本发明公开了一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉50-70、异硬脂基葡糖苷2-3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10-15、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺3-5、甜菜碱水杨酸盐2.5-4.5、异辛酸锌2-3、马来酸二丁酯5-10、桐油60-80、镁强粉15-25、聚乙烯微粉蜡5-10、羟丙基黄原胶粉4-8、五氯苯酚2-4、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯1-3。本发明制得的发光铝颜料具有优良的耐水性、耐候性和耐酸碱性,在水性涂料中易分散,易于与水性涂料体系相溶,使用范围广,具有广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料及其制备方法,属于铝颜料领域。
背景技术
铝颜料又称为铝粉颜料,是指具有鳞片状粒子结构和明亮的金属光泽以及其他颜料特性的金属铝粉或铝粉浆,它是金属颜料中的一个重要品种,主要用于涂料、印刷油墨、油漆、塑料材料等产品的生产。近年来随着我国经济水平的不断提高以及现代水性涂料行业的迅速发展,人们对装饰装潢的质量有着更深的理解和更高的要求,因此,铝颜料的需求量也逐渐加大,对其性能的要求也愈加严格。不仅要求其具有独特的发光效果,还要求具有很好的耐水性、分散性和相容性,然而目前市场上的铝颜料普遍不具有发光性能,且在使用中存在极性较大、耐水性差、在水中易水解而使发光亮度降低,寿命较短,在水性涂料中分散性差、与有机物相容性差、长时间放置会出现沉淀结块等缺点,从而限制了它的进一步应用。因此,急需开发出一种新型的水性涂料用发光铝颜料,以满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉50-70、异硬脂基葡糖苷2-3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10-15、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺3-5、甜菜碱水杨酸盐2.5-4.5、异辛酸锌2-3、马来酸二丁酯5-10、桐油60-80、镁强粉15-25、聚乙烯微粉蜡5-10、羟丙基黄原胶粉4-8、五氯苯酚2-4、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯1-3;
所述改性铝粉的制备方法如下:a、以质量份数计,取100份微米级球形铝粉加入球磨机内,再依次加入200-300份蒸馏水、2-4份柠檬酸、15-20份钨酸镁、10-15份镓酸锌、5-10份六偏磷酸钠、4-6份十八烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、3-5份亚甲基二萘磺酸钠,20-40r/min球磨36-48h,球料比为15-20:1,球磨结束后出料,静置,抽去上清液,真空干燥;b、将步骤a处理得到的铝粉分散于300-400份无水乙醇中,再加入3-5份20%氨水和10-15份蒸馏水,搅拌均匀后在40-50℃下按0.5-1滴/秒的滴加速率滴入15-20份正硅酸乙酯、10-15份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和20-30份无水乙醇组成的混合溶液,搅拌反应4-8h,抽滤,用无水乙醇洗涤产物三次,真空干燥;c、将步骤b处理得到的铝粉分散于200-300份无水乙醇中,再加入10-15份苯乙烯、5-10份丙烯酸、4-8份马来酸,在氮气保护下,水浴加热至70-80℃后滴加1-2份偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌反应2-4h,过滤,真空干燥,即得改性铝粉。
上述改性铝粉经过表面改性和双层包覆处理后,不仅可以使得片状铝粉具有很好的发光性能,并有很好的耐水性,不会因为水解而导致发光亮度降低,还可以提高片状铝粉在水性涂料中的分散性、与水性涂料中有机物的相容性。
一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取改性铝粉、桐油、异硬脂基葡糖苷、异辛酸锌、马来酸二丁酯混合均匀,30-50r/min球磨2-4h,取出过滤,真空干燥后与镁强粉、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺、甜菜碱水杨酸盐、聚乙烯微粉蜡混合均匀,250-450r/min分散1-2h,将分散得到的混合料与与余下原料混合均匀,包装即得成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制得的发光铝颜料具有优良的耐水性、耐候性和耐酸碱性,在水性涂料中易分散,易于与水性涂料体系相溶,使用范围广,具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉60、异硬脂基葡糖苷2.5、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺4、甜菜碱水杨酸盐3.5、异辛酸锌2.5、马来酸二丁酯7、桐油75、镁强粉20、聚乙烯微粉蜡8、羟丙基黄原胶粉6、五氯苯酚3、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯2;
