一种水性环保绝缘涂料,包括:磷酸二氢铝、二氧化硅胶溶胶、氧化镁、磷酸、稀土盐混合溶剂、防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂。涂料以水作溶剂,节省大量资源,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠,消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。涂料在钢板表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

一种水性环保绝缘涂料及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘涂料、制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种水性环保绝缘涂料及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
技术问题
现在钢铁上一直应用传统的油漆沥青漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、沥青、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在钢板上的应用容易脱落,附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到等弊病。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种水性环保绝缘涂料及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种水性环保绝缘涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
磷酸二氢铝15-25份,二氧化硅胶溶胶25-35份,氧化镁20-30份,磷酸15-25份,稀土盐混合溶剂15-25份,防沉剂3-10份,增稠剂2-8份,偶联剂5-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
磷酸二氢铝15-22份,二氧化硅胶溶胶25-32份,氧化镁20-27份,磷酸15-22份,稀土盐混合溶剂15-22份,防沉剂3-7份,增稠剂2-7份,偶联剂5-7份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
磷酸二氢铝15-20份,二氧化硅胶溶胶25-30份,氧化镁20-25份,磷酸15-20份,稀土盐混合溶剂15-20份,防沉剂3-5份,增稠剂2-5份,偶联剂5-6份。
进一步,稀土盐混合溶剂为两种或两种以上的稀土元素的盐,搅拌得到稀土盐溶液。
进一步,防沉剂为5020W;
增稠剂为738C;
偶联剂为B551。
本发明还提供了上述水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解;
3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
进一步,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟。
进一步,步骤4)还包括在加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
本发明还提供了上述水性环保绝缘涂料在钢板上的应用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠,消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在钢板表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

在以下实施例中,磷酸二氢铝,生产商为江苏科成有色金属有限公司;
二氧化硅溶胶,生产商为迈达斯化工有限公司;
氧化镁,江苏科成有色金属有限公司;
磷酸,生产商为天津融升科技有限公司;
稀土盐混合溶剂,生产商为北京麦尔化工有限公司;
防沉剂,型号为5020W,生产商为德谦(上海)化学有限公司;
增稠剂,型号为738C,,生产商为亚什兰中国涂料技术中心;
偶联剂,型号为B551,生产商为天津开发区国隆化工有限公司。
实施例1
水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按磷酸二氢铝25g,二氧化硅胶溶胶35g,氧化镁30g,磷酸25g,稀土盐混合溶剂25g,防沉剂10g,增稠剂8g,偶联剂10g称取原料;
2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后边搅拌边依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
实施例2
水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按磷酸二氢铝15g,二氧化硅胶溶胶25g,氧化镁20g,磷酸15g,稀土盐混合溶剂15g,防沉剂3g,增稠剂2g,偶联剂5g称取原料;
2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后边搅拌边依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
实施例3
水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按磷酸二氢铝15g,二氧化硅胶溶25g,氧化镁20g,磷酸15g,稀土盐混合溶剂15g,防沉剂3g,增稠剂7g,偶联剂5g称取原料;
2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后边搅拌边依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
实施例4
水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按磷酸二氢铝22g,二氧化硅胶溶胶25g,氧化镁20g,磷酸22g,稀土盐混合溶剂15g,防沉剂3g,增稠剂7g,偶联剂5g称取原料;
2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后边搅拌边依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
实施例5
水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按磷酸二氢铝21g,二氧化硅胶溶胶25g,氧化镁20g,磷酸15g,稀土盐混合溶剂21g,防沉剂3g,增稠剂2g,偶联剂5g称取原料;
2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后边搅拌边依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
实施例6
水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按磷酸二氢铝20g,二氧化硅胶溶胶30g,氧化镁25g,磷酸20g,稀土盐混合溶剂20g,防沉剂5g,增稠剂5g,偶联剂6g称取原料;
2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后边搅拌边依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的水性环保绝缘涂料进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

  1. 一种水性环保绝缘涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    磷酸二氢铝15-25份,二氧化硅胶溶胶25-35份,氧化镁20-30份,磷酸15-25份,稀土盐混合溶剂15-25份,防沉剂3-10份,增稠剂2-8份,偶联剂5-10份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保绝缘涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    磷酸二氢铝15-22份,二氧化硅胶溶胶25-32份,氧化镁20-27份,磷酸15-22份,稀土盐混合溶剂15-22份,防沉剂3-7份,增稠剂2-7份,偶联剂5-7份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保绝缘涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    磷酸二氢铝15-20份,二氧化硅胶溶胶25-30份,氧化镁20-25份,磷酸15-20份,稀土盐混合溶剂15-20份,防沉剂3-5份,增稠剂2-5份,偶联剂5-6份。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水性环保绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述稀土盐混合溶剂为两种或两种以上的稀土元素的盐,搅拌得到稀土盐溶液。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水性环保绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述防沉剂为5020W;
    所述增稠剂为738C;
    所述偶联剂为B551。
  6. 一种水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)按权利要求1-5任一项所述重量份数称取原料;
    2)将氧化镁与磷酸反应,搅拌至氧化镁充分溶解;
    3)将磷酸二氢铝溶液与硅溶胶溶液混合;
    4)搅拌好的两种液体自然混合,冷却后依次加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂,搅拌均匀即得水性环保绝缘涂料。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)还包括在加入防沉剂、增稠剂、偶联剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
  9. 一种权利要求1-5任一项所述水性环保绝缘涂料在钢板上的应用。
