现有的企业软件系统开发、测试程序制定主要依赖项目经理,由项目经理对开发项目分析、计划和控制,首先项目经理制定整体策略,然后根据整体策略实现对项目整体的管理及相关项目任务的分配工作,在项目任务的分配流程管理上并不能对各个设计人员和测试人员做专门的工作安排,而是从项目整体出发,这样会导致人力资源分配不均。同样不能针对软件开发过程中的问题做系统的分析、全面的评审。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种软件项目管理方法,旨在解决软件项目管理片面的问题,提高项目工作管理效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种软件项目管理方法,软件项目管理方法是在软件,系统开发项目上预设项目管理平台(或者测试共享平台),软件项目管理方法包括以下步骤:
当检测到信息录入请求时,根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,以供用户设置项目信息、项目参与人信息;

此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质上存储有软件项目管理程序,所述软件项目管理程序被处理器执行时实现如上述的软件项目管理方法的步骤。
本发明提出一种软件项目管理方法,通过软件开发过程中的项目管理工作,在项目系统上搭建项目管理平台(测试共享平台),实现了对项目任务分配和质量管理,提升项目开发的效率,以此同时,将项目开发测试进行系统地量化管理,将软件开发测试过程中的问题、进度、进行资源共享,在项目管理时不再完全依赖项目经理进行项目分析、计划、控制;而是更加客观的利用数据分析实现全面客观的管理控制,提高了项目参与人员的工作效率,避免了无谓的时间的浪费;项目参与人员可以更好得获取其他同事的经验资源,降低了项目的风险,项目资源完整保存,可供以后参考归纳以及学习,推动了团队的工作进度,利于团队更好得发展,记录项目缺陷情况,一定程度上规避了缺陷的高发率,提升项目开发质量。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:在软件开发系统上搭建项目管理平台(在本发明中的项目管理平台和测试共享平台两者可替换),将项目信息和项目参与人信息录入项目管理平台,根据项目信息与项目参与人信息进行项目工作的分配,并根据项目整体分析报告评估项目参与人工作和项目的质量。
由于现有技术主要依赖项目经理对项目工作进行分配,并不能对开发的项目做整体的项目评估工作,或者项目的评估依赖与人工评估。
本发明提供一种软件项目管理方法,对项目进度跟进并实时地对项目指标进行调整,并对项目相关信息进行多维度的项目评估。
如图1所示,图1是本发明实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的软件项目管理(又叫终端)结构示意图。
本发明实施例终端可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示,该终端可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口,用户接口1003针对不同的项目参与人设有不同的权限(如,项目管理者可通过用户接口,输入项目信息,项目参与人信息,并确认项目关联后的项目工作分配,项目的其他参与人可上传对应的项目资料,并查看对应的工作评估报告)。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,终端还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。其中,传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示屏的亮度,接近传感器可在移动终端移动到耳边时,关闭显示屏和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别移动终端姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;当然,移动终端还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及软件项目管理应用程序。
如图2所示,本发明软件项目管理方法的方法可应用在多个终端上,终端与服务器相连,服务器与数据库信息连通,终端可用于显示如图3所示的界面(图3所示的界面并为唯一确定的,图3所示的界面仅为理解本发明举例说明),可通过界面上对应的按键进入相关连接显示详细信息。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信,用户接口1003项目参与人设置不同的查看操作权限(如,项目管理者可通过用户接口,输入项目信息、项目参与人信息等);而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的软件项目管理应用程序,并执行以下操作:
当检测到信息录入请求时,根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,以供用户设置项目信息、项目参与人信息;
根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;

