Description

一种铸铝基材用的环保水性漆及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本公开涉及涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及铸铝基材用的环保水性漆及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
水性漆是指以水作为主要溶剂或者作为分散介质的漆料,其具有相对较低的VOC排放量等,具有一定的环保性能。
此外,由于漆料需要涂装在基材表面,需要对基材具有一定的附着性能、均匀性、流平性等,以满足涂装要求,因而通常会添加部分有机溶剂,以提高漆料中各物料的相容性,使涂装后形成相对致密的漆膜。因而,如何兼顾涂装性能和环保性能是一大技术难题。
有鉴于此,特提出本公开。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于,例如,提供一种铸铝基材用的环保水性漆,能够兼顾降低VOC和提高涂装性能。同时还提供了环保水性漆的制备方法和应用,该制备方法条件温和,操作简便,适用于大规模生产,同时制备得到的环保水性漆可用于铸铝底材上,具有优异的附着性能。
本公开提供了一种铸铝基材用的环保水性漆,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
水性环氧树脂15-20份,
苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液5-10份,
硅酸钾20-30份,
聚磷酸铵15-20份,
色浆以及助剂。
本公开的环保水性漆,采用上述组分,以硅酸钾作为主要成膜物质,极大的降低了VOC含量;同时配合其它组分,各组分之间相互作用,提高水性漆在基材表面的附着性能、均匀性等,能够提高水性漆的涂装性能。
本公开的环保水性漆,粘度适中,组分分散均匀,透明度好,成膜性、流平性好,兼顾了低VOC含量和良好的涂装性能。
例如,在一种或多种实施方式中,所述环保水性漆中,水性环氧树脂的用量可以为15份、15.5份、16份、16.5份、17份、17.5份、18份、18.5份、19份、19.5份、20份等等。
水性环氧树脂的固含量可根据实际情况进行调整,例如可以为40%-80%或者45%-75%等等。
在一种或多种实施方式中,水性环氧树脂可采用水性环氧树脂YD011。
例如,在一种或多种实施方式中,所述环保水性漆中,苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液的用量可以为5份、5.5份、6份、6.5份、7份、7.5份、8份、8.5份、9份、9.5份、10份等等。
在一种或多种实施方式中,苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液可以是阴离子型苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液。如,苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液可以是苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液CUPI-235。
例如,在一种或多种实施方式中,所述环保水性漆中,硅酸钾的用量可以为20份、20.5份、21份、21.5份、22份、22.5份、23份、23.5份、24份、 24.5份、25份、25.5份、26份、26.5份、27份、27.5份、28份、28.5份、29份、29.5份、30份等等。
以硅酸钾作为主要成膜物质,其在水的作用下具有良好的成膜性能,降低VOC含量,配合其它几种成分,能够进一步改善水性漆的涂装性能、附着性能以及防腐性能等。
例如,在一种或多种实施方式中,所述环保水性漆中,聚磷酸铵的用量可以为15份、15.5份、16份、16.5份、17份、17.5份、18份、18.5份、19份、19.5份、20份等等。

在一种或多种实施方式中,所述助剂包括消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂以及附着力促进剂中的一种或多种,如可以为一种、两种、三种、四种、五种、六种等等;例如所述助剂包括消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂以及附着力促进剂。
在一种或多种实施方式中,所述助剂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
消泡剂3-5份,
流平剂2-5份,
润湿剂2-10份,
分散剂8-15份,
防腐剂1-6份,

