技术领域
本公开的实施例涉及一种撕膜装置。
背景技术
在显示设备的加工技术领域中,封装材料的制备工艺是影响显示设备品质的重要环节。例如,在OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示设备的金属封装工艺中,有机薄膜和金属薄膜贴合后形成的金属封装膜的质量好坏会影响OLED显示设备的品质。
目前,如图1所示,有机薄膜200的一侧通常贴设有保护膜300,在制作金属封装膜的过程中,首先将有机薄膜200上未贴设保护膜300的表面与金属薄膜100贴合,以形成的金属封装膜;然后再从有机薄膜200上去除保护膜300,以便于将此金属封装膜贴设于显示面板上。但是,由于保护膜300与有机薄膜200之间的粘力往往大于有机薄膜200与金属薄膜100之间的粘力,因此,如图1所示,在撕取保护膜300的过程中,容易带起有机薄膜200并使有机薄膜200与金属薄膜100分离,从而不但不能将保护膜300去除,而且还会导致金属封装膜报废。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供一种撕膜装置,能够减小在撕取金属封装膜上的保护膜时将有机薄膜带起的可能性,降低金属封装膜的报废率。
本公开的实施例提供了一种撕膜装置,包括:承载台,包括承载面;撕膜滚轴,所述撕膜滚轴设置于靠近所述承载台的承载面的一侧,所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线与所述承载台的承载面平行;旋转驱动组件,与所述撕膜滚轴连接,被配置为驱动所述撕膜滚轴绕与所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线平行的中心线转动,以使所述撕膜滚轴的靠近所述承载面边沿始终在所述承载台的承载面内移动。
例如,在本公开一实施例提供的撕膜装置中,所述撕膜滚轴的截面形状为勒洛三角形。

本公开实施例提供的一种撕膜装置,首先将金属封装膜放置于承载台的承载面上并使金属封装膜上的保护膜设置在远离承载面的一侧;其次,使撕膜滚轴相对于承载台沿垂直于撕膜滚轴中轴线且平行于承载面的方向水平移动至金属封装膜的第一端边沿的上方,并使撕膜滚轴的下边沿与金属封装膜的上表面接触;然后将保护膜固定于撕膜滚轴上,并启动旋转驱动组件,以驱动撕膜滚轴绕与撕膜滚轴的中轴线平行的中心线做圆周运动,同时使撕膜滚轴相对于承载台沿垂直于撕膜滚轴中轴线且平行于承载面的方向向金属封装膜的第二端水平移动,以滚压撕取金属封装膜上的保护膜。由于撕膜滚轴的截面为勒洛三角形,勒洛三角形具有定宽性,从而金属封装膜始终被撕膜滚轴压住而不会产生翘曲,可大大减小撕取保护膜时将金属封装膜中的有机薄膜带起的可能性,降低金属封装膜的报废率;另一方面,勒洛三角形包括三个角,通过此三个角撕取保护膜时,保护膜具有较大的剥离角,易于剥离保护膜。

例如,本公开实施例提供的撕膜装置可以用于撕取金属封装膜上的保护膜300,金属封装膜为由金属薄膜100和有机薄膜200贴合后形成,保护膜300覆盖在金属封装膜上,且保护膜300可以贴设于有机薄膜200远离金属薄膜100 的表面上。
例如,如图2和图3所示,所述撕膜装置包括:承载台1、撕膜滚轴2和旋转驱动组件3。承载台1包括承载面10;所述撕膜滚轴2设置于靠近所述承载台1的承载面10的一侧(例如,承载面10的上方),撕膜滚轴2的中轴线与所述承载台1的承载面10平行,所述撕膜滚轴2可相对所述承载台1沿垂直于所述撕膜滚轴2的中轴线且平行于所述承载面10的方向水平移动;所述旋转驱动组件3与所述撕膜滚轴2连接,如图4和图5所示,所述旋转驱动组件3被配置为驱动所述撕膜滚轴2绕与所述撕膜滚轴2的中轴线500平行的中心线400转动,以使所述撕膜滚轴2的靠近承载面10的边沿始终在所述承载台1的承载面10内移动。
