本发明中的术语“第一”、“第二”等可在本文中用于描述各种元件,但这些元件不受这些术语限制。这些术语仅用于将第一个元件与另一个元件区分。例如,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以将第一控件称为第二控件,且类似地,可将第二控件称为第一控件。第一控件与第二控件两者都是控件,但其不是同一控件。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及它们任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。
在目前的数据分享方式中,分享的双方一般需要登陆客户端并执行相应的操作才可以完成分享。例如,当用户需要浏览或下载其他用户的用户数据时,该用户需要提前通过电话或短信等方式与其他用户沟通,再由其他用户主动分享相关资料给该用户,整个分享过程十分不便。
本发明实施例提供了一种数据分享方法,包括以下步骤:
获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;
根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;
根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;以及
根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。
一实施例中,在所述获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求之前,还包括:
获取所述第二客户端用户数据;
获取所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息以及与所述标识信息相对应的所述亲密度等级。

本发明实施例提供的数据分享方法的一个具体应用场景,可如图1a所示,包括云端服务器和终端,其中,云端服务器集成有本发明提供的数据分享装置,云端服务器存储有大量用户的数据及其相对应的标识信息。本发明中的第一客户端和第二客户端安装在终端内,在此,终端可以为手机、平板电脑等电子设备。
当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,第一客户端向云端服务器发送索取分享请求。云端服务器获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求后,通过解析该索取分享请求获得第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端,这样第一客户端用户通过点击数据分享链接即可以浏览或下载与亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据。
在一优选实施例中,提供了一种数据分享方法,请参照图1b。该数据分享方法应用于云端服务器中,当然,在其他实施例中,该数据分享方法也可以应用在其他设备中,在此不做具体限制。
在步骤S101中,获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。
当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,根据第一客户端用户的操作,第一客户端将生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至云端服务器。云端服务器将获取该索取分享请求。其中,该索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。
在此需要说明的是,该第一身份信息和第二身份信息包括客户端用户的用户名、用户电话号码和/或注册邮箱等信息,在此不对第一身份信息的具体内容做限制。另外,第一身份信息和第二身份信息可以包括一种身份信息,也可以包括多种身份信息。例如,第一身份信息和第二身份信息为相应客户端用户的用户电话号码。当然,第一身份信息和第二身份信息也可以由相应客户端用户的注册邮箱和用户电话号码组成,在此不做具体限制。
在一优选实施例中,当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,第一客户端用户点击第一客户端页面内的索取分享入口。第一客户端将弹出一个对话框,提示用户输入第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。例如,第一客户端用户在对话框相应位置处输入第二客户端用户的用户电话号码。第一客户端用户点击确定按钮后,第一客户端将主动获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息,并根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至云端服务器。云端服务器将获取该索取分享请求。
在步骤S102中,根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
当云端服务器获取到该索取分享请求后,通过解析该索取分享请求来获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。云端服务器先判断该第二身份信息所对应的用户是否注册了客户端。具体地,判断云端服务器内存储的客户端注册信息中是否存在该第二身份信息。若存在该第二身份信息,则云端服务器根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息获取第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
在此,亲密度等级用于描述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间好友关系的亲密程度。例如,若第一客户端用户极少与第二客户端用户进行通信,则云端服务器获得的第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级很低。若第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户进行通信很频繁,则云端服务器获得的第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级很高。
另外,第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级可以由云服务器在接收到索取分享请求之后进行计算获得,也可以由云服务器预先计算好亲密度等级,并将亲密度等级存储在第二客户端用户数据所在存储区里,当云服务器接收到索取分享请求之后,根据第二客户端用户的第二身份信息查找到第二客户端与第一客户端的亲密度等级,在此不做具体限制。
在步骤S103中,根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
第二客户端用户在同步用户数据至云端服务器后,云端服务器会存储该用户数据至相应的存储区域,每个用户数据均对应一个存储地址,该云端服务器将该存储地址作为用户数据的标识信息,并将该标识信息发送至第二客户端。第二客户端用户将为每个用户数据设置亲密度等级,使得每个用户数据与亲密度等级建立对应关系,即使得每个用户数据的标识信息与亲密度等级建立对应关系。第二客户端将用户数据的标识信息与亲密度等级的对应关系上传至云端服务器,由云端服务器进行保存。
