一种仿铜拉丝水性漆,包括:水性氨基丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂、色浆和助剂。该水性漆以水作溶剂,无味,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等无挥发性有害物质,不燃不爆,消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工,在金属表面附着力强,耐候性强,防腐性能优良,复涂性能良好,抗辐射,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠。可以在防盗门上运用广泛,在室外大面积施工,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

一种仿铜拉丝水性漆及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性漆、制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种仿铜拉丝水性漆及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
目前,我国防盗门装饰用透明面漆还全部采用传统溶剂型丙烯酸氨基涂料,这些漆中含有大量的有机溶剂,如芳香烃、二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂、卤代烃等,VOC严重超标,属于易燃易爆品,且在喷涂和烘干过程中有大量有毒溶剂挥发,不仅对工人健康产生影响,增加了火灾隐患,还对大气造成了严重的污染,此外,水性漆在镀锌钢板上存在容易脱落,附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到等弊病。
近年来,随着世界各国对VOC(volatile organic compounds,挥发性有机化合物)污染的日益重视和环保法规不断严格VOC的排放标准,水性涂料以其无毒环保、VOC含量低、不燃不爆的高安全性得到市场的青睐。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种仿铜拉丝水性漆及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种仿铜拉丝水性漆包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性氨基丙烯酸树脂20-35份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份,水性饱和聚酯树脂25-30份,色浆15-20份,助剂20-50份。
进一步,助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、增稠剂、附着力促进剂中的任一种或几种的混合。
优选的,助剂为质量比为3-5:2-5:2-10:8-15:3-5:2-10的消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂。
进一步,消泡剂为TSA-10A;
流平剂为AFCONA-3777;
润湿剂为SINPOLS530;
分散剂为XN3800;
稳定剂为MKB3;
附着力促进剂为TL-BPA。
进一步,色浆为铜金粉色浆。
本发明还提供了上述仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌;
3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
4)向搅拌好的混合物中加入助剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
进一步,步骤2)中搅拌的转速为800-900转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
进一步,步骤3)中继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
进一步,步骤4)还包括在加入助剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
本发明还提供了上述仿铜拉丝水性漆在防盗门上的应用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,无味,节省大量资源不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等无挥发性有害物质,不燃不爆,消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工,在金属表面附着力强,耐候性强,防腐性能优良,复涂性能良好,抗辐射,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠。可以在防盗门上运用广泛,可在室外大面积施工,操作性能简单(喷涂、刷涂、滚涂、静电喷涂等),涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在以下实施例中,水性氨基丙烯酸树脂型号WH-101,生产商为珠海吉利化工有限公司;
水性丙烯酸乳液型号HP-0192,生产商北京东联化工有限公司;
水性饱和聚酯树脂型号SWR8156,生产商安徽三旺化学有限公司;
铜金粉色浆型号AE-019,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂型号为TSA-10A,生产商为江苏腾达助剂有限公司;
流平剂型号为AFCONA-3777,生产商为海门埃夫科纳有限公司;
润湿剂型号为SINPOLS530,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
分散剂型号为XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
稳定剂型号为MKB3,生厂商为上海忠诚精细化工有限公司;
附着力促进剂型号为TL-BPA,生产商为奥克特化学有限公司;
实施例1
仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性氨基丙烯酸树脂35g,水性丙烯酸乳液20g,水性饱和聚酯树脂30g,铜金粉色浆15g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂10g,分散剂8g,稳定剂3g,附着力促进剂2g称取原料;
2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速800转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
实施例2
仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性氨基丙烯酸树脂20g,水性丙烯酸乳液20g,水性饱和聚酯树脂25g,铜金粉色浆19g,消泡剂5g,流平剂2g,润湿剂9g,分散剂14g,稳定剂3g,附着力促进剂2g称取原料;
2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速800转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
实施例3
仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性氨基丙烯酸树脂33g,水性丙烯酸乳液20g,水性饱和聚酯树脂28.5g,铜金粉色浆18g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂2g,分散剂13g,稳定剂5g,附着力促进剂8g称取原料;
2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速800转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
实施例4
仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性氨基丙烯酸树脂32g,水性丙烯酸乳液27g,水性饱和聚酯树脂28g,铜金粉色浆17.5g,消泡剂3g,流平剂4g,润湿剂7g,分散剂8g,稳定剂4.5g,附着力促进剂7g称取原料;
2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速800转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
实施例5
仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性氨基丙烯酸树脂20g,水性丙烯酸乳液26g,水性饱和聚酯树脂25g,铜金粉色浆17g,消泡剂4.5g,流平剂4g,润湿剂2g,分散剂8g,稳定剂4g,附着力促进剂6g称取原料;
2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速800转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
实施例6
仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性氨基丙烯酸树脂30g,水性丙烯酸乳液25g,水性饱和聚酯树脂25g,铜金粉色浆16g,消泡剂3g,流平剂2g,润湿剂5g,分散剂8g,稳定剂4g,附着力促进剂8g称取原料;
2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速800转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
性能检测
对上述实施例制备得到的仿铜拉丝水性漆进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下表1。

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和 硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱 法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得 结果如表2所示。

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属 含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11 (i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示。

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。
 

Claims (10)

  1. 一种仿铜拉丝水性漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性氨基丙烯酸树脂20-35份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份,水性饱和聚酯树脂25-30份,色浆15-20份,助剂20-50份。
  2. 根据权利要1所述的仿铜拉丝水性漆,其特征在于,所述助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、增稠剂、附着力促进剂中的任一种或几种的混合。
  3. 根据权利要2所述的仿铜拉丝水性漆,其特征在于,所述助剂为质量比为3-5:2-5:2-10:8-15:3-5:2-10的消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂。
  4. 根据权利要2或3所述的仿铜拉丝水性漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为TSA-10A;
    所述流平剂为AFCONA-3777;
    所述润湿剂为SINPOLS530;
    所述分散剂为XN3800;
    所述稳定剂为MKB3;
    所述附着力促进剂为TL-BPA。
  5. 根据权利要1所述的仿铜拉丝水性漆,其特征在于,所述色浆为铜金粉色浆。
  6. 一种仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)按权利要求1-5任一项所述的重量份数称取原料;
    2)将水性氨基丙烯酸树脂与水性丙烯酸乳液、水性饱和聚酯树脂混合搅拌;
    3)向搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
    4)向搅拌好的混合物中加入助剂,混合均匀即得仿铜拉丝水性漆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为800-900转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的仿铜拉丝水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)还包括在加入助剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
  10. 一种权利要求1-5任一项所述仿铜拉丝水性漆在防盗门上的应用。