例如,所述撕膜滚轴2的截面形状为勒洛三角形,但不限于此,所述撕膜滚轴2的截面形状可以为其他定宽曲线。
例如,如图5所示,旋转驱动组件3可以驱动所述撕膜滚轴2绕与撕膜滚轴2的中轴线500平行的中心线400做圆周运动,且使得在撕膜滚轴2绕中心线400作圆周运动的过程中,保护膜300始终被撕膜滚轴2的表面压住。
例如,利用本公开实施例提供的撕膜装置撕除保护膜的过程可以包括:首先,将金属封装膜放置于承载台1的承载面10上,并金属封装膜上的保护膜300设置在远离承载面10的一侧,也就是说,金属封装膜上的保护膜300不与承载面10接触;其次,使撕膜滚轴2相对于承载台1沿垂直于撕膜滚轴2中轴线且平行于承载面10的方向水平移动至金属封装膜的第一端边沿的上方(如图3所示),并使撕膜滚轴2的下边沿与金属封装膜的上表面接触;然后将保护膜300固定于撕膜滚轴2上,并启动旋转驱动组件3,以驱动撕膜滚轴2绕与撕膜滚轴2的中轴线平行的中心线转动,同时使撕膜滚轴2相对于承载台1沿垂直于撕膜滚轴2中轴线且平行于承载面10的方向向金属封装膜的与第一端相对的第二端水平移动,以滚压撕取金属封装膜上的保护膜300。值得注意的是,撕膜滚轴2并不需要在整个保护膜300的表面上旋转滚动,当保护膜300与金属封装膜分离时,即可将撕膜滚轴2整体沿保护膜300的表面平移以撕除保护膜300,此时,撕膜滚轴2可以不转动。
由于撕膜滚轴2的截面为勒洛三角形,勒洛三角形具有定宽性,从而金属封装膜始终被撕膜滚轴2压住而不会产生翘曲,可大大减小撕取保护膜300时将金属封装膜中的有机薄膜200带起的可能性,降低金属封装膜的报废率;另 一方面,勒洛三角形包括三个角,通过此三个角撕取保护膜300时,保护膜300具有较大的剥离角,易于剥离保护膜300。
需要说明的是,为了方便描述,在本公开实施例中,水平方向是指与承载台1的承载面10平行的方向,竖直方向是指与承载台1的承载面10垂直的方向。
例如,在图2所示的实施例中,为了使撕膜滚轴2能够相对承载台1沿垂直于撕膜滚轴2的中轴线且平行于承载面10的方向水平移动,可以固定承载台1,移动撕膜滚轴2,也可以固定撕膜滚轴2,移动承载台1,在此不作具体限定。而且,在移动撕膜滚轴2或承载台1时,可以通过人手推动,也可以通过自动化设备驱动,在此不作具体限定。
例如,为了提高撕膜装置的自动化程度,撕膜装置还包括水平移动组件(图中未示出),水平移动组件被配置为带动旋转驱动组件3或承载台1沿垂直于撕膜滚轴2的中轴线且平行于承载面10的方向水平移动,这样,通过水平移动组件实现了撕膜滚轴2或承载台1在水平方向上的自动化驱动,提高了撕膜装置的自动化程度。
例如,水平移动组件为机械技术领域中的常用结构,且其结构形式可以有多种,在此不作具体限定。例如,水平移动组件可以包括电机、水平导轨、设置于水平导轨内的水平丝杠、以及与水平丝杠配合的螺母,螺母与水平导轨滑动连接,电机能够带动水平丝杠转动,旋转驱动组件3或承载台1与螺母固定连接,这样,在通过电机带动水平丝杠旋转时,可带动水平丝杠上的螺母沿水平滑轨滑动,从而带动旋转驱动组件3或承载台1水平移动。又例如,水平移动组件可以为直线马达,直线马达的定子固定设置,直线马达的动子与旋转驱动组件或承载台连接。
例如,在图2所示的实施例中,为了便于金属封装膜在承载台1上的取放,撕膜装置还包括竖直移动组件(图中未示出),竖直移动组件被配置为带动旋转驱动组件3或承载台1沿垂直于所述撕膜滚轴2的中轴线且垂直于所述承载面10的方向(例如,竖直方向)移动,这样,在需要从撕膜滚轴2与承载台1之间取出金属封装膜或者将金属封装膜放置于承载台1上时,可启动竖直移动组件带动承载台1向下移动或带动旋转驱动组件3向上移动,以增大承载台1与撕膜滚轴2之间的距离,从而便于从承载台1上取出金属封装膜或将金属封装膜放置于承载台1上。
