顧客の電話番号については、スマートフォンに置かず、アクセスを制限した顧客データベースに登録して、その電話番号を取得して会社の交換装置を経由して客先へ電話を行うようにする技術が特許文献1にある。
なお、情報処理装置にインストールすることにより、上記の電話交換装置の各手段の機能を実現できる。
図1は、本発明一実施の形態の電話交換システムの構成を示す図である。なお、この明細書では、外出中にユーザが、自身のスマートフォンから会社の電話交換機装置(PBX)を介して、客先の電話機(端末)に発信する例で説明する。
なお、電話網51、52は、ユーザ端末からの客先発信のための着信と、客先への発信とに分けて説明するために表したもので、電話網51は、スマートフォン30との関係から無線電話回線網であり、電話網52は、発信先の相手端末への電話網を示すものであり、固定電話回線でも無線電話回線でもよい。電話網51、52は、電話交換装置20からみると、外線に相当する。
ユーザが自身の携帯端末であるスマートフォン30のアプリケーションソフトウェアを用いて、客先を選択して発信操作すると、発信先端末情報である客先電話番号と発信元端末情報であるスマートフォンの電話番号が、インターネットを介して会社の電話交換装置20に通知され、当該通知を受け取った電話交換装置20は、スマートフォン30の電話番号から、客先端末である発信先端末の電話の発信予約として受け付け、登録する。
スマートフォン30のアプリケーションソフトウェアは、上述のインターネットを介する発信予約をするとともに、無線電話回線である電話網51を介して、会社の電話交換装置20へ電話発信を行い、発信者番号として自身のスマートフォン30の電話番号を会社の電話交換装置20に通知する。
このインターネット40を介する発信予約と電話網51を介する電話交換装置20への通知とは、アプリケーションソフトウェアの操作としては、1回の選択行為で行うことができる。
スマートフォン30からの着信を受けた電話交換装置20は、電話網51を介して通知された発信電話番号と発信予約されたスマートフォンの電話番号とを照合し、一致する場合、電話交換装置20の電話番号を発信元電話番号として発信予約された客先電話番号の端末へ発信し、応答した発信先端末60とスマートフォン30とを接続し、スマートフォンと発信先端末との間の電話を中継接続する。
ユーザは、スマートフォン30を操作してアプリケーョンソフトウェアを起動し、インターネット40を介してサーバ10に接続して発信予約を行う。このとき、スマートフォン30には、客先電話番号を登録せず、サーバ10にある、顧客電話番号データベースに接続し、電話をしたい顧客の電話番号を選択する。この選択をすることで、スマートフォン30の電話番号が同時にサーバ10において、発信元電話番号と発信先電話番号とがセットで、発信予約としてサーバ10において受け付けられ、この発信予約は、電話交換装置20の外部AP連携部22に発信予約登録要求として通知される。
スマートフォン30は、ユーザ個人のものであり、顧客情報を個人の端末に蓄積しておくことは、スマートフォンの紛失などで流出することは好ましくないため、顧客情報をスマートフォン上に置かず、サーバ10側に置いておくことが好ましい。もちろん、スマートフォン30から、発信元電話番号とともに、発信予約をしたい発信先端末60の発信先電話番号をセットで通知して、発信予約を行うことも可能である。
なお、サーバ10は、図1では、電話交換装置20とは別の構成として表されているが、電話交換装置20がインターネット機能を有するように構成することは可能であり、この場合には、電話交換装置20のインターネットに接続されるサーバ機能として把握することが可能である。
発信予約によるコールフォワードを電話交換装置20がサービス中に、スマートフォン30からインターネットを介してサーバ10に発信予約の通知が到来すると、この通知のデータによって、サーバ10から電話交換装置20の外部AP連携部22に発信予約制御要求がされる。外部AP連携部22は、当該発信予約制御要求のパラメータをチェックし、パラメータが妥当でない場合には、受付を拒否する。パラメータが妥当ではないとは、登録件数がオーバしたとか、内線が発信先であって呼出し不可であるような場合である。
発信予約制御要求が通知されると、その後、時間を置かず、あるいはほぼ同時にスマートフォン30から電話網51を介して、呼制御部24にスマートフォン30から外線着信がされる。このとき、呼制御部24は、外線着信する電話網からの発信元電話番号と登録されている発信予約制御要求の発信元電話番号とを照合する。一致している場合には、発信予約制御による発信指示のためのサービス番号入力待ちとしてPB信号の受信を待つ。これは、PB信号としてダイヤル9が押下されることで、予約発信であることを確認するためである。PB信号が入力されると、呼制御部24は、外部AP連携部22に登録されているコールフォワード発信情報取得として、発信先電話番号を取得し、発信先外線を捕捉して、呼出しを行う。このとき、発信元電話番号としては、会社の電話番号になる電話交換装置の電話番号を用い、スマートフォン30の電話番号は発信元電話番号とはしない。
呼制御部24は、発信先端末から呼出信号が到来すると、外部AP連携部22に、発信予約制御応答通知を行う。外部AP連携部22は、この通知を受け、コールフォワード発信受付タイマがタイムアウトになると、タイマをリセットして登録されているコールフォワード発信情報である発信元電話番号と発信先電話番号の登録を削除し、サーバ10に発信予約制御応答成功の通知を行う。
また、上述のシーケンスでは、ユーザが発信予約による発信を確認するために、PB信号待ちをするが、必ずしも必要とせず、スマートフォンでの1回の操作で発信先端末への発信を行うようにしてもよい。