消泡剂3.5-5份,
流平剂2.5-4.5份,
润湿剂2.5-9.5份,
分散剂8.5-14份,
防腐剂1.5-5.5份,
附着力促进剂3.5-9.5份。
通过采用上述几种助剂配合使用,能够改善水性漆的流变性、色浆的分散效率,并能够在成膜过程中改善涂膜性能,进一步提高环保水性漆的附着性能和耐候性。
本公开还提供了一种铸铝基材用的环保水性漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将各物料按比例搅拌混合均匀。
本公开的制备方法,条件温和,操作简便,可以进行大规模生产。
同时,本公开的制备方法,无需研磨程序,直接搅拌即可保证各物料之间的相容性和混合均匀性。
在一种或多种实施方式中,预先将水性环氧树脂、苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液混合均匀后,加入硅酸钾、聚磷酸铵混合均匀后,加入色浆、助剂混合。
在一种或多种实施方式中,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
a)水性环氧树脂和苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液搅拌混合均匀得到物料I;
b)物料I与硅酸钾搅拌混合均匀得到物料II;
c)物料II与聚磷酸铵搅拌混合均匀得到物料III;
d)物料III依次与色浆、助剂搅拌混合均匀。
通过上述特定步骤制备环保水性漆,加快各物料之间的分散速率,提高各物料之间的分散均匀性,使得涂装得到的漆膜均匀致密,提高附着性能和耐候性等。
在一种或多种实施方式中,步骤a)中,搅拌转速为800-1200rpm;搅拌时间可以为15-25min。例如,步骤a)中,搅拌转速为1000rpm;搅拌时间可以为20min。
在一种或多种实施方式中,步骤b)中,搅拌转速为800-1200rpm;搅拌时间可以为15-25min。例如,步骤b)中,搅拌转速为1000rpm;搅拌时间可以为20min。
在一种或多种实施方式中,步骤c)中,搅拌转速为1400-1600rpm;搅拌时间可以为20-30min。例如,步骤c)中,搅拌转速为1500rpm;搅拌时间可以为25min。适当提高加入硅酸钾后的搅拌转速,提高无机材料硅酸钾在其他物料之间的分散均匀性,以赋予使水性漆具有均匀的成膜性能。
在一种或多种实施方式中,步骤d)中,搅拌转速为1000-1500rpm;搅拌时间可以为20-60min,以搅拌均匀为准。
通过采用上述搅拌转速,在避免各物料团聚,保证分散均匀的前提下,避免乳液等成分破乳造成的稳定性、漆膜机械性能的下降等。
本公开还提供了一种环保水性漆在铸铝基材上的应用。
本公开的环保水性漆具有较低的VOC含量,并且能够兼顾在基材如铸铝基材上的优良的涂装性能,如优良的附着性能、流平性、成膜性等。
在一种或多种实施方式中,铸铝基材包括汽车配件所使用的铸铝基材等。
本公开还提供了一种涂覆方法,包括在涂布基材上涂覆上述任一种所述的环保水性漆。
在一种或多种实施方式中,所述基材为铸铝基材。
涂覆的方法可以为喷涂、刷涂、滚涂、静电喷涂等。
本公开还提供了一种涂布制品,其具有单层或叠层涂膜,所述涂膜中至少一层由上述涂覆方法涂覆得到。
在一种或多种实施方式中,所述涂布制品为汽车配件。
与现有技术相比,本公开的有益效果为:
本公开通过各物料相互配合,兼顾了水性漆的低VOC含量和良好的涂装性能,使该水性漆具有优良的附着性能、成膜性和流平性等,可以用于铸铝基材的涂装,如汽车配件等。

