Abstract
Description
本願は、2017年02月20日に、日本に出願された特願2017-029038号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
一方、ユーティリティーボックス内の下部に、バッテリ等を収納する空間を区画するバッテリカバーを設け、このバッテリカバー上にメンテナンスツールを保持する構造が開示されている(例えば特許文献2参照)。この場合、ユーティリティーボックス内からバッテリのメンテナンスを可能とし、かつメンテナンスツールの出し入れもしやすくなっている。
しかし、ボックス内側に膨出部を形成すると、膨出部を形成した部位では車幅方向の収納を制限してしまう。例えば、特許文献2のように、ボックス内の区画部材にメンテナンスツールを車幅方向に沿わせて保持する場合、メンテナンスツールの長さが膨出部を形成した部位の幅よりも長いと収納できなくなる。このため、区画部材の高さを変化させ、メンテナンスツールを膨出部よりも高い位置に収納するといった対応が必要となり、ボックス内の収納空間を浅くしてしまうという課題がある。
(1)本発明の態様に係る鞍乗型車両の収納構造は、鞍乗型車両の側面視で、車体フレーム部材と重なり、前記車体フレーム部材の上下に渡るように設けられる物品収納ボックスを備え、前記物品収納ボックスは、前記車体フレーム部材を避けるようにボックス内側に膨出する膨出部と、前記膨出部と側面視で重なる部位に設けられてボックス内部空間を上下に区画する区画部材と、を備え、前記区画部材は、長さ方向を車両前後方向に向けた第一メンテナンスツールを保持するツール保持部を備え、前記ツール保持部は、前記区画部材の上面から上方に向けて起立し、前記第一メンテナンスツールを支える支持壁部を備え、前記支持壁部は、前記膨出部の上端部よりも下方に配置されている。
また、ツール保持部は、上方に向けて起立した支持壁部によって、第一メンテナンスツールを長さ方向と直交する車幅方向から支えるので、第一メンテナンスツールを安定して保持することができる。そして、支持壁部は、膨出部の上端部の高さよりも低く設けられているので、支持壁部が膨出部よりも上方の空間に突出せず、膨出部よりも上方の空間の深さを確保することができる。区画部材の上面にツール保持部の支持壁部等を一体形成する構成であれば、別途の部品を追加することなく第一メンテナンスツールの保持構造を容易に設けることができる。
図13A~図13Dに示すように、スパナ55は、厚さ方向から見たとき、長さ方向および幅方向の向きを入れ替えることで、相互に異なる四つの形状になり得る。このため、スパナ55を厚さ方向から見た形状に整合するようなツール保持部の場合、スパナ55の向きを長さ方向および幅方向で合わせる必要がある。
左支持壁部63は、車幅方向延出壁部67、延長壁部64d1および前端延出壁部63dによって、前端部が右方から支持されている。これにより、左支持壁部63を強固にしてスパナ55を強固に保持可能である。
上記鞍乗型車両には、運転者が車体を跨いで乗車する車両全般が含まれ、自動二輪車(原動機付自転車及びスクータ型車両を含む)のみならず、三輪(前一輪かつ後二輪の他に、前二輪かつ後一輪の車両も含む)又は四輪の車両も含まれる。
そして、上記実施形態における構成は本発明の一例であり、実施形態の構成要素を周知の構成要素に置き換える等、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

- 鞍乗型車両の側面視で、車体フレーム部材と重なり、前記車体フレーム部材の上下に渡るように設けられる物品収納ボックスを備え、
前記物品収納ボックスは、前記車体フレーム部材を避けるようにボックス内側に膨出する膨出部と、前記膨出部と側面視で重なる部位に設けられてボックス内部空間を上下に区画する区画部材と、を備え、
前記区画部材は、長さ方向を車両前後方向に向けた第一メンテナンスツールを保持するツール保持部を備え、
前記ツール保持部は、前記区画部材の上面から上方に向けて起立し、前記第一メンテナンスツールを支える支持壁部を備え、
前記支持壁部は、前記膨出部の上端部よりも下方に配置されていることを特徴とする、鞍乗型車両の収納構造。 - 前記ツール保持部は、前記支持壁部に隣接して前記区画部材の前記上面に形成され、前記第一メンテナンスツールを保持する凹部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両の収納構造。
- 前記支持壁部は、前記凹部の車幅方向両側に左右支持壁部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の鞍乗型車両の収納構造。
- 前記ツール保持部は、前記凹部に部分的に隣接して前記区画部材の前記上面に形成された窪み部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の鞍乗型車両の収納構造。
- 前記支持壁部は、前記凹部の上方で平面視で前記凹部と重なるように突出するツール係止部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の収納構造。
- 前記支持壁部は、部分的に切り欠かれた切り欠き部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の収納構造。
- 前記支持壁部は、前記第一メンテナンスツールに沿って前記車両前後方向に延びる前後方向延出壁部と、前記前後方向延出壁部から車幅方向に延びる車幅方向延出壁部と、を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の収納構造。
- 前記支持壁部は、凹部の車幅方向両側に左右支持壁部を備え、
前記車幅方向延出壁部は、前記左右支持壁部の内、前記車幅方向外側の前記右支持壁部から、前記車幅方向で前記第一メンテナンスツールとは反対側に延び、
前記区画部材は、前記前後方向延出壁部と前記車幅方向延出壁部とに囲まれた領域に、前記ツール保持部が保持する前記第一メンテナンスツールとは別に第二メンテナンスツールおよび第三メンテナンスツールを保持する第二ツール保持部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の鞍乗型車両の収納構造。
