Abstract

一种数据处理方法及数据处理装置、设备和计算机可读存储介质,所述方法包括:在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件(S10);对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统(S20);接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方(S30)。通过设定标准模板进行信息传递,提高了保险系统与渠道方进行交互的便捷性。

本申请要求于2016年12月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201611270788.3、发明名称为“数据处理方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及保险系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据处理方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
保险系统对接的渠道方众多,例如,该保险系统可为养老保障系统。由于保险系统与渠道方之间进行数据交互时,针对每个渠道方的数据交互规则不一致,导致针对不同的渠道方需要重新开发不同的交互模板。从而随着保险系统对接渠道方的增多,不仅增加了保险系统开发的复杂性,而且保险系统与不同渠道方之间通过不同的规则进行数据交互,不够便捷。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种数据处理方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在提高保险系统与渠道方进行交互的便捷性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种数据处理方法,应用于保险系统,包括:
在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供了一种数据处理装置,应用于保险系统,包括:
接收模块,用于在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
校验模块,用于对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
发送模块,用于接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供了一种数据处理设备所述数据处理设备包括处理器及存储器,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的数据处理程序,以实现以下步骤:
在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。

如图1所示,示出了本发明一种数据处理方法第一实施例。该实施例的数据处理方法包括:
步骤S10、在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
本实施例中,数据处理方法应用于保险系统,该保险系统包括养老保障系统,以下将以养老保障系统为例进行详细说明。养老保障系统在其设置的项目库中建立与基金产品对应的产品项目,并发布该产品项目对应的产品信息,等待客户对基金产品进行认购或赎回等。
养老保障系统还配置有与渠道方及第三方系统进行交互的标准模板,以便通过该标准模板进行数据交互。标准模板包括文件名称、文件类型、版本号、交易流水号、交易时间、银行账号、证件类型、个人信息、联系方式等。
当渠道方需要与养老保障系统进行交互时,渠道方基于产品信息对标准模板进行完善,以根据完善的标准模板所生成的申请文件,并将申请文件发送至养老保障系统,养老保障系统接收该申请文件,该申请文件包括开户文件、认购文件、赎回文件等。该渠道方包括预先与养老保障系统建立合作关系的渠道方,例如陆金所、微信、京东等。
步骤S20、对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
养老保障系统对接收到的申请文件进行校验,该校验包括物理校验和业务校验,该物理校验可为对期赎回文件的长度、数值型等进行校验,该业务校验可为对期赎回文件的身份证号、银行账号等进行校验。
首先判断物理校验是否通过,当物理校验不通过时,输出相应的提示信息,以便管理人员根据提示信息进行处理。当物理校验通过时,判断业务校验是否通过,若业务校验不通过,则输出相应的提示信息,以便管理人员根据提示信息进行处理。若业务校验通过,则将申请文件发送至第三方系统,并将申请文件存储至指定的业务表中。例如,当申请文件为开户文件时,将开户文件存储至开户业务表中;当申请文件为认购文件时,将认购文件存储至认购业务表中。该第三方系统可为与养老保障系统建立合作关系的银行系统,例如,恒生的TA系统。
步骤S30、接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
第三方系统对接收到的申请文件进行审核,当审核通过后生成确认信息,将确认信息发送至养老保障系统。养老保障系统接收第三方系统基于申请文件反馈的确认信息,并将确认信息存储至指定的业务表中。然后根据确认信息与申请文件生成确认文件,说明申请成功,此时将确认文件发送至渠道方。
本发明实施例养老保障系统在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。使得通过设定标准模板进行信息传递,提高了养老保障系统与渠道方进行交互的便捷性。
进一步地,基于上述数据处理方法第一实施例,提出了本发明数据处理方法第二实施例,该实施例中上述对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤之后包括:
当所述申请文件校验不通过时,获取所述申请文件校验不通所对应的错误类型;
当所述错误类型为信息输入错误时,向所述渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使所述渠道方对所述申请文件的数据进行修改;
当所述错误类型为文件缺失时,对所述申请文件的数据进行暂停处理。
本实施例中,养老保障系统在对申请文件进行校验的过程中,当校验不通过时,可获取申请文件的错误类型并根据错误类型对数据进行相应的处理。具体地,当错误类型为个人信息、文件名称等信息输入错误时,养老保障系统向渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使渠道方对申请文件的数据进行修改,养老保障系统接收渠道方基于信息输入错误返回的修改信息,根据修改信息接收用户输入指令对申请文件的数据执行相应的修改操作。
当错误类型为文件缺失时,也即接收到文件的顺序错误,例如,先接收到渠道方发送的认购文件,而未接收到渠道方发送的开户文件时,暂停对认购文件的处理,并判断是否接收到开户文件。当接收到开户文件时,依次对开户文件及认购文件进行处理;当未接收到开户文件时,维持对认购文件的暂停处理。
本实施例养老保障系统在对申请文件校验不通过时,可根据申请文件的错误类型来对申请文件的数据进行相应的处理,减少人工干预的工作量,提高了校验的准确性及时效性。
进一步地,基于上述数据处理方法第一实施例,提出了本发明数据处理方法第三实施例,该实施例中上述步骤S10包括:
接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件,根据所述申请文件获取所述渠道方对应的渠道流水号,并为所述渠道方设定渠道代码;
根据所述渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号;
将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统的步骤包括:
根据所述目标流水号将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方的步骤包括:
获取所述目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据所述渠道流水号将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
本实施例中,为了减少人工确认的不准确,养老保障系统在与渠道方及第三方系统进行数据交互时,可通过设定目标流水号,将目标流水号作为数据交互的识别码。具体地,养老保障系统在接收到接收渠道方发送的申请文件后,获取该渠道方对应的渠道流水号,并为渠道方设定渠道代码。然后根据渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号,并在对申请文件校验通过后,根据目标流水号将申请文件发送至第三方系统。在接收到第三方系统基于申请文件反馈的确认信息后,根据确认信息与申请文件生成确认文件,再提取目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据渠道流水号将确认文件发送至渠道方。
本实施例养老保障系统在接收到申请文件后,通过根据渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号,以便通过目标流水号与渠道方及第三方系统进行数据交互,减少了人工操作,提高了对数据进行确认的准确性及效率。
进一步地,基于上述数据处理方法第一、第二或第三实施例,提出了本发明数据处理方法第四实施例,该实施例中上述步骤S10之后包括:
获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤;
若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤。
具体地,在一实施例中,如图2所示,本实施例中数据处理方法包括:
步骤S10、养老保障系统在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
步骤S40、获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
步骤S21、若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
步骤S30、接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
在另一实施例中,如图3所示,本实施例中数据处理方法包括:
步骤S10、在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
步骤S40、获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
步骤S22、若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
步骤S30、接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
本实施例中,养老保障系统可预先设置日切开关,规定每天仅在指定的时间内对接收到的数据进行处理。例如,渠道方可随时发送数据至养老保障系统,但是在每天早上9点,日切开关打开,使得养老保障系统可以对接收到的数据进行处理;而下午15点时,日切开关关闭,使得15点以后接收到的数据自动委托到第二天进行处理。
养老保障系统在接收到渠道方发送的到期申请文件后,在对到期申请文件进行进行校验之前,首先获取接收到渠道方发送到期申请文件的接收时间,判断接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内。当接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则对到期申请文件进行进行校验;当接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,对到期申请文件进行进行校验。该预设时间范围可根据具体情况而灵活设置。
本实施例养老保障系统可不限定接收申请文件的时间,而设定处理接收到的申请文件的时间,以适应管理人员的工作时间,提高了养老保障系统对数据进行处理的灵活性及便捷性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
对应地,如图4所示,提出本发明一种数据处理装置第一实施例。该实施例的数据处理装置包括:
接收模块100,用于在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
本实施例中,数据处理装置应用于保险系统,该保险系统包括养老保障系统,以下将以养老保障系统为例进行详细说明。养老保障系统在其设置的项目库中建立与基金产品对应的产品项目,并发布该产品项目对应的产品信息,等待客户对基金产品进行认购或赎回等。

