本申请要求于2017年3月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为 201710147892.1 、发明名称为' 额度审批方法和装置 '的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域

背景技术
现有的额度审批流程为:①当额度审批系统接收到额度审批请求时,自动生成审批链;②一级审批人员到理赔系统查看该企业是否存在理赔记录,若该企业存在理赔记录,则驳回该额度审批请求;③若该企业未存在理赔记录,一级审批人员则到第三方数据库获取该企业的基本信息、财务报告等信息;④二级审批人员根据该企业的基本信息、财务报告等信息确定该企业的信用额度;⑤二级审批人员根据信用额度确定该企业的审批额度。由此可知,在额度审批过程中,由于人工操作环节过多,没有统一的审批规则,导致额度审批结果带有审批人员的主观性;且由于审批时间长,导致审批效率低下。
发明内容
本申请的 主要 目的在于 提供一种 额度审批方法、装置、设备以及计算机可读存储介质 ,旨在解决现有的额度审批规则不统一,额度审批效率低下的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种 额度审批方法 ,所述 额度审批方法 包括步骤:
当接收到用户的额度审批请求时,额度审批系统通过工作流引擎获取所述额度审批请求中与所述用户对应的标识信息;
根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息;
根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种 额度审批装置 ,所述 额度审批装置 包括:
获取模块,用于当接收到用户的额度审批请求时,通过工作流引擎获取所述额度审批请求中与所述用户对应的标识信息;根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息;
确定模块,用于根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种额度审批设备,所述额度审批设备包括存储器、处理器和存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的额度审批程序,所述额度审批程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的额度审批方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种 计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质 上存储有 额度审批程序,所述额度审批程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的额度审批方法的步骤。
本申请通过当接收到用户的额度审批请求时,额度审批系统通过工作流引擎获取所述额度审批请求中与所述用户对应的标识信息;根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息;根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度。实现了自动进行额度审批,提高了额度审批效率;且通过设置额度审批规则,使额度审批标准化,使所得的审批额度更具客观性。

在本实施例中,提供了 额度审批 方法的实施例,需要说明的是,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
本申请的 额度审批 方法可由服务器来执行,也可以由终端来执行,还可以由服务器和终端共同执行。终端包括但不限于PC、手机、以及平板电脑等。
在本实施例中,所述 额度审批方法 包括:
步骤S10,当接收到用户的额度审批请求时,额度审批系统通过工作流引擎获取所述额度审批请求中与所述用户对应的标识信息。
在本申请中,额度审批系统采用activit y 工作流引擎技术,在额度审批过程中,将额度审批流程中的各个节点设置成service Task任务节点,以实现自动执行额度审批流程的操作。
当额度审批系统接收到用户的额度审批请求时,启动工作流引擎,获取额度审批请求中与用户对应的标识信息。在本实施例中,该用户可为个人用户,也可为企业用户。在本申请中,以企业用户为例进行说明。需要说明的是,企业的标识信息为企业编码,企业编码可以用来唯一标识企业,以区分不同的企业。
步骤S20,根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息。
当额度审批系统获取到企业的标识信息后,根据企业的标识信息在预置信息库中获取该企业的审批信息。其中,企业的审批信息包括企业基本信息和财务信息。企业基本信息包括企业编码、企业中文名称、企业英文名称、企业所属国家、所属行业、成立时间、员工人数、注册资金、企业地址、企业状态、法人代表、公司证件类型(工商注册号、社会信用代码、组织机构代码、邓氏编码)以及股东持股情况等。财务信息包括总资产、营业收入、总负债、主营利润、滚动资产、净利润、滚动负债、应入账款、存货、营业成本、利润总额、财务费用、净资产、应付账款、应收账款、应收账款周转天数、存货周转天数、应付账款周转天数以及销售成本等。需要说明的是,总资产、营业收入、总负债、主营利润等财务信息包括了各个年度的数据,以及总数据等。额度审批系统可通过与相应的金融机构进行通信,以获取金融机构存储的企业相关数据,并将所获取的数据存储在预置信息库中。如额度审批系统可与金融机构建立Restful服务接口通信来获取企业的审批信息,该Restful服务接口采用Spring MVC技术实现。
进一步地,若额度审批系统在根据标识信息在预置信息库中未获取到对应的审批信息时,额度审批系统可根据该企业的标识信息在相应的金融机构中获取审批信息,并将所获取的审批信息存储至预置信息库中。