例如,亲密度等级分为三级,在第二客户端用户上传电影和生活照片至云端服务器后,第二客户端用户设置电影的亲密度等级为一级,设置生活照片的亲密度等级为三级。当云服务器获取到的第一客户端用户与第二客户端亲密度等级为一级时,第一客户端用户则只能访问电影,而不能访问第二客户端用户的生活照片。
在一优选实施例中,用户数据的标识信息为用户数据在云端服务器内的存储地址。当然,在其他优选实施例中,用户数据的标识信息可以为其他用来识别用户数据的信息,只要云端服务器根据该标识信息可以查找到相应的用户数据即可,在此不做具体限制。
当云端服务器获得到第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级后,根据第二身份信息查找到第二客户端所对应的存储区域,并根据该亲密度等级和预设分享规则来获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
预设分享规则可以为获取与该亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。例如,当亲密度等级为三级时,则根据该亲密度等级和预设分享规则,云端服务器只能获取与三级亲密度等级相对应的标识信息。预设分享规则也可以为其他的规则,在此不做具体限制。
在步骤S104中,根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。
在云端服务器接收到与亲密度等级相对应的用户数据的标识信息后,云端服务器将根据该标识信息生成相应用户数据的数据分享链接,并将该数据分享链接发送至第一客户端,使得第一客户端接收到该数据分享链接后,第一客户端用户通过点击该数据分享链接即可以浏览或下载相应的用户数据。
在一优选实施例中的数据分享方法,通过获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。在用户主动索取其他用户数据的情况下,该数据分享方法可以使得云端服务器根据用户之间的亲密度等级来将相应的第二客户端用户数据进行分享,使得整个分享过程更加简单,可操作性更强。同时,第二客户端用户也不需要登录客户端执行分享等操作,提高数据分享效率。
下面将对上述实施例描述的方法作进一步的说明,请参照图2,该数据分享方法应用于云端服务器中,当然,在其他优选实施例中,该数据分享方法也可以应用在其他设备中,在此不做具体限制。
一优选实施例中的数据分享方法包括:
步骤S201:获取所述第二客户端用户数据;
步骤S202:获取所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息以及与所述标识信息相对应的所述亲密度等级;
步骤S203:获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;
步骤S204:根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息,获取预设时间段内所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户之间的通信数据,其中,所述通信数据包括通信频率和/或通信方式;
步骤S205:根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;
步骤S206:判断所述亲密度等级是否为最低级;若所述亲密度等级为最低级,则执行步骤S207;若所述亲密度等级不为最低级,则执行步骤S209;
步骤S207:获取与所述亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;
步骤S208:根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端;
步骤S209:发送提示信息至所述第一客户端;
步骤S210:获取所述第一客户端根据所述提示信息反馈的第一操作指令;
步骤S211:根据所述第一操作指令获取与所述亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息,并执行步骤S208;

步骤S213:根据所述第二操作指令获取小于和等于所述亲密度等级的所有亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息,并执行步骤S208。
下面将结合图2对一优选实施例中的数据分享方法进行详细地介绍。
在步骤S201和步骤S202中,第二客户端用户登陆云端服务器的客户端后,通过客户端内的上传按钮将终端内的用户数据上传至云端服务器。云端服务器将获取第二客户端发送的用户数据,并将该用户数据存储在云端服务器的相应位置处。在云端服务器中,每个用户数据均对应一个存储地址,该云端服务器将获取该存储地址,并将该存储地址作为用户数据的标识信息,将该标识信息发送至第二客户端。
第二客户端用户将为每个用户数据设置亲密度等级,使得每个用户数据与亲密度等级建立对应关系,即使得每个用户数据的标识信息与亲密度等级建立对应关系。第二客户端将用户数据的标识信息与亲密度等级的对应关系上传至云端服务器,由云端服务器进行保存,即云端服务器获取与所述标识信息相对应的所述亲密度等级。
其中,亲密度等级用于描述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间好友关系的亲密程度。当第一客户端用户极少与第二客户端用户进行通信,则说明第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户不是很熟悉,因此第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级会很低。当第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户进行通信很频繁,则说明第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户很熟悉,因此第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级很高。
在此,用户数据的标识信息可以为用户数据在云端服务器内的存储地址,当然也可以为其他的起到标识性作用的信息,只要云端服务器根据该标识信息可以找到相应的用户数据即可,在此不做具体限制。
在步骤S203中,当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,根据第一客户端用户的操作,第一客户端将生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至云端服务器。云端服务器将获取该索取分享请求。其中,该索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。
在此需要说明的是,该第一身份信息和第二身份信息包括客户端用户的用户名、用户电话号码和/或注册邮箱等信息,在此不对第一身份信息的具体内容做限制。另外,第一身份信息和第二身份信息可以包括一种身份信息,也可以包括多种身份信息。例如,第一身份信息和第二身份信息为相应客户端用户的用户电话号码。当然,第一身份信息和第二身份信息也可以由相应客户端用户的注册邮箱和用户电话号码组成,在此不做具体限制。
