Description
本发明涉及曲面贴合技术领域,尤其涉及一种曲面贴合装置及贴合方法。
现有的贴合设备主要是在硬板基材的平面上贴合柔性材料,例如在玻璃、PC板、PMMA板上贴合柔性触摸屏或者柔性显示屏等,其工作原理是通过滚轮压合基材与柔性材料,而对于曲面或者外面为圆柱面的基材贴合是无法实现的。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种曲面贴合装置,可以实现曲面贴合同时保证贴合质量。
本申请所述的一种曲面贴合装置,用于在曲面承载件上贴合柔性件,包括用于承载柔性件的承载台,所述曲面承载件包括曲面体及位于所述曲面体端部的定位体,曲面体及柔性件其中至少之一的表面上设有粘胶,所述定位体被夹具所夹持,曲面体抵接柔性件并相对柔性件旋转,使柔性件通过粘胶贴合在曲面体的表面上。
其中,所述定位体上设有定位点,曲面体抵接柔性件时定位点对准柔性件的端部。
其中,定位体包括二相对的平面,定位点位于二相对的平面之间。
其中,,定位点位于二相对的平面中间。
其中,夹具夹持于定位体的二相对的平面上。
其中,定位体的截面为矩形,定位点位于矩形的长边的中心。

本申请提供一种贴合方法,包括:

将曲面承载件靠近柔性件,直至曲面承载件的曲面体与柔性件抵接;
旋转曲面承载件,使柔性件通过粘胶贴合于曲面体表面。
其中,在将曲面承载件靠近柔性件之前还包括:将曲面承载件的定位点与柔性件的端部对准。
本申请所述的曲面贴合装置通过旋转贴合的方式,实现对曲面体表面进行柔性屏贴合,保证贴合精度,避免气泡和褶皱产生。