在项目系统上搭载测试共享平台(项目管理平台),测试共享平台上检测到项目录入的请求时,服务器控制终端显示信息录入项目根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,测试共享平台的管理人员将项目信息(项目信息:项目时间、预设项目进度、项目节点、其他相关项目明细)和项目参与人(项目管理人员、项目开发人员、项目测试人员等)信息录入到项目管理平台。
步骤S20,根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系。
项目管理平台预设有项目分析规则(项目分析规则:是指在确定项目进度后,针对项目进度确定项目时间,将项目时间与项目参与人时间及项目参与人工作性质分析,若项目信息中的项目任务与项目参与人匹配,则建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;如,确定项目处于项目测试阶段,需要项目测试人员测试项目,则依据项目分析规则对应查找项目测试人员,若项目测试人员时间与项目测试时间等信息匹配,则将给项目测试任务与项目测试人员建立关联关系),在项目信息与项目参与人员的信息符合预设规则评审规则时,建立项目与项目参与人的管连关系。
步骤S30,检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作。
项目管理平台实时地检测项目信息中的项目进度,具体地,项目管理平台根据同类型项目的项目进度,预先设置平均项目进度,项目管理平台根据项目进度的变化,分析项目参与人的工作(分析项目参与人的工作:围绕项目质量,项目时间、及其他可以量化的工作指标)。
本实施例中在软件系统开发上搭建一个项目管理平台,实时地监测项目进度,并根据项目进度调整项目工作,通过信息的录入管理从而实现项目到项目参与者的管理,实现了依赖服务器、终端对项目可视化的全面的分析,及项目质量的管理,提升项目开发的效率,以此同时,将项目系统地量化管理,可将软件系统开发过程中的问题、进度资源共享,在项目管理时不再完全依赖项目经理进行项目分析、计划、控制,有利于项目整体的评估。
参照图5,在实施例是在第一实施例的基础上提出的,在本实施例中本发明软件项目管理方法步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,判断是否建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系。
具体地,服务器控制终端在项目管理平台上,根据预设规则(预设规则:项目信息,项目参与人信息的分析匹配标准)评审项目信息,并根据评审的判断是否建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系。
步骤S22,若项目信息中的项目任务与项目参与人的时间信息符合,则建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系。
在项目管理平台上根据项目任务与项目参与人的信息,进行项目任务的分配,具体地,根据项目信息确定项目任务,将项目任务与项目参与人信息进行匹配,可针对项目的不同阶段设置项目任务与项目参与人员,即,在项目的开发期将项目开发人员与项目开发工作对应,项目测试阶段将项目测人员与项目测试工作对应;如,需要对项目中的部分测试工作进行安排,则将测试工作的开始时间,预计结束时间在系统中录入,检测在对应时间段空闲的测试人员A、B、C、D,首次排除有工作安排的B,进一步根据测试人员A、C、D的擅长领域,排除测试人员C,将测试工作的任务与测试人员A、D进行关联。
在本实施例中,将项目各个阶段的项目任务与项目参与人员对应,在确定项目任务时,项目管理平台根据项目任务进行项目工作与项目参与人员的建立关联关系,使项目任务的分配的安排不仅仅依赖人工安排,项目管理系统更加全面系统地将项目与项目参与人员结合。
参照图6,在本发明软件项目管理方法的第二实施例中,步骤S20之后包括:
步骤S40,将项目与项目参与人的关联信息发送至管理终端,以使项目负责人根据关联关系分配项目任务。
具体地,在项目管理平台建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系后,将关联关系发送至项目管理终端(可采用微信、QQ、短信、邮件等的形式),在项目管理终端对应的项目管理人员接收项目任务与项目参与人的关联关系,项目管理人员可根据关联关系确定项目任务的分配,具体地,项目管理人员接收到项目管理平台发送的项目测试与测试人员的对应关系,项目管理人员可结合其他因素,确认是否将项目任务分配至对应人员,即,如果项目管理平台,将一个测试任务与两个测试人员建立了关联关系,项目管理人员可结合项目任务性质或者项目参与人个人原因等其他因素,确定将项目任务与其他一个项目参与人员管理,以最终完成项目工作的分配安排。
步骤S50,当检测到项目负责人分配项目任务完成时,发送项目任务分配信息至项目参与人对应终端。
具体地,项目管理平台接收项目管理人员基于项目关联关系,做出的项目任务分配时,项目管理平台将项目任务分配通知发送到项目参与人员对应的终端,防止项目对应参与人员没接收到系统的工作安排而延误办公时间,即,当项目经理在项目管理平台上确认项目工作的分配时,项目管理平台将对应项目的分配信息发送至项目参与人员对应终端(项目分配信息可能包括:项目任务、项目时间、项目明细及其他相关项目信息)。
