应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例的主要解决方案是:获取用户的输入信息;将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果;根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端。
由于目前的家电售后咨询智能化程度低,效率差以及准确度差的问题。本申请提供一种解决方案,通过获取输入信息根据输入信息转换为售后咨询的输入参数,启动搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果,根据搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,无需人工来完成售后咨询,提高售后咨询的智能化程度,且通过自动匹配的方式,提高了售后咨询的效率和准确度。
如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的电子设备结构示意图。
本申请实施例电子设备可以是空调器、风扇或冰箱等可接受控制的设备,也可是PC、智能手机、平板电脑或便携计算机等控制设备,或者服务器或者家庭网关等设备。
如图1所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile
memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,电子设备还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio
Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块、风速测量仪等等。其中,传感器比如图像传感器、红外传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,图像传感器或红外传感器可检测用户在空调器作用空间内的位置,通过位置来控制空调器室内风机转速。所述风速测量仪用来测量用户所在位置的风速,不同位置的风速存在差异。而作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别电子设备姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;当然,电子设备还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、温度传感器、霍尔曼传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端结构并不构成对电子设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及家电售后咨询应用程序。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的家电售后咨询应用程序,并执行以下操作:
获取用户的输入信息;
将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果;
根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端。

参照图2,本申请的第一实施例提供一种家电售后咨询方法,所述家电售后咨询方法包括:
步骤S10,获取用户的输入信息;
在本实施例中,提供售后咨询APP客户端或者提供浏览器操作界面提供售后服务,或者通过电话或短信提供售后服务或者通过公众号提供售后服务。在用户需要售后服务时,开启售后服务,通过上述方式中的任意一种输入所需要的售后信息,所输入的售后信息称为输入信息,所述输入信息可以是语音、文字、图片或者视频等格式。获取用户的输入信息,所述输入信息包括售后咨询所需要的信息。
在输入信息为文本格式时,直接将输入信息作为后续步骤所用;在输入信息为其他格式(文本格式之外的)时,转换为文本格式(在所述输入信息为文本信息之外的输入信息时,将所述输入信息转换为文本信息),转换格式后再转入后续步骤。
在本申请一实施例中,所述输入信息可以是通过电话或短信等方式来输入(在远程或者近程通过电话或短信或其他不需要输入框输入的方式),而不单单是通过输入界面所述输入的信息。
步骤S20,将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数,启用预设的搜索引擎匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果;
预先设置知识库,所述知识库收集、存储、管理家电设备售后相关的知识,例如,故障出现的原因、解决方案、容易出现的售后问题等信息。
在获取到用户的输入信息后,将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数,即,知识库有设定的文本信息格式,将用户的输入信息转换成符合知识库的格式,启用预设的搜索引擎匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果,搜索引擎对知识库的数据进行分类索引,建立索引文件,搜索引擎根据输入参数,匹配出搜索结果。
为了提高售后咨询的准确度,在本申请一实施例中,在从输入信息转换为输入参数之前,对输入信息进行处理,去除干扰,对输入信息进行处理的过程为:对输入信息进行预处理,提取特征词,对输入信息进行分词,对分词后的输入信息去除停用词。处理的过程为一个去躁的过程,排出干扰,是后续分类识别更加准确,且处理的过程可通过现有的这些预处理,提取特征词、分词和取出停用词实现,在此不再一一赘述。
在本申请一实施例中,为了提高搜索的准确性,将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数包括:根据预设的纠错机制对所述用户输入的信息进行纠错处理;将所述纠错处理后的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数。根据预设字典库输入信息进行纠错,找出明显不符合字典库的错误信息,进行排除,按照排出错误信息后的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数。
步骤S30,根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端。
在通过搜索引擎搜索到搜索结果后,根据所述搜索结果组装成答案数据。
在本申请一实施例中,在存在多条搜索结果时,参考图3,所述根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据的步骤包括:
步骤S31,在所述搜索结果包括多条时,获取每条搜索结果的匹配度;
步骤S32,根据匹配度最高的搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据。在搜索结果为多条时,按照匹配度的不同进行排序,找到最高匹配度的搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据。所述匹配度根据用户选择的变量来计算得到,所述变量包括关键词匹配,业务类型匹配等。而在存在一条搜索结果时,直接根据搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据。在生成售后咨询答案数据后,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端,即,发送至用户,以供用户知晓此次售后咨询结果。所述输出方式可以是语音、文字、图像、视频、图文或网页链接等,或者通过公众号的方式输出。
本实施例通过获取输入信息根据输入信息转换为售后咨询的输入参数,启动搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果,根据搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,无需人工来完成售后咨询,提高售后咨询的智能化程度,且通过自动匹配的方式,提高了售后咨询的效率和准确度。
在本申请一实施例中,参考图4,所述根据匹配度最高的搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据的步骤之后,还包括:
步骤S33,从除匹配度最高的搜索结果中确定匹配度排序大于预设顺序的搜索结果;
步骤S34,根据确定的搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,控制根据确定的搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据以气泡或者悬浮窗的方式在用户侧客户端界面显示。
在本实例中,根据搜索引擎输入参数可搜索出多条搜索结果,从除匹配度最高的搜索结果中确定匹配度排序大于预设顺序的搜索结果,所述预设顺序为高于前3的顺序或者高于前5的顺序等,根据需求设置,或者根据搜索结果的条数设置,例如,5-10条,为高于前3的顺序;10-20条,为高于前5的顺序;20条以上,为高于前8的顺序,当然也包括其他顺序的设置,在此不再一一举例。根据确定的搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,控制根据确定的搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据以气泡或者悬浮窗的方式在用户侧客户端界面显示,在公众号界面或者是APP或者网页链接的界面以气泡或者悬浮窗的方式显示排序大于预设顺序的搜索结果对应的售后咨询答案数据。所述气泡或者悬浮窗不会影响当前界面的操作。通过上述方式,提供更多的售后咨询答案数据给用户参考,使得参考的数据更多更加方便。
在本申请一实施例中,参考图5,所述将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数的步骤之前,还包括:
步骤S40,从所述输入信息中提取分类参数;
步骤S50,根据所述分类参数判断所述输入信息是否为售后咨询输入信息;
步骤S60,在所述输入信息为售后咨询输入信息时,执行将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数的步骤。
系统还设置分类器,通过分类器学习的方式,建立统计模型,将输入信息转换为分类器的输入参数,根据预设的统计模型与算法,计算出用户的意图分类数据,根据分类数据判断,如果属于售后咨询输入信息,执行将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数的步骤。若不是,则转入其他操作,而不是售后咨询的后续操作。例如,为控制操作,则控制相应家电设备的运行。通过分类,防止误操作,使得售后咨询操作更加准确,有效。
在本申请一实施例中,参考图6,所述将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果的步骤包括:
步骤S21,获取所述用户侧与所述售后咨询对应的影响因子;
步骤S22,根据所述影响因子对所述输入参数修正,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与修正后的输入参数对应的搜索结果。
因用户侧不同环境,或者相应售后咨询的家电设备的运转情况不同,所需要咨询的家电售后信息不同,因此,获取所述用户侧与所述售后咨询对应的影响因子,所述影响因子,为售后咨询家电设备的运行状态或者操作信息等,或者是用户侧所在的环境信息等。根据所述影响因子对所述输入参数修正,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与修正后的输入参数对应的搜索结果。所述修正的修正值根据影响因子的值获取,提前设置影响因子的值与修正值的对应关系,后续根据对应关系获取与影响因子对应的修正值,对输入参数修正。通过用户侧的因素对输入参数进行修正,提高售后咨询更加准确。
在本申请一实施例中,参考图7,所述根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端的步骤之后,还包括:
步骤S70,接收用户发送的基于所述售后咨询答案数据发送的反馈数据;
步骤S80,在所述反馈数据包含否认数据时,根据所述反馈数据对所述输入参数进行更改;
步骤S90,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与更改后的输入参数对应的搜索结果。
在本实施例中,在售后咨询信息输出后,例如,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端。接收用户对于售后咨询的反馈,如果反馈正确,则继续接收输入信息,表示给用户反馈了所需的售后咨询信息;若反馈为错误时,即,包含否认信息时,根据所述反馈数据对所述输入参数进行更改;启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与更改后的输入参数对应的搜索结果。从用户反馈数据中提取出针对搜索引擎的输入参数进行修正,以搜索出正确、准确的搜索结果,进而得到正确的售后咨询答案数据。通过根据用户意愿不断修正搜索引擎的输入参数,提高售后咨询的准确度。
本申请还提供一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的家电售后咨询程序,所述家电售后咨询程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上述实施例所述的家电售后咨询方法。

- 如权利要求7所述的家电售后咨询方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端的步骤之后,还包括:接收用户发送的基于所述售后咨询答案数据发送的反馈数据;在所述反馈数据包含否认数据时,根据所述反馈数据对所述输入参数进行更改;以及启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与更改后的输入参数对应的搜索结果。
- 如权利要求1所述的家电售后咨询方法,其特征在于,所述将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数的步骤包括:根据预设的纠错机制对所述用户输入的信息进行纠错处理;以及将所述纠错处理后的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数。
- 如权利要求1所述的家电售后咨询方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端的步骤之后,还包括:接收用户发送的基于所述售后咨询答案数据发送的反馈数据;在所述反馈数据包含否认数据时,根据所述反馈数据对所述输入参数进行更改;以及启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与更改后的输入参数对应的搜索结果。
- 如权利要求1所述的家电售后咨询方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述输入信息为文本信息之外的输入信息时,将所述输入信息转换为文本信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的家电售后咨询方法,其特征在于,所述启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果包括:搜索引擎对知识库的数据进行分类索引,建立索引文件,搜索引擎根据输入参数,匹配出搜索结果。
- 如权利要求1所述的家电售后咨询方法,其特征在于,在从输入信息转换为输入参数之前,还包括:对输入信息进行预处理,提取特征词,对输入信息进行分词,对分词后的输入信息去除停用词。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的家电售后咨询程序,所述家电售后咨询程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:获取用户的输入信息;将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果;以及根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有家电售后咨询程序,所述家电售后咨询程序被处理器执行如下步骤;获取用户的输入信息;将所述用户的输入信息转换成售后咨询的输入参数,启用预设的搜索引擎从预设的家电售后知识库匹配出与所述输入参数对应的搜索结果;以及根据所述搜索结果生成售后咨询答案数据,将所述答案数据发送至所述用户侧的客户端。
