- 如权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:获取项目开发流程中的各个时间节点;当监测到达到项目开发流程中的时间节点时,获取该时间节点对应的用户;将生成的文档及补充内容的提醒信息发送至该时间节点对应的用户;当监测到所述对应的用户完成补充内容后,将补充内容后的文档进行更新保存。
- 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:提取项目开发系统中各个用户的开发内容;通过所述开发内容判断所述对应的用户是否需要补充内容;若所述对应的用户需要补充内容,则执行所述将生成的文档及补充内容的提醒信息发送至该时间节点对应的用户的步骤,否则,将生成的文档发送至该时间节点对应的用户。
- 如权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:监测用户是否输入补充内容,或监测用户是否上传补充内容的新文档;若监测到用户输入补充内容,或监测到用户上传补充内容的新文档,则将补充的内容保存至所述生成的文档,或提取所述用户上传补充内容的新文档中的补充内容,并将提取到的补充内容保存至所述生成的文档,并将补充内容后的文档进行更新保存。
- 如权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:监测所述项目开发是否开发完成,当监测到项目开发完成时,将项目文档进行归档。
- 一种文档自动生成装置,其特征在于,所述文档自动生成装置包括:接收模块,用于接收用户输入的项目开发需求内容信息的关键词和版本号;抓取模块,用于根据所述关键词与项目模板的对应关系,抓取所述关键词对应的项目模板,根据所述版本号与版本信息的对应关系,抓取对应的版本信息;生成模块,用于根据所述项目模板及版本信息自动生成文档,并将生成的文档进行保存。
- 如权利要求19所述的文档自动生成装置,其特征在于,所述生成模块包括:获取单元,用于获取所述版本信息在所述项目模板中的对应位置;生成单元,用于将所述版本信息复制至所述项目版本中的对应位置生成文档,并将生成的文档进行保存。