在本实施例中,项目管理平台将已经建立关联关系的项目与项目参与人员,发送至项目经理对应的终端,由项目经理人工确认项目任务的分配,在保证项目管理平台全面科学地考虑到项目工作的同时,时项目管理人员对应了解项目工作的安排,实现项目工作的全面管理贯彻,以此同时,针对被分配项目工作的项目参与人员可接收到项目分配信息,防止项目任务的遗漏。
参照图6,在第二实施例的基础上进一步地提出了本实施例,在本发明软件项目管理方法中步骤S50之后,包括:
步骤S60,当检测到项目信息中的项目进度更新时,根据项目任务分配信息提示项目参与人上传项目文档,以供项目参与人共享项目资源。
具体地,在项目管理平台上检测到项目信息的项目进度更新时,项目管理平台根据项目工作安排,即,在测试工作完成时项目管理平台确认做该项目测试的测试人员,发送提示信息至项目测试人员,以提示项目测试人员上传项目测试文档;项目管理平台将项目测试人员上传的项目文档进行整理(即,对项目文档进行归类处理),以使项目其他参与人员可以对应查找项目资料。
在本实施例中在项目进度更新时,查询对应项目负责人,提示项目负责人上传项目文档,实现项目资源的共享,减小了现在人为了管理项目文档的繁琐工作,提高了项目负责人的工作效率,避免了无谓的时间的浪费,项目参与人员可以更好得获取其他同事的经验资源,降低了测试的风险,同时,通过与其他同事交流提高自身的工作能力;项目资源信息被完整保存,可供以后参考归纳以及学习。
参照图7,本实施例是在第一实施例的基础上提出的,在本实施例中软件项目管理方法中步骤S30,包括:
步骤S31,检测获取项目信息中的项目进度,并将项目进度输入项目日程表,以供项目参与人查看。
具体地,项目管理平台实时得获取项目信息中的项目进度,并将项目进度输入对应的项目日程表(项目日程表:包含项目的时间与项目进度等对应的消息)中,项目参与人可直观地查看项目日程表,掌握自己的项目工作,以便及时地调整工状态。
步骤S32,根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作,并调整项目参与人的项目任务。
项目管理平台根据项目进度,分析项目参与人的工作(具体地,可以从项目参与人的工作饱和度,对项目贡献等不同的角度分析),根据项目进度调整项目参与人的工作安排,如,在系统测试的过程中,一项系统测试任务,若系统测试人员一段时间,没有进行测试工作的反馈,即项目进度没有得到实时地更新,则针对测试任务与项目测试人员沟通测试问题,确定是否需要增加系统测试人员。
在本实施例中实时地检测项目进程,并将项目进程输入项目日程表中,以供项目参与人查看工作进度,同时以项目进度为依据,围绕项目进度对项目参与人员的工作做分析,实时地检测项目进度有助于提高项目参与人员的工作效率。
参照图8,在本发明第一实施例的基础上进一步地提出了本发明的第三实施例,在本发明的第三施例中步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S70,当检测到项目进度到达项目节点时,统计项目参与人的工作并生成工作分析报告。
具体地,终端上的项目管理平台检测到项目到达项目节点时,搜索项目相关信息(项目相关信息:集成了开发过程中的项目节点的项目状态、项目测试过程中的测试缺陷、缺陷的级别以及修复速度等基础数据),将项目信息与项目参与人信息进行整合,生成针对不同项目参与人员的项目报告,分析报告可能是仪表盘,不同的表格或者系统分析图等不同的类型。
步骤S80,根据项目参与人的工作分析报告,调整项目指标并评估项目参与人的工作。
项目管理平台对项目参与人员的工作进行评估,如,在项目测试过程中出现不同的项目缺陷没有系统的管理,不利于以后做规避,需要说明的是醒目管理平台不仅针对项目参与人个人进行评估,更针对项目小组等,进行系统多维度的评估,根据项目评估进一步地对项目工作进度做调整和新的指标制定,针对项目小组的评估有利于项目小组的建设。
步骤S90,当检测到项目进度到达项目节点时,统计项目质量并生成项目分析报告,以评估项目质量。
在项目管理平台上检测到项目节点时,统计项目质量同样地针对项目中出现的问题做统计记录,并生成项目分析报告,根据项目分析报告,对项目整体进行分析,即,根据项目分析报告对具体的问题对需要优化的环节进行改进,以提升项目质量和加快项目开发流程。
步骤S100,当检测到项目进度更新异常时,分析项目进度异常因素,以提高项目质量。
具体地,在项目进度异常(项目进行异常:可理解为项目开发速度过快,或者项目开发速度慢),分析项目进度异常因素,如项目出现缺陷多次进行测试维护没有找到有效的解决方案,或者项目在一个环节出现通过引用特殊算法,加快了项目开发或者项目测试进度。
在本实施例项目进度到达项目节点时,统计项目参与人的工作生成工作分析报告,根据项目参与人的工作分析报告,调整对应指标并对项目参与人的工作做评估,现有的团队中需求分析师,没有一套评分的规则,不利于整个团队的进步,通过项目参与人员的个人、小组的工作评估,有助于项目团队的建设。项目到达项目节点时,还需要统计项目质量,并生成项目分析报告,进行项目质量评估,有助于后期项目的开发工作,通过项目管理平台系统地项目分析,有利于规避后期开发风险。在检测到项目进度更新异常时,分析项目进度异常因素确定项目进度问题,以提高项目质量;通过记录缺陷情况,一定程度上规避了缺陷的高发率,提升开发质量,通过记录项目显著进步因素,为后期同类型的项目开发工作提供参考,可加快项目开发效率。
进一步地,结合图9,为实现上述目的,本发明实施例还提供一种软件项目管理装置,软件项目管理装置包括:
监测录入模块10,用于当检测到信息录入请求时,根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,以供用户设置项目信息、项目参与人信息;

