一种水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆的制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆的制备方法,属于水性木器漆技术领域。
背景技术
随著人们生活品位的提升和对健康的高度关注,未来的家庭装饰和家具涂料市场必定是水性漆的天下。据统计,2008年我国木器涂料的产量约为80万吨,2010年,中国木器涂料产量合计为106万吨,其中聚氨酯涂料比例最高,约为70%,其中水性木器漆仅占10%左右。但是水性木器漆与油性漆相比,突出的缺点是漆膜硬度、丰满度、光泽、耐磨抗刮性能低,不能满足现代家装的品位要求。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆的制备方法。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:本发明涉及一种抗划伤双组份聚氨酯木器亮光清漆,由甲组分和乙组分组成,甲乙组分按OH∶NCO的配比为1∶1.2~1.4;所述甲组分组成为:水溶性醇酸树脂60%~85%、基材润湿剂0.1%~0.3%、流平剂0.1%~0.4%、消光粉0%~6%、分散剂0.1%~1.5%、消泡剂0.1%~0.4%、杀菌剂0.1%~0.3%、成膜助剂2%~8%、余下为去离子水;所述乙组分为水性聚氨酯固化剂。
本发明所述水溶性醇酸树脂选用油度40~50%、酸值40~70mgKOH/g,由脂肪酸(油)、二元酸(酐)和多元醇合成再加中和剂水性化制 成的水分散型醇酸树脂;所述二元酸(酐)为顺酐、马来酸酐、偏苯三甲酸酐、均苯四甲酸二酐、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的一种或其组合;所述多元醇为三羟甲基丙烷、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇的一种或其组合。水溶性醇酸树脂中的脂肪酸(油)能提供光泽和丰满度;偏苯三甲酸酐、均苯四甲酸二酐能提供水溶性、稳定性和抗划伤性;顺酐、马来酸酐能改善耐水性和提高干燥速度;2,2-二羟甲基丙酸能提高耐热性、耐水性和颜色稳定性。
基材润湿剂选用聚醚改性硅氧烷共聚物、炔二醇类聚合物、氟改性磷酸酯聚合物的一种。
本发明提出一种水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆的制备方法,1、甲组分的制备:其制备工艺如下:按配方重量比计,把去离子水加入分散桶中,依次加入杀菌剂、消泡剂、分散剂,根据光泽要求加入消光粉,高速分散20~40min至溶解均匀,在中速搅拌下加入水溶性醇酸树脂分散均匀,低速下加入流平剂、基材润湿剂、成膜助剂,搅拌调节好粘度,过滤包装即可;2、配漆:在调漆桶内,加入已制好的甲组分,按OH∶NCO配比为1∶1.2~1.4加入乙组分水性聚氨酯固化剂,搅拌均匀活化30min,按规定的时间内涂刷完毕。
本发明制得的水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆在贮存时不沉淀,流平性好,丰满度高,手感好;其漆膜能达到溶剂型聚氨酯木器漆的性能要求,而且具有优异的耐水性、耐化品性、耐热性、耐老化性,环保,满足装修装饰材料的技术要求和环保要求;广泛应用于木器、金属、塑料等制品的表面保护装饰用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器亮光清漆的制备:1、甲组分的制备: 把8.3%去离子水加入分散桶中,依次加入丙二醇2%、杀菌剂0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、分散剂0.3%,搅拌20min至均匀,在中速搅拌下加入马来酸酐/偏苯三甲酸/TMP/椰子油水溶性醇酸树脂85%分散均匀,低速下加入流平剂0.2%、基材润湿剂0.2%、丙二醇丁醚3.6%,搅拌调节好粘度,过滤包装即可;2、配漆:在调漆桶内,加入已制好的甲组分,按OH∶NCO=1∶1.3的配比加入乙组分水性聚氨酯固化剂Bayhydur 2655,搅拌活化30min,在6h内涂刷完毕。
实施例2:
水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器哑光清漆的制备:1、甲组分的制备:把10.2%去离子水加入分散桶中,依次加入丙二醇2%、杀菌剂0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、分散剂1%,消光粉5%、高速搅拌30min至均匀,在中速搅拌下加入顺酐/偏苯三甲酸/TMP/亚麻油水溶性醇酸树脂78%分散均匀,低速下加入流平剂0.2%、基材润湿剂0.2%、丙二醇丁醚3%,搅拌调节好粘度,过滤包装即可;2、配漆:在调漆桶内,加入已制好的甲组分,按OH∶NCO=1∶1.2的配比加入乙组分水性聚氨酯固化剂Bayhydur305,搅拌活化30min,在4h内涂刷完毕。
按照国家标准GB/T 23999-2009,对本发明制得的水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆的性能进行检测,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆,其特征在于:由甲组分和乙组分组成,甲乙组分按OH∶NCO的配比为1∶1.2~1.4;所述甲组分组成为:水溶性醇酸树脂60%~85%、基材润湿剂0.1%~0.3%、流平剂0.1%~0.4%、消光粉0%~6%、分散剂0.1%~1.5%、消泡剂0.1%~0.4%、杀菌剂0.1%~0.3%、成膜助剂2%~8%、余下为去离子水;所述乙组分为水性聚氨酯固化剂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆,其特征在于:所述的水溶性醇酸树脂选用油度40~50%、酸值40~70mgKOH/g,由脂肪酸(油)、二元酸(酐)和多元醇合成再加中和剂水性化制成的水分散型醇酸树脂;所述二元酸(酐)为顺酐、马来酸酐、偏苯三甲酸酐、均苯四甲酸二酐、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的一种或其组合;所述多元醇为三羟甲基丙烷、三羟甲基乙烷、季戊四醇的一种或其组合。
  3. 一种如权利要求1所述的一种水性双组份聚氨酯改性醇酸木器清漆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法,包括:1、甲组分的制备:其制备工艺如下:按配方重量比计,把去离子水加入分散桶中,依次加入杀菌剂、消泡剂、分散剂,根据光泽要求加入消光粉,高速分散20~40min至溶解均匀,在中速搅拌下加入水溶性醇酸树脂分散均匀,低速下加入流平剂、基材润湿剂、成膜助剂,搅拌调节好粘度,过滤包装即可;2、配漆:在调漆桶内,加入已制好的甲组分,按OH∶NCO配比为1∶1.2~1.4加入乙组分水性聚氨酯固化剂,搅拌均匀活化30min,按规定的时间内涂刷完毕。