例如,竖直移动组件为机械技术领域中的常用结构,且其结构形式可以有多种,在此不作具体限定。例如,竖直移动组件可以包括竖直导轨以及与竖直导轨固定连接的竖直气缸,竖直气缸的活塞杆与旋转驱动组件3或承载台1连接,旋转驱动组件3或承载台1与竖直导轨滑动连接,这样,通过竖直气缸可带动旋转驱动组件3或承载台1沿竖直导轨上下滑动,此结构简单,容易实现,且竖直气缸具有一定的缓冲性能,能够减小由于旋转驱动组件3向承载台1移动的距离过大,而使旋转驱动组件3上连接的撕膜滚轴2压损承载台1上的金属封装膜的可能性。
例如,旋转驱动组件3包括连接于所述撕膜滚轴2的一端的子驱动组件。又例如,为了提高撕膜滚轴2在绕中心线400旋转时其轴向延伸方向上的各个位置的旋转同步性,以提高撕膜的稳定性,如图3和图5所示,旋转驱动组件3可以包括两个子驱动组件。如图3所示,两个子驱动组件分别为子驱动组件301和子驱动组件302,两个子驱动组件(即,子驱动组件301和子驱动组件302)分别连接于撕膜滚轴2的两端,并被配置为带动撕膜滚轴2的两端绕中心线400同步转动,这样,相比于通过一个子驱动组件仅驱动撕膜滚轴2的一端的方案,两个子驱动组件可提高撕膜滚轴2在绕中心线400旋转时其轴向延伸方向上的各个位置的旋转同步性,提高撕膜的稳定性。
例如,在图2所示的实施例中,旋转驱动组件3的每个子驱动组件可以具有如图5所示的结构,图5示出了子驱动组件301的结构,值得注意的是,子驱动组件302的结构可以与图5示出的子驱动组件301的结构相同。例如,如图5所示,子驱动组件301包括旋转电机31和转盘32,旋转电机31被配置为驱动转盘32绕所述转盘32的中轴线旋转,撕膜滚轴2的一端连接于转盘32的偏心位置,且转盘32的中轴线与撕膜滚轴2的中轴线平行。转盘32的中轴线为中心线400,在通过旋转电机31驱动转盘32绕转盘32的中轴线旋转时,即可带动撕膜滚轴2绕中心线400旋转,以使撕膜滚轴2的靠近承载面10的边沿始终在承载台1的承载面10内移动。此结构简单,容易实现,且转盘32绕自身旋转时,转盘32上各部分的离心力保持平衡,因此旋转驱动组件3的驱动平稳性较好,产生的磨损较小,寿命较长。
例如,子驱动组件301的转盘32的中轴线的延长线和子驱动组件302的转盘32的中轴线的延长线重合。
例如,为了将撕膜滚轴2连接于转盘32的偏心位置,如图5所示,转盘 32的偏心位置固定有第一连接轴33,撕膜滚轴2一端端面的中心位置固定有第二连接轴4,第一连接轴33与第二连接轴4通过连接器(图中未示出)连接。
需要说明的是,当撕膜滚轴2在绕中心线400旋转,以使撕膜滚轴2的靠近承载面10的边沿能够始终在承载台1的承载面10内移动时,如图4所示,撕膜滚轴2的中轴线500与中心线400之间的距离r(即中轴线500做圆周运动时的圆的半径)与勒洛三角形(撕膜滚轴2的截面)的圆弧边的半径R之间需满足以下关系:

在采用图2所示的撕膜装置滚动撕取保护膜300之前,为了便于将保护膜300的边沿固定于撕膜滚轴2上,例如,如图2或图3所示,撕膜滚轴2的侧壁上设有连接结构5,连接结构5用于与金属封装膜表面的保护膜300连接,这样,通过连接结构5即可将保护膜300的边沿固定于撕膜滚轴2上。
例如,在一个示例中,连接结构5可以包括设置在撕膜滚轴2侧壁上的真空吸附孔,此真空吸附孔与真空发生器连接,通过真空发生器对真空吸附孔进行抽真空处理,即可通过真空吸附孔将保护膜吸附于撕膜滚轴的侧壁上。此结构简单,且能够将保护膜自动地吸附至撕膜滚轴的表面,无需手动操作,因此自动化程度较高。
例如,在另一个示例中,如图2或图3所示,连接结构5可以包括胶带,胶带的一端可拆地卸连接于撕膜滚轴2的侧壁上,这样通过撕膜滚轴2侧壁上可拆卸连接的胶带粘接保护膜300,即可将保护膜300连接于撕膜滚轴2的侧壁上。此结构简单,容易实现,且成本较低。