在某一具体实施例中,当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,第一客户端用户点击第一客户端页面内的索取分享入口。第一客户端将弹出一个对话框,提示用户输入第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。例如,第一客户端用户在对话框相应位置处输入第二客户端用户的用户电话号码。第一客户端用户点击确定按钮后,第一客户端将主动获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息,并根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至云端服务器。云端服务器将获取该索取分享请求。
在步骤S204和步骤S205中,云端服务器在接收到索取分享请求后,通过解析该索取分享请求来获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息获取预设时间段内的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的通信数据。
例如,当第一身份信息和第二身份信息分别为第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的用户电话号码时,云端服务器根据第二客户端用户电话号码获取其与第一客户端用户电话号码间的通话时长、通话次数、短信条数等信息。或者获取第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户使用其电话号码注册的其他应用程序中的通信数据等。一优选实施例中的通信数据包括通信频率和通信方式,当然,在其他优选实施例中,也可以仅包括其中之一,或者包括其他的通信参数,例如通信内容、通信时间等,在此不做具体限制。
为了可以获取到更加有效的通信数据,云端服务器将获取预设时间段内的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的通信数据。例如,以现在时间为基准,一年或半年以内的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的通信数据。这样,可以使得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度等级根据两者的近期通信情况来进行动态调整,使得很久不联络的其他用户与用户之间的亲密度等级降低来保护用户数据的安全性。
云端服务器根据获取到的第二客户端用户与第一客户端用户之间的通信数据以及预设计算模型来计算第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。具体地,云端服务器根据该通信数据和预设计算模型计算出第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度值,然后根据预先设置的亲密度等级与亲密度值的对应关系来确定第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。例如,当计算获得的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度值为6时,而亲密度等级一级所对应的亲密度值范围为0至3,亲密度等级二级所对应的亲密度值范围为4至8,那么云端服务器会判断出当前第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级为二级。
在一优选实施例中,预设计算模型可以为多个通信参数的加权求和。例如,当通信数据为通信方式时,在预设计算模型中,云端服务器客户端通信方式所对应的加权系数为0.7,而电话通信方式所对应的加权系数为0.2,短信通信方式所对应的加权系数为0.1。通过上述三个通信参数进行加权求和来获得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度值。再由亲密度值与亲密度等级之间的对应关系来确定第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度等级。
需要说明的是,预设计算模型不限于上述情况,可以根据实际的应用情况来选择合适的预设计算模型,在此不对预设计算模型进行具体限制。另外,预设计算模型可以为一个计算公式,也可以为一个计算规则,只要可以根据通信数据和预设计算模型计算获得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度等级即可。
在步骤S206中,由于亲密度等级分为很多级别,若不同亲密度等级的用户只能访问与其亲密度等级相对应的用户数据的话,对于亲密度等级较高的用户来讲,其可访问的用户数据量将过小。因此,为了尽可能使得不同亲密度等级的用户可以访问最多的用户数据,一优选实施例中,在计算获得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级之后,进一步判断该亲密度等级是否为最低级。
若该亲密度等级为最低级,则云端服务器将获取与该亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息,并根据该标识信息生成相应用户数据的数据分享链接,并将该数据分享链接发送至第一客户端,即执行步骤S207和S208。这样可以使得第一客户端接收到该数据分享链接后,第一客户端用户通过点击该数据分享链接即可以浏览或下载相应的用户数据。
若该亲密度等级不为最低级,则云端服务器将向第一客户端发送提示信息,即执行步骤S209。该提示信息用于提示第一客户端用户是否只需要浏览与亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据。若第一客户端用户选择是,则说明第一客户端用户只希望访问与亲密度等级相对应的用户数据,而其他的用户数据则无需访问。第一客户端根据第一客户端用户的操作信息生成第一操作指令,并发送该第一操作指令至云端服务器,云端服务器将获取该第一操作指令,即执行步骤S210。
在步骤S211中,云端服务器将根据该第一操作指令获取与亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息,并执行步骤S208。这样,第一客户端用户只能浏览或者下载与亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据,而小于该亲密度等级所对应的用户数据则无法访问。尤其是在第二客户端用户累积上传了大量亲密度等级很低的用户数据的情况下,通过采用本实施例中方法,可以很快让第一客户端用户找到想要的用户数据,无需浏览其他大量的非必要数据,节省第一客户端用户的时间。
若第一客户端用户根据提示信息选择否,则说明第一客户端用户希望访问所有可以访问的用户数据。此时,第一客户端根据第一客户端用户的操作信息生成第二操作指令,并发送该第二操作指令至云端服务器,云端服务器将获取该第二操作指令,即执行步骤S212。
在步骤S213中,云端服务器将根据该第二操作指令获取小于和等于该亲密度等级的所有亲密度等级对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息,并执行步骤S208。这样,第一客户端用户就可以浏览或者下载其可以访问的所有的第二客户端用户数据。