步骤S30,根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度。
当额度审批系统获取到审批信息时,额度审批系统根据该审批信息,通过预先设置的规则确定该企业的审批额度。

进一步地,在获取到企业的审批信息时,额度审批系统根据该审批信息,通过预设公式计算该企业的财务指标。其中,预设公式包括但不限于:流动比率=流动资产/流动负债;速动比率= (流动资产-存货)/流动负债;利率保障倍数= (利润总额+财务费用)/财务费用;资产负债率=总负债/总资产;应收账款周转天数=360*(上一年应收账款+应收账款)/(营业收入*2);存货周转天数=360*(上一年存货+存货)/(销售成本*2);应付账款周转天数=360*(上一年应付账款+应付账款)/(销售成本*2);现金周期=应收账款周转天数+存货周转天数-应付账款周转天数;销售毛利率=(营业收入-销售成本)/营业收入;销售净利率=净利润/营业收入;总资产报酬率=净利润*2/(上一年总资产+总资产);净资产回报率=净利润/净资产;产权比率=总负债/净资产;总资产周转率=营业收入*2/(上一年总资产+总资产)。
步骤b, 根据所述审批信息和财务指标计算所述用户的额度分数。
当通过预设公式计算到该企业各个配置因子的财务指标时,额度审批系统基于预先设置好的映射关系,根据审批信息和财务指标计算该企业的额度分数。需要说明的是,在本实施例中所描述的配置因子是流动比率、速动比率、 利率保障倍数、资产负债率、应收账款周转天数、存货周转天数、应付账款周转天数、现金周期、销售毛利率、销售净利率、总资产报酬率、净资产回报率、产权比率、总资产周转率以及审批信息等。在映射关系中,各个配置因子,在不同数值范围内,都对应着不同的分数。如资产负债率的映射关系为:当资产负债率等于或者大于0.4,小于0.5时,对应的分数为70;当资产负债率等于或者大于0.5,小于0.6时,对应的分数为60;当资产负载率等于或者大于0.6,小于0.7时,对应的分数为50等。企业所属行业的映射关系为:当企业属于IT行业时,对应的分数为30;当企业属于金融行业时,对应的分数为35;当企业属于食品行业时,对应的分数为40等。营业收入的映射关系为:当营业收入等于或者大于200万,小于500万时,对应的分数为30;当营业收入等于或者大于500万,小于700万时,对应的分数为35;当营业收入等于或者大于700万,小于1亿时,对应的分数为40等。可以理解的是,资产负债率、所属行业以及营业收入的映射关系中的对应关系并不限制于本实施例,如在资产负债率中,资产负债率的范围还可能在等于或者大于0.1,小于0.2范围内,或者在等于或者大于0.7,小于0.8范围内;在营业收入中,营业收入的范围可能小于200万,也可能大于1亿。因此,配置因子在不同范围内都有其对应的分数。在申请中,将通过映射关系所确定的配置因子对应的分数作为额度分数。
步骤c, 根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度。
当额度审批系统得到各个配置因子的额度分数时,将各个配置因子的额度分数相加,得到该企业的总额度分数,并通过总额度分数确定该企业的信用额度。在根据总额度分数确定该企业的信用额度过程中,不同的总额度分数对应着不用的信用额度。如当总额度分数为等于或者大于0,小于50分时,对应的信用额度为500万;当总额度分数为等于或者大于50,小于100分时,对应的信用额度为1亿;当总额度分数为等于或者大于100,小于150分时,对应的信用额度为1.5亿等。如当某一企业的总额度分数为130分时,对应的信用额度为1.5亿。
步骤d, 根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
步 骤e, 根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
额度审批系统根据所获取的额度审批请求获取该企业的申请额度,并根据所获取的审批信息获取该企业的已借额度。当得到信用额度、申请额度和已借额度时,额度审批系统根据信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算该企业的审批额度。
进一步地,所述步骤e 包括:
步骤e1, 计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
步骤e2, 将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
进一步地,在额度审批系统根据信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算该企业的审批额度的过程中,额度审批系统计算信用额度和已借额度之间的差值,即将信用额度减去已借额度,得到可用额度。可以理解的是,信用额度和已借额度之间的差值就是可用额度。当计算得到可用额度后,额度审批系统将可用额度与申请额度进行对比,在 可用额度和申请额度中选择额度小者作为该企业的审批额度。
进一步地,设置预置信息库中审批信息的有效期。当预置信息库中的信息超过 有效期后,额度审批系统自动更新预置信息库中的审批信息。如当有效期为10个月时,当额度审批系统侦测到预置信息库中的审批信息上一次更新时间距离当前时间超过10个月时,自 动更新预置信息库中的审批信息。

步骤f,将所述标识信息发送给理赔系统,以供所述理赔系统根据所述标识信息确定所述用户是否存在理赔信息,并返回响应信息。
当额度审批系统获取到该企业的标识信息后,将标识信息发送给与额度审批系统连接的理赔系统。当理赔系统接收到额度审批系统发送的标识信息后,根据该标识信息在其数据库中查找与该企业对应的理赔信息,得到查找结果,并根据查找结果生成响应消息,将该响应消息返回给额度审批系统。其中,理赔信息包括但不限于理赔保单号、被保险人(放款企业)、买家(借款企业)编号、报案号、赔付时间、赔付记录、赔付金额以及赔案状态。在本实施例中,额度审批系统与理赔系统可通过Restful服务接口建立通信连接,也可通过 TCP(Transmission Control Protocol , 传输控制协议 ) 等其它方式建立通信连接。