例如,胶带的长度可以为1cm、2cm或3cm等等,在此不作具体限定。
例如,为了实现胶带与撕膜滚轴2之间的可拆卸连接,撕膜滚轴2可以制作为如图6所示结构,即,撕膜滚轴2包括第一夹板21、第二夹板22和驱动机构7,第一夹板21和第二夹板22之间连接有驱动机构7,驱动机构7被配置为驱动第一夹板21和第二夹板22贴合或打开,当第一夹板21和第二夹板22贴合时,胶带的一端边沿被夹持在第一夹板21与第二夹板22之间。在撕膜滚轴2上连接胶带时,可通过驱动机构7驱动第一夹板21和第二夹板22打开,在胶带的一端伸入第一夹板21和第二夹板22之间后,驱动第一夹板21和第二夹板22闭合,以将胶带的一端边沿夹持于第一夹板21和第二夹板22之间。 在将保护膜粘接于胶带的另一端后,可以将保护膜由金属封装膜上撕下,然后,可再次打开第一夹板21和第二夹板22,以丢弃胶带以及粘接于胶带上的保护膜。此结构简单,容易实现,且能够实现胶带的自动夹持和拆卸,自动化程度高,人工劳动强度较小。
例如,在上述实施例中,驱动机构7可以为连接于第一夹板21和第二夹板22之间的气缸、液压缸、电动推杆等等,在此不作具体限定。但是,为了使第一夹板21与第二夹板22之间具有一定的缓冲能力,同时为了保证撕膜装置的环境整洁性,驱动机构7为气缸,相比于电动推杆,气缸具有一定的缓冲能力,相比于液压缸,气缸的工作介质通常为空气,空气的成本低,且泄漏时不会对撕膜装置的环境造成影响。
例如,在图2所示的实施例中,为了减小撕膜装置在撕取保护膜300的过程中将有机薄膜200带起的可能性,例如,如图3所示,撕膜装置还包括加热组件6,加热组件6用于加热撕膜滚轴2,这样,撕膜滚轴2在滚压撕取保护膜300的同时,可通过加热组件6加热撕膜滚轴2,以提升滚压区域的温度,从而能够增大滚压区域处的金属薄膜与有机薄膜之间的粘接力,进一步减小撕取保护膜300的过程中将有机薄膜带起的可能性。
例如,加热组件6可以包括加热管,加热管的形状可以为块状、长条状、球状等等,在此不作具体限定。为了增大加热组件6在撕膜滚轴2的轴向延伸方向上的加热均匀性,如图3所示,撕膜滚轴2内形成有长孔,长孔由撕膜滚轴2的一端延伸至撕膜滚轴2的另一端,加热管的形状为长条状,加热管的长度与长孔的长度相匹配,且加热管安装于长孔内。由此,通过将加热组件6设置于撕膜滚轴2内,并由撕膜滚轴2的一端延伸至撕膜滚轴2的另一端,提高了加热组件6在撕膜滚轴2的轴向延伸方向上的加热均匀性。
例如,在上述实施例中,加热组件6还可以包括加热棒、加热丝等等,在此不作具体限定。而且,为了进一步提高加热组件6的加热均匀性,如图3所示,长孔的中轴线与撕膜滚轴2的中轴线重合,由此将加热组件6安装于撕膜滚轴2的中心位置,能够进一步提高加热组件6的加热均匀性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种撕膜装置,包括:
    承载台,包括承载面;
    撕膜滚轴,设置于靠近所述承载台的承载面的一侧,所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线与所述承载台的承载面平行;
    旋转驱动组件,与所述撕膜滚轴连接,被配置为驱动所述撕膜滚轴绕与所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线平行的中心线转动,以使所述撕膜滚轴的靠近所述承载面的边沿在所述承载台的承载面内移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述撕膜滚轴的截面形状为勒洛三角形。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的撕膜装置,还包括水平移动组件,
