本申请要求于2016年10月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610942043.0、发明名称为“一种终端数据的处理方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端数据的处理方法、装置、系统、存储介质及服务器。
背景技术
云端服务,又称网络服务,是指运用网络沟通多台计算机的运算工作,或是透过网络联机取得由远程主机提供的服务等。随着智能终端的不断普及,用户可以通过个人的云端账号和密码登录云端服务器,可以将终端数据同步以及备份到网络云端上,或者从网络云端下载需要的数据。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供一种终端数据的处理方法、装置及系统,可以提高云端服务器数据管理的灵活性。

本发明实施例提供以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供一种终端数据的处理方法,其中包括:
接收请求终端发送的登录请求,所述登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息;
获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息;

若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对该请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理。

本发明的原理使用许多其它泛用性或特定目的运算、通信环境或组态来进行操作。所熟知的适合用于本发明的运算系统、环境与组态的范例可包括(但不限于)手持电话、个人计算机、服务器、多处理器系统、微电脑为主的系统、主架构型计算机、及分布式运算环境,其中包括了任何的上述系统或装置。
为了便于用户登录,一个云端账号可以对应多个终端信息,即用户可以利用多个终端以及相同的云端账号登录云端服务器;然而,假如其中一个终端长期不用,相应的数据可能一直未被更新,实际使用率较低;或者一个终端丢失或者停机等,相应的数据占用多余的空间,存储空间消耗较大,从而会造成云端服务器数据管理的灵活性较低。
本发明实施例提供一种终端数据的处理方法,包括:
接收请求终端发送的登录请求,所述登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息;
获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息;
根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件;
若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理。
在某些实施方式中,所述根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件,包括:
获取所述历史终端信息中指示的历史登录信息;
若根据所述历史登录信息确定请求终端的使用频率低于预设阈值,则确定相应的请求终端满足预设条件;

在步骤S101中,接收请求终端发送的登录请求,该登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息。
在步骤S102中,获取与该终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息。
本发明实施例中该终端标识信息为用于标识请求终端的信息,如终端账号信息、终端名称信息、标识符号等等。
比如,云端服务器接收请求终端发送的登录请求,其中该登录请求携带终端账号信息,并根据该登录请求,获取云端服务器上与所述终端账号信息相关联的历史终端信息。
可以理解的是,由于一个云账号可对应多个终端,因此,当云端服务器接收到请求终端发送的登录请求后,可以根据终端标识信息(如终端账号信息),获取到对应同一云账号的多个终端在云端服务器登录、上传以及下载等等的行为数据以及存储的数据本身。
其中,这些对应同一云账号的多个终端在云端服务器登录、上传以及下载等等的行为数据以及存储的数据本身可以认为是与该终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息。
在步骤S103中,根据该历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件。
在步骤S104中,若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对该请求终端的终端数据进行与该历史终端信息相应的处理。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,根据历史终端信息,判断请求终端是否满足预设条件(步骤S103)的方式有很多,比如,在某些实施方式中可具体包括:

基于此,对请求终端的终端数据进行与该历史终端信息相应的处理(步骤S104)可具体包括:向该请求终端发送提示信息,接收该请求终端根据该提示信息返回的操作指令,根据该操作指令对该请求终端的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除。
在该实施方式中,利用历史登录信息来确定出请求终端的使用频率,如果请求终端的使用频率较低,可认为对应的终端长期未使用或不再使用,因此云端服务器可以向当前的请求终端发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对使用频率较低的请求终端对应的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除等等,提高了这部分数据的实际使用率。
又比如,在某些实施方式中,根据历史终端信息,判断请求终端是否满足预设条件可具体包括:

基于此,对请求终端的终端数据进行与该历史终端信息相应的处理(步骤S104)可具体包括:向该请求终端发送提示信息,接收该请求终端根据该提示信息返回的操作指令,根据该操作指令对该请求终端的终端数据进行删除。
在该实施方式中,利用记录创建信息来确定出终端数据的存储是否超过有效时间,如果超过有效时间值,可认为对应的终端长期未使用或不再使用,因此云端服务器可以向当前的请求终端发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对超过有效时间值对应的这部分终端数据进行删除,大大的减少了多余数据对内存空间的占用。
还比如,在某些实施方式中,根据历史终端信息,判断请求终端是否满足预设条件可具体包括:

基于此,对请求终端的终端数据进行与该历史终端信息相应的处理(步骤S104)可具体包括:向该请求终端发送提示信息,接收该请求终端根据该提示信息返回的操作指令,根据该操作指令对终端数据中的无效数据进行删除。
在该实施方式中,可首先根据历史终端信息获取到相应的终端数据,如用户上传以及下载的数据,等等。判断该终端数据中是否存在无效数据,如联系人已停机的手机号对应的数据,或者已经超时的日程表,或者重复数据等等,均可认为是无效数据;因此云端服务器可以向当前的请求终端发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对无效的这部分终端数据进行删除,大大的减少了多余数据对内存空间的占用。
由上述可知,本实施例提供的终端数据的处理方法,在云端服务器接收到请求终端发送的登录请求时,获取与登录请求中的终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息,然后根据该历史终端信息,若判断出请求终端满足预设条件,则对该请求终端的终端数据进行与历史终端信息相应的处理;即仅需在请求终端登录时,根据请求终端的历史终端信息,就可确定是否对请求终端的终端数据进行相应的处理,避免云端服务器中的数据一直未被更新或占用多余的存储空间,大大地提高了云端服务器数据管理的灵活性。
根据上述实施例所描述的方法,以下将举例作进一步详细说明。
本发明实施例中以终端数据的处理系统的应用场景为例进行分析,其中,该终端数据的处理系统主要包括终端数据的处理装置以及请求终端,其中,该终端数据的处理装置具体可以集成在服务器或网关等网络设备中,如云端服务器等等,该请求终端可以具体为如台式电脑、平板电脑,手机等终端,该云端服务器与请求终端可通过无线网络进行连接。

假如,云账号P对应请求终端A、请求终端B、请求终端C以及请求终端D这四个终端,当云端服务器接收到请求终端A发送的登录请求后,可以根据终端账号信息a,获取到这四个请求终端在云端服务器登录、上传以及下载等等的行为数据以及存储的数据本身。
本实施例中,这四个请求终端在云端服务器上的行为数据以及存储的数据本身可以认为是与该终端账号信息a相关联的历史终端信息。
进一步的,云端服务器根据历史终端信息,判断出相应的请求终端(请求终端A、请求终端B、请求终端C以及请求终端D)是否满足预设条件,若满足,则对相应的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除处理,以更好的管理云端服务器上的数据。
在某些实施方式中,可以利用历史终端信息中的历史登录信息来确定请求终端的使用频率,再根据请求终端的使用频率判断是否满足预设条件。

进一步的,比如,请求终端B长期未使用或不再使用,因此可根据该历史登录信息检测到请求终端B登录云端服务器的使用频率低。
基于此,云端服务器可以向当前的请求终端A发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对使用频率较低的请求终端B对应的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除等等,大大提高了这部分数据的实际使用率,以及减少多余数据对云端服务器内存的占用。
在某些实施方式中,还可以利用历史终端信息相应的终端数据是否有效来判断是否满足预设条件。
在步骤S207中,云端服务器若根据历史终端信息确定相应的终端数据存在无效数据,则向请求终端A发送提示信息。
在步骤S208中,请求终端A根据该提示信息返回操作指令。
在步骤S209中,云端服务器根据该操作指令对无效数据进行删除。
比如,无效数据可以具体指联系人已停机的手机号对应的数据,或者已经超时的日程表,或者重复数据等等。
进一步的,当云端服务器检测到这类无效数据,可以向当前的请求终端A发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对无效的这部分终端数据进行删除,大大的减少了多余数据对内存空间的占用,节省了云端服务器的空间。
本实施例提供的终端数据的处理方法,在云端服务器接收到请求终端发送的登录请求时,获取与登录请求中终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息,然后根据该历史终端信息,若判断出请求终端满足预设条件,则对该请求终端的终端数据进行与历史终端信息相应的处理;即仅需在请求终端登录时,根据请求终端的历史终端信息,就可确定是否对请求终端的终端数据进行相应的处理,避免云端服务器中的数据一直未被更新或占用多余的存储空间,大大地提高了云端服务器数据管理的灵活性。如,对使用频率较低的请求终端对应的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除等等,大大提高了这部分数据的实际使用率,以及减少多余数据对云端服务器内存的占用;以及,对无效的这部分终端数据进行删除,大大的减少了多余数据对云端服务器的内存空间的占用,节省了云端服务器的空间。
为便于更好的实施本发明实施例提供的终端数据的处理方法,本发明实施例还提供一种基于上述终端数据的处理方法的装置及系统。其中名词的含义与上述终端数据的处理的方法中相同,具体实现细节可以参考方法实施例中的说明。
本发明实施例提供一种终端数据的处理装置,包括:
接收单元,用于接收请求终端发送的登录请求,所述登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息;
获取单元,用于获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息;
判断单元,用于根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件;
处理单元,用于若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理。

第一获取子单元,用于获取所述历史终端信息中指示的历史登录信息;