为了更加清晰地解释说明一优选实施例中的数据分享方法,下面将结合具体的应用场景来说明。
第一用户登陆手机中的云端服务器客户端后,将手机中的电影、照片和工作资料同步至云端服务器,并设置电影的亲密度等级为一级,工作资料的亲密度等级为二级,照片的亲密度等级为三级。云服务器将存储第一用户三个资料、三个资料的标识信息以及与该标识信息相对应的亲密度等级。
当第二用户希望获取第一用户的用户数据时,第二用户登陆云端服务器客户端,并点击客户端界面的索取分享入口。在弹出的对话框中输入第一用户的电话号码,第二用户的客户端将根据第一用户的电话号码以及第二用户的电话号码生成索取分享请求,并发送索取分享请求至云端服务器。
云端服务器根据该索取分享请求获取第一用户的电话号码和第二用户的电话号码,并根据第一用户的电话号码和第二用户电话号码获取两位用户的近6个月内的通话时长、通话频率和分享数据次数。根据通话时长、通话频率和分享数据次数以及预设计算模型计算出第一用户与第二用户的亲密度等级为二级。
云端服务器将判断出第一用户与第二用户的亲密度等级不为最低级,云端服务器将向第二用户发送提示信息,该提示信息用于提示第二用户是否只需要获取与其亲密度等级相对应的第一用户的用户数据。若第二用户选择否,那么云端服务器将会获取到第二用户客户端发送的关于“否”的第二操作指令,并根据该第二操作指令获取亲密度等级小于和等于二级的所有亲密度等级所对应的用户数据的标识信息,即获取到电影和工作资料的标识信息。根据该标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送给第二用户,这样第二用户通过点击该数据分享链接即可以浏览或者下载第一用户的电影和工作资料。
若第二用户选择是,那么云端服务器将会获取到第二用户客户端发送的关于“是”的第一操作指令,并根据该第一操作指令获取与亲密度等级对应的第一用户的用户数据的标识信息,即获取到工作资料的标识信息。根据该标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送给第二用户,这样第二用户通过点击该数据分享链接即可以浏览或者下载第一用户工作资料。
上述应用场景仅仅是为了进一步说明本实施例中的数据分享方法,不能用于限制本实施例中数据分享方法的适用范围。
在一优选实施例中的数据分享方法,通过获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取预设时间段内所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户之间的通信数据,并根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出亲密度等级;当判断出亲密度等级不为最低级时,通过向第一客户端用户发送提示信息来获得第一客户端反馈的操作指令,并根据操作指令获取相应的用户数据的标识信息;根据标识信息生成数据分享链接并发送该数据分享链接至第一客户端。在用户主动索取其他用户数据的情况下,该数据分享方法可以使得云端服务器根据用户之间的亲密度等级来将相应的第二客户端用户数据进行分享,使得整个分享过程更加简单,可操作性更强。另外,在亲密等级较高时,通过向第一客户端用户发送提示信息来获取相应的操作指令,根据该操作指令来获取相应的用户数据,这样避免发送大量低等级的用户数据给第一客户端用户,另一方面可以给第一客户端用户提供更多的用户数据,增加数据分享的范围。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数据分享装置,包括:获取请求单元、获取等级单元、获取标识单元及生成发送单元;

一优选实施例中的数据分享装置300包括获取请求单元310、获取等级单元320、获取标识单元330和生成发送单元340。其中,获取请求单元310用于获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;获取等级单元320用于根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;获取标识单元330用于根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;生成发送单元340用于根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。
下面将结合图3对一优选实施例中的数据分享装置300做详细地说明。
当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,根据第一客户端用户的操作,第一客户端将生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至云端服务器的数据分享装置300。数据分享装置300内的获取请求单元310将获取该索取分享请求。其中,该索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。
在此需要说明的是,该第一身份信息和第二身份信息包括客户端用户的用户名、用户电话号码和/或注册邮箱等信息,在此不对第一身份信息的具体内容做限制。另外,第一身份信息和第二身份信息可以包括一种身份信息,也可以包括多种身份信息。例如,第一身份信息和第二身份信息为相应客户端用户的用户电话号码。当然,第一身份信息和第二身份信息也可以由相应客户端用户的注册邮箱和用户电话号码组成,在此不做具体限制。
在一优选实施例中,当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,第一客户端用户点击第一客户端页面内的索取分享入口。第一客户端将弹出一个对话框,提示用户输入第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。例如,第一客户端用户在对话框相应位置处输入第二客户端用户的用户电话号码。第一客户端用户点击确定按钮后,第一客户端将主动获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息,并根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至数据分享装置300。数据分享装置300内的获取请求单元310将获取该索取分享请求。
获取请求单元310获取到该索取分享请求后,通过解析该索取分享请求来获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。获取请求单元310将获取的第一身份信息和第二身份信息传递给获取等级单元320。获取等级单元320根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息获取第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
在此,亲密度等级用于描述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间好友关系的亲密程度。例如,若第一客户端用户极少与第二客户端用户进行通信,则获取等级单元320获得的第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级很低。若第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户进行通信很频繁,则获取等级单元320获得的第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级很高。