若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录,则转入步骤S20。
当额度审批系统接收到响应消息时,解析该响应消息,根据解析结果确定该企业是否存在理赔记录。若解析结果中未存在理赔记录,则表明该企业未曾发生过理赔,额度审批系统根据该企业的标识信息在预置信息库中获取该企业的审批信息。
进一步地,所述 额度审批方法 还包括:
步骤g,若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录, 则获取所述审批信息的更新时间;
步骤h, 若所述更新时间小于或者等于预设时间段,则根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述审批信息。

进一步地,额度审批系统在 根据所接收的响应信息确定该企业未存在理赔记录时,获取预置信息库中审批信息的更新时间,并判断审批信息的更新时间是否大于预设时间段。若预置信息库中审批信息的更新时间大于预设时间段,额度审批系统则根据该企业的标识信息从与其连接的第三方数据库中获取该审批信息;若预置信息库中审批信息的更新时间小于或者等于预设时间段,额度审批系统则根据该企业的标识信息在预置信息库中获取该企业的审批信息。需要说明的是,该第三方数据库为专门存储企业相关信息的数据库。预设时间段可根据具体需要而设置。如当设置为6个月时,当审批信息的更新时间为5个月前时,额度审批系统则根据标识信息在预置信息库中获取审批信息;当审批信息的更新时间为7个月前时,额度审批系统则根据标识信息在 第三方数据库获取审批信息。

本实施例通过在获取到标识信息时,将标识信息发送给理赔系统,由理赔系统返回对应的响应消息。当额度审批系统根据所接收的响应消息确定该用户未存在理赔记录时,才会获取对应的审批信息;当根据所接收的响应消息确定该用户存在理赔记录时,结束审批该企业额度申请的审批操作。降低了保险公司、贷款企业以及银行等机构的风险。

当通过预设公式计算到该企业各个配置因子的财务指标时,计算单元基于预先设置好的映射关系,根据审批信息和财务指标计算该企业的额度分数。需要说明的是,在本实施例中所描述的配置因子是流动比率、速动比率、 利率保障倍数、资产负债率、应收账款周转天数、存货周转天数、应付账款周转天数、现金周期、销售毛利率、销售净利率、总资产报酬率、净资产回报率、产权比率、总资产周转率以及审批信息等。在映射关系中,各个配置因子,在不同数值范围内,都对应着不同的分数。如资产负债率的映射关系为:当资产负债率等于或者大于0.4,小于0.5时,对应的分数为70;当资产负债率等于或者大于0.5,小于0.6时,对应的分数为60;当资产负载率等于或者大于0.6,小于0.7时,对应的分数为50等。企业所属行业的映射关系为:当企业属于IT行业时,对应的分数为30;当企业属于金融行业时,对应的分数为35;当企业属于食品行业时,对应的分数为40等。营业收入的映射关系为:当营业收入等于或者大于200万,小于500万时,对应的分数为30;当营业收入等于或者大于500万,小于700万时,对应的分数为35;当营业收入等于或者大于700万,小于1亿时,对应的分数为40等。可以理解的是,资产负债率、所属行业以及营业收入的映射关系中的对应关系并不限制于本实施例,如在资产负债率中,资产负债率的范围还可能在等于或者大于0.1,小于0.2范围内,或者在等于或者大于0.7,小于0.8范围内;在营业收入中,营业收入的范围可能小于200万,也可能大于1亿。因此,配置因子在不同范围内都有其对应的分数。在申请中,将通过映射关系所确定的配置因子对应的分数作为额度分数。
确定单元,用于根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度。
当计算单元得到各个配置因子的额度分数时,确定单元将各个配置因子的额度分数相加,得到该企业的总额度分数,并通过总额度分数确定该企业的信用额度。在确定单元根据总额度分数确定该企业的信用额度过程中,不同的总额度分数对应着不用的信用额度。如当总额度分数为等于或者大于0,小于50分时,对应的信用额度为500万;当总额度分数为等于或者大于50,小于100分时,对应的信用额度为1亿;当总额度分数为等于或者大于100,小于150分时,对应的信用额度为1.5亿等。如当某一企业的总额度分数为130分时,对应的信用额度为1.5亿。
获取单元,用于根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
所述计算单元还用于根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
获取单元 根据所获取的额度审批请求获取该企业的申请额度,并根据所获取的审批信息获取该企业的已借额度。当得到信用额度、申请额度和已借额度时, 计算单元 根据信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算该企业的审批额度。
进一步地,所述计算单元包括:
计算子单元,用于 计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
对比子单元,用于将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
进一步地,在 计算单元 根据信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算该企业的审批额度的过程中,计算子单元计算信用额度和已借额度之间的差值,即将信用额度减去已借额度,得到可用额度。可以理解的是,信用额度和已借额度之间的差值就是可用额度。当计算得到可用额度后, 对比子单元 将可用额度与申请额度进行对比,在 可用额度和申请额度中选择额度小者作为该企业的审批额度。