校验模块200,用于对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
校验模块200对接收到的申请文件进行校验,该校验包括物理校验和业务校验,该物理校验可为对期赎回文件的长度、数值型等进行校验,该业务校验可为对期赎回文件的身份证号、银行账号等进行校验。
首先判断物理校验是否通过,当物理校验不通过时,输出相应的提示信息,以便管理人员根据提示信息进行处理。当物理校验通过时,判断业务校验是否通过,若业务校验不通过,则输出相应的提示信息,以便管理人员根据提示信息进行处理。若业务校验通过,则将申请文件发送至第三方系统,并将申请文件存储至指定的业务表中。例如,当申请文件为开户文件时,将开户文件存储至开户业务表中;当申请文件为认购文件时,将认购文件存储至认购业务表中。该第三方系统可为与养老保障系统建立合作关系的银行系统,例如,恒生的TA系统。
发送模块300,用于接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
第三方系统对接收到的申请文件进行审核,当审核通过后生成确认信息,将确认信息发送至养老保障系统。养老保障系统调用发送模块300接收第三方系统基于申请文件反馈的确认信息,并将确认信息存储至指定的业务表中。然后根据确认信息与申请文件生成确认文件,说明申请成功,此时将确认文件发送至渠道方。
本发明实施例养老保障系统在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。使得通过设定标准模板进行信息传递,提高了养老保障系统与渠道方进行交互的便捷性。
进一步地,基于上述数据处理装置第一实施例,提出了本发明数据处理装置第二实施例,该实施例中上述数据处理装置还包括:
获取模块,用于当所述申请文件校验不通过时,获取所述申请文件校验不通所对应的错误类型;
修改模块,用于当所述错误类型为信息输入错误时,向所述渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使所述渠道方对所述申请文件的数据进行修改;
暂停模块,用于当所述错误类型为文件缺失时,对所述申请文件的数据进行暂停处理。
本实施例中,养老保障系统在对申请文件进行校验的过程中,当校验不通过时,获取模块可获取申请文件的错误类型并根据错误类型对数据进行相应的处理。具体地,当错误类型为个人信息、文件名称等信息输入错误时,修改模块向渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使渠道方对申请文件的数据进行修改,修改模块接收渠道方基于信息输入错误返回的修改信息,根据修改信息接收用户输入指令对申请文件的数据执行相应的修改操作。
当错误类型为文件缺失时,也即接收到文件的顺序错误,例如,先接收到渠道方发送的认购文件,而未接收到渠道方发送的开户文件时,暂停对认购文件的处理,并判断是否接收到开户文件。当接收到开户文件时,依次对开户文件及认购文件进行处理;当未接收到开户文件时,暂停模块维持对认购文件的暂停处理。
本实施例养老保障系统在对申请文件校验不通过时,可根据申请文件的错误类型来对申请文件的数据进行相应的处理,减少人工干预的工作量,提高了校验的准确性及时效性。
进一步地,基于上述数据处理装置第一实施例,提出了本发明数据处理装置第三实施例,该实施例中上述接收模块100还用于,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件,根据所述申请文件获取所述渠道方对应的渠道流水号,并为所述渠道方设定渠道代码;根据所述渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号;
所述校验模块200还用于,对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,根据所述目标流水号将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
所述发送模块300还用于,接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件;获取所述目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据所述渠道流水号将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。