下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本申请提供一种曲面贴合装置及贴合方法,用于曲面产品的层结构贴合,如曲面承载件上贴合柔性件,比如具有圆弧表面或者曲面体表面的装置需要贴合柔性显示屏、柔性触摸屏、或者贴合保护膜。
请参阅图1与图2,所述曲面贴合装置包括承载台10。承载台10用于承载并将柔性件贴合于曲面承载件20。所述曲面承载件20包括曲面体21及位于所述曲面体21相对两端的定位体22。所述曲面体21与定位体22为一体成型。曲面体21及柔性件其中至少之一的表面上设有粘胶,所述定位体22被夹具所夹持。所述定位体22上设有定位点,曲面体21抵接柔性件时定位点对准
柔性件的端部。所述曲面承载件20抵接柔性件相对柔性件旋转,使柔性件通过粘胶贴合在曲面体21的表面上。进一步地,曲面承载件还可以通过夹具同时实现相对承载台10水平移动,使柔性件通过粘胶贴合在曲面体21的表面上。
进一步的,定位体22包括二相对的平面,定位点位于二相对的平面之间或者定位点位于二相对的平面中间。夹具夹持于定位体22的二相对的平面上;一种实施例中,定位体22的截面为矩形,定位点位于矩形的长边的中心。其中,所述柔性件为柔性显示屏、柔性触摸屏或者柔性材料。所述曲面体为曲面体、截面为半圆弧形或其他弧度的弧形的物件,比如台灯圆柱形灯杆,圆柱形水杯、家居的圆柱形的脚或者扶手上,上贴附柔性触摸屏、柔性显示屏,形成智能家居的应用。
所述贴合方法,包括:
将曲面承载件20设于承载台10上方,承载台20上承载有表面设有粘胶的柔性件;
将曲面承载件20的定位点与柔性件的端部对准,然后将曲面承载件20靠近柔性件,直至曲面承载件20的曲面体21与柔性件抵接;
旋转曲面承载件20,使柔性件通过粘胶贴合于曲面体21表面。
本申请中以具有圆柱型外表面的台灯圆柱形灯杆贴合柔性触摸屏为例进行说明。所述柔性触摸屏表面设有光学粘胶。所述曲面承载件即为台灯圆柱形灯杆,其通过夹具固定于待贴合的柔性触摸屏上方。定位体的长边中心与柔性触摸屏的端部对准,然后,将灯杆靠近柔性触摸屏,直至灯杆与柔性触摸屏接触。之后,通过夹具旋转曲面承载件,使灯杆的外表面逐渐与柔性触摸屏表面接触。在接触过程中,柔性触摸屏表面的粘胶将灯杆的外表面与柔性触摸屏贴合,从而实现二者的固定。并且在接触过程中,夹具还通过灯杆对柔性触摸屏施加一定的压力,从而使得二者的贴合更加牢固。在贴合过程中,柔性触摸屏被粘胶所带动而朝向与灯杆相同的旋转方向移动,进而被卷绕在灯杆的外表面上。在本实施例中,曲面承载件仅在原地发生转动,可以理解地,灯杆也可以同时朝向柔性触摸屏的相对另一端水平移动,从而加快柔性触摸屏的贴合速度。
参阅图2与图3,本实施例中,所述定位体22的横截面为规则四边形或者具有圆形转角的四边形。四边形的长边221中心O为定位点,其与所述承载台10的柔性件30(柔性显示屏或柔性触摸屏)端部对齐,进而可以准确对
曲面承载件20定位,提高对位精度进而保证贴合精度。由于柔性件只需要恰好缠绕曲面承载件的曲面体一周即可,而不能超出或长度不足,因此利用中心O来对缠绕过程进行定位。当中心O在跟随曲面承载件过程中,又到达初始位置时,表明曲面承载件刚好旋转了一周,此时柔性件恰好完全在曲面承载件的曲面体上缠绕一周。。可以理解地,定位点也可以设在短边的中心。当然,定位点也不必一定要设在中心位置,也可以设置在其他合适的位置,比如1/4处,3/5处等等。进一步地,定位体也可以呈非规则的形状,定位体设置的目的是为了方便夹具对曲面承载件进行夹持,因此规则的定位体有助于夹具稳固夹持住定位体,但对于一些不规则的定位体,仍然可以通过设计对应结构的夹具来进行夹持,因而并不会对贴合制程造成太大的影响。此外,定位体也并不限于是四边形,而是可以为三角形、五边形、六边形等,只需要能确保夹具能够稳定地夹持住定位体即可。
可以理解地,对于截面为非完整圆形的曲面承载件,比如半圆形或弧形,在贴合过程中曲面承载件就不用旋转一整圈,而是可以旋转半圈或相应的弧度。相应地,定位点的旋转终点位置也随之作调整。
进一步的,所述曲面承载件20是通过移动机构带动夹具相对所述承载台10水平移动的。所述移动机构为气缸或者通过气缸提供动力的丝杆;或者所述移动机构包括滑槽及与滑槽滑动配合的滑轨,所述夹具装于滑轨上,与所述曲面承载件20转动同步移动。
所述承载台10的承载面上设有柔软的缓冲垫12,缓冲垫12为软胶垫,柔性件设于缓冲垫表面,其作用是补偿柔性件的平整度,让柔性件与曲面承载件的贴合平整,避免贴合气泡和褶皱问题。由于曲面体21、承载台10及柔性件是较硬材质(硬材质不会受压力挤压变形),而且是曲面与平面接触,当没有软胶垫时,曲面承载件在承载台上滚贴就可能会产生缝隙,导致贴合气泡和褶皱问题。
进一步的,所述承载台10上设有数个吸风孔11,所述数个吸风孔11与真空装置连通,吸风孔贯穿缓冲垫,所述柔性体平铺于所述承载台10上通过真空吸附定位。所述承载台10包括承载面及底面,数个吸风孔11贯穿所述承载台10,底面设有真空室,并连接有真空装置,所述数个吸风孔11与真空室连通,进而连通真空装置,可以理解,所述数个吸风孔11直接与真空装置连
通。
本申请所述的曲面贴合装置通过旋转贴合的方式,实现对曲面体等圆弧形曲面表面进行柔性屏贴合,保证贴合精度,避免气泡和褶皱产生。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种曲面贴合装置,用于在曲面承载件上贴合柔性件,其特征在于,包括用于承载柔性件的承载台,所述曲面承载件包括曲面体及位于所述曲面体端部的定位体,所述曲面体及柔性件其中至少之一的表面上设有粘胶,所述定位体被夹具所夹持,所述曲面体抵接柔性件并相对柔性件旋转,使柔性件通过粘胶贴合在曲面体的表面上。
- 如权利要求1所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述定位体上设有定位点,曲面体抵接柔性件时定位点对准柔性件的端部。
- 如权利要求2所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述定位体包括二相对的平面,定位点位于二相对的平面之间。
- 如权利要求3所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述定位点位于二相对的平面中间。
- 如权利要求3所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述夹具夹持于所述定位体的二相对的平面上。
- 如权利要求5所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述定位体的截面为矩形,所述定位点位于矩形的长边的中心。
- 如权利要求1所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述夹具夹持所述定位体而带动曲面体相对柔性件移动。
- 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述承载台的表面设有柔软的缓冲垫,柔性件设于所述缓冲垫表面。
- 如权利要求8所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述承载台上设有吸风孔,吸风孔将柔性件吸附于承载台上。
- 如权利要求9所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,吸风孔贯穿缓冲垫。
- 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述柔性件为柔性触摸屏。
- 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的曲面贴合装置,其特征在于,所述曲面体为圆柱体。
- 一种贴合方法,包括:将曲面承载件设于承载台上方,承载台上承载有表面设有粘胶的柔性件;将曲面承载件靠近柔性件,直至曲面承载件的曲面体与柔性件抵接;旋转曲面承载件,使柔性件通过粘胶贴合于曲面体表面。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于:在将曲面承载件靠近柔性件之前还包括:将曲面承载件的定位点与柔性件的端部对准。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述曲面承载件包括与曲面体连接的定位体,定位点位于定位体上。
- 如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于:所述定位体包括二相对的平面,定位点位于二平面的中间。
- 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于:定位体为矩形,所述定位点位于矩形的长边的中心。
- 如权利要求13至17任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述曲面承载件通过夹具夹持定位体而相对柔性件活动。
- 如权利要求13至17任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述柔性件通过开设于承载台上的吸风孔吸附于承载台上。
- 如权利要求13至17任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述承载台上设有柔软的缓冲垫,柔性件设于缓冲垫上。
