合成革表面处理剂可以根据产品的类别进行表面涂饰,其可以改善合成革的亮度、色泽以及手感。然而,随着消费者对皮革表面的色泽和手感要求越来越高,不但要增加合成革的触感,还要保证合成革表面的亮度及色泽度等。而现有的表面处理剂已经不能满足消费者对合成革的亮度及手感日益增加的要求,因此急需一种既能提高合成革触感,又能提高合成革的手感,亮度、光泽等综合效果的处理剂。

为了解决上述问题及缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种合成革用水性抛光处理剂。本发明还提供该合成革用水性抛光处理剂的制备方法。
本发明的合成革用水性抛光处理剂通过以下技术方案实现:

(1)本发明的水性抛光处理剂是以水代替有机溶剂作为分散介质的新型聚氨酯体系,由于水性聚氨酯以水作分散介质,加工过程无需有机溶剂,因此对环境无污染,对操作人员无健康危害,并且水性聚氨酯气味小、不易燃烧,加工过程安全可靠。水性聚氨酯以水为溶剂,无污染、安全可靠、机械性能优良、相容性好、易于改性等优点;
(2)本发明的水性抛光处理剂的各组分相互协调、共同作用,处理后手感独特,在高温下烘烤时不开裂等优点,同时配出的喷涂稀释溶液有很好的储存稳定性,颜料不容易沉降,用此种处理剂做出的革光泽自然,色泽清晰,展色好,综合效果佳;
(3)水性聚氨酯体系中不含有毒的-NCO基团,由于水性聚氨酯无有毒有机溶剂,因此产品中无有毒溶剂残留,产品安全、环保,无出口限制;
(4)水性聚氨酯产品的透湿透汽性要远远好于同类的溶剂型聚氨酯产品,因为水性聚氨酯的亲水性强,因此和水的结合能力强,所以其产品具有很好的透湿透汽性;
(5)水作连续相,使得水性聚氨酯体系粘度与聚氨酯树脂分子量无关,且比固含量相同的溶剂型聚氨酯溶液粘度低,加工方便,易操作;
(6)水性聚氨酯的水性体系可以与其它水性乳液共混或共聚共混,可降低成本或得到性能更为多样化的聚氨酯乳液,因此能带来风格和性能各异的合成革产品,满足各类消费者的需求;并且,由于近年来溶剂价格高涨和环保部门对有机溶剂使用和废物排放的严格限制,使水性聚氨酯取代溶剂型聚氨酯成为一个重要发展方向;
(7)使用本发明的水性抛光处理剂制成的成品手感丰满,质地柔软,舒适,具有不燃、无毒、无污染等优点。将成革的透氧气性、透湿性、低温耐曲折性、耐干湿擦性、耐老化性等,与溶剂型聚氨酯涂饰后的合成革进行了对比研究。采用水性聚氨酯替代传统的溶剂型聚氨酯完成合成革的后整理,成革的透气性、透湿性、低温耐曲折性、耐干湿擦等性能均优于前者,整个工艺过程没有溶剂排放,环境友好;

Claims (7)

  1. 一种合成革用水性抛光处理剂,其用于合成革的后段工艺,其特征在于,包含以下组分:水性树脂,水性分散剂,消泡剂,二氧化硅消光粉,水性增光剂,润湿剂,德谦增稠剂,水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的合成革用水性抛光处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:水性树脂38-42重量份,水性分散剂0.5-1.5重量份,消泡剂0.5-1重量份,二氧化硅消光粉6-8重量份,水性增光剂1-2重量份,润湿剂0.5-1重量份,德谦增稠剂1-2重量份,水46-48重量份。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的合成革用水性抛光处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:水性树脂40-42重量份,水性分散剂0.6-1重量份,消泡剂0.5-0.9重量份,二氧化硅消光粉7-8重量份,水性增光剂1-2重量份,润湿剂0.5-0.9重量份,德谦增稠剂1-2重量份,水47-48重量份。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的合成革用水性抛光处理剂,其特征在于,所述各组分的配比如下:水性树脂40重量份,水性分散剂1重量份,消泡剂0.5重量份,二氧化硅消光粉7重量份,水性增光剂1重量份,润湿剂0.5重量份,德谦增稠剂2重量份,水48重量份。
  5. 一种上述权利要求所述的合成革用水性抛光处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
    按重量配比称取各组分物质,将水性树脂,水性分散剂,消泡剂,二氧化硅消光粉,水性增光剂,润湿剂,德谦增稠剂和水搅拌均匀,即得所述合成革用水性抛光处理剂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的合成革用水性抛光处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,各组分的配比如下:水性树脂38-42重量份,水性分散剂0.5-1重量份,消泡剂0.5-1重量份,二氧化硅消光粉6-8重量份,水性增光剂1-2重量份,润湿剂0.5-1重量份,德谦增稠剂1-2重量份,水46-48重量份。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的合成革用水性抛光处理剂的制备方法,其特 征在于,所有步骤均在常温常压下进行。