本实施例养老保障系统在接收到申请文件后,通过根据渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号,以便通过目标流水号与渠道方及第三方系统进行数据交互,减少了人工操作,提高了对数据进行确认的准确性及效率。
进一步地,如图5所示,基于上述数据处理装置第一、第二或第三实施例,提出了本发明数据处理装置第四实施例,该实施例中上述数据处理装置还包括:
判断模块400,用于获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
处理模块500,用于若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则由所述校验模块对所述申请文件进行校验;
若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则所述校验模块在第二天的预设时间范围内,对所述申请文件进行校验。

养老保障系统在接收到渠道方发送的到期申请文件后,在对到期申请文件进行进行校验之前,首先由判断模块400获取接收到渠道方发送到期申请文件的接收时间,判断接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内。处理模块500在接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内时,对到期申请文件进行进行校验;在接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内时,在第二天的预设时间范围内,对到期申请文件进行进行校验。该预设时间范围可根据具体情况而灵活设置。
本实施例养老保障系统可不限定接收申请文件的时间,而设定处理接收到的申请文件的时间,以适应管理人员的工作时间,提高了养老保障系统对数据进行处理的灵活性及便捷性。
在硬件实现上,以上接收模块100、校验模块200及发送模块300等可以以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于数据处理装置中,也可以以软件形式存储于数据处理装置的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。该处理器可以为中央处理单元(CPU)、微处理器、单片机等。
如图6所示,图6是本发明实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本发明实施例数据处理设备可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图6所示,该数据处理设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,该数据处理设备还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。其中,传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示屏的亮度,接近传感器可在移动数据处理设备移动到耳边时,关闭显示屏和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别移动数据处理设备姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;当然,移动数据处理设备还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的数据处理设备结构并不构成对数据处理设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图6所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及数据处理程序。

对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。

当所述申请文件校验不通过时,获取所述申请文件校验不通所对应的错误类型;
当所述错误类型为信息输入错误时,向所述渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使所述渠道方对所述申请文件的数据进行修改;
当所述错误类型为文件缺失时,对所述申请文件的数据进行暂停处理。

接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件,根据所述申请文件获取所述渠道方对应的渠道流水号,并为所述渠道方设定渠道代码;

