一种水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料、制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料及其制备方法和应用,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
技术问题
现在精密件上一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在精密件上的应用附着力达不到、自脱落性能达不到等弊病。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料及其制备方法和应用,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性硼酸25-30份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液10-20份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份,水性聚氨酯树脂15-20份,有机色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂8-15份,防腐剂1-6份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性硼酸25-29份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液10-19份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-29份,水性聚氨酯树脂15-19份,有机色浆15-19份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂8-14份,防腐剂1-5份,附着力促进剂3-9份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性硼酸25-26.5份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液10-16份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-26份,水性聚氨酯树脂15-17份,有机色浆15-17份,消泡剂3-4.5份,分散剂8-11份,防腐剂1-3份,附着力促进剂3-6份。
进一步,所述消泡剂为TSA-10A:
分散剂为XN3800;
防腐剂为MKB3;
附着力促进剂为TL-BPA。
本发明还提供了上述水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌;
3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌;
4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
进一步,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟。
进一步,步骤4)还包括在加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
本发明还提供了上述水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料在金属工件上的应用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质;消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在用于涂装各种精密加工的金属工件,满足复杂工件的要求,精密加工要求,又能自脱落,并且水性环保,对金属附着力好,简化热处理工艺,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在以下实施例中,水性硼酸,型号PS-1002,生产商为西安保圣工贸有限公司;
水性丙烯酸乳液,型号BAM-012,生产商黄山科美新材料有限公司;
水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液,型号SN-4383,生产商黄山科美新材料有限公司;
水性聚氨酯树脂,型号JAZ-102,生产商为昆山三旺树脂有限公司;
有机色浆,型号DAE-N01,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂,型号为TSA-10A,生产商为江苏腾达助剂有限公司:
分散剂,型号为XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
防腐剂,型号为MKB3,生厂商为托尔专用化学品(上海)有限公司;
附着力促进剂,型号为TL-BPA,生产商为奥克特化学有限公司。
实施例1
水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性硼酸25kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液10kg,水性丙烯酸乳液20kg,水性聚氨酯树脂15kg,有机色浆15kg,消泡剂3kg,分散剂8kg,防腐剂1kg,附着力促进剂3kg份称取原料;
2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌20分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌5分钟,转速300转/分钟;
4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却至20-30℃后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
实施例2
水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性硼酸30kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液20kg,水性丙烯酸乳液30kg,水性聚氨酯树脂20kg,有机色浆20kg,消泡剂5kg,分散剂15kg,防腐剂6kg,附着力促进剂10kg称取原料;
2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌30分钟,转速1200转/分钟;
3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌10分钟,转速200转/分钟;
4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却至20-30℃后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
实施例3
水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性硼酸29kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液19kg,水性丙烯酸乳液29kg,水性聚氨酯树脂19kg,有机色浆19kg,消泡剂5kg,分散剂14kg,防腐剂5kg,附着力促进剂9kg称取原料;
2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌28分钟,转速1100转/分钟;
3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌9分钟,转速240转/分钟;
4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却至20-30℃后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
实施例4
水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性硼酸26.5kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液16kg,水性丙烯酸乳液26kg,水性聚氨酯树脂17kg,有机色浆17kg,消泡剂4.5kg,分散剂11kg,防腐剂3kg,附着力促进剂6kg称取原料;
2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌26分钟,转速1150转/分钟;
3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌8分钟,转速250转/分钟;
4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却至20-30℃后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
实施例5
水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性硼酸27kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液17kg,水性丙烯酸乳液27kg,水性聚氨酯树脂17.5kg,有机色浆17kg,消泡剂5kg,分散剂12kg,防腐剂4kg,附着力促进剂7kg称取原料;
2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌25分钟,转速1050转/分钟;
3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌7分钟,转速270转/分钟;
4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却至20-30℃后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
实施例6
水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性硼酸26kg,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液15kg,水性丙烯酸乳液25kg,水性聚氨酯树脂16kg,有机色浆16kg,消泡剂4kg,分散剂10kg,防腐剂2kg,附着力促进剂5kg称取原料;
2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌22分钟,转速1000转/分钟;
3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌6分钟,转速280转/分钟;
4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却至20-30℃后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的水性环保绝缘涂料进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

    水性硼酸25-30份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液10-20份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份,水性聚氨酯树脂15-20份,有机色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂8-15份,防腐剂1-6份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性硼酸25-29份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液10-19份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-29份,水性聚氨酯树脂15-19份,有机色浆15-19份,消泡剂3-5份,分散剂8-14份,防腐剂1-5份,附着力促进剂3-9份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
    水性硼酸25-26.5份,水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液10-16份,水性丙烯酸乳液20-26份,水性聚氨酯树脂15-17份,有机色浆15-17份,消泡剂3-4.5份,分散剂8-11份,防腐剂1-3份,附着力促进剂3-6份。

  5. 一种水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)按权利要求1-3任一项所述重量份数称取原料;
    2)将水性硼酸与水性苯乙烯丙烯酸乳液、水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂进行混合搅拌;
    3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,继续搅拌;
    4)搅拌好的液体自然混合冷却后依次加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得水性自剥离金属热处理保护涂料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为1000-1200转/分钟。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的水性环保绝缘涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)还包括在加入消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