其中接收单元301,用于接收请求终端发送的登录请求,所述登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息。获取单元302,用于获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息。
在某些实施方式中,终端标识信息可以包括终端账号信息,该获取单元302可以用于:获取云端服务器上与该终端账号信息相关联的历史终端信息。
比如,云端服务器接收请求终端发送的登录请求,其中该登录请求携带终端账号信息,并根据该登录请求,获取云端服务器上与所述终端账号信息相关联的历史终端信息。
可以理解的是,由于一个云账号可对应多个终端信息,因此,当云端服务器接收到请求终端发送的登录请求后,可以根据终端标识信息(如终端账号信息),获取到对应同一云账号的多个终端在云端服务器登录、上传以及下载等等的行为数据以及存储的数据本身。
其中,这些对应同一云账号的多个终端在云端服务器登录、上传以及下载等等的行为数据以及存储的数据本身可以认为是与该终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息。
判断单元303,用于根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件。处理单元304,用于若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对该请求终端的终端数据进行与历史终端信息相应的处理。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,判断单元303根据历史终端信息,判断请求终端是否满足预设条件的方式有很多,请一并参阅图5,图5为本发明实施例提供的终端数据的处理装置的另一结构示意图。
比如,该终端数据的处理装置400中判断单元303可以包括:
第一获取子单元3031,用于获取所述历史终端信息中指示的历史登录信息。
第一确定子单元3032,用于若根据所述历史登录信息确定请求终端的使用频率低于预设阈值,则确定相应的请求终端满足预设条件。
基于此,该处理单元304用于向所述请求终端发送提示信息,接收请求终端根据所述提示信息返回的操作指令,根据所述操作指令对相应的请求终端的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除。
在该实施方式中,利用历史登录信息来确定请求终端的使用频率,如果请求终端的使用频率较低,可认为对应的终端长期未使用或不再使用,因此云端服务器可以向当前的请求终端发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对使用频率较低的请求终端对应的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除等等,提高了这部分数据的实际使用率。
又比如,如图5所示,在某些实施方式中,该判断单元303还可以包括:
第二获取子单元3033,用于获取所述历史终端信息中指示的记录创建信息。
第二确定子单元3034,用于若根据所述记录创建信息确定请求终端超过预设的有效时间值,则确定相应的请求终端满足预设条件。
基于此,该处理单元304用于向所述请求终端发送提示信息,接收请求终端根据所述提示信息返回的操作指令,根据所述操作指令对相应的请求终端的终端数据进行删除。
在该实施方式中,利用记录创建信息来确定终端数据的存储是否超过有效时间,如果超过有效时间值,可认为对应的终端长期未使用或不再使用,因此云端服务器可以向当前的请求终端发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对超过有效时间值对应的这部分终端数据进行删除,大大的减少了多余数据对内存空间的占用。
还比如,如图5所示,在某些实施方式中,该判断单元303还可以包括:
第三获取子单元3035,用于判断所述历史终端信息,获取相应的终端数据。

基于此,该处理单元304用于向所述请求终端发送提示信息,接收请求终端根据所述提示信息返回的操作指令,根据所述操作指令对终端数据中的无效数据进行删除。
在该实施方式中,可首先根据历史终端信息获取到相应的终端数据,如用户上传以及下载的数据,等等。判断该终端数据中是否存在无效数据,如联系人已停机的手机号对应的数据,或者已经超时的日程表,或者重复数据等等,均可认为是无效数据;因此云端服务器可以向当前的请求终端发送提示信息,以提醒用户是否对无效的这部分终端数据进行删除,大大的减少了多余数据对内存空间的占用。
具体实施时,以上各个单元可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个单元的具体实施可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
该终端数据的处理装置具体可以集成在服务器或网关等网络设备中,如云端服务器等等。
由上述可知,本实施例提供的终端数据的处理装置,在云端服务器接收到请求终端发送的登录请求时,获取与登录请求中终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息,然后根据该历史终端信息,若判断出请求终端满足预设条件,则对该请求终端的终端数据进行与历史终端信息相应的处理;即仅需在请求终端登录时,根据请求终端的历史终端信息,就可确定是否对请求终端的终端数据进行相应的处理,避免云端服务器中的数据一直未被更新或占用多余的存储空间,大大地提高了云端服务器数据管理的灵活性。
本发明实施例提供一种终端数据的处理系统,包括云端服务器以及至少一个请求终端,其中,所述云端服务器包括上述的终端数据的处理装置;所述请求终端用于,向所述云端服务器发送登录请求,所述登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息。
可参考如图2所示的终端数据的处理系统,包括云端服务器以及至少一个请求终端,其中该云端服务器可以包括如上述实施例所提供的任一终端数据的处理装置。
比如,该云端服务器主要用于接收请求终端发送的登录请求,其中登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息,如终端账号信息、终端名称信息,等等。然后,获取与该终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息,如终端的历史登录信息、终端数据的记录创建信息,等等;进而,根据这些历史终端信息来判断该请求终端是否满足预设条件,若是,则对该请求终端的终端数据进行与历史终端信息相应的处理,如删除、备份或者更新,等等。
在某些实施方式中,该云端服务器还可以基于以下方式判断请求终端是否满足预设条件:
比如,获取该历史终端信息中指示的历史登录信息,若根据历史登录信息确定请求终端的使用频率低于预设阈值,则确定该请求终端满足预设条件,进而,云端服务器向该请求终端发送提示信息,接收请求终端根据该提示信息返回的操作指令,根据该操作指令对请求终端的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除,提高了这部分数据的实际使用率。