将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统的步骤包括:
根据所述目标流水号将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方的步骤包括:
获取所述目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据所述渠道流水号将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
进一步地,处理器1001可以执行存储器1005中存储的数据处理程序,以实现以下操作:
获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤;
若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤。
本实施例通过上述方案,在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。使得通过设定标准模板进行信息传递,提高了保险系统与渠道方进行交互的便捷性。
本发明提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
优选地,所述计算机可读存储介质存储还用于实现对所述申请文件进行校验之后的步骤:
当所述申请文件校验不通过时,获取所述申请文件校验不通所对应的错误类型;
当所述错误类型为信息输入错误时,向所述渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使所述渠道方对所述申请文件的数据进行修改;
当所述错误类型为文件缺失时,对所述申请文件的数据进行暂停处理。
优选地,所述计算机可读存储介质存储还用于实现接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件的步骤:
接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件,根据所述申请文件获取所述渠道方对应的渠道流水号,并为所述渠道方设定渠道代码;
根据所述渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号;
将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统的步骤包括:
根据所述目标流水号将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方的步骤包括:
获取所述目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据所述渠道流水号将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
优选地,所述标准模板包括文件名称、文件类型、版本号、交易流水号、交易时间、银行账号、证件类型、个人信息和/或联系方式。
优选地,所述计算机可读存储介质存储还用于实现接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件之后的步骤:
获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤;
若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据处理方法,应用于保险系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理方法包括以下步骤:
    在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
    对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
    接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其特征在于,对所述申请文件进行校验之后包括:
    当所述申请文件校验不通过时,获取所述申请文件校验不通所对应的错误类型;
    当所述错误类型为信息输入错误时,向所述渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使所述渠道方对所述申请文件的数据进行修改;
    当所述错误类型为文件缺失时,对所述申请文件的数据进行暂停处理。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件,包括:
    接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件,根据所述申请文件获取所述渠道方对应的渠道流水号,并为所述渠道方设定渠道代码;
    根据所述渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号;
    将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统的步骤包括:
    根据所述目标流水号将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
    将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方的步骤包括:
    获取所述目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据所述渠道流水号将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述标准模板包括文件名称、文件类型、版本号、交易流水号、交易时间、银行账号、证件类型、个人信息和/或联系方式。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件之后包括:
    获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件之后包括:
    获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件之后包括:
    获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则在第二天的预设时间范围内,执行对所述申请文件进行校验的步骤。
  8. 一种数据处理装置,应用于保险系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理装置包括:
    接收模块,用于在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
    校验模块,用于对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
    发送模块,用于接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的数据处理装置,其特征在于,所述数据处理装置还包括:
    获取模块,用于当所述申请文件校验不通过时,获取所述申请文件校验不通所对应的错误类型;
    修改模块,用于当所述错误类型为信息输入错误时,向所述渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使所述渠道方对所述申请文件的数据进行修改;
    暂停模块,用于当所述错误类型为文件缺失时,对所述申请文件的数据进行暂停处理。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的数据处理装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件,根据所述申请文件获取所述渠道方对应的渠道流水号,并为所述渠道方设定渠道代码;根据所述渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号;
    所述校验模块还用于,对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,根据所述目标流水号将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
    所述发送模块还用于,接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件;获取所述目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据所述渠道流水号将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的数据处理装置,其特征在于,所述数据处理装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
    处理模块,用于若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则由所述校验模块对所述申请文件进行校验;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则所述校验模块在第二天的预设时间范围内,对所述申请文件进行校验。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的数据处理装置,其特征在于,所述数据处理装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于获取接收到所述渠道方发送所述申请文件的接收时间,判断所述申请文件的接收时间是否在当天的预设时间范围内;
    处理模块,用于若所述申请文件的接收时间在当天的预设时间范围内,则由所述校验模块对所述申请文件进行校验;
    若所述申请文件的接收时间不在当天的预设时间范围内,则所述校验模块在第二天的预设时间范围内,对所述申请文件进行校验。
  13. 一种数据处理设备,其特征在于,所述数据处理设备包括处理器及存储器,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的数据处理程序,以实现以下步骤:
    在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
    对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
    接收所述第三方系统基于所述申请文件反馈的确认信息,根据所述确认信息与所述申请文件生成确认文件,将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的数据处理设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行存储器中存储的数据处理程序,以实现对所述申请文件进行校验之后的步骤:
    当所述申请文件校验不通过时,获取所述申请文件校验不通所对应的错误类型;
    当所述错误类型为信息输入错误时,向所述渠道方输出信息输入错误的提示,以使所述渠道方对所述申请文件的数据进行修改;
    当所述错误类型为文件缺失时,对所述申请文件的数据进行暂停处理。

    根据所述渠道流水号及设定的渠道代码生成目标流水号;
    将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统的步骤包括:
    根据所述目标流水号将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
    将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方的步骤包括:
    获取所述目标流水号中包含的渠道流水号,根据所述渠道流水号将所述确认文件发送至所述渠道方。

  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    在系统平台上发布产品信息及配置标准模板,接收渠道方发送的基于所述产品信息完善所述标准模板所生成的申请文件;
    对所述申请文件进行校验,当校验通过时,将所述申请文件发送至第三方系统;
