本发明涉及一种涂料、制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种水性丙烯酸漆及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
技术问题
现在钛镁合金上一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在钛镁合金上的应用容易脱落,附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到等弊病。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种水性丙烯酸漆及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种水性丙烯酸漆,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液38-45份,水性环氧树脂10-20份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液20-30份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂7-15份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液38-44份,水性环氧树脂10-19份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液20-29份,色浆15-19份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-9份,分散剂7-14份,附着力促进剂3-9份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液38-43份,水性环氧树脂10-18份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液20-28份,色浆15-18份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-8份,分散剂7-13份,附着力促进剂3-8份。
进一步,所述消泡剂为TSA-10A:
流平剂为AFCONA-3777;
润湿剂为SINPOLS530;
分散剂为XN3800;
附着力促进剂为TL-BPA。
本发明还提供了上述水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌;
3)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂流平剂、分散剂、附着力促进剂、混合均匀即得水性改性聚酯防锈漆。
进一步,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟。
进一步,步骤2)还包括混合搅拌后在液体中加入有机色浆继续搅拌的操作。
本发明还提供了上述水性丙烯酸漆在钛镁合金表面的应用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质;消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在钛镁合金表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液,型号AC-126,昆山欧塞尔环保科技有限公司;
无机色浆,型号DAE-N01,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂,型号为TSA-10A,生产商为江苏腾达助剂有限公司:
流平剂,型号为AFCONA-3777,生产商为海门埃夫科纳有限公司
润湿剂,型号为SINPOLS530,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
分散剂,型号为XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
附着力促进剂,型号为TL-BPA,生产商为奥克特化学有限公司。
实施例1
水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液38kg,水性环氧树脂10kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液20kg,色浆15kg,消泡剂3kg,流平剂2kg,润湿剂2kg,分散剂7kg,附着力促进剂3kg称取原料;
2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌,时间20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将步骤2中搅拌好的液体加入色浆,控制搅拌速度200转/分钟,搅拌10分钟;
4)步骤3)中搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,分散剂,附着力促进剂,边搅拌边加入,搅拌均匀即得水性丙烯酸漆。
实施例2
水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液45份,水性环氧树脂20份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液30kg,色浆20kg,消泡剂5kg,流平剂5kg,润湿剂10kg,分散剂15g,附着力促进剂10kg称取原料;
2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌,时间30分钟,转速800转/分钟;
3)将步骤2)中搅拌好的液体加入色浆,控制搅拌速度300转/分钟,搅拌5分钟;
4)步骤3)中搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,分散剂,附着力促进剂,边搅拌边加入,搅拌均匀即得水性丙烯酸漆。
实施例3
水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液44kg,水性环氧树脂19kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液29kg,色浆19kg,消泡剂5kg,流平剂5kg,润湿剂9kg,分散剂14kg,附着力促进剂9kg称取原料;
2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌,时间25分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)将步骤2)中搅拌好的液体加入色浆,控制搅拌速度250转/分钟,搅拌6分钟;
4)步骤3)中搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,分散剂,附着力促进剂,边搅拌边加入,搅拌均匀即得水性丙烯酸漆。
实施例4
水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液43kg,水性环氧树脂18kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液28kg,色浆18kg,消泡剂5kg,流平剂5kg,润湿剂8kg,分散剂13kg,附着力促进剂8kg称取原料;
2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌,时间26分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将步骤2)中搅拌好的液体加入色浆,控制搅拌速度240转/分钟,搅拌8分钟;
4)步骤3)中搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,分散剂,附着力促进剂,边搅拌边加入,搅拌均匀即得水性丙烯酸漆。
实施例5
水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液42kg,水性环氧树脂17kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液27kg,色浆17kg,消泡剂5kg,流平剂5kg,润湿剂7kg,分散剂12kg,附着力促进剂7kg称取原料;
2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌,时间24分钟,转速900转/分钟;
3)将步骤2)中搅拌好的液体加入色浆,控制搅拌速度220转/分钟,搅拌7分钟;
4)步骤3)中搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,分散剂,附着力促进剂,边搅拌边加入,搅拌均匀即得水性丙烯酸漆。
实施例6
水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液41kg,水性环氧树脂16kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液26kg,色浆16.5kg,消泡剂4.5kg,流平剂4.5kg,润湿剂6kg,分散剂11kg,附着力促进剂6kg称取原料;
2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌,时间23分钟,转速950转/分钟;
3)将步骤2)中搅拌好的液体加入色浆,控制搅拌速度260转/分钟,搅拌8分钟;
4)步骤3)中搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂,流平剂,分散剂,附着力促进剂,边搅拌边加入,搅拌均匀即得水性丙烯酸漆。
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的水性丙烯酸漆进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

    水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液38-44份,水性环氧树脂10-19份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液20-29份,色浆15-19份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-9份,分散剂7-14份,附着力促进剂3-9份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:

    2)将水性环氧树脂与水性羟基丙烯酸共聚物乳液、水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液进行混合搅拌;
    3)向搅拌好的液体中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂,流平剂剂,分散剂,附着力促进剂,混合均匀即得水性改性聚酯防锈漆。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为800-1200转/分钟。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的水性丙烯酸漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)还包括混合搅拌后在液体中加入有机色浆继续搅拌的操作。
  8. 一种权利要求1-3任一项所述水性丙烯酸漆在钛镁合金表面的应用。
