本发明涉及一种用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其中,A组分,助剂:6.0‑8.0%;颜料:10.0‑15.0%;填料:25.0‑35.0%;改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂:30.0‑35.0%;水性聚氨酯分散体:3.0‑8.0%;附着力促进剂:0.1‑2.0%;助溶剂:3.0‑8.0%,B组分,异氰酸酯固化剂:65.0‑70.0%;助溶剂:30.0‑35.0%。本发明的中涂涂料为双组份聚氨酯体系,通过反应交联涂膜,使涂膜具有优良的耐水性、柔韧性、耐冲击和附着力,打磨性友谊、干燥速度快与底涂、面涂的配套性。

Description

用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物及其制备方法
[技术领域]
本发明涉及用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物及其制备方法
[背景技术]
目前交通工具用油性聚氨酯中涂VOC排放高,水性中涂干燥慢、耐水性、耐冲击差差与面漆配套性不佳各方面性能不可兼得;本次发明的水性漆中涂不仅干燥快、与面漆配套性优异,重点在于耐水性优异,易打磨,可以常温固化,市场前景广阔。
目前交通工具中涂主要就是耐水和打磨性、干燥速度不可兼得的问题,一般的水性中涂打磨性、干燥性和耐水性成反比,通过实验验证发现,中涂耐水差的产品,复合涂层在后期使用中容易导致涂膜起泡,漆膜脱落等问题;但一般耐水性好的产品,打磨性差、干燥速度慢,与面漆匹配性,降低面漆的流平和鲜艳性。尤这就使得当前的涂料难以满足以上要求,急需开发出一款新的涂料来达到上述要求。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中具有优良耐水性的中涂大模型差,干燥速度慢的问题。
为了实现上述目的提供一种用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,包括以下组分:
A组分,由占A组分重量百分比如下的配方构成:
B组分,由占B组分重量百分比如下的配方构成:
异氰酸酯固化剂: 65.0-70.0%;
助溶剂: 30.0-35.0%。
该中涂涂料组合物还具有如下优化方案:
所述的助剂优选采用分散剂、基材润湿剂、消泡剂、防闪锈剂、增稠剂中的一种或多种。
所述颜料优选采用钛白和炭黑。
所述填料优选采用滑石粉、云母粉、沉淀硫酸钡。
作为优选方案,所述改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂为结构如式Ⅰ所示:

n1范围为243-388、n2范围为103-164、n3范围为68-109、n4范围为190-303、n5范围为133-213。
作为优选方案,所述改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
合成配方,
甲基丙烯酸甲酯 15.00质量份;
丙烯酸丁酯 16.00质量份;
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 12.00质量份;
丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯 28.00质量份;
苯乙烯 8.00质量份;
丙烯腈 8.00质量份;
甲基丙烯酸 10.00质量份;
甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 3.00质量份;
巯基乙醇 1.00质量份;
偶氮二异丁腈 1.50质量份;
正丁醇 19.22质量份;
乙醇 6.40质量份;
引发剂 0.30质量份;
二甲基乙醇胺 10.58质量份;
水 66.3质量份,
将溶剂加入带有回流冷凝管、机械搅拌器的四口反应瓶中,升温使其回流,接着将全部单体、引发剂、链转移剂混合均匀后的20%加入反应瓶,保温0.5h,滴加剩余部分单体液,耗时约3.5~4.0h,滴完后保温2h,其后加入追加引发剂液,继续保温2h,降温至60℃,在充分搅拌下用N,N-二甲基乙醇胺中和,在高剪切下激烈搅拌可制得水稀释型丙烯酸树脂。
所述附着力促进剂为硅烷类附着力促进剂、改性磷酸酯类附着力促进剂、特殊有机金属类附着力促进剂中的一种。
所述溶剂采用BCS、DPM中的一种或两种。
所述B组份中的异氰酸酯固化剂采用亲水改性异氰酸酯固化剂。
所述A组份与B组份的配比为16:1。
每份引发剂用2份质量份的正丁醇溶解。
本发明的中涂涂料为双组份聚氨酯体系,通过反应交联涂膜,使涂膜具有优良的耐水性、柔韧性、耐冲击和附着力,打磨性友谊、干燥速度快与底涂、面涂的配套性。
[具体实施方式]
以下结合实施例对于本发明做进一步说明,实施例仅用于解释而不用于限定本发明地保护范围。
根据发明内容中的配方,提供如下两个实施例做解释说明,具体配方如下所述,
A组份
助剂目的在于制备水浆和调整涂料,其中的分散剂目的在于润湿颜填料将其分散到基料中,基材润湿剂目的在于降低涂料表面张力,提高涂料对基材的润湿性,消泡剂目的在于消除涂料和涂膜中的气泡,提高涂膜的耐性,PH调节剂目的在于调节涂料PH值,提高涂料的稳定性,防闪锈剂目的在于防止涂膜干燥过程中出现闪锈,从而提高涂膜的耐性,增稠剂目的在于调节涂料的粘度,提高储存稳定性,防止喷涂时出现流挂现象;分散剂可以选择高分子型分散剂,基材润湿剂可选用不影响重涂性的动态湿润剂和静态润湿剂混搭使用,消泡剂选用非硅类的,防闪锈目选用环保型的,增稠剂选用高低剪切搭配,可选择聚氨酯增稠剂。
颜料的目的在于提高涂膜遮盖。
填料的目的在于提高涂料的机械性能和耐性和打磨性。
聚氨酯分散体目的在于提高涂膜的柔韧性和流平。
B组份
涂料性能测试按相应的国家标准规定的测试方法测试,性能如下:
从检测结果可以看出本发明制备的涂料性能完全符合客户要求,性能与油性涂料相当,耐水性和打磨性完全符合客户要求,降低配方中滑石粉的添加量也不会影响打磨性和其它耐性,同时与面漆配套性良好,不会降低面漆的流平性。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,包括以下组分:
A组分,由占A组分重量百分比如下的配方构成:
助剂: 6.0-8.0%;
颜料: 10.0-15.0%;
填料: 25.0-35.0%;
改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂:30.0-35.0%;
水性聚氨酯分散体: 3.0-8.0%;
附着力促进剂: 0.1-2.0%;
溶剂: 3.0-8.0%;
B组分,由占B组分重量百分比如下的配方构成:
异氰酸酯固化剂: 65.0-70.0%;
助溶剂: 30.0-35.0%;
其特征在于,
所述改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂为结构如式Ⅰ所示:

2.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于所述的助剂采用分散剂、基材润湿剂、消泡剂、防闪锈剂、增稠剂中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述颜料采用钛白和炭黑。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于所述填料采用滑石粉、云母粉、沉淀硫酸钡。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
合成配方,
甲基丙烯酸甲酯 15.00质量份;
丙烯酸丁酯 16.00质量份;
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 12.00质量份;
丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯 28.00质量份;
苯乙烯 8.00质量份;
丙烯腈 8.00质量份;
甲基丙烯酸 10.00质量份;
甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 3.00质量份;
巯基乙醇 1.00质量份;
偶氮二异丁腈 1.50质量份;
正丁醇 19.22质量份;
乙醇 6.40质量份;
引发剂 0.30质量份;
二甲基乙醇胺 10.58质量份;
水 66.3质量份,
将正丁醇、乙醇加入带有回流冷凝管、机械搅拌器的四口反应瓶中,升温使其回流,接着将配方中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯、苯乙烯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、巯基乙醇、偶氮二异丁腈混合均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液总量的20%加入反应瓶,保温0.5h,滴加剩余部分混合液,耗时3.5~4.0h,滴完后保温2h,其后加入0.3份质量份的引发剂,继续保温2h,降温至60℃,在充分搅拌下用二甲基乙醇胺中和,在高剪切下激烈搅拌可制得水稀释型改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂为硅烷类附着力促进剂、改性磷酸酯类附着力促进剂、特殊有机金属类附着力促进剂中的一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于所述溶剂采用BCS、DPM中的一种或两种。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于所述B组份中的异氰酸酯固化剂采用亲水改性异氰酸酯固化剂。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于交通工具的水性中涂涂料组合物,其特征在于所述A组份与B组份的配比为16:1。