获取等级单元320将获得的亲密度等级传递至获取标识单元330。获取标识单元330将根据该亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。在一优选实施例中,用户数据的标识信息为用户数据在云端服务器内的存储地址。在其他优选实施例中,用户数据的标识信息可以为其他用于识别用户数据的信息,只要云端服务器根据该标识信息可以找到相应的用户数据即可。
当第二客户端用户在同步用户数据至云端服务器后,第二客户端用户会为每个用户数据设置亲密度等级,使得用户数据的标识信息与亲密度等级建立对应关系,并将该对应关系上传至云端服务器。例如,亲密度等级分为三级,在第二客户端用户上传电影和生活照片至云端服务器后,第二客户端用户设置电影的亲密度等级为一级,设置生活照片的亲密度等级为二级。当获取等级单元320获取到的第一客户端用户与第二客户端亲密度等级为一级时,获取标识单元330将根据该亲密度等级获取到电影的标识信息,即第一客户端用户则只能访问电影,而不能访问第二客户端用户的生活照片。
获取标识单元330将获取到的与该亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息发送至生成发送单元340。生成发送单元340将根据该标识信息生成相应用户数据的数据分享链接,并将该数据分享链接发送至第一客户端,使得第一客户端接收到该数据分享链接后,第一客户端用户通过点击该数据分享链接即可以浏览或下载相应的用户数据。
一优选实施例中的数据分享装置300,通过获取请求单元310获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;获取等级单元320根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;获取标识单元330根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;生成发送单元340根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。在用户主动索取其他用户数据的情况下,该数据分享装置300可以根据用户之间的亲密度等级来将相应的第二客户端用户数据进行分享,使得整个分享过程更加简单,可操作性更强。同时,第二客户端用户也不需要登录客户端执行分享等操作,提高数据分享效率。
请参照图4,图4为本发明数据分享装置的另一结构示意图。一优选实施例中的数据分享装置400应用于云端服务器中,当然,在其他优选实施例中,该数据分享装置400也可以应用在其他设备中,在此不做具体限制。
一优选实施例中的数据分享装置400包括获取数据单元410、获取请求单元420、获取等级单元430、判断单元440、获取标识单元450和生成发送单元460,其中,获取等级单元430包括第一获取子单元431和计算子单元432;判断单元440包括判断子单元441、发送子单元442和第二获取子单元443。
下面将结合图4对一优选实施例中的数据分享装置400进行详细地介绍。
第二客户端用户登陆云端服务器的客户端后,通过客户端内的上传按钮将终端内的用户数据上传至云端服务器的数据分享装置400。数据分享装置400内的获取数据单元410将获取第二客户端发送的用户数据,并将该用户数据存储在云端服务器的相应位置处。在云端服务器中,每个用户数据均对应一个存储地址。该获取数据单元410将获取该存储地址,并将该存储地址作为用户数据的标识信息,即获取数据单元410获取用户数据的标识信息,同时将该标识信息发送至第二客户端。
在一优选实施例中,用户数据的标识信息为用户数据在云端服务器内的存储地址,当然也可以为其他的起到标识性作用的信息,只要根据该标识信息可以找到相应的用户数据即可,在此不做具体限制。
第二客户端用户在上传完用户数据后,将为每个用户数据设置亲密度等级,使得每个用户数据与亲密度等级建立对应关系,即使得每个用户数据的标识信息与亲密度等级建立对应关系。第二客户端将用户数据的标识信息与亲密度等级的对应关系上传至云端服务器,由获取数据单元410进行获取并保存,即获取数据单元410获取与所述标识信息相对应的所述亲密度等级。
其中,亲密度等级用于描述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间好友关系的亲密程度。当第一客户端用户极少与第二客户端用户进行通信,则说明第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户不是很熟悉,因此第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级会很低。当第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户进行通信很频繁,则说明第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户很熟悉,因此第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的亲密度等级很高。
当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,根据第一客户端用户的操作,第一客户端将生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至云端服务器内的数据分享装置400。数据分享装置400内的获取请求单元420将获取该索取分享请求。其中,该索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。
在此需要说明的是,该第一身份信息和第二身份信息包括客户端用户的用户名、用户电话号码和/或注册邮箱等信息,在此不对第一身份信息的具体内容做限制。另外,第一身份信息和第二身份信息可以包括一种身份信息,也可以包括多种身份信息。例如,第一身份信息和第二身份信息为相应客户端用户的用户电话号码。当然,第一身份信息和第二身份信息也可以由相应客户端用户的注册邮箱和用户电话号码组成,在此不做具体限制。
在一优选实施例中,当第一客户端用户需要访问第二客户端用户数据时,第一客户端用户点击第一客户端页面内的索取分享入口。第一客户端将弹出一个对话框,提示用户输入第二客户端用户的第二身份信息。例如,第一客户端用户在对话框相应位置处输入第二客户端用户的用户电话号码。第一客户端用户点击确定按钮后,第一客户端将主动获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息,并根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息生成一个索取分享请求,并将该索取分享请求发送至获取请求单元420。获取请求单元420将获取该索取分享请求。
获取请求单元420在接收到索取分享请求后,通过解析该索取分享请求来获取第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息,并将获取到的第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息发送至获取等级单元430。
