一种水性氟碳漆,包括:水性超支化基材封闭树脂、水性氟碳树脂、色浆、消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,所述水性氟碳漆以水作溶剂,无味,节省大量资源,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等有害物质,防腐性能优良,复涂性能良好,抗辐射,不燃不爆消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠,在ABS材料表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

Description

一种水性氟碳漆及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性漆、制备方法及其应用,具体涉及一种水性氟碳漆及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
氟碳漆以其特有的耐候性、抗玷污、耐溶剂、耐酸碱、疏水等特性受到装饰界的关注和青睐。
技术问题
目前的氟碳漆主要是以溶剂型为主,而由于溶剂型氟碳漆含有较高的VOC,施工时溶剂直接挥发在空气中无法回收,造成资源浪费,污染环境,对施工人员也有一定的毒害,实施工具难以清洗干净。此外,溶剂型氟碳漆的漆膜致密,透气性差,容易形成局部起泡。而另一方面,现有技术中的乳胶漆的耐候性、抗玷污性和耐老化性又不能满足使用的需要。
现在ABS表面一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、沥青、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种水性氟碳漆及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种水性氟碳漆,包括以下重量份的原料:
水性超支化基材封闭树脂35-40份,水性氟碳树脂35-45份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-10份,流平剂2-10份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂3-10份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:水性超支化基材封闭树脂35-40份,水性氟碳树脂35-45份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-10份,流平剂2-10份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂3-10份,附着力促进剂5-10份。
进一步,水性氟碳树脂为丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸全氟乙基酯共聚物、全氟丙烯共聚物或偏二氟共聚物中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步,色浆为无机色浆。
进一步,消泡剂为SN-6710;流平剂为SN-4034;润湿剂PDF-4727;分散剂SN-1727;附着力促进剂SN-7520。
本发明还提供了上述水性氟碳漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌;
3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
4)向搅拌好的液体中依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
进一步,步骤2)中搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
进一步,步骤3)中继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
进一步,步骤4)还包括在加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
本发明还提供了上述水性氟碳漆在ABS材料上的应用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,无味,节省大量资源,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等有害物质,防腐性能优良,复涂性能良好,抗辐射,不燃不爆消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠,在ABS材料表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

在以下实施例中,水性超支化基材封闭树脂,型号D018,生产商上海奇想青晨新材料科技股份有限公司;
水性氟碳树脂,型号KM-901,生产商黄山市科美新材料有限公司;
无机色浆,型号DAE-N01,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂,型号为SN-6710,生产商上海深竹化工科技有限公司;
流平剂,型号为SN-4034,生产商为上海深竹化工科技有限公司;
润湿剂,型号为PDF-4727,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
分散剂,型号为SN-1727,生产商为上海深竹化工科技有限公司;
附着力促进剂,型号为SN-7520,生产商为上海深竹化工科技有限公司。
实施例1
水性氟碳漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性超支化基材封闭树脂35g,水性氟碳树脂45g,色浆15g,消泡剂10g,流平剂2g,润湿剂2g,分散剂3g,附着力促进剂10g称取原料;
2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
实施例2
水性氟碳漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性超支化基材封闭树脂34g,水性氟碳树脂35g,色浆15g,消泡剂9g,流平剂2g,润湿剂9g,分散剂3g,附着力促进剂9g称取原料;
2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
实施例3
水性氟碳漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性超支化基材封闭树脂35g,水性氟碳树脂43g,色浆18g,消泡剂3g,流平剂8g,润湿剂2g,分散剂8g,附着力促进剂3g称取原料;
2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
实施例4
水性氟碳漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性超支化基材封闭树脂37g,水性氟碳树脂42g,色浆17g,消泡剂3g,流平剂2g,润湿剂7g,分散剂3g,附着力促进剂7g称取原料;
2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
实施例5
水性氟碳漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性超支化基材封闭树脂36g,水性氟碳树脂41g,色浆15g,消泡剂6g,流平剂2g,润湿剂6g,分散剂6g,附着力促进剂3g称取原料;
2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
实施例6
水性氟碳漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性超支化基材封闭树脂35g,水性氟碳树脂40g,色浆15g,消泡剂5g,流平剂2g,润湿剂5g,分散剂3g,附着力促进剂5g称取原料;
2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌20分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的水性氟碳漆进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水性氟碳漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
    水性超支化基材封闭树脂35-40份,水性氟碳树脂35-45份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-10份,流平剂2-10份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂3-10份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水性氟碳漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
    水性超支化基材封闭树脂35-40份,水性氟碳树脂35-45份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-10份,流平剂2-10份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂3-10份,附着力促进剂5-10份。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水性氟碳漆,其特征在于,水性氟碳树脂为丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸全氟乙基酯共聚物、全氟丙烯共聚物或偏二氟共聚物中的一种或几种的混合物。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水性氟碳漆,其特征在于,所述色浆为无机色浆。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水性氟碳漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为SN-6710;所述流平剂为SN-4034;所述润湿剂PDF-4727;所述分散剂SN-1727;所述附着力促进剂SN-7520。
  6. 一种水性氟碳漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)按权利要求1-5任一项所述的重量份数称取原料;
    2)将水性氟碳树脂与水性超支化基材封闭树脂混合搅拌;
    3)在搅拌好的混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
    4)向搅拌好的液体中依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性氟碳漆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水性氟碳漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的水性氟碳漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的水性氟碳漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)还包括在加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的水性氟碳漆在ABS材料上的应用。
