本发明公开了一种小五金用水性漆,包括:高分子水性环氧树脂、水性全甲醚化氨基树脂、水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂、有机色浆、消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂。本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质;消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在小五金表面附着力强,耐候性强,色彩斑斓,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

一种小五金用水性漆及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种防锈漆、制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种小五金用水性漆及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
技术问题
现在小五金件上一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在经过抛光处理的五金件上的应用容易脱落,附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到等弊病。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种小五金用水性漆及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种小五金用水性漆,包括以下重量份数的原料:
高分子水性环氧树脂25-30份,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂26-35份,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂18-25份,有机色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂6-15份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
高分子水性环氧树脂25-29份,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂26-34份,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂18-24份,有机色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-9份,分散剂6-14份,附着力促进剂3-9份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
高分子水性环氧树脂25-28份,,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂26-33份,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂18-23份,有机色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-8份,分散剂6-13份,附着力促进剂3-8份。
进一步,色浆为有机色浆;
消泡剂为TSA-10A;
流平剂为AQ-7120;
润湿剂为LS-430;
分散剂为XN3800。
本发明还提供了上述小五金用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将高分子水性环氧树脂与、水性全甲醚化氨基树脂、水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂进行混合搅拌;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
4)向搅拌好的液体中依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
进一步,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1200-1500转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
进一步,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
进一步,步骤4)还包括加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂的同时搅拌的操作。
本发明还提供了上述的小五金用水性漆在小五金上的应用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质;消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在小五金表面附着力强,耐候性强,色彩斑斓,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

在以下实施例中,高分子水性环氧树脂,型号REPA503,生产商为安泰能高分子材料有限公司;
水性全甲醚化氨基树脂,型号M606,生产商为天津国隆化工有限公司;
水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂,型号CRW6203,浙江盛和新材料有限公司;
无机色浆,型号DAE-N01,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂,型号为TSA-10A,生产商为江苏腾达助剂有限公司;
流平剂,型号为AQ-7120,生产商为公耀国际贸易上海有限公司;
润湿剂,型号为LS-430,生产商为公耀国际贸易上海有限公司;
分散剂,型号为XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
附着力促进剂,型号为TL-BPA,生产商为奥克特化学有限公司。
实施例1
小五金用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按高分子水性环氧树脂25g,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂26g,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂18g,有机色浆15g,消泡剂3g,流平剂2g,润湿剂2g,分散剂6g,附着力促进剂3g称取原料;
2)将水性甲基丙烯酸甲酯与水性甲基丙烯酸、水性丙烯酸羟乙酯、水性丙烯酸羟丙酯进行混合搅拌20分钟,转速为1500转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入有机色浆,继续搅拌5分钟,转速为200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
实施例2
小五金用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按高分子水性环氧树脂30g,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂35g,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂25g,有机色浆20g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂10g,分散剂15g,附着力促进剂10g称取原料;
2)将水性甲基丙烯酸甲酯与水性甲基丙烯酸、水性丙烯酸羟乙酯、水性丙烯酸羟丙酯进行混合搅拌30分钟,转速为1200转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入有机色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速为200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
实施例3
小五金用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按高分子水性环氧树脂29g,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂34g,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂24g,有机色浆20g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂9g,分散剂14g,附着力促进剂9g称取原料;
2)将水性甲基丙烯酸甲酯与水性甲基丙烯酸、水性丙烯酸羟乙酯、水性丙烯酸羟丙酯进行混合搅拌28分钟,转速为1400转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入有机色浆,继续搅拌8分钟,转速为280转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
实施例4
小五金用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按高分子水性环氧树脂28g,,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂33g,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂23g,有机色浆20g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂8g,分散剂13g,附着力促进剂8g称取原料;
2)将水性甲基丙烯酸甲酯与水性甲基丙烯酸、水性丙烯酸羟乙酯、水性丙烯酸羟丙酯进行混合搅拌25分钟,转速为1300转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入有机色浆,继续搅拌7分钟,转速为250转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
实施例5
小五金用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按高分子水性环氧树脂27g,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂32g,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂22g,有机色浆20g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂7g,分散剂12g,附着力促进剂7g称取原料;
2)将水性甲基丙烯酸甲酯与水性甲基丙烯酸、水性丙烯酸羟乙酯、水性丙烯酸羟丙酯进行混合搅拌22分钟,转速为1350转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入有机色浆,继续搅拌6分钟,转速为240转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
实施例6
小五金用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按高分子水性环氧树脂27g,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂31g,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂21g,有机色浆19g,消泡剂5g,流平剂4g,润湿剂6g,分散剂11g,附着力促进剂6g称取原料;
2)将水性甲基丙烯酸甲酯与水性甲基丙烯酸、水性丙烯酸羟乙酯、水性丙烯酸羟丙酯进行混合搅拌29分钟,转速为1250转/分钟;
3)向搅拌好的液体中加入有机色浆,继续搅拌5分钟,转速为290转/分钟;
4)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的小五金用水性漆进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

    高分子水性环氧树脂25-30份,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂26-35份,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂18-25份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂6-15份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的小五金用水性漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    高分子水性环氧树脂25-29份,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂26-34份,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂18-24份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-9份,分散剂6-14份,附着力促进剂3-9份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的小五金用水性漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    高分子水性环氧树脂25-28份,,水性全甲醚化氨基树脂26-33份,水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂18-23份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-8份,分散剂6-13份,附着力促进剂3-8份。

    流平剂为AQ-7120;
    润湿剂为LS-430;
    分散剂为XN3800;
    附着力促进剂为TL-BPA。
  6. 一种小五金用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)按权利要求1-3任一项所述的重量份数称取原料;
    2)将高分子水性环氧树脂与、水性全甲醚化氨基树脂、水性丙烯酸酯类共聚树脂进行混合搅拌;
    3)向搅拌好的液体中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
    4)向搅拌好的液体中依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂,搅拌均匀即得小五金用水性漆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的小五金用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1200-1500转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的小五金用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-300转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的小五金用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)还包括加入消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂的同时搅拌的操作。