获取等级单元430中的第一获取子单元431将根据该第一身份信息和第二身份信息获取预设时间段内的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的通信数据。
例如,当第一身份信息和第二身份信息分别为第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户的用户电话号码时,第一获取子单元431根据第二客户端用户电话号码获取其与第一客户端用户电话号码间的通话时长、通话次数、短信条数等信息。或者获取第一客户端用户和第二客户端用户使用其电话号码注册的其他应用程序中的通信数据等。本实施例中的通信数据包括通信频率和通信方式,当然,在其他实施例中,也可以仅包括其中之一,或者包括其他的通信参数,例如通信内容、通信时间等,在此不做具体限制。
为了可以获取到更加有效的通信数据,第一获取子单元431将获取预设时间段内的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的通信数据。例如,以现在时间为基准,一年或半年以内的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的通信数据。这样,可以使得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度等级根据两者的近期通信情况来进行动态调整,使得很久不联络的其他用户与用户之间的亲密度等级降低来保护用户数据的安全性。
第一获取子单元431将获取到的第二客户端用户与第一客户端用户之间的通信数据传递至计算子单元432,由计算子单元432根据该通信数据和预设计算模型来计算第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。具体地,计算子单元432根据该通信数据和预设计算模型计算出第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度值,然后根据预先设置的亲密度等级与亲密度值的对应关系来确定第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。例如,当计算子单元432计算获得的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度值为6时,而亲密度等级一级所对应的亲密度值范围为0至3,亲密度等级二级所对应的亲密度值范围为4至8,计算子单元432通过将亲密度值与不同亲密度等级对应的亲密度值范围进行对比来获得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级,即亲密度等级为二级。
在一优选实施例中,预设计算模型可以为多个通信参数的加权求和。例如,当通信数据为通信方式时,在预设计算模型中,云端服务器客户端通信方式所对应的加权系数为0.7,而电话通信方式所对应的加权系数为0.2,短信通信方式所对应的加权系数为0.1。通过上述三个通信参数进行加权求和来获得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度值,再由亲密度值与亲密度等级之间的对应关系来确定第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度等级。
需要说明的是,预设计算模型不限于上述情况,可以根据实际的应用情况来选择合适的预设计算模型,在此不对预设计算模型进行具体限制。另外,预设计算模型可以为一个计算公式,也可以为一个计算规则,只要可以根据通信数据和预设计算模型计算获得第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户之间的亲密度等级即可。
计算子单元432将计算出的第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级、第一身份信息和第二身份信息传递至判断单元440。判断子单元441将判断该亲密度等级是否为最低级。
若判断子单元441判断出该亲密度等级为最低级,则判断子单元441向获取标识单元450发送第一信号、该亲密度等级、第一身份信息和第二身份信息,使得获取标识单元450根据第一信号获取与该亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。获取标识单元450将获取到的标识信息、第一身份信息和第二身份信息传递至生成发送单元460,由生成发送单元460根据该标识信息生成相应用户数据的数据分享链接,并将该数据分享链接发送至第一客户端。这样可以使得第一客户端接收到该数据分享链接后,第一客户端用户通过点击该数据分享链接即可以浏览或下载与其亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据。
若判断子单元441判断出该亲密度等级不为最低级,则判断子单元441向发送子单元442发送第二信号、第一身份信息和第二身份信息,使得发送子单元442根据该第二信号将向第一客户端发送提示信息。该提示信息用于提示第一客户端用户是否只需要浏览与亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据。若第一客户端用户选择是,则说明第一客户端用户只希望访问与亲密度等级相对应的用户数据,而其他的用户数据则无需访问。第一客户端根据第一客户端用户的操作信息生成第一操作指令,并发送该第一操作指令至第二获取子单元443。第二获取子单元443将获取该第一操作指令。
第二获取子单元443将获取的第一操作指令、第一身份信息和第二身份信息发送至获取标识单元450。获取标识单元450根据该第一操作指令获取与该亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息,并将获取到的标识信息发送值生成发送单元460。生成发送单元460根据标识信息生成数据分享链接,并将该数据分享链接发送至第一客户端。这样第一客户端用户通过点击该数据分享链接即可以访问与亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据,而小于该亲密度等级所对应的用户数据则无法访问。尤其是在第二客户端用户累积上传了大量亲密度等级很低的用户数据的情况下,采用上述优选实施例中的方法可以很快让第一客户端用户找到想要的用户数据,无需浏览其他大量的非必要数据,节省第一客户端用户的时间。
若第一客户端用户根据提示信息选择否,则说明第一客户端用户希望访问所有可以访问的用户数据。此时,第一客户端根据第一客户端用户的操作信息生成第二操作指令,并发送该第二操作指令至第二获取子单元443,第二获取子单元443将获取该第二操作指令。
第二获取子单元443将获取的第二操作指令、第一身份信息和第二身份信息传递至获取标识单元450中。获取标识单元450将根据该第二操作指令获取小于和等于该亲密度等级的所有亲密度等级对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息,并将标识信息发送至生成发送单元460。由生成发送单元460根据标识信息生成数据分享链接,并将该数据分享链接发送至第一客户端。这样,第一客户端用户就可以浏览或者下载其可以访问的所有第二客户端用户数据。