进一步地,设置预置信息库中审批信息的有效期。当预置信息库中的信息超过 有效期后,额度审批系统自动更新预置信息库中的审批信息。如当有效期为10个月时,当额度审批系统侦测到预置信息库中的审批信息上一次更新时间距离当前时间超过10个月时,自 动更新预置信息库中的审批信息。
本实施例 通过当接收到用户的额度审批请求时,获取所述额度审批请求中与所述用户对应的标识信息;根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息;根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度。实现了自动进行额度审批,提高了额度审批效率;且通过设置额度审批规则,使额度审批标准化,使所得的审批额度更具客观性。
进一步地,提出本申请额度审批装置第二实施例。
所述额度审批装置第二实施例与所述额度审批装置第一实施例的区别在于,所述额度审批装置包括:
发送模块,用于将所述标识信息发送给理赔系统,以供所述理赔系统根据所述标识信息确定所述用户是否存在理赔信息,并返回响应信息。
当获取到该企业的标识信息后,发送模块30将标识信息发送给与额度审批系统连接的理赔系统。当理赔系统接收到额度审批系统发送的标识信息后,根据该标识信息在其数据库中查找与该企业对应的理赔信息,得到查找结果,并根据查找结果生成响应消息,将该响应消息返回给发送模块30。其中,理赔信息包括但不限于理赔保单号、被保险人(放款企业)、买家(借款企业)编号、报案号、赔付时间、赔付记录、赔付金额以及赔案状态。在本实施例中,额度审批系统与理赔系统可通过Restful服务接口建立通信连接,也可通过 TCP(Transmission Control Protocol , 传输控制协议 ) 等其它方式建立通信连接。
所述获取模块10还用于若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录,则根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述用户的审批信息。
当发送模块接收到响应消息时,解析该响应消息,根据解析结果确定该企业是否存在理赔记录。若解析结果中未存在理赔记录,则表明该企业未曾发生过理赔,获取模块10根据该企业的标识信息在预置信息库中获取该企业的审批信息。
进一步地, 所述 获取模块10还 用于 若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录, 则获取所述审批信息的更新时间;若所述更新时间小于或者等于预设时间段,则根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述审批信息。
进一步地,所述 获取模块10还 用于若所述更新时间大于预设时间段,则根据所述标识信息从第三方数据库获取所述审批信息;
进一步地, 发送模块 在 根据所接收的响应信息确定该企业未存在理赔记录时,获取模块10获取预置信息库中审批信息的更新时间,并判断审批信息的更新时间是否大于预设时间段。若预置信息库中审批信息的更新时间大于预设时间段,获取模块10则根据该企业的标识信息从与其连接的第三方数据库中获取该审批信息;若预置信息库中审批信息的更新时间小于或者等于预设时间段,获取模块10则根据该企业的标识信息在预置信息库中获取该企业的审批信息。需要说明的是,该第三方数据库为专门存储企业相关信息的数据库。预设时间段可根据具体需要而设置。如当设置为6个月时,当审批信息的更新时间为5个月前时, 获取单 元22则根据标识信息在预置信息库中获取审批信息;当审批信息的更新时间为7个月前时,获取模块10则根据标识信息在 第三方数据库获取审批信息。
进一步地,所述额度审批装置还包括:
结束模块,用于 若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户存在理赔记录,则结束审批所述用户额度申请的审批操作。
进一步地,当结束模块根据所接收的响应信息确定该企业存在理赔记录时,结束模块 则调用Activit y API (Application Programming Interface , 应用程序 编程接口) 结束审批该企业额度申请的审批操作。
本实施例通过在获取到标识信息时,将标识信息发送给理赔系统,由理赔系统返回对应的响应消息。当额度审批系统根据所接收的响应消息确定该用户未存在理赔记录时,才会获取对应的审批信息;当根据所接收的响应消息确定该用户存在理赔记录时,结束审批该企业额度申请的审批操作。降低了保险公司、贷款企业以及银行等机构的风险。
需要说明的是, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
进一步地, 本申请实施例还提出 一种 额度审批设备。
如图 3 所示,图 3 是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的 设备 结构示意图。
本申请实施例 额度审批设备 可以是PC ( personal computer ,个人计算机) ,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面 4 )播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示,该 额度审批设备 可以包括: 处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括WI-FI接口。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地, 额度审批设备 还可以包括摄像头、 RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的 额度审批设备 结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统以及 额度审批程序 。 其中,操作系统是管理和控制 额度审批设备硬件和软件资源的程序,支持额度审批 程序 以及其它软件和/或程序的运行。
