本发明提供一种用于汽车内饰的水性涂料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:水溶性树脂80~120份,纳米硅酸铝60~70份,防腐剂1~3份,成膜助剂2~10份,聚四氟乙烯分散剂3~5份,去离子水10~40份,所述水溶性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂和水性醇酸树脂中的一种,所述防腐剂为iHeir‑JS胶水防霉剂,本发明提供的水性涂料,采用的水溶性树脂能与水任意比进行混合,使涂料具有良好的流平性;利用水作为分散介质代替以往的有机溶剂,不但避免了由于涂料引起的火灾的发生,还符合现代人们绿色、安全、环保的生活理念。

技术领域
本发明属于水性涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于汽车内饰的水性涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车内饰(Automotive Interior)主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车方向盘套、汽车坐垫,汽车脚垫、汽车香水、汽车挂件、内部摆件、收纳箱等等都是汽车内饰产品。
为了提高汽车的美观性,汽车内饰使用的水性涂料用色浆往往质量要求高,使漆膜要求更加细腻,且涂料需无毒且刺激性气味小。
因此,发明一种用于汽车内饰的水性涂料及其制备方法显得非常必要。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种用于汽车内饰的水性涂料及其制备方法。
一种用于汽车内饰的水性涂料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:水溶性树脂80~120份,纳米硅酸铝60~70份,防腐剂1~3份,成膜助剂2~10 份,聚四氟乙烯分散剂3~5份,去离子水10~40份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的组分:水溶性树脂110份,纳米硅酸铝65份,防腐剂2份,成膜助剂5份,聚四氟乙烯分散剂4份,去离子水30份。
优选地,所述水溶性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂和水性醇酸树脂中的一种。
优选地,所述防腐剂为iHeir-JS胶水防霉剂。
优选地,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯、乙二醇苯醚、丙二醇苯醚和二丙二醇单丙醚中的一种。
优选地,包括以下步骤;
S1:将相应重量份的水溶性树脂、防腐剂、聚四氟乙烯分散剂和去离子水置于以水为介质的超声波振荡器中,振荡时间30-50min,温度30-40℃,然后置于反应釜中,进行机械搅拌1~2小时,加入相应重量份的纳米硅酸铝,以800~ 1000rmp进行高速分散30~60min,得到混合物;
S2:向混合物中加入相应重量份的成膜助剂,再进行高速分散15~25min,分散均匀后过筛即得成品
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供的水性涂料,采用的水溶性树脂能与水任意比进行混合,使涂料具有良好的流平性;利用水作为分散介质代替以往的有机溶剂,不但避免了由于涂料引起的火灾的发生,还符合现代人们绿色、安全、环保的生活理念;纳米硅酸铝的加入不仅能起到增加漆膜厚度的作用,还起到调节涂料的流动性以及提高涂膜光泽度的作用;水性涂料防腐剂的相容性好,易溶于水,能够有效灭除涂料中的细菌和真菌,且加入量少,成本低;水溶性树脂中添加成膜助剂可以使涂料与底材牢固结合,且涂料成膜后形成的涂膜耐腐蚀性能好,耐磨性能高。

一种用于汽车内饰的水性涂料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:水溶性树脂80~120份,纳米硅酸铝60~70份,防腐剂1~3份,成膜助剂2~10 份,聚四氟乙烯分散剂3~5份,去离子水10~40份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的组分:水溶性树脂110份,纳米硅酸铝65份,防腐剂2份,成膜助剂5份,聚四氟乙烯分散剂4份,去离子水30份。
优选地,所述水溶性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂和水性醇酸树脂中的一种。

2.一种用于汽车内饰的水性涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:水溶性树脂110份,纳米硅酸铝65份,防腐剂2份,成膜助剂5份,聚四氟乙烯分散剂4份,去离子水30份。