在一优选实施例中,通过获取请求单元420获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;获取等级单元430根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取预设时间段内所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户之间的通信数据,并根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出亲密度等级;当判断单元440判断出该亲密度等级不为最低级时,通过向第一客户端用户发送提示信息来获得第一客户端反馈的操作指令,获取标识单元450根据该操作指令获取相应的用户数据的标识信息;生成发送单元460根据标识信息生成数据分享链接并发送该数据分享链接至第一客户端。在用户主动索取其他用户数据的情况下,该数据分享装置400可以根据用户之间的亲密度等级来将相应的第二客户端用户数据进行分享,使得整个分享过程更加简单,可操作性更强。另外,在亲密等级较高时,通过向第一客户端用户发送提示信息来获取相应的操作指令,根据第一客户端用户选择的操作指令来获取相应的用户数据,这样避免发送大量低等级的用户数据给第一客户端用户,另一方面可以给第一客户端用户提供更多的用户数据,增加数据分享的范围。
本发明实施例提供的数据分享系统主要包括终端以及云端服务器,该云端服务器与终端可通过有线或无线网络进行连接。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储有多条指令,所述处理器加载所述存储器中的指令用于执行以下步骤:
获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;
根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;
根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;以及
根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。
在一优选实施例中,还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备可以是服务器。如图5所示,电子设备500包括处理器501、存储器502、显示屏503以及控制电路504。其中,处理器501分别与存储器502、显示屏503、控制电路504电性连接。
处理器501是电子设备500的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个电子设备的各个部分,通过运行或加载存储在存储器502内的应用程序,以及调用存储在存储器502内的数据,执行电子设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对电子设备进行整体监控。
在本实施例中,电子设备500中的处理器501会按照如下的步骤,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的指令加载到存储器502中,并由处理器501来运行存储在存储器502中的应用程序,从而实现各种功能:
获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;

在一些实施例中,如图6所示,电子设备500还包括:输入单元505、通信单元506以及电源507。其中,处理器501分别与输入单元505、通信单元506以及电源507电性连接。
输入单元505可用于接收输入的数字、字符信息或用户特征信息(例如指纹),以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。其中,输入单元505可以包括指纹识别模组。
通信单元506可用于收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送。
电源507用于给电子设备500的各个部件供电。在一些实施例中,电源507可以通过电源管理系统与处理器501逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。

需要说明的是,对本发明所述数据分享方法而言,本领域普通测试人员可以理解实现本发明实施例所述数据分享方法的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来控制相关的硬件来完成,所述计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,如存储在终端的存储器中,并被该终端内的至少一个处理器执行,在执行过程中可包括如所述数据分享的方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据分享方法,其中,包括:
    获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;
    根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;
    根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;以及
    根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据分享方法,其中,在所述获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求之前,还包括:
    获取所述第二客户端用户数据;
    获取所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息以及与所述标识信息相对应的所述亲密度等级。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的数据分享方法,其中,所述根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级,包括:
    根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息,获取预设时间段内所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户之间的通信数据,其中,所述通信数据包括通信频率和/或通信方式;
    根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的数据分享方法,其中,所述根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级包括:
    根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度值,然后根据预先设置的亲密度等级与亲密度值的对应关系来确定所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的数据分享方法,其中,在所述根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息之前,还包括:
    判断所述亲密度等级是否为最低级;
    若所述亲密度等级不为最低级,则发送提示信息至所述第一客户端;
    获取所述第一客户端根据所述提示信息反馈的第一操作指令;
