本发明公开了一种高附着力水性丙烯酸玻璃涂料,由A组分和B组分组成,其中,A组分的组成包括:水性丙烯酸树脂,润湿剂,分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂,成膜助剂,金红石钛白粉,滑石粉,重钙,防冻剂,防腐剂,防霉剂,pH值调节剂,增稠剂,防闪锈剂;B组分的组成包括附着力促进剂。该玻璃涂料的附着力好,抗老化性能优异,同时具有硬度高、常温干燥快而且环保的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种高附着力、抗老化水性丙烯酸玻璃涂料。
背景技术
玻璃具有很高的硬度、清洁无毒性、很好的耐腐蚀性与耐老化性,是一种广泛应用的装饰包装材料,应用于建筑装饰、汽车、灯饰、酒瓶、化妆品瓶、水杯等领域。我国是世界玻璃产量最大的国家,为了改进玻璃制品的美观,进一步提高玻璃器皿的装饰效果,现在玻璃工业较多地使用色彩各异的玻璃涂料或油墨在玻璃表面涂装,以求达到更高的装饰效果。一般玻璃涂料要求具有良好的玻璃附着力、硬度、光泽、施工性、耐水性、打磨加工性等基本性能,特种玻璃涂料根据应用领域的不同而提出一些特性要求。
高附着力、抗老化水性丙烯酸自干玻璃涂料是一种综合性能优良的纯水性环保型涂料,具有常温干燥快、附着力强、抗老化优良、可调色美化效果好等特点,广泛应用于玻璃制品、铝合金、铸铁件的底面通用涂装。但是,目前市面上的丙烯酸自干玻璃涂料存在着干性慢,需烘烤,附着力一般,易变色粉化等缺点,对于玻璃类底材涂装造成极大困扰。因此,发明一种具有高附着力、抗老化效果好,干性快的水性丙烯酸玻璃涂料是具有十分重要的意义的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于制备一种高附着力、抗老化水性丙烯酸玻璃涂料
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种高附着力水性丙烯酸玻璃涂料,其由A组分和B组分组成,其中,A组分的组成包括:水性丙烯酸树脂,润湿剂,分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂,成膜助剂,金红石钛白粉,滑石粉,重钙,防冻剂,防腐剂,防霉剂,pH值调节剂,增稠剂,防闪锈剂;B组分的组成包括附着力促进剂。
优选的,成膜助剂为DPNB溶剂。
优选的,A、B两组分的重量百分比是(85-95)∶(5-15)。
优选的,A组分的制备方法是:先将水性丙烯酸树脂、润湿剂,分散剂、流平剂,消泡剂,金红石钛白粉,滑石粉和重钙依次加入高速搅拌机,搅拌分散,然后再依次加入水性丙烯酸树脂、成膜助剂、防冻剂、防腐剂,防霉剂,pH值调节剂,增稠剂,防闪锈剂,流平剂,消泡剂,水分散搅拌直到刮玻璃板无缩孔,调节粘度。
进一步优选的,按A组分的总质量百分数计,A组分由30-45%水性丙烯酸树脂,0.3-0.5%润湿剂,0.3-0.5%分散剂,3-10%金红石钛白粉,10-20%1250目滑石粉和15-25%1250目重钙,3-5%成膜助剂,0.5-1.5%防冻剂,0.1-0.3%防腐剂,0.1-0.3%防霉剂,0.1-0.3%pH值调节剂,0.5-1.5%增稠剂,0.3-0.5%防闪锈剂,0.4-0.8%流平剂,0.2-0.6%消泡剂,8-18%水组成。。
优选的,B组分的制备方法是:按B组分的总质量百分数计,将10-20%附着力促进剂、80-90%水搅拌混和制备而成。
优选的,附着力促进剂为硅烷偶联剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的水性丙烯酸玻璃涂料具有高附着力、抗老化效果好,干性快的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
