一种水性超薄膨胀型防火漆及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火漆、制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种水性超薄膨胀型防火漆及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
防火漆是由成膜剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂等多种材料制造而成的一种阻燃涂料;由于目前家居中大量使用木材、布料等易燃材料,所以,防火已经是一个值得提起的议题。现有的防火漆可以分为饰面防火漆、木材防火漆、钢结构防火漆三种。饰面型防火漆是一种集装饰和防火为一体的新型油漆品种,当它涂覆于可燃基材上时,平时可起一定的装饰作用;一旦火灾发生时,则具有阻止火势蔓延,从而达到保护可燃基材的目的。饰面防火漆中应用较多的,效果较好的为膨胀型防火漆。
在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
技术问题
现在钢结构上一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在钢结构上的应用容易脱落,防火性能差、附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到等弊病。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种水性超薄膨胀型防火漆及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种水性超薄膨胀型防火漆,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液25-30份,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15-20份,膨胀石墨20-30份,水性三聚氰胺树脂15-20份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂5-10份,增稠剂2-6份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液25-27份,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15-18份,膨胀石墨20-27份,水性三聚氰胺树脂15-17.5份,色浆15-19份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂5-7.5份,增稠剂2-5份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液25-26份,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15-17份,膨胀石墨20-25份,水性三聚氰胺树脂15-16份,色浆15-17份,消泡剂3-4份,分散剂5-6份,防腐剂2-4份。
进一步,色浆为无机色浆。
进一步,消泡剂为TSA-10A;
分散剂为XN3800;
增稠剂为MK550。
本发明还限定了上述水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述的重量份数称取原料;
2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌;
4)向搅拌好的液体中依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
进一步,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
进一步,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
进一步,步骤4)还包括在加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂的同时搅拌的操作。
本发明还限定了上述水性超薄膨胀型防火漆在钢结构上的应用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质,防腐性能优良,复涂性能良好,抗辐射,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠,消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在钢结构表面附着力强,具有优异的防火性能,同时又有防腐防锈性能,耐水、耐酸耐碱、耐候性强,环境友好型,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害,可以在钢结构上运用广泛,可在室外大面积施工,方法简单易施工(喷涂、刷涂、滚涂、静电喷涂等)。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在以下实施例中,水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液,型号KR220L,生产商为信越化学工业株式会社;
水性多聚磷酸铵树脂,型号KR210LP,生产商为信越化学工业株式会社;
可膨胀石墨,型号AL-433,生产商为上海深竹化工科技有限公司;
水性三聚氰胺树脂,型号XP-1102,广州冠志新材料科技有限公司;
无机色浆,型号DAE-N01,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂,型号TSA-10A,生产商为广东标美硅氟新材料有限公司;
分散剂,型号XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
增稠剂,型号MK550,生厂商为托尔专用化学品(上海)有限公司。
实施例1
水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液30g,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂20g,膨胀石墨30g,水性三聚氰胺树脂20g,色浆20g,消泡剂5g,分散剂10g,增稠剂6g称取原料;
2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
实施例2
水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳25g,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15g,膨胀石墨20g,水性三聚氰胺树脂15g,色浆15g,消泡剂3g,分散剂5g,增稠剂2g称取原料;
2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
实施例3
水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液28g,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15g,膨胀石墨20g,水性三聚氰胺树脂18g,色浆20g,消泡剂3g,分散剂8g,增稠剂3g称取原料;
2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
实施例4
水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液25g,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂18g,膨胀石墨20g,水性三聚氰胺树脂17.5g,色浆19g,消泡剂3g,分散剂7.5g,增稠剂2g称取原料;
2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
实施例5
水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液26.5g,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂7g,膨胀石墨26g,水性三聚氰胺树脂17g,色浆15g,消泡剂4.5g,分散剂7g,增稠剂4.5g称取原料;
2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
实施例6
水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液26g,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15g,膨胀石墨25g,水性三聚氰胺树脂15g,色浆17g,消泡剂4g,分散剂5g,防腐剂2g称取原料;
2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

  1. 一种水性超薄膨胀型防火漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液25-30份,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15-20份,膨胀石墨20-30份,水性三聚氰胺树脂15-20份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂5-10份,增稠剂2-6份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液25-27份,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15-18份,膨胀石墨20-27份,水性三聚氰胺树脂15-17.5份,色浆15-19份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂5-7.5份,增稠剂2-5份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液25-26份,水性多聚磷酸铵树脂15-17份,膨胀石墨20-25份,水性三聚氰胺树脂15-16份,色浆15-17份,消泡剂3-4份,分散剂5-6份,防腐剂2-4份。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆,其特征在于,所述色浆为无机色浆。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为TSA-10A;
    所述分散剂为XN3800;
    所述增稠剂为MK550。
  6. 一种水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)按权利要求1-5任一项所述的重量份数称取原料;
    2)将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液与水性多聚磷酸铵树脂、水性三聚氰胺树脂混合搅拌;
    3)向搅拌好的液体中加入膨胀石墨和色浆,继续搅拌;
    4)向搅拌好的液体中依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得水性超薄膨胀型防火漆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的水性超薄膨胀型防火漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)还包括在加入消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂的同时搅拌的操作。
