本发明涉及环保涂料技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种防腐水性漆及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料,因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料,对人体无害,不污染环境,漆膜丰满、晶莹透亮、柔韧性好,并且具有耐水、耐磨、耐老化、耐黄变、干燥快、使用方便等特点。水性涂料通过用水漆代替油漆,可以有效减少大气中VOC含量,进而改善雾霾天气。
技术问题
但是,在水性涂料的应用过程中容易产生脱落、附着力低、防腐性能低等弊病。
因此,如何提供一种防腐水性漆是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种防腐水性漆及其制备方法和应用,以解决现有技术中的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防腐水性漆,包括以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂55-65份、水性环氧树脂5-10份、水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂10-30份、色浆15-20份、消泡剂3-5份、流平剂2-5份、润湿剂2-10份和分散剂8-15份;
优选为:水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂58-62份、水性环氧树脂6-9份、水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂15-25份、色浆16-19份、消泡剂4-5份、流平剂3-5份、润湿剂4-8份和分散剂10-13份。
更优选为:水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂60份、水性环氧树脂8份、水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂20份、色浆18份、消泡剂4份、流平剂4份、润湿剂5份和分散剂12份。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂具有优异的耐磨性、优良的耐化学品和耐油性,附着力强、低温固化性能和高装饰性能;水性环氧树脂固化后的涂膜耐腐蚀性和耐化学药品性能优异,并且涂膜收缩小、硬度高、耐磨性好、电气绝缘性能优异;水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂具有价格低、使用安全、节省资源和能源、减少环境污染和公害等优点。
由本发明上述用量的原料制得的水性漆粘度适中,原料分散均匀,附着力好,干燥快,成膜性、流平性、防腐性好,可操作性强,喷涂、刷涂或静电喷涂都能满足其要求的透明度及防腐性能标准需求;且产品无味、无污染,不燃不爆。
进一步,上述色浆为无机色浆。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果在于,本发明无机色浆天然环保,优质健康,色彩柔和,装饰美观,耐候性强,理性优越,强防水防潮性,透气干爽。
进一步,上述消泡剂为非离子型有机硅消泡剂。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果在于,本发明非离子型有机硅消泡剂稳定性极佳,在水中易分散,和体系中的起泡介质相容。
一种防腐水性漆的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述防腐水性漆的重量份数称取各原料;
(2)将水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂、水性环氧树脂和水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂混合,搅拌,得到混合物A;
(3)将混合物A加入色浆中,搅拌,自然冷却,得到混合物B;
(4)在搅拌条件下,向混合物B中依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂和分散剂,即得防腐水性漆。
本发明的有益效果在于,制备方法工艺简单,适于大规模生产。
进一步,上述步骤(2)中,搅拌的速度为800-1200r/min,优选为1000r/min;时间为15-25min,优选为20min。
进一步,上述步骤(3)中,搅拌的速度为100-300r/min,优选为200r/min;时间为5-10min,优选为8min;自然冷却至20-30℃,优选为25℃。
本发明还请求保护上述防腐水性漆在制备石油管道内壁专用漆中的应用。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明水性漆以水作溶剂,节省了大量资源,无味,不燃不爆,且不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质,消除了施工、储存时的火灾隐患,降低了对大气的污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工;
2、本发明水性漆在不锈钢表面附着力强,耐候性强,防腐性能优良,抗辐射,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,有效减少了对施工人员的伤害;
3、本发明水性漆不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠。

性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的防腐水性漆进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围;因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些替换和修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防腐水性漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂55-65份、水性环氧树脂5-10份、水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂10-30份、色浆15-20份、消泡剂3-5份、流平剂2-5份、润湿剂2-10份和分散剂8-15份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐水性漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂58-62份、水性环氧树脂6-9份、水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂15-25份、色浆16-19份、消泡剂4-5份、流平剂3-5份、润湿剂4-8份和分散剂10-13份。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防腐水性漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂60份、水性环氧树脂8份、水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂20份、色浆18份、消泡剂4份、流平剂4份、润湿剂5份和分散剂12份。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种防腐水性漆,其特征在于,所述色浆为无机色浆。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种防腐水性漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为非离子型有机硅消泡剂。
  6. 一种防腐水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
    (1)按权利要求1-5任一项所述防腐水性漆的重量份数称取各原料;
    (2)将水性聚氨酯磷酸酯树脂、水性环氧树脂和水性聚酯改性硅氧烷树脂混合,搅拌,得到混合物A;
    (3)将混合物A加入色浆中,搅拌,自然冷却,得到混合物B;
    (4)在搅拌条件下,向混合物B中依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂和分散剂,即得所述防腐水性漆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种防腐水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述搅拌的速度为800-1200r/min,时间为15-25min。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种防腐水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述搅拌的速度为100-300r/min,时间为5-10min。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种防腐水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述自然冷却至20-30℃。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的防腐水性漆在制备石油管道内壁专用漆中的应用。
