Description

一种水性隔音涂料及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体的说涉及一种水性隔音涂料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
现在汽车地盘上一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在汽车地盘上的应用容易脱落,附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到、隔音效果达不到等弊病。
技术问题
因此,提供一种不易脱落、附着力好、防腐效果好且隔音效果好的水性隔音涂料是本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种水性隔音涂料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水性隔音涂料,包括以下重量份原料:水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂30-40份、水性低分子量环氧树脂30-40份、水性酚醛氨树脂15-20份、有机色浆15-20份、消泡剂3-5份、润湿剂2-10份、分散剂5-10份、水80-100份。
进一步,所述消泡剂为TSA-10A。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于:本发明采用的消泡剂能降低水溶液的表面张力,防止泡沫形成;在已经形成泡沫的前提下能够减少泡沫继续生成,同时消灭原有泡沫。
进一步,所述湿润剂为SINPOLS530。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于:本发明采用的湿润剂能够降低液体表面张力。
进一步,所述分散剂为XN3800。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于:本发明采用上述分散剂能够提高水溶液的表面活性进而促进各原料之间的相互作用关系,在使用过程中,由于本发明分散剂的存在能够降低涂料表面的腐蚀程度。
本发明还提供了上述水性隔音涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述重量份数称取各原料;
(2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,搅拌均匀;
(3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,再次搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂,即得水性隔音涂料。
进一步,上述步骤(2)中搅拌速率为1200r/min,搅拌时间为20min。
进一步,上述步骤(3)中搅拌速率为200r/min,搅拌时间为5-10min。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于:能够使各原料混合均匀,提高各原料之间的相互作用效果,进而提高本发明涂料的耐腐蚀性和隔音性能等效果。
进一步,上述步骤(4)中加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂的同时对液体进行搅拌;搅拌速率为200r/min。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明水性漆主要采用特定用量的水性聚硅氧烷改性的聚氨酯、水性环氧树脂、水性聚醚型丙烯酸酯、硬质丙烯酸乳液、沥青色浆等制备得到, 本发明水性漆粘度适中,原料分散均匀,附着力好、干燥快、成膜性、流平性、防腐性好、可操作性强,喷涂、刷涂、静电喷涂、都能满足其要求的透明度及防腐性能标准需求。本发明产品无味、无污染,不燃不爆,本发明水性漆的制备方法工艺简单,适于大规模生产。
本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质;消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在铸铝表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明实施例中采用的水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂,型号HDD106A,生产商为上海奇想青晨新材料科技股份有限公司
水性低分子量环氧树脂,型号NPEW271,生产商为天津开发区国隆化工有限公司;
水性酚醛氨树脂,型号NX-8101,生产商为天津开发区国隆化工有限公司;
无机色浆,型号DAE-N01,生产商为江苏富琪森新材料有限公司;
消泡剂,型号为TSA-10A,生产商为江苏腾达助剂有限公司:
润湿剂,型号为SINPOLS530,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
分散剂,型号为XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司。
实施例1
水性隔音涂料
(1)称取水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂40份、水性低分子量环氧树脂30份、水性酚醛氨树脂20份、有机色浆15份、消泡剂3份、润湿剂10份、分散剂5份、水80份;
(2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,1200r/min下搅拌20min;
(3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,在200r/min下搅拌10min;
(4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂加入过程中持续在200r/min下搅拌,即得水性隔音涂料。
实施例2
水性隔音涂料
(1)称取水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂30份、水性低分子量环氧树脂40份、水性酚醛氨树脂15份、有机色浆20份、消泡剂5份、润湿剂2份、分散剂10份、水100份;
(2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,1200r/min下搅拌20min;
(3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,在200r/min下搅拌5min;
(4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂加入过程中持续在200r/min下搅拌,即得水性隔音涂料。
实施例3
水性隔音涂料
(1)称取水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂35份、水性低分子量环氧树脂35份、水性酚醛氨树脂18份、有机色浆16份、消泡剂4份、润湿剂5份、分散剂8份、水90份;
(2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,1200r/min下搅拌20min;
(3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,在200r/min下搅拌8min;
(4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂加入过程中持续在200r/min下搅拌,即得水性隔音涂料。
实施例4
水性隔音涂料
(1)称取水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂32份、水性低分子量环氧树脂35份、水性酚醛氨树脂16份、有机色浆19份、消泡剂4份、润湿剂8份、分散剂8份、水95份;
(2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,1200r/min下搅拌20min;
(3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,在200r/min下搅拌6min;
(4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂加入过程中持续在200r/min下搅拌,即得水性隔音涂料。
实施例5
水性隔音涂料
(1)称取水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂37份、水性低分子量环氧树脂36份、水性酚醛氨树脂16份、有机色浆16份、消泡剂5份、润湿剂9份、分散剂5份、水85份;
(2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,1200r/min下搅拌20min;
(3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,在200r/min下搅拌9min;
(4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂加入过程中持续在200r/min下搅拌,即得水性隔音涂料。
实施例6
水性隔音涂料
(1)称取水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂33份、水性低分子量环氧树脂39份、水性酚醛氨树脂18份、有机色浆18份、消泡剂3份、润湿剂4份、分散剂5份、水90份;
(2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,1200r/min下搅拌20min;
(3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,在200r/min下搅拌7min;
(4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂加入过程中持续在200r/min下搅拌,即得水性隔音涂料。
 
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的水性隔音涂料进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

  1. 一种水性隔音涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂30-40份、水性低分子量环氧树脂30-40份、水性酚醛氨树脂15-20份、有机色浆15-20份、消泡剂3-5份、润湿剂2-10份、分散剂5-10份、水80-100份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种水性隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为TSA-10A。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种水性隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述湿润剂为SINPOLS530。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种水性隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为XN3800。
  5. 一种水性隔音涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)按权利要求1-4任一项所述重量份数称取各原料;
    (2)将水性超支化丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂与水性低分子量环氧树脂、水性酚醛氨树脂和水进行混合,搅拌均匀;
    (3)将搅拌好的液体加入有机色浆,再次搅拌均匀;
    (4)将步骤(3)搅拌好的液体自然冷却后依次加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂,即得水性隔音涂料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种水性隔音涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述搅拌速率为1200r/min,搅拌时间为20min。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述一种水性隔音涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述搅拌速率为200r/min,搅拌时间为5-10min。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述一种水性隔音涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中加入消泡剂、润湿剂和分散剂的同时对液体进行搅拌;搅拌速率为200r/min。
  9. 一种权利要求1-4任一项所述水性隔音涂料在汽车底盘隔音中的应用。
