积百分比100%计,由乙酸乙酯20%,甲基异丁基酮10%,甲基戊酮醇10%,异丙醇30%,异丁醇30%组成。
按照上述实施例1~3配方和稀释剂制成的产品的技术指标如下表:

由上表所示,本发明的面漆具有表面效果好、硬度、附着力、干性好等优势。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种环保淋涂面漆,由色漆和稀释剂组成,其特征在于:所述色漆由如下质量百分比的组分组成:羟基醇酸树脂10~20%、醛酮树脂20~25%,氨基树脂3-5%,1/4秒硝化棉20~35%、助剂5.5%~15%,溶剂20~35%,色浆5~10%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的综合性能优良的环保淋涂面漆,其特征在于:所述溶剂按质量百分比100%计,由乙二醇丁醚2-10%,丙酮5-10%,甲基戊酮醇10-20%,异丙醇20-30%,异丁醇25-35%,乙酸乙酯15-30%组成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的综合性能优良的环保淋涂面漆,其特征在于:所述溶剂按质量百分比100%计,由乙二醇甲醚5%,丙酮5%,甲基戊酮醇10%,异丙醇30%,异丁醇35%,乙酸乙酯15%组成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的综合性能优良的环保淋涂面漆,其特征在于:所述助剂为增塑剂2~5%,流平剂0.5~1.5%,附着力促进剂3-5%。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的综合性能优良的环保淋涂面漆,其特征在于:所述稀释剂按体积百分比100%计,由乙酸乙酯20-30%,甲基异丁基酮5-10%,甲基戊酮醇10-20%,异丙醇20-30%,异丁醇20-30%组成。
  6. 一种权利要求1~4任意一项所述的环保淋涂面漆的制备方法,其特征在于所述清漆的制备工艺为:先将溶剂混匀,用分散机边搅拌边慢慢加入1/4秒硝化棉,待1/4秒硝化棉溶解完全后边搅拌边边加入羟基醇酸树脂和醛酮树脂,待羟基醇酸树脂和醛酮树脂溶解好以后,边搅拌边依次加入助剂,搅拌均匀。