在图1所示的 额度审批设备 中 ,网络接口1004主要用于连接 理赔系统 、移动终端等 ,与 理赔系统 和移动终端 进行数据通信; 用户接口1003主要用于接 额度审批请求 、响应消息等。 而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的 额度审批程序 ,并执行 额度审批方法的步骤。
本申请 额度审批 设备具体 实施方式与上述 额度审批 方法各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质 上存储有 额度审批程序,所述额度审批程序被处理器执行时实现 额度审批方法的步骤。
本申请 计算机可读存储介质 具体 实施方式与上述 额度审批 方法各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语'包括'、'包含'或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句'包括一个……'限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种 额度审批方法 ,其特征在于, 所述额度审批方法 包括 以下步骤 :
    当接收到用户的额度审批请求时,额度审批系统通过工作流引擎获取所述额度审批请求中与所述用户对应的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息;
    根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,在所述 根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息的步骤之前 , 所述 额度 审批 方法还 包括:
    将所述标识信息发送给理赔系统,以供所述理赔系统根据所述标识信息确定所述用户是否存在理赔信息,并返回响应信息;
    若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录,则转入根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述用户的审批信息的 步骤 ;
    若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户存在理赔记录,则结束审批所述用户额度申请的审批操作。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,所述 若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录,则根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述用户的审批信息 的步骤包括:
    若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录, 则获取所述审批信息的更新时间;
    若所述更新时间小于或者等于预设时间段,则根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述审批信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,所述 根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度 的步骤包括:
    根据所述审批信息,通过预设公式计算所述用户的财务指标;
    根据所述审批信息和财务指标计算所述用户的额度分数;
    根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度;
    根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
    根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度的步骤包括:
    计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
    将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,所述 根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度 的步骤包括:
    根据所述审批信息,通过预设公式计算所述用户的财务指标;
    根据所述审批信息和财务指标计算所述用户的额度分数;
    根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度;
    根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
    根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度的步骤包括:
    计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
    将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,所述 根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度 的步骤包括:
    根据所述审批信息,通过预设公式计算所述用户的财务指标;
    根据所述审批信息和财务指标计算所述用户的额度分数;
    根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度;
    根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