另外,该终端数据的处理系统还可以包括存储器,其中该存储器存储有预设条件,以在云端服务器获取到历史终端信息后,供云端服务器调用。

本发明实施例提供一种服务器,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器有计算机程序,其中,所述处理器通过调用所述计算机程序,用于执行以下步骤:
接收请求终端发送的登录请求,所述登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息;
获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息;
根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件;
若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理。
本发明实施例提供了一种服务器600,其中可以集成如上实施例所提供的任一终端数据的处理装置,参考图6,其示出了本发明实施例所涉及的服务器600的结构示意图,具体来讲:
该服务器600可以包括一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器601、一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器602、通讯单元603、电源604、输入单元605、以及显示单元606等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的服务器结构并不构成对服务器的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
处理器601是该服务器的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个服务器的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器602内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器602内的数据,执行服务器的各种功能和处理数据,从而对服务器进行整体监控。可选的,处理器601可包括一个或多个处理核心;在某此实施方式中,处理器601可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器601中。
存储器602可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器601通过运行存储在存储器602的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。
通讯单元603可用于收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,通讯单元603接收请求终端发送的信号,并将信号交由一个或者一个以上处理器601处理;同时,通讯单元603将处理器601发出的反馈信号发送给请求终端。
服务器还包括给各个部件供电的电源604(比如电池),在某此实施方式中,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器601逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源604还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
该服务器还可包括输入单元605,该输入单元605可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。
该服务器还可包括显示单元606,该显示单元606可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及服务器的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元606可包括显示面板,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。
具体在本实施例中,服务器中的处理器601会按照如下的指令,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的可执行文件加载到存储器602中,并由处理器601来运行存储在存储器602中的应用程序,从而实现各种功能,如下:

    根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件;
    若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端数据的处理方法,其中,所述根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件,包括:
    获取所述历史终端信息中指示的历史登录信息;

  15. 一种服务器,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器有计算机程序,其中,所述处理器通过调用所述计算机程序,用于执行以下步骤:
    接收请求终端发送的登录请求,所述登录请求携带相应的终端标识信息;
    获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息;
    根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件;
    若判断出相应的请求终端满足预设条件,则对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    获取所述历史终端信息中指示的历史登录信息;
    若根据所述历史登录信息确定请求终端的使用频率低于预设阈值,则确定相应的请求终端满足预设条件;
    对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:向所述相应的请求终端发送提示信息,接收所述相应的请求终端根据所述提示信息返回的操作指令,根据所述操作指令对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行备份、更新或者删除。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    获取所述历史终端信息中指示的记录创建信息;
    若根据所述记录创建信息确定请求终端超过预设的有效时间值,则确定相应的请求终端满足预设条件;
    对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:向所述相应的请求终端发送提示信息,接收所述相应的请求终端根据所述提示信息返回的操作指令,根据所述操作指令对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行删除。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,根据所述历史终端信息,判断相应的请求终端是否满足预设条件时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    根据所述历史终端信息,获取相应的终端数据;
    若判断所述终端数据存在无效数据,则确定相应的请求终端满足预设条件;
    对所述相应的请求终端的终端数据进行与所述历史终端信息相应的处理时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:向所述相应的请求终端发送提示信息,接收所述相应的请求终端根据所述提示信息返回的操作指令,根据所述操作指令对所述终端数据中的无效数据进行删除。
  19. 根据权利要求15至18任一项所述的服务器,其中,所述终端标识信息包括终端账号信息;
    获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    获取服务器上与所述终端账号信息相关联的历史终端信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的服务器,其中,获取与所述终端标识信息相关联的历史终端信息时,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    获取与所述终端账号信息相关联的每一请求终端在所述服务器登录、上传以及下载的行为数据以及存储的数据,并将所述行为数据以及所述存储的数据确定为历史终端信息。