下面将结合具体实施方式对本公开的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,仅用于说明本公开,而不应视为限制本公开的范围。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
本公开具体实施方式中的原材料可以如下:
水性环氧树脂,型号YD011,生产商为国都化工(昆山)有限公司;
苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液,型号CUPI-235,生产商为湛新树脂中国有限公司;
硅酸钾,生产商为广成化工(美国)有限公司;
聚磷酸铵,生产商为广成化工(美国)有限公司;
色浆,型号DAE-N01,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂,型号为TSA-10A,生产商为江苏腾达助剂有限公司;
流平剂,型号为AFCONA-3777,生产商为海门埃夫科纳有限公司;
润湿剂,型号为SINPOLS530,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
分散剂,型号为XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
防腐剂,型号为MKB3,生厂商为托尔专用化学品(上海)有限公司;
附着力促进剂,型号为TL-BPA,生产商为奥克特化学有限公司。
实施例1
本实施例的环保水性漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
水性环氧树脂17份,
苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液7.5份,
硅酸钾24份,
聚磷酸铵17份,
色浆17份,
消泡剂4份,
流平剂3.5份,
润湿剂6份,
分散剂11.5份,
防腐剂3.5份,
附着力促进剂6.5份。
本实施例的环保水性漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)将水性环氧树脂和苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液混合,于1000rpm的转速下搅拌20min,得到物料I;
b)向步骤a)得到的物料I中加入硅酸钾,于1000rpm的转速下搅拌20min,得到物料II;
c)向步骤b)得到的物料II中加入聚磷酸铵,于1500rpm的转速下搅拌20min,得到物料III;
d)向步骤c)得到的物料III中加入色浆于1500rpm的转速下搅拌25min后,依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,于1000rpm的转速下边搅拌边加入,搅拌20min,得到环保水性漆。
实施例2
本实施例的环保水性漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
水性环氧树脂16份,
苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液8份,
硅酸钾23份,
聚磷酸铵18份,
色浆17份,
消泡剂4份,
流平剂3.5份,
润湿剂6份,
分散剂11.5份,
防腐剂3.5份,
附着力促进剂6.5份。
本实施例的环保水性漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)将水性环氧树脂和苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液混合,于1000rpm的转速下搅拌20min,得到物料I;
b)向步骤a)得到的物料I中加入硅酸钾,于1000rpm的转速下搅拌20min,得到物料II;
c)向步骤b)得到的物料II中加入聚磷酸铵,于1500rpm的转速下搅拌 20min,得到物料III;
d)向步骤c)得到的物料III中加入色浆于1500rpm的转速下搅拌25min后,依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,于1000rpm的转速下边搅拌边加入,搅拌20min,得到环保水性漆。
实施例3
本实施例参考实施例1的制备方法,区别仅在于,环保水性漆的原料组成不同,本实施例的环保水性漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
水性环氧树脂17.5份,
苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液6.5份,
硅酸钾25份,
聚磷酸铵16份,
色浆17份,
消泡剂4份,
流平剂3.5份,
润湿剂6份,
分散剂11.5份,
防腐剂3.5份,
附着力促进剂6.5份。
实施例4
本实施例参考实施例1的制备方法,区别仅在于,环保水性漆的原料组成不同,本实施例的环保水性漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
水性环氧树脂16份,
苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液9.5份,
硅酸钾22份,
聚磷酸铵19份,
色浆17份,
消泡剂4份,
流平剂3.5份,
润湿剂6份,
分散剂11.5份,
防腐剂3.5份,
附着力促进剂6.5份。
实施例5
本实施例参考实施例1的制备方法,区别仅在于,环保水性漆的原料组成不同,本实施例的环保水性漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
水性环氧树脂19份,
苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液5.5份,
硅酸钾28份,
聚磷酸铵16份,
色浆17份,
消泡剂4份,
流平剂3.5份,
润湿剂6份,
分散剂11.5份,
防腐剂3.5份,
附着力促进剂6.5份。
实施例6
本实施例参考实施例1的制备方法,区别仅在于,环保水性漆的原料组成不同,本实施例的环保水性漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
水性环氧树脂20份,

色浆17份,
消泡剂4份,
流平剂3.5份,

实施例8
本实施例参考实施例1的原料配比,区别在于不同的制备方法,本实施例的环保水性漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将各原料按比例混合,于1500rpm转速下搅拌至混合均匀。
实验例1
为了对比说明本公开不同实施例得到的环保水性漆的性能,对各实施例制备得到的环保水性漆进行性能测试,具体性能测试结果见表1-2所示。

其中,耐溶剂性参考GB/T 23989-2009的方法进行测试,实施例1-8的环保水性漆涂装后均通过标准测试。通过表1和表2可知,本公开的环保水性漆硬度高,细度低,同时对铸铝基材具有优异的附着力等级以及耐溶剂性。
实验例2
为了对比说明本公开不同实施例得到的环保水性漆的挥发性能,对各实施例制备得到的环保水性漆进行性能测试,参照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准对各实施例的环保水性漆的VOC进行测试,具体性能测试结果见表3所示。