所述改性铝粉的制备方法如下:a、以质量份数计,取100份微米级球形铝粉加入球磨机内,再依次加入250份蒸馏水、3份柠檬酸、18份钨酸镁、12份镓酸锌、8份六偏磷酸钠、5份十八烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、4份亚甲基二萘磺酸钠,20r/min球磨48h,球料比为20:1,球磨结束后出料,静置,抽去上清液,真空干燥;b、将步骤a处理得到的铝粉分散于360份无水乙醇中,再加入4份20%氨水和12份蒸馏水,搅拌均匀后在45℃下按0.5滴/秒的滴加速率滴入16份正硅酸乙酯、12份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和25份无水乙醇组成的混合溶液,搅拌反应6h,抽滤,用无水乙醇洗涤产物三次,真空干燥;c、将步骤b处理得到的铝粉分散于250份无水乙醇中,再加入10份苯乙烯、8份丙烯酸、6份马来酸,在氮气保护下,水浴加热至75℃后滴加1份偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌反应3h,过滤,真空干燥,即得改性铝粉。
一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取改性铝粉、桐油、异硬脂基葡糖苷、异辛酸锌、马来酸二丁酯混合均匀,40r/min球磨3h,取出过滤,真空干燥后与镁强粉、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺、甜菜碱水杨酸盐、聚乙烯微粉蜡混合均匀,350r/min分散1.5h,将分散得到的混合料与与余下原料混合均匀,包装即得成品。
上述实施例制备的发光铝颜料的各个性能检测结果如表1所示

1.一种水性涂料用发光铝颜料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉50-70、异硬脂基葡糖苷2-3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10-15、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺3-5、甜菜碱水杨酸盐2.5-4.5、异辛酸锌2-3、马来酸二丁酯5-10、桐油60-80、镁强粉15-25、聚乙烯微粉蜡5-10、羟丙基黄原胶粉4-8、五氯苯酚2-4、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯1-3;
所述改性铝粉的制备方法如下:a、以质量份数计,取100份微米级球形铝粉加入球磨机内,再依次加入200-300份蒸馏水、2-4份柠檬酸、15-20份钨酸镁、10-15份镓酸锌、5-10份六偏磷酸钠、4-6份十八烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、3-5份亚甲基二萘磺酸钠,20-40r/min球磨36-48h,球料比为15-20:1,球磨结束后出料,静置,抽去上清液,真空干燥;b、将步骤a处理得到的铝粉分散于300-400份无水乙醇中,再加入3-5份20%氨水和10-15份蒸馏水,搅拌均匀后在40-50℃下按0.5-1滴/秒的滴加速率滴入15-20份正硅酸乙酯、10-15份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和20-30份无水乙醇组成的混合溶液,搅拌反应4-8h,抽滤,用无水乙醇洗涤产物三次,真空干燥;c、将步骤b处理得到的铝粉分散于200-300份无水乙醇中,再加入10-15份苯乙烯、5-10份丙烯酸、4-8份马来酸,在氮气保护下,水浴加热至70-80℃后滴加1-2份偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌反应2-4h,过滤,真空干燥,即得改性铝粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用发光铝颜料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:取改性铝粉、桐油、异硬脂基葡糖苷、异辛酸锌、马来酸二丁酯混合均匀,30-50r/min球磨2-4h,取出过滤,真空干燥后与镁强粉、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺、甜菜碱水杨酸盐、聚乙烯微粉蜡混合均匀,250-450r/min分散1-2h,将分散得到的混合料与余下原料混合均匀,包装即得成品。