Claims (20)

  1. 一种软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述软件项目管理方法包括以下步骤:
    当检测到信息录入请求时,根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,以供用户设置项目信息、项目参与人信息;
    根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;
    检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系的步骤包括:
    根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,判断是否建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;
    若项目信息中的项目任务与项目参与人的时间信息符合,则建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系的步骤之后包括:
    将项目与项目参与人的关联信息发送至管理终端,以使项目负责人根据关联关系分配项目任务;
    当检测到项目负责人分配项目任务完成时,发送项目任务分配信息至项目参与人对应终端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系的步骤之后还包括:
    当检测到项目信息中的项目进度更新时,根据项目任务分配信息提示项目参与人上传项目文档,以供项目参与人共享项目资源。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作的步骤包括:
    检测获取项目信息中的项目进度,并将项目进度输入项目日程表,以供项目参与人查看;
    根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作,并调整项目参与人的项目任务。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述项目进度设有多个项目节点,所述检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作的步骤之后包括:
    当检测到项目进度到达项目节点时,统计项目参与人的工作并生成工作分析报告;
    根据项目参与人的工作分析报告,调整项目指标并评估项目参与人的工作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作的步骤之后包括:
    当检测到项目进度到达项目节点时,统计项目质量并生成项目分析报告,以评估项目质量。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的软件项目管理方法,其特征在于,所述检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作的步骤之后还包括:
    当检测到项目进度更新异常时,分析项目进度异常因素,以提高项目质量。
  9. 一种软件项目管理装置,其特征在于,所述软件项目管理装置包括:
    监测录入模块,用于当检测到信息录入请求时,根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,以供用户设置项目信息、项目参与人信息;
    关系建立模块,用于根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;
    监测获取模块,用于检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作。
  10. 一种软件项目管理终端,其特征在于,所述软件项目管理终端包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的软件项目管理计算机程序;其中,
    所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    当检测到信息录入请求时,根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,以供用户设置项目信息、项目参与人信息;
    根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;
    检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的软件项目管理终端,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现,所述根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系的步骤包括:
    根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,判断是否建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;
    若项目信息中的项目任务与项目参与人的时间信息符合,则建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的软件项目管理终端,其特征在于,所述根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系的步骤之后,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    将项目与项目参与人的关联信息发送至管理终端,以使项目负责人根据关联关系分配项目任务;
    当检测到项目负责人分配项目任务完成时,发送项目任务分配信息至项目参与人对应终端。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的软件项目管理终端,其特征在于,所述根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系的步骤之后,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    当检测到项目信息中的项目进度更新时,根据项目任务分配信息提示项目参与人上传项目文档,以供项目参与人共享项目资源。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的软件项目管理终端,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现,所述检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作的步骤:
    检测获取项目信息中的项目进度,并将项目进度输入项目日程表,以供项目参与人查看;
    根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作,并调整项目参与人的项目任务。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质上存储有软件项目管理程序;其中,
    所述软件项目管理程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    当检测到信息录入请求时,根据软件开发项目布局显示信息录入框,以供用户设置项目信息、项目参与人信息;
    根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系;
    检测并获取项目信息中的项目进度,并根据项目进度分析项目参与人的工作。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述软件项目管理程序被处理器执行时实现,根据预设规则评审项目信息、项目参与人信息,建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系的步骤包括:

    若项目信息中的项目任务与项目参与人的时间信息符合,则建立项目与项目参与人的关联关系。

    当检测到项目负责人分配项目任务完成时,发送项目任务分配信息至项目参与人对应终端。

    当检测到项目信息中的项目进度更新时,根据项目任务分配信息提示项目参与人上传项目文档,以供项目参与人共享项目资源。