    根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的 额度审批方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度的步骤包括:
    计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
    将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
  10. 一种 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于,所述 额度审批装置 包括:
    获取模块,用于当接收到用户的额度审批请求时,通过工作流引擎获取所述额度审批请求中与所述用户对应的标识信息;根据所述标识信息在预置信息库中获取对应的审批信息;
    确定模块,用于根据所述审批信息,通过预设规则确定所述用户的审批额度。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的额度审批装置,其特征在于,所述额度审批装置还包括:
    发送模块,用于将所述标识信息发送给理赔系统,以供所述理赔系统根据所述标识信息确定所述用户是否存在理赔信息,并返回响应信息;
    所述获取模块还用于若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录,则根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述用户的审批信息;
    所述额度审批装置还包括:
    结束模块,用于 若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户存在理赔记录,则结束审批所述用户额度申请的审批操作。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于, 所述获取模块还用于 若根据所接收的响应信息确定所述用户未存在理赔记录, 则获取所述审批信息的更新时间;若所述更新时间小于或者等于预设时间段,则根据所述标识信息在所述预置信息库中获取所述审批信息。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    计算单元,用于 根据所述审批信息,通过预设公式计算所述用户的财务指标;根据所述审批信息和财务指标计算所述用户的额度分数;
    确定单元,用于根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度;
    获取单元,用于根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
    所述计算单元还用于根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于,所述计算单元包括:
    计算子单元,用于 计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
    对比子单元,用于将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    计算单元,用于 根据所述审批信息,通过预设公式计算所述用户的财务指标;根据所述审批信息和财务指标计算所述用户的额度分数;
    确定单元,用于根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度;
    获取单元,用于根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
    所述计算单元还用于根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于,所述计算单元包括:
    计算子单元,用于 计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
    对比子单元,用于将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    计算单元,用于 根据所述审批信息,通过预设公式计算所述用户的财务指标;根据所述审批信息和财务指标计算所述用户的额度分数;
    确定单元,用于根据所述额度分数确定所述用户的信用额度;
    获取单元,用于根据所述额度审批请求获取所述用户的申请额度,以及根据所述审批信息获取所述用户的已借额度;
    所述计算单元还用于根据所述信用额度、申请额度和已借额度计算所述用户的审批额度。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的 额度审批装置 ,其特征在于,所述计算单元包括:
    计算子单元,用于 计算所述信用额度和所述已借额度的差值,得到可用额度;
    对比子单元,用于将所述可用额度和申请额度进行对比,在所述可用额度和所述申请额度中选择小者作为所述用户的审批额度。
  19. 一种额度审批设备,其特征在于,所述额度审批设备包括存储器、处理器和存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的 额度审批 程序,所述 额度审批 程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的 额度审批 方法的步骤。
    20、一种 计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质 上存储有 额度审批 程序,所述 额度审批 程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的 额度审批 方法的步骤。