先将30kg水性丙烯酸树脂、0.3kg润湿剂,0.3kg分散剂、0.3kg流平剂,0.2kg消泡剂,3kg金红石钛白粉,10kg1250目滑石粉和20kg1250目重钙依次加入高速搅拌机,搅拌分散至细度≤40um,然后再依次加入15kg水性丙烯酸树脂、5kg成膜助剂DPNB、1.5kg防冻剂、0.1kg防腐剂,0.1kg防霉剂,0.2kgPH值调节剂,1kg增稠剂,0.3kg防闪锈剂、0.1kg流平剂、0.1kg消泡剂、12.5kg水在1000r/min的转速下分散搅拌直到刮玻璃板无缩孔,细度≤40um,调节粘度至8000-10000CPS/25℃即得到A组分。
是将20kg附着力促进剂硅烷偶联剂、80kg水搅拌混合,制备B组分。
将AB两组分按照重量百分比95∶5均匀混合配漆即得。
实施例2:
先将20kg水性丙烯酸树脂、0.5kg润湿剂,0.5kg分散剂、0.5kg流平剂,0.3kg消泡剂,10kg金红石钛白粉,20kg1250目滑石粉和25kg1250目重钙依次加入高速搅拌机,搅拌分散至细度≤40um,然后再依次加入10kg水性丙烯酸树脂、3kg成膜助剂DPNB、0.5kg防冻剂、0.3kg防腐剂,0.3kg防霉剂,0.1kg pH值调节剂,0.5kg增稠剂,0.5kg防闪锈剂、0.2kg流平剂、0.2kg消泡剂、7.6kg水在1000r/min的转速下分散搅拌直到刮玻璃板无缩孔,细度≤40um,调节粘度至8000-10000CPS/25℃即得到甲组分。
将10kg附着力促进剂硅烷偶联剂、90kg水搅拌混合制备成乙组分。
将AB两组分按照重量百分比85∶15均匀混合配漆即得。
实施例3:
先将25kg水性丙烯酸树脂、0.4kg润湿剂,0.4kg分散剂、0.4kg流平剂,0.2kg消泡剂,5kg金红石钛白粉,15kg1250目滑石粉和20础1250目重钙依次加入高速搅拌机,搅拌分散至细度≤40um,然后再依次加入15kg水性丙烯酸树脂、4kg成膜助剂DPNB、1kg防冻剂、0.2kg防腐剂,0.2kg防霉剂,0.2kgPH值调节剂,1kg增稠剂,0.3kg防闪锈剂、0.1kg流平剂、0.1kg消泡剂、11.5kg水在1000r/min的转速下分散搅拌直到刮玻璃板无缩孔,细度≤40um,调节粘度至8000-10000CPS/25℃即得到A组分。
将15kg附着力促进剂硅烷偶联剂、85kg水搅拌混合制备成B组分。
将AB两组分按照重量百分比90∶10均匀混合配漆即得。
实验例
为了证明本发明产品与市面上同类产品具有显著的优点,特将本发明产品与市面上购买的玻璃涂料进行性能对比,比较结果见表1:

综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:本发明玻璃涂料的附着力好,抗老化性能优异,同时具有硬度高、常温干燥快而且环保的优点。

1.一种高附着力水性丙烯酸玻璃涂料,其特征在于,所述玻璃涂料由A组分和B组分组成,A、B两组分的重量百分比是(85-95):(5-15);
所述A组分的制备方法是:先将水性丙烯酸树脂、润湿剂,分散剂、流平剂,消泡剂,金红石钛白粉,滑石粉和重钙依次加入高速搅拌机,搅拌分散,然后再依次加入水性丙烯酸树脂、成膜助剂、防冻剂、防腐剂,防霉剂,pH值调节剂,增稠剂,防闪锈剂,流平剂,消泡剂,水在1000r/min的转速下分散搅拌直到刮玻璃板无缩孔,细度≤40μm,调节粘度至8000-10000CPS/25℃;
按A组分的总质量百分数计,所述A组分由30-45%水性丙烯酸树脂,0.3-0.5%润湿剂,0.3-0.5%分散剂,3-10%金红石钛白粉,10-20%1250目滑石粉和15-25%1250目重钙,3-5%成膜助剂DPNB溶剂,0.5-1.5%防冻剂,0.1-0.3%防腐剂,0.1-0.3%防霉剂,0.1-0.3%pH值调节剂,0.5-1.5%增稠剂,0.3-0.5%防闪锈剂,0.4-0.8%流平剂,0.2-0.6%消泡剂,8-18%水组成;
