Claims (6)
- 밴드의 일단이 걸림되며 고정되는 몸체부;상기 몸체부에 회전가능하게 결합되어 호스의 외주연을 감싼 상기 밴드의 타단이 삽입되며, 외력에 의한 회전으로 상기 밴드의 타단을 감아 상기 밴드가 상기 호스의 외주연을 가압하며 밀착되게 하는 권취부; 및상기 권취부에 일단이 걸림되게 상기 권취부로부터 이격된 상기 몸체부에 힌지결합되며, 상기 권취부의 회전을 선택적으로 구속시켜 상기 호스의 외주연을 가압하는 상기 밴드의 탄성력이 유지되게 하는 커버부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드 권취형 호스 클램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 상기 밴드의 일단이 위치되는 베이스부와, 상기 베이스부의 양측면 가장자리 각각에 상부를 향해 세워 설치된 한 쌍의 결합부와, 상기 결합부에 형성되어 상기 권취부가 회전가능하게 삽입되는 삽입홈과, 상기 삽입홈과 이격된 상기 결합부에 형성되며 상기 커버부가 힌지축을 통해 상기 결합부에서 회동되게 결합된 힌지삽입홈과, 상기 밴드가 상기 베이스부의 외측 또는 내측으로 삽입되어 절곡을 통해 상기 베이스부에 걸림되게 상기 베이스부의 내측 소정 위치에 적어도 하나 이상 형성된 밴드체결홈으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드 권취형 호스 클램프.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 상기 밴드체결홈으로부터 이격된 상기 베이스부의 단부측에 상부를 향해 외측으로 돌출 형성된 상부돌기와, 상기 상부돌기와 상기 커버부에 일단과 타단이 연결되며 상기 힌지삽입홈에 회동가능하게 결합된 상기 커버부에 탄성력을 제공하여 상기 커버부의 회동이 제한되도록 하는 탄성체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드 권취형 호스 클램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 권취부는,상기 몸체부에 회전가능하게 결합된 권취축과, 상기 밴드가 상기 권취축에 삽입될 수 있도록 상기 권취축의 내부에 축방향으로 절개되게 형성된 절개홈과, 상기 몸체부의 외측에 위치되게 상기 권취축의 길이방향 양단부 중 어느 하나에 형성된 헤드부와, 상기 몸체부의 내측에 위치된 상기 권취축의 외주면에 적어도 하나 이상 구비되어 상기 커버부의 일단이 걸림되는 기어부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드 권취형 호스 클램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 커버부는,상기 몸체부의 상측에 위치되는 회동부와, 상기 회동부의 양측면 가장자리 각각에 하부를 향해 세워 설치되어 상기 회동부가 회동될 수 있도록 상기 몸체부에 힌지 결합되며, 돌출된 단부가 상기 권취부에 걸림되어 상기 권취부의 회전을 구속시키는 걸림부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드 권취형 호스 클램프.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 커버부는 상기 회동부에 상하이동 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 몸체부에 삽입된 상기 밴드의 일단을 가압하여 상기 밴드가 상기 몸체부로부터 이탈되지 않게 고정시키는 가압부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드 권취형 호스 클램프.