    根据所述第一操作指令获取与所述亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的数据分享方法,其中,在所述发送提示信息至所述第一客户端之后,还包括:
    获取所述第一客户端根据所述提示信息反馈的第二操作指令;
    根据所述第二操作指令获取小于和等于所述亲密度等级的所有亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的数据分享方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    若所述亲密度等级为最低级,则获取与所述亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
  8. 一种数据分享装置,其中,包括:
    获取请求单元,用于获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;
    获取等级单元,用于根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;
    获取标识单元,用于根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;
    生成发送单元,用于根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的数据分享装置,其中,所述数据分享装置还包括获取数据单元,所述获取数据单元用于:获取所述第二客户端用户数据;获取所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息以及与所述标识信息相对应的所述亲密度等级。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的数据分享装置,其中,所述获取等级单元包括:第一获取子单元和计算子单元;其中,所述第一获取子单元用于根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息,获取预设时间段内所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户之间的通信数据,其中,所述通信数据包括通信频率和/或通信方式;
    所述计算子单元用于根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的数据分享装置,其中,所述数据分享装置还包括判断单元,所述判断单元包括判断子单元、发送子单元和第二获取子单元;所述判断子单元用于判断所述亲密度等级是否为最低级;
    所述发送子单元用于若所述亲密度等级不为最低级,则发送提示信息至所述第一客户端;
    所述第二获取子单元用于获取所述第一客户端根据所述提示信息反馈的第一操作指令;
    所述获取标识单元用于根据所述第一操作指令获取与所述亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的数据分享装置,其中,所述第二获取子单元还用于获取所述第一客户端根据所述提示信息反馈的第二操作指令;
    所述获取标识单元用于根据所述第二操作指令获取小于和等于所述亲密度等级的所有亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
  13. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有多条指令,所述指令适于由处理器加载以执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种电子设备,其中,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储有多条指令,所述处理器加载所述存储器中的指令用于执行以下步骤:
    获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求,其中所述索取分享请求包括第一客户端用户的第一身份信息和第二客户端用户的第二身份信息;
    根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级;
    根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息;以及
    根据所述标识信息生成数据分享链接,并发送所述数据分享链接至所述第一客户端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,在获取第一客户端发送的索取分享请求之前,所述处理器还用于执行以下步骤:
    获取所述第二客户端用户数据;
    获取所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息以及与所述标识信息相对应的所述亲密度等级。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,在根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息获取所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户的亲密度等级时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    根据所述第一身份信息和所述第二身份信息,获取预设时间段内所述第一客户端用户与所述第二客户端用户之间的通信数据,其中,所述通信数据包括通信频率和/或通信方式;
    根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备,其中,在根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    根据所述通信数据和预设计算模型计算出所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度值,然后根据预先设置的亲密度等级与亲密度值的对应关系来确定所述第一客户端用户与第二客户端用户的亲密度等级。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,在根据所述亲密度等级获取第二客户端用户数据的标识信息之前,所述处理器还用于执行以下步骤:
    判断所述亲密度等级是否为最低级;
    若所述亲密度等级不为最低级,则发送提示信息至所述第一客户端;
    获取所述第一客户端根据所述提示信息反馈的第一操作指令;
    根据所述第一操作指令获取与所述亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子设备,其中,在发送提示信息至所述第一客户端之后,所述处理器还用于执行以下步骤:
    获取所述第一客户端根据所述提示信息反馈的第二操作指令;
    根据所述第二操作指令获取小于和等于所述亲密度等级的所有亲密度等级对应的所述第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的电子设备,其中,所述处理器还用于执行以下步骤:
    在所述亲密度等级为最低级时,获取与所述亲密度等级相对应的第二客户端用户数据的标识信息。