从表3中可知,本公开的环保水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物的含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009中的标准,说明本公开的水性漆具有良好的环保性能。
为了进一步对比说明本公开不同实施例得到的水性漆的环保性能,对各实施例的环保水性漆的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,测试方法参考ASTM F963-11(稀盐酸萃取,CP-OES分析)。
对实施例1-8得到的环保水性漆的测试结果显示,实施例1-8中均未检测出铅、铬、镉、汞、钡、锑、砷、硒等可溶性重金属元素和可溶性污染元素。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的范围。
工业实用性
本公开的铸铝基材用的环保水性漆,通过各组分种类和用量的配合,兼顾了低VOC含量和良好的涂装性能,使该水性漆具有优良的附着性能、成膜性和流平性等,可以用于铸铝基材的涂装,如汽车配件表面的涂装等。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种铸铝基材用的环保水性漆,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
    水性环氧树脂15-20份,
    苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液5-10份,
    硅酸钾20-30份,
    聚磷酸铵15-20份,
    色浆以及助剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保水性漆,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
    水性环氧树脂16-19份,
    苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液5.5-9.5份,
    硅酸钾22-28份,
    聚磷酸铵16-19份,
    色浆15-20份,
    以及助剂;
    优选的,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
    水性环氧树脂16-17.5份,
    苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液6.5-8份,
    硅酸钾23-25份,
    聚磷酸铵16-18份,
    色浆16-18份,
    助剂22-48份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的环保水性漆,其特征在于,所述助剂包括消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂以及附着力促进剂中的一种或多种;
    优选的,所述助剂包括消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂以及附着力促进剂。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的环保水性漆,其特征在于,所述助剂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
    消泡剂3-5份,
    流平剂2-5份,
    润湿剂2-10份,
    分散剂8-15份,
    防腐剂1-6份,
    附着力促进剂3-10份;
    优选的,所述助剂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
    消泡剂3.5-5份,
    流平剂2.5-4.5份,
    润湿剂2.5-9.5份,
    分散剂8.5-14份,
    防腐剂1.5-5.5份,
    附着力促进剂3.5-9.5份。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的环保水性漆,其特征在于,所述水 性环氧树脂为水性环氧树脂YD011。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的环保水性漆,其特征在于,所述苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液为阴离子型苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液;
    优选的,所述苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液为苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液CUPI-235。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的环保水性漆,其特征在于,所述色浆为无机色浆。
  8. 权利要求1-7任一项所述的环保水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    将各物料按比例搅拌混合均匀。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的环保水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,预先将水性环氧树脂、苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液混合均匀后,加入硅酸钾、聚磷酸铵混合均匀后,加入色浆、助剂混合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的环保水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
    a)水性环氧树脂和苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚乳液搅拌混合均匀得到物料I;
    b)物料I与硅酸钾搅拌混合均匀得到物料II;
    c)物料II与聚磷酸铵搅拌混合均匀得到物料III;
    d)物料III依次与色浆、助剂搅拌混合均匀。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的环保水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a)中,搅拌转速为800-1200rpm;搅拌时间为15-25min;
    优选的,所述步骤b)中,搅拌转速为800-1200rpm;搅拌时间为15-20min;
    优选的,所述步骤c)中,搅拌转速为1400-1600rpm;搅拌时间为20-30min;
    优选的,所述步骤d)中,搅拌转速为1000-1500rpm;搅拌时间为20-60min。
  12. 涂覆方法,其特征在于,包括在涂布基材上涂覆权利要求1-7任一项所述的环保水性漆;
    优选的,所述基材为铸铝基材。
  13. 涂布制品,其特征在于,其具有单层或叠层涂膜,所述涂膜中至少一层由权利要求12所述的方法涂覆得到;
    优选的,所述涂布制品汽车配件。
