Description

一种卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种水基涂料、制备方法及应用,具体涉及一种卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。 
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
技术问题
现在高铁上一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在镀锌板上的应用容易脱落,附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到等弊病。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性丙烯酸树脂70-80份,二氧化硅10-20份,聚四氟乙烯10-20份,聚乙烯蜡10-20份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性丙烯酸树脂70-78份,二氧化硅10-18份,聚四氟乙烯10-18份,聚乙烯蜡10-18份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性丙烯酸树脂70-75份,二氧化硅10-15份,聚四氟乙烯10-15份,聚乙烯蜡10-15份。
进一步,上述二氧化硅的平均颗粒度≤20nm。
本发明还提供了上述卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合,得到混合物;
3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
进一步,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌时间为30-50分钟。
进一步,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-500转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
本发明还提供了上述卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料在电镀锌、热镀锌、冷轧板、镀锡板上的应用。
 
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,无味,节省大量资源,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等挥发性有害物质,消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工,防腐性能优良,复涂性能良好,抗辐射,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠。本发明在镀锌板表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害,可以在镀锌板上运用广泛,可在室外大面积施工,方法简单易施工(喷涂、刷涂、滚涂、静电喷涂等)。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在以下实施例中,水性丙烯酸树脂型号DE-6701,生产商为天津津邦化工有限公司;
二氧化硅生产商为江苏科成有色金属有限公司;
聚四氟乙烯,生产商为迈达斯化工有限公司;
聚乙烯蜡生产商为迈达斯化工有限公司。
二氧化硅的平均颗粒度≤20nm。
实施例1
卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性丙烯酸树脂80g,二氧化硅20g,聚四氟乙烯20g,聚乙烯蜡20g称取原料;
2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合30-50分钟,转速为1000-1200转/分钟得到混合物;
3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌5-10分钟,转速为200-500转/分钟即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
实施例2
卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性丙烯酸树脂70g,二氧化硅10g,聚四氟乙烯10g,聚乙烯蜡10g称取原料;
2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合30-50分钟,转速为1000-1200转/分钟得到混合物;
3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌5-10分钟,转速为200-500转/分钟即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
实施例3
卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性丙烯酸树脂78g,二氧化硅10g,聚四氟乙烯18g,聚乙烯蜡10g称取原料;
2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合30-50分钟,转速为1000-1200转/分钟得到混合物;
3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌5-10分钟,转速为200-500转/分钟即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
实施例4
卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性丙烯酸树脂77g,二氧化硅17g,聚四氟乙烯17g,聚乙烯蜡17g称取原料;
2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合30-50分钟,转速为1000-1200转/分钟得到混合物;
3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌5-10分钟,转速为200-500转/分钟即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
实施例5
卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性丙烯酸树脂76g,二氧化硅10g,聚四氟乙烯10g,聚乙烯蜡10g称取原料;
2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合30-50分钟,转速为1000-1200转/分钟得到混合物;
3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌5-10分钟,转速为200-500转/分钟即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
实施例6
卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性丙烯酸树脂75g,二氧化硅15g,聚四氟乙烯15g,聚乙烯蜡10g称取原料;
2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合30-50分钟,转速为1000-1200转/分钟得到混合物;
3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌5-10分钟,转速为200-500转/分钟即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
性能检测
各取本发明实施例1-6所得水性漆,分别检测其以下各项物理性能(在容器中的状态、细度、不挥发物、涂膜外观、光泽、附着力性、耐水性、耐盐雾性、耐碱性、耐酸性和耐溶剂性),所得结果如表1所示。

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和 硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱 法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得 结果如表2所示:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属 含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11 (i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含砷和硒等可溶性污染元素。说明本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性丙烯酸树脂70-80份,二氧化硅10-20份,聚四氟乙烯10-20份,聚乙烯蜡10-20份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性丙烯酸树脂70-78份,二氧化硅10-18份,聚四氟乙烯10-18份,聚乙烯蜡10-18份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性丙烯酸树脂70-75份,二氧化硅10-15份,聚四氟乙烯10-15份,聚乙烯蜡10-15份。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅的平均颗粒度≤20nm。
  5. 一种卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)按权利要求1-4任一项所述的重量份数称取原料;
    2)将水性丙烯酸树脂边搅拌边加入二氧化硅进行混合,得到混合物;
    3)向混合物中加入聚四氟乙烯和聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌即得卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌时间为30-50分钟。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-500转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
  8. 一种权利要求1-4任一项所述卷钢型耐指纹水基涂料在电镀锌、热镀锌、冷轧板、镀锡板上的应用。