    其中,所述水平移动组件被配置为带动所述旋转驱动组件或所述承载台沿垂直于所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线且平行于所述承载面的方向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的撕膜装置,还包括竖直移动组件,
    其中,所述竖直移动组件被配置为带动所述旋转驱动组件或所述承载台沿垂直于所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线且垂直于所述承载面的方向移动。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述旋转驱动组件包括连接于所述撕膜滚轴的一端的子驱动组件,所述子驱动组件包括旋转电机和转盘,所述旋转电机被配置为驱动所述转盘绕所述转盘的中轴线旋转,所述撕膜滚轴的一端连接于所述转盘的偏心位置,且所述转盘的中轴线与所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线平行。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述旋转驱动组件包括两个子驱动组件,所述两个子驱动组件分别连接于所述撕膜滚轴的两端,并被配置为带动所述撕膜滚轴的两端绕所述中心线同步转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的撕膜装置,其中,各子驱动组件包括旋转电机和转盘,所述旋转电机被配置为驱动所述转盘绕所述转盘的中轴线旋转,所述撕膜滚轴的一端连接于所述转盘的偏心位置,且所述转盘的中轴线与所述撕膜滚轴的中轴线平行。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述撕膜滚轴的侧壁上设有连接结构,所述连接结构被配置为与保护膜连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述连接结构包括胶带,所述胶带的一端可拆卸地连接于所述撕膜滚轴的侧壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述撕膜滚轴包括第一夹板、第二夹板和驱动机构,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板之间连接有所述驱动机构,所述驱动机构被配置为驱动所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板贴合或打开,当所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板贴合时,所述胶带的一端边沿被夹持在所述第一夹板与所述第二夹板之间。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述保护膜覆盖在金属封装膜上。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的撕膜装置,还包括加热组件,
    其中,所述加热组件被配置为加热所述撕膜滚轴。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述撕膜滚轴内形成有长孔,所述长孔由所述撕膜滚轴的一端延伸至所述撕膜滚轴的另一端,所述加热组件包括加热管,所述加热管呈长条状,且所述加热管安装于所述长孔内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述加热管的长度与所述长孔的长度相匹配。
